My redmi y2 mobile is new and it used to work very nicely and i had no complaints. But the miui 10 update is not working well in redmi y2. The phone is working very slow and hangs a lot. It takes long to display during receiving a call. The music app also takes long to start. All other social media apps freeze and get hanged when opened. Unlocking the screen also takes long. Unlocking with fingerprint takes longer time than unlocking with pattern. Sometimes sim card is not detected. Please fix this.
Hai MI my power bank out put problam.
My power bank parches date is 5/5/19 in lot mobile shop.
Power bank cepasity 10000mAh .
In put ok.
Lot shop pis warranty in 6 months.
Please salow my problem

    I have bought mi headphones for699₹ and it got repaired.. I went to mi service centre and they changed it for first time... Again the new earphone got repaired and when i went there thy refused to exchange it back saying that thy do not have the earphones and when they have placed it in the showpiece.

    While asking why this can't be given thy simply said it's for sales, i told them that when i received the earphones from mi website i received it in white color box (Which thy prefer as for replacement) and they are not ready to listen at all.

      Very upset with 43inch mi pro 4a tv product as since first day it's giving auto reboot issue with buzzer sound and today technician changed motherboard also but again same issue, it shows issue is with manufacturing only.

      Please help on the same. Again i raised complain and got new token number r110040.

      I am feeling like that i purchased very worst product ever.
      You employee name called arun in rajapalayam. He is speaking rudely for mount an tv.. They didn't mount an tv in my house.. I called him daily but they didn't response very irresponsible person in your mi. Im not seen any one in mi is like this.. Please take action

        Greetings of the day!!

        I ordered a cellphone of xiaomi (Mi store online) as it was really very urgent to get the phone on time as i kept on checking about the delivery status and when it reached at nearest office to my delivery location i kept on waiting for that day even hampering my personal work and then i got a call from on of their team member that we couldn't deliver the phone by today as none of our delivery boy's are ready to visit at that palace so it will be delivered by tomorrow again i got a call from the delivery boy and he told me to collect the courier from 5 kms away from the delivery location otherwise he will take it back and will not deliver the courier and finally he left away without delivering the courier and told me that we don't cover that location.

        Please take genuine action against this kind of silly excuse and unprofessional behaviour and for hampering my professional and personal work and time.

        Kindly update me as soon as possible

          Dear team
          I was purchase note 5 pro (6-64) via mi store on 4-4-2019. Problem in the phone lines show in screen. Same problem discussed with mi service center jabalpur, but executive are send back me, he asked your phone is liquid damage so warranty is not covered. My best knowledge my phone is not contact in water or any liquid. Please help me for this problem.
          Yesterday i was in mi care at Himmatnagar sabarkantha . I check mi note 4 battery price in online 799₹ . Mi care battery change price is 1355₹. Why???

            I purchased a mi band 3 on 11th jan 2019 through amazon.
            There are some issues in this band and it is not working properly. It's heart rate sensor is not working and it automatically reboots after some time. It's trademill timer is also not working.

            I visited mi service centre, abohar (Punjab) on 31st may 2019 to get repair the same as it is in warranty period.
            The service centre of abohar (Punjab) denied to repair as well as replace the band as they did not get approval from there higher authority becoz the band have some hair line scratches on its screen.
            I am unable to understand that why service centre or higher authority denied to repair/replace the band as it is in warranty period. Mi did not provide any guard to protect its screen from scratches and in daily route it is normal that the band will get some hair line scratches.
            The product is not damage, not self-repaired, not exposure to water, not having any damage caused by misuse and not having any alteration. Product is sealed as i received. It just have some minor scratches on its screen.
            Kindly look into the matter and give approval to get repair or replace my band asap.

                28/1/19 i purchased a mi tv 32", from mi store (Ram enterprise - hosur)

                16/5/19 tv was not working,
                18/5/19, service appointment was fixed.
                19/5/19 it was rectified (Board was changed)

                Again 24/5/19 tv was not working (Same problem)
                26/5/19 appointment was fixed
                27/5/19 they came & told u booked for installation so service can not be done.

                Again booked & got appointment on 31/5/19.
                Got message, saying ur booking cancelled.
                Again re booked & got 31/5/19 slot.

                But till now nobody responded.

                Nobody receives call
                They never call / call back.
                Not even responding to messages.

                Now what am i suppose to do.

                  Within few days of my purchase of redmi note 7 pro i started to see scratchs and marks on my front glass this is quite unusual as the phone comes with gorilla glass 5 according to the company, the same glass cannot be scratched with daily use objects such as key's, coins etc (Proven by gorilla glass company) and one fine morning when i took a look at the phones camera glass, which was on the night stand when i woke up seems to be broken, that to without any cause what so ever.
                  This has lead me to believe and that the phone is not coming with genuine gorilla glass 5.. For some reason its not just me the whole internet is talking about this crisis. I live in kerala, cochin, kadavanthara 682020 no service center seems to have no clue what to do, so they often starts making excuses such as its not reached them yet, and the whole camera system has to be changed and things like that.
                  I hope the company understand my problem, reply to me and do the needful

                    I purchased red mi note 7pro on 1st of may from till date i am facing noise issue from callers end (Echo sound).

                    When i was first time went to mi store at kharadi, pune maharastra then they advised me it was software issue then i submit my device for 4 hrs that time they not given any job sheet to me after asking... After 4 hrs i had same issue facing again i went to that mi store again i told that person they all behave ignoring me and divert to another mi store. After that i call to mi customer care and next day again i submit my device for 4 days then that time i received job sheet and they changed mother board i got my device day before yesterday but from same day to tii same issue i am facing...
                    So now i am completely frustrating and i want replce my device or money back because last 15 days my waisting in this and getting headache...
                    I am complaing that mi store all staff bcoz they all are irresponsible and aruguant to custom...
                    So if my issue not resolved or replacing not possible then i will raise complian in to the consumer court bcoz i have all proof, recording all things..
                    Take some action and get back with my solution till monday... Else i will do some leagal action on xionmi and ki store..

                      Hello mi service... Actually i have brought a new mi tv 4a pro in last month... I got an motherboard problem and i have been complained about it... The people said the they will come do the service... But still any person has been not yet came if i call to them they are speaking rashly and walrgar language this is the service of you people... I have every call recording which has beem spoked with your employees... They are playing a games with coustmmers... Actually the service is free of cost in warranty... But they people has been demanding the amount... To whom i should complaint about this issue no service people is responding properly with a customer...

Phir unhone mother board change kiya phir bhi tv nahi chala. Phir engineer ne kaha panel me issue hai mi ko mail kar di hai jaise hi reply aata hai change kar denge. Lakin aaj tak vo thik nahi hua. Ek din engineer aaya aur light off karke tv ki photo li aur bolne lage aapke tv per pressure hai. Iske liya maine phir complain raise ki tv par koi pressure nahi hai agar hai to bataye. Engineer phir visit pe aaya aur tv diagnose kiya aur kaha tv par koi pressure nahi hai. Report lagane ke baad bhi mi vale tv replace ment nahi kar rahe hai. Ab vo kahte hai tv damage hai. Maine number of complain raise ki but koi fayada nahi. Mi vale fraud kar rahe hai tv replace ment nahi kar rahe hai
                          Maine 28.4.19 ko pehli complain raise ki thi tab se follow up chal raha hai. Meri warrant 22.05.19 ko khatm ho gayi hai.

                            I am sorry to say that your company's phone is not up to the mark. After using it for 4 months, it already started to show it's true colors. It hangs too much. Upon that storage is not full but still shows full. Also after deleting everything from the phone (Apps and media) it's still showing that there's no space available. Recent whatsapp chats are getting deleted now and then. Furthermore gallery, whatsapp aren't functioning lately. Im sorry to say that i've never experienced so much trouble.
                            5 month liye Hua mujhe ph but jab repair ke liye le gaya jammu service centre me to mujhe ye bill pay karna hai bola 3rd class redmi service centre

                              My redmi note 5 pro is lacking vibration for the past one and a half month. Even though i upgraded to the latest version, i can't fix this issue. Any type of vibration is active recently. Please fix this immediately. I usually prefer more to get vibration on touch, notifications, etc. So lack in vibration makes me feel disturbed. I can't recognize notifications in silent mode also. So please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

Abhi chootiya toh main hu sabse brha jisne mi ki led leke panga liya dukaan vaale ne 60*500=30000 jeb mein daale jha marji marta rhe customer. Mi valon ko apni service ka pta hai khud ki hum nhi time pe service de sakte toh shedule kyon dete hai yeh agar apni mi company par trust hota toh dukan vala jisne pese liye voh usi din bolta sir aap meri store se koi or led lelo ye main khud change karvalunga. Par nhi usko pta hai customer ki tension hai abhi muje toh pese mil gye. Summer time chal rha hai bachon koh school mein holidays hai voh alag se gaand maar rhein hai holidays khatm hone ke baad chalegi ye.
                                MI store delivered defective Redmi note 7pro. Its getting extremely heated up from 28degrees to 43degrees in 5mins. Company service center gives fake assurance for help but later does not respond for refund or replacement. MI company is very unprofessional and irresponsible towards their customers

                                  The product kept on delaying and finally was cancelled stating it was undeliverable in your area. I[censored]ndeliverable then why was order accepted. Now the refund is not initiated statting product is not received on the warehouse. So summarizing, the refund will never be initiated if it didn't reach the warehouse. The mistake was of yours and the delivery partner, then why was the customer taken for granted. Customer hard earned money will be kept/hold back for your error, mishandling and fault.

                                    I had purchased redmi note 5 pro on sept 25th 2018 through flipcart. After two months i noticed a yellow patch on the left corner of the display. I approached the mi service center in rajajinagar, sterling technologies on dec 8th, 2018. I was told that the lcd was defective and got the lcd replaced. My jobsheet number was wxin[protected]. I noticed the same issue again after two months and approached the same service center. Second time also they told me that its lcd issue, replaced the lcd on feb 25 2019 and told me they will send the lcd for technical analysis. I was assured from customer care that if i face the issue again i can demand a replacement for my handset.

                                    Now facing the same issue for third time. Job sheet number is wxin[protected]. Service center people are clueless about the issue. The problem is gettting tossed between service center, customer care and so called backend team all blaming each other.

                                    Want a permanant fix for this technical issue or replace the handset.
                                    From 17.05.2019 yestaday night my MI smart TV remote is not working and remote cell also changed but still dead.

                                      I have been using mi for about two years.
                                      I updated my phone to latest stable software.. I use redmi 4x. After the update my jio sim could not make calls, recieve calls and also the same with sms. My volte doesn't show difference whether i enabled it or not. Xiaomi sim activation couldn't sent back the sms back. What is the possible reasons for this problem...
                                      I have talk to jio costumer care and they couldn't find problems with their service... I was ask to check my handset from the mi centers..

                                        I got selected in MiHomefeversquad contest and they came and gave a party in my home and they showed me a mail regarding that I will be getting mi TV 55 inch soon. No communication came from mi then.. I tried to contact them but only one reply came to explain about concern and till am waiting for reply. I am having huge respect on Mi but giving this kind of heartbreak with
                                        Fake commitments is not good.
