I have been following up from past 11 days and don't see any response from Xiaomi for product delivery of order I'd [protected].

I have ordered product on June 4 in mi store app and Xiaomi promised to deliver by June 8.They are not responding now by looting my money.

Please help me to provide refund of 1499 at least.
Even CEO is not responding and customer service as well.

    Dear Team,

    I have been a voice problem for the past 2 months. When I'm talking in a call, I can not clear the voice of caller. The voice does not sound as sound as standard desible from the ear speaker. Every time i need to connect ear phone for calling purpose.
    Also i have cross checked with other 2 handset about ear speaker voice at calling time but it's not match with good handset speaker's volume.

    Pl find the enclosed purchase details and handset details for your reference.

    Request to you, pl support and replace/check the defective part of handset.

      Sir, Here Aryan From Etah, Uttar Pradesh. I purchased Note 7 Pro .. after that day i mfacing Some Video Recording Issues in my Device. When I record videos in outdoors In daytime or even in night i face some lagging issues on my device. The device grown heated up Very Fastly. Xiaomi india is not doing amything about this problem. There is request to xiaomi to fix it As soon as possible. I have a sample below for lagging

        My phone was recently serviced in the xiomi service centre which was very well working but had a problem with display.
        After the service I felt like they have tampered my camera and motherboard.
        Now they say there is a mother board issue even after there is no such kind of water damage or their own approval after inspection in first service.
        N they charge huge amt for it.

        Hi..can anyone tell me what's the hardware reason for software not to load in poco F1.
        I'm asking this because the service centre says so is trying to replace the motherboard which has no issues at all.
        They also said that I have a charging slot fault which neither got replaced nor repaired. Again on my next visit they say it's display issues.
        Regardless of the actual fault they keep on introducing new error with new estimated cost

          Maine 11/06/2019 ko new redmi 6a phone liya shop se.. .maine Ghar par aker dekha to to phone ka flast/torch glow nahi kar raha tha.. Phir mai 12/06/2019 phone ko shop par return karne gya per shopkeeper ne phone return nahi kya...
          Phir turant mai mi service centre gya par phir service centre ne bataya ki phone ka mother board kharab hai "mother board par pura jung lga hua tha".. Maine kaha to use change karo but service centre ne mother board change nahi kiya nahi phone ka flash repair kiya.
          Phone ke mother board per company walo ne pani gira kar use aise hi phone me laga diya aur use sell ke liye transfer kar diya... Jo mere pass hai
          Ek din hua nahi ki ner phone kharab ho gya...

            TV purchased on 20 May, 19, within 10 days i encountered screen issues - with lines/scoring on the LED screen. Reported the problem - technician came and confirm the panel requires replacement. Still waiting to hear from them by when would i get a replacement.

            I am beginning to think MI - quality of products is poor and not as durable when it's compared to their competitors.

              I purchase phone in month of February now suddenly display stopped working.
              I took it to service center, they are charging rs 3500 stating physical damage and liquid damage.

              phone was purchased three months before, hardly used (as i have one more phone of lenovo which i am using without any issue from 4 years) it got liquid and physical damage without being used..
              there was small crack on up end side, but amazon guy told that is not an issue, but now because of that i am forced to pay money.

              i am very upset with mi as i used hardly and now i am paying without any reason and you guys will deny it stating its my mistake but trust me..i am not going buy any mi phone further nor let my friends or family to buy mi phones.

              thank-you so much for such a beautiful experience

                Mi band 3 buy one get one was shown in a online shopping site ezee deal. I ordered and the item delivered was duplicate. This will definitely tamper the good image of Mi . Mi should take a note of fraudsters tampering mi brand by selling duplicates. So many people might have got into trouble with this site ezee deals selling duplicate mi products . The shipping company was Masqlin Gadgets

                  What a Pathetic Customer Service Team Mi. I had a purchased Mi LED Smart TV 4A Pro 123.2 cm (49) with Android on 23rd April 2019 from Seawood Central Mall, Navi Mumbai which wasn’t much used till 20th of May as I was travelling. Within the first 5 days o[censored]sage the Display Panel of the TV stopped working. I logged a complaint with Mi TV only to hear back that they can’t replace the TV as it has been more than a month that I had purchased it & it will take them 10 days to get a Replacement Display Panel for the TV(10 Days- Not sure from where they are procuring it). After waiting patiently for 10 days, All I get is another Faulty Display Panel where either display is inverted or comes as an abnormal image.
                  MI Team,
                  Your manager has no clue on the next action.
                  Your customer service has a template reply - “It will be done at the earliest. An executive will visit you today” after multiple email chains and calls.
                  Your technician has no idea how to fix things without taking an on call support.
                  I never expected this from a brand like yours. This really frustrating considering the experience with in a month o[censored]sage.
                  You need to update me on this at the earliest. You stand at the risk of loosing a loyal customer.

                      My charging point got replaces through this center when it was under warranty. And just when the warranty ended, it started causing the same problem. The engineer must have not fixed my part correctly and now they are charging me 700Rs for the same thing.
                      It has hardly been a month since it got repaired. And, btw, there is a warranty of 3 months for the replaced part but they are not giving me that.
                      I feel absolutely cheated by this kind o[censored]nprofesional behavior by the service engineers and front desk people.
                      I am going to the consumer forum if this doesn't get resolved at the earliest.
                      NEVER GOING TO BUY ANY MI PRODUCTS AGAIN.

                        I've repaired my MI note 3(charging issue) at MI service centre, Lakhimpur, Assam. They've charged INR600/-, but when I asked for the GST Bill receipt, they didn't provided and said it will take a week. When I argued about it, They misbehaved. Next day the Mobile started having Network problem and also sound/speaker issues. I visited the service centre again and they said it would take 1hour to repair, I waited patiently. When the issue is fixed and mobile was handed over to me, I curiously asked about the problem and in reply they said the earlier component they replaced was not compatible that's why the problem occurred. Then I asked why they have installed a incompatible component if it causes another software issues to the phone. They didn't give a satisfactory reply. Again I asked for the GST Bill receipt and they denied. I am very disappointed at MI services.

                          I would like to inform you that I have purchased Redmi Note 3 on[protected] Pone was good and still in working condition but before 2 month ago phone battery was drained so I visit ODIGI service center sector 2 noida they ask to change my battery so I did
                          but still the battery issue happen again and now they said that you opened your phone from any outside shop.
                          and not changed my battery also they lost my SIM Tray and not accepting all the thing this is ridiculous.

                          Kindly take appropriate action and resolve my problem other wise I will raise the same on consumer court.

                            I wanted buy Redme Note 7 Pro... and went to Mi Stores but Glass door was locked and store was opened. I waited nearly 15min and store in-charge came and he did not what I want. he directly sat in counter from there he stared asking what was our requirement of me and others... he was not bother about customers and he started talking in phone and we try to talk but response was very bad... I request the concern person should take immediate action regarding this Issue... Thank You..

                                  Last 9 months ago i was visited mi service center wakad for battery problems because 11 months ago i was changed battery for that i was pay 1179 INR but visited after 2 months of changing of battery facing battery problems & service center not give proper answers but battery in warranty but now 9 months mobile automatic restart after checking found that battery problems but already i was 7 months ago i was informed for battery problems but customer care center not looking in that matter after feedback & now i am going to service center for that problem he give explanation about warranty or what ever so much for that i am attached feedback of last 7 months ago battery problems that time battery in warranty so please resolve that problem because i can't have money too invested for that purpose please solve this issue. If more details i have proof to change of battery invoice.

                                    I have given my handset to get repaired in xiaomi service center for screen break. Inefficient engineers here, were not able to fix the issue even after 2 weeks after taking an amount of inr 3500, instead, they damaged my motherboard. Now, they are trying to push the mistake at my end and give back my mobile without getting it fixed.

                                    Initially, they said about testing warranty for 90 days. Now, they are not even considering the damage that they have done.

                                    Moral: never give any xiaomi mobile for repair's in service centers. They just bluff you taking more money and experimenting on your mobile with inexperienced engineers.

                                      Hi sorry to say I had bought redmi y2 online since starting it's only one speaker is working and on both side of the screen some light is reflecting. My pH serial number is b39bdabc. Pls check the screen shot attached in photo where on both side of screen some light is reflecting

                                        I raise complaint for my mi4a pro tv repair and my token number is R109579 and i received CALL ON 5/6/2019 from [protected] he is from mi as he ask me issue i explain him he is saying there is issue of softwear then he is saying i have to pay charges so i said no iam not going to pay anything as my tv in warranty then he start giving me galiya i will come at ur place and ### you and all i need that man name and address any how and any cost iam going to complaint to police station as he give me threat that he is going to heart me. i want take legal action so kindly help me in this
