User name biswarup_ncs, wishnet took 885 (Incl gst) for my internet but this month i get only 5 day as good internet service... So i decide to register a complain before leaving that worst service.

After a huge amount of complains and requests i decide to switch off this wishnet connection and switch to another one. No one care about this conection

Internet connection has been very erratic for the past few days. It is going off every other day. It is disgraceful from wishnet side after charging so much money every month!!!

    For the past few days, I've noticed a trend that at around 10 P.M., the speeds dip down to an avg. of 10 Mbps while I'm actually on the 60 Mbps plan. And, the connection ping/latency goes way too high. But, the connection is alright during the daytime. Please look into this matter. Cheers.

      This is to inform you that i, sourav datta user of your local internet facing a problem with local operator. The issue, there is a cut in fibre wire outside of building due to a truck passed by as they informed and now they are charging for reissuing the fibre wire or they said connection can't be provided. There are many users of wishnet in our building and facing the same.
      If the cut is internally then paying sim is logical but why m going to pay if it's outside.

      Sir please take care as soon as possible if you also support the same then the users of your connection all are going to switch to hathway connection.

        48 hours and no internet connection. Request time out and destination host unreachable error. Local assistance came to help after 24 hours of getting the ticket number in my registered phone number. That also after calling them and requesting them to take care of the issue. After checking the line the reported that there is a critical issue in the line which can only be taken care by the company. However that can only be done tomorrow because the company's engineers has been deployed to some other area for repair job. Point is why the hell don't you recruit more engineers for better customer service.

        Please note that you are not doing as a favour by repairing the line. So act professional and step on it.

          I have a connection in the name sriganesh enterprise and my mobile no is [protected]. Since last two days my internet connection is been stopped. I had to run after and called the customer care for exact reason for the same but every time they asked me to contact my local operator and the local operator does not have any clue about the same.

          As per the local operator, the connection is closed from wish net and as per the customer care team the local operator can only resolve the issue. It's been 48 hrs no resolution is been done. I have submitted all required documents to local operator, inspite of the same the connection is been interrupted.

          However, they have already charged my last 48 hrs payment inspite of closed connection.

            I am using wish net connection more than one year. Last one month’s i am very much disappointed regarding your service. Every day, i noticed that the connection are not available more 6-7 hours with a remarks in the site i. E. "timed out", "host destination unreachable" or "transmission failed general failure". Every time i reported it to your customer care center and they deployed the technicians. On & often they take 3 to 5 hours to attend my complaint and sometimes they have not recorded it in your computer as such i have not got any booking/docket message in my registered mobile. However despite your technician repeated visit, they could find out the fault. Initially they blamed towards my router but when i put the clip of net cord in the back side of my desk top computer in front of them, it shown the same remarks. Now they stopped to utter such type of comment. My question is that why the problem is persisting despite of several visit of your technician. I think nobody is taking the matter seriously or it may be a corporate culture that after getting the monthly as subscription from the customer, you absolve all of your responsibilities towards providing a minimum service to the customer. I again request you, please sort-out the matter immediately otherwise i have no option other than to escalate the matter to the proper forum with my entire correspondence and call log with your personnel time to time.

              Sir, i, sourav dutta, user id: souravd_uo of kolkata is very much disappointed due to very poor service of wish net. Yesterday at 10-15 p. M after returning home i noticed my internet connection is not working & i lodged a complaint through toll free no at 10:21 pm (Complaint no.: 425018 dt 240617) which is remain unsolved till now. Suddenly i have received a sms that your booked complain no.:425018 dt 240617 is solved & closed which is totally fake. I also call several times to follow up my complaint but every time your representative told me they are looking after the matter. And it would be solved very soon. But at the end it is in vain. They gave a new docket no: 425402 dt 250617 without solving previous one.
              I also noticed for last 4 weeks that every saturday evening internet connection was discontinued which was remain discontinued through out the sunday and solved on monday evening. Wish net demand for 24x7 service but in practical there is no sign of it. I also contact will my local cable operator from whom i got the internet connection but they often told me that " today (Sunday) is a match or it is very hot or busy for another work so our serviceman is not available. It is a regular practice that my internet service is unavailable every saturday and will be solve on monday evening.
              This is my request to active my connection immediately and make sure this repetition not be happened again.

              Wishnet does not provide any extra bandwidth for online streaming. They provide 3 to 5 mbps speed for online streaming(for bronze magic) . But according to their official website, it should be 8 mbps. They provide misleading information on their website to compete with other internet service provider.

                Each and every month from the date of my recharge the speed and internet service stays good for only 4-5days after that lagging of internet, slow speed and different other problems occur to my connection i give compalints but no one tries to solve it as early as possible i am fed up with this company's service. They delay my complaints for 3-4 days who will give me this days back which gets lapse? my userid is (amitava_msl).I want good service and compensation of my 4_5 days if possible otherwise i will not recharge from next month.

                  I am regular customar of wishnet pvt ltd. I am facing problem of internet connection... Many i complaint to my local service provide.. But they did not fix my problem permanently... I also go for help wishnet customar care but they also ignore it... Most of time i facing this problem... My local they told my they will try every time.. But they don't.. I give advance rs.1000/+431/- service charge and internet changes... I using plan of rs.431/-.. Address - d 30/5 east rajapur d block

                    we are the baidyabati sheoraphulli co-operative bank ltd. Situated at 6, kalahata lane, sheoraphulli, hooghly - 712223. We have been using two live i.P.S of yours i.E. 103.42.172.5 & 103.42.172.41. Today, i.E on 20.05.2017, the ips have suddenly changed. But we need the same i.P because we are a bank and we log on to the websites of the reserve bank of india, natioanl payments corporation of india, the cersai and the national automated clearing house by this i.P. If this i.P is not given back at once, we will loss a huge amount of money because we will not be able to participate to said sessions. Your company will be hold responsible for it and the bank will have no option left but to complain to all of the above agencies against your company.

                    Please give us back the previous ips i.E. 103.42.172.5 & 103.42.172.41 as soon as possible to avoid any unwanted situation.

                      We have been calling up the local cable office who have served us the wish bet connection. It has been more than 48 hours that the internet has not been working and a man named robin Ghosh from the local wish bet office has been constantly picking up the call and misbehaving instead of taking the complaint. I am not sure why are such people even kept to receive calls. This kind of harassment is just intolerable.

                        It is to inform you, i baiduryya sarkar (user id: sarkar_wv) (ph no [protected]) communicated to my local cable operator (baghbazar world view) to discontinue my service on 15/02/2017. after that date my modem was disconnected till date. but they did not take care about this issue and asking for the subscription. they can not provide any intimation but now telling that in there system my subscription is going. i think this is a fraudulent statement. for the solution i'm mailing you and i will forward this message to the proper hierarchy.

                          This is to inform you that i have been using the silver super package of "wish net". on 16th october 2016, i encountered a video streaming problem on youtube and hence i reached forward to make a call to the toll free number"[protected]" and told my problem to the representative who was at the receiving side. the representative named "amit patra" was very much rude, arrogant and annoying with its customer and strtaight away ignored my request and did not book a docket for my complaint. later on i had to sort out my problem through other representative who was gentle.

                          O this my request to take some strict action against him or else these people
                          Would get a fair chance to escape every time.

                            It is quiet unfortunate to describe that wishnet is one of the worst broadband service provider. it is been the challenging experience from the last 15 days. i get braodband service only for 2-3 hours every. even after raising repeated docket, no improvement is done and they are unable to resolve the issue on a permanent basis. many of the time customer care executive hangup the call. "you need to wait" that is the only reply i am getting while giving call to customer care. they are least bothered to resolve the issue.

                              I am using a broadband of wishnet and i have came to know my provider is chaging almost twice of a money for the service which they ar giving me. So thats why i want to report against provider, because wishnet doesnt have that high plans of broadband service which my service provider is taking from me. So pleaase check my complaint as soon as possible and do something about it.

                                My user name is souravk_ncl. I can not get the internet connection from 3 days from 4th june, 2016. When i have pinged then system is showing "transmit failed. General failure.". I have called the customer care service many time, but different people were telling me that the problem is solving where as at end of the day i have recognized that they are not working properly by their words. I have also called the local operator, he told he did not know about any problem like that. Then i have called again the customer care, they told they have nothing to do and behave very badly and told to mail for the problem and cut the phone through out the conversation. Customer care also told me that they have not time for listening my problem. From 2 days they are also sending me a sms where they have written "problem is solved" whether the problem is still existing. I also have told them that from 2 days. But they said it was their system problem, they will look into this matter. But they also did not do this. Please look into this matter and please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  I have applied for wishnet broadband new internet connection and submitted the installation form 18 days before. I have also paid rs1500 as installation charge. But i am yet to get the net connection. More than 10 times i went to their office to know about new connection. But they are behaving like strange with me. Since i am new to this area so i can not force them also to return my money back. Please suggest what should i do now?

                                    I am trying to make a call to the helpline number ([protected]) most of times calls are not getting connect and when it gets connected the guy who presents there not picking the call.I am trying to contact them from today morning its self but no luck...

                                    Actually I am facing some issues with my connection that's why i was trying. my internet connection is very much slow even when I am tying to open google it takes 30 seconds time to open. I am facing this issue since a long time now.. I contacted with wishnet office which is near to my flat (Milan bazaar) and they suggested me to contact helpdesk. but they are not picking the call. kindly look into this issue at the earliest as my works are getting hampered

                                      I live in garia sitala mandir area, kolkata 700084,
                                      I have unlimited package of 512 kbps speed, but i forget what unlimited service is,

                                      Wishnet is constantly cheating on my service, they have no control over their local operators, they dont respond when called (Their toll free number is only accessible by registered number and when they decided not to take calls they just put that number in busy ), neither their local service provider respond.
                                      Constant ping loss, or half of the day connection not available. Sometimes login is also not possible.
                                      I request people not to take this connection.Or wishnet should take necessary action. I am really frustrated with this connection.

                                        After following up for last 2 month telephonically and through mail with wishnet for new internet connection, I didn’t receive a single call from wishnet. Every time when I call up toll free number of wishnet I was given assurance that call will come from service representative of wishnet, but no call ever come. This type of customer ignorance from their end is keeping me in dark nor they are taking any complaint. Please resolve.

                                        Wishnet Broadband — Payment

                                        I take wishnet and I m using bronze super and they charge rs 550 from me .What is this why should I pay this high amount to take this network .If this does not get fixed then I will Leave wishnet forever .
