Hi i bought mi phone recently 1 month but my phone is not working properly first day i checked mi store he said your phone damaged i said please tell me where damaged i checked 2 3 person they said no damaged executive told your mobile band not balanced so your touch is not working properly only 2 to 3 days working after not working i frusted mi mobile

Recently bought a new redmi note5 pro 3-4 months back from flipkart, but it has turned out to be my biggest mistake
After 2 months o[censored]se, it started facing some issues:
1. It wasn't reading the dual sim
2. Fingerprint sensor stopped working.
So i went to nearest redmi official service center (D-3, 2nd floor, main, mata mandir rd, dr ambedkar colony, chhattarpur, new delhi, delhi 110074), but they said that there is some issue with phone's motherboard and it would
Cost you around 14k to rectify it. Also they told motherboard is not taken under warranty.
I was really disappointed with the response (I cannot understand what comes under warranty if the part that cost
Nearly 90% of the phone's doesn't come under warranty).
I am posting in a hope that redmi india should really look into this.

I visit to mi service center in delhi krishna nagar near hanuman chawk i was facing battery draining issue and they told me to. Change battery for rs 1400... And after that i m facing the same problem not even a bit improvement and now they are saying that maybe there is another issue in your phone then why they told me to change battery and i have been pay 1400rs for nothing

While i received the order i found the box was not properly sealed and the bluetooth device was missing from the pack. This is highly unaccaptable.
Now while i am trying to replace or return this item, i am not getting any option for that. Also people from this company vare not responding for resolution regarding this.

Sir i order an tv on mi.com bt due to unforseen problem i refused to accept asni request to cancel my order before shipment bt they didn't now from 26 dec 18 tv is with their courier partner n they r not refunding my money as i pay it through credit card i have to pay interest with out any reason many times i call them bt they didn't refund order id [protected] dt 18 dec18

The second sim slot of my redmi note 5 is not working when two sim's are inserted. The complaint is from the very first day i have bought the phone that is from 10/7/2018. I have reached the mobile store from where the phone was bought and i was informed that it is the trouble of the sim so i took a new sim but even after that the problem persists. When i took the phone to redmi service centre in kottayam i was told that my phone have liquid damage and i should pay for it but the problem with my phone is from the day i brought it and it is not exposed to any such situations to get liquid damage. I want a favourable solution.

I ordered an MI charger from the website https://www.mi.com/in/index.html.
the specifications mentioned the product as MI charger while only adapter was delivered. And moreover MI customer service is not accepting the return for this product.

Hi Team,

Today around 4:40 PM IST as on 7th December 2019 someone used my Amazon Pay Balance and purchase some product from MI site, When I ringed Amazon India (several times) they are saying they asked me to contact Xiaomi India and when contacted them they are saying they can do anything about it and Amazon is saying they also cant do anything about it as it was done from your account.

I am not sure what to do in this matter as I never made any transaction and Amazon is not clear what was ordered and MI is not ready to tell me what was order with my money, i am not clear who to reach out to and get my money back.

I brought redmi note 6 pro mobile on 23rd nov 2018 but now it bent during charging
Then I immediately visit nearest mi service centre at Abhi Services, Ahmednagar
He told me it is a physical damage but I reply sir these is not a physical damage it is a manufacturing default
They also said it's a physical damage
He also said your mobile problem is not in under warranty, and say you will call at their toll free no [protected]
I said to them sir I want to meet / Call your senior but he said we are not able to share him or her mobile no to you.
I asked him sir, What is the meaning of physical damage ? He answered when mobile has accidentally damage, water problem and etc... And he said your mobile was bent during your mobile is in your pocket but I say at that time I attend my 12th preliminary exam at my collage and at that time mobile was in my home for charging, he said you talk false then I said I meet to my paper examiner, my friends, my family members also .
Suddenly he call their senior and he added to me in their conversation and their senior said these Is your and managers problem ...
After 1 day they said we only offer 50 ℅claim
On their letter they write it is the out of service warranty .

Please note that i have purchase a red mi 6a black phone purchase on 12.10.18 through amazon

Now a days it has been curve/ bending daily.

Today i have gone your shakarpur school block service centre but no response from them, then i have gone your laxmi nagar metro service centre but no reponse from them and they gave a new address at preet vihar service centre then a gone there but that is no response from them.

Please note this phone on warranty or not. I have purchase only 2-3 month earlier.

Please look in to the matter and solve this problem asap.

The mi service centre executives (Authorized in the name of om computer) of samastipur district, bihar
Has try to downgrade the latest android version, pie to oreo on 31st of december 2018 (To correct battery drainage issues) but give the job sheet on 2nd of january 2018.
In this process, the phone has lost imei number and network.

Now, the service executives are not giving additional warranty on this product as they told that, the full board will be changed to restore this phone in original condition..

My phones warranty will last on 13th of january 2019 and at this time, they are changing the internal part of the phone without mentioning all the items on job sheet number wxin[protected]Bar code)

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hello, I am yash panwar n last year in may 2018 i bought a new redmi note 4 n it was working good .. last day in afternoon i operated my smartphone n after 10 min, a little smoke came out from the head phone jack so i left the mobile n suddenly the mobile get blasted .. thnkgod i saved my self .. so dear smartphone company what would you like to say about this incident...
The phone was blasted very badly n i could be injured severly, didnt expected this from you..

I purchased mi max 2 in june 2018 nd now its charger is creating lot of problems nd charging phone very slowly nd i have checked its average charging. It is charging 11% per hour

I have called in customer care nd they provided me a no. To check the performance of battery "*#*#3463#*#* something like this only. Nd i hope that company will exchange the charger as it is in warranty nd it is original charger of mi itself which i got in packed box.

I m prakash from trichy, tamilnadu (Contact no. [protected] & [protected]). I have been bought a mobile poco f1 on 25.12.2018 from your retailer address given as, m/s. Digital shopee, mi retailer, bharathiyar salai, cantt, trichy - 620001, (Near nalli silks)

Due to retailer end network problem they are collected double time payment with 2% service charges of rs.21165.00 + rs.21165.00 (Thro card)
Inspite of repeated phone call reminders they are not refunded my amount so far. Rs.21165.00

Hence, i humbly requesting the forum to take action against the retailer in order to refund my amount rs.21165.00 with interest rate of 18% from billing date.

I have note 5 pro mobil camera flashlight problem last iam complete in your service centers but problem is not salad but iam checking other new phone camera testing there is problem flashlight is no white just red colour problem is flashing find out the problem but company is complete solution problem change the flashlight take the problem solutions

On 26-Nov-2018, I bought the MI
POCO F1 Graphite Black 6GB+64GB. The order has not been delivered because it required replacement of my old mobile but my mobile is having screen damage issue, Because of this reason they deny the order delivery.

I have already made the payment in advance and now I still waiting the refund. I have call customer care 7-8 times but no action taken. Without any reason I am paying that mobile EMI with interest.

From the company policy you are required to refund for the product is within 15 days to me. As I have still not received refund

My problem is my phone display is Miss behave and line on screen and this is a internal problem and his tell me that is a physically damaged and his not give me the job sheet and I tell him that you give me the job sheet and mention the problem in job sheet I'm not accept verbally but his forced me this is a physically damaged (photo attached) so you checked the picture and tell me how to physically damaged.
