Worst experience... My redmi note 4 has a software problem, i visited there and the center manager (Repairer) said that lcd is damaged without any inspection, but my lcd was working, i requested for inspection of my mobile, they said that if your lcd is damaged will you repair it today, i said no it's my choice, then the manager said the we cannot take the mobile, i contacted the mi customer care and information about this fraudulent and said the customer care to talk to the manager.. After that i don't know what was the conversation between customer care and manager "roshan gupta".
Then they took my mobile for inspection and i gave the inspection fee, but after the inspection the manager said that you lcd is damaged you can replace it with rs.3336 approx, the work of rs.200 approx became rs.3336 and i do not have any hand in it.. The manager knowingly damaged my handset lcd as because he was in anger because i contracted the customer care... It was my first experience with the mi service centre and it was the worst experience..
After that i went my home and lodged a complaint against the fraud done by the centre manager "roshan gupta"
