16/5/19 tv was not working,
18/5/19, service appointment was fixed.
19/5/19 it was rectified (Board was changed)

Again 24/5/19 tv was not working (Same problem)
26/5/19 appointment was fixed
27/5/19 they came & told u booked for installation so service can not be done.

Again booked & got appointment...

My redmi note 5 pro is lacking vibration for the past one and a half month. Even though i upgraded to the latest version, i can't fix this issue. Any type of vibration is active recently. I have been using mi for about two years.
I updated my phone to latest stable software.. I use redmi 4x. After the update my jio sim could not make calls, recieve calls and also the same with sms. My volte doesn't show difference whether i enabled it or not. Xiaomi sim activation couldn't sent back the sms back. What is the possible reasons for this problem...

I bought a new phone yesterday and as i unboxed and switched it on, it started extremely heating up. I called up customer care multiple times but there was no action taken up from their end. Again, today morning when i called up, they said, "we have closed the case".
