Hello there,
The mi service centre executives (Authorized in the name of om computer) of samastipur district, bihar
Has try to downgrade the latest android version, pie to oreo on 31st of december 2018 (To correct battery drainage issues) but give the job sheet on 2nd of january 2018.
In this process, the phone has lost imei number and network.

Now, the service executives are not giving additional warranty on this product as they told that, the full board will be changed to restore this phone in original condition..

My phones warranty will last on 13th of january 2019 and at this time, they are changing the internal part of the phone without mentioning all the items on job sheet number wxin[protected]Bar code)

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Hello, I am yash panwar n last year in may 2018 i bought a new redmi note 4 n it was working good .. last day in afternoon i operated my smartphone n after 10 min, a little smoke came out from the head phone jack so i left the mobile n suddenly the mobile get blasted .. thnkgod i saved my self .. so dear smartphone company what would you like to say about this incident...
    The phone was blasted very badly n i could be injured severly, didnt expected this from you..
    Now, i want your anwer ... Please contact me n give me the solution for this problem😡 ... Otherwise i am going take an strict action against you.

      I purchased mi max 2 in june 2018 nd now its charger is creating lot of problems nd charging phone very slowly nd i have checked its average charging. It is charging 11% per hour

      I have called in customer care nd they provided me a no. To check the performance of battery "*#*#3463#*#* something like this only. Nd i hope that company will exchange the charger as it is in warranty nd it is original charger of mi itself which i got in packed box.

      I hope that u will solve my problem
      I have redmi note 5 pro. Mobile .And face a lot of time .that network switching problem .i prefer network type.. 4g .but it take too much time from 4g to 3g or 2g... Soo our connectivity intrupt ...when i talking and conection lost i feel soo badly that i purchase this phone

        Sir,
        I m prakash from trichy, tamilnadu (Contact no. [protected] & [protected]). I have been bought a mobile poco f1 on 25.12.2018 from your retailer address given as, m/s. Digital shopee, mi retailer, bharathiyar salai, cantt, trichy - 620001, (Near nalli silks)

        Due to retailer end network problem they are collected double time payment with 2% service charges of rs.21165.00 + rs.21165.00 (Thro card)
        Inspite of repeated phone call reminders they are not refunded my amount so far. Rs.21165.00

        Hence, i humbly requesting the forum to take action against the retailer in order to refund my amount rs.21165.00 with interest rate of 18% from billing date.
        I have complaint MI 6A camera glass in MI services center from last 15 days but till now not available in your service centre very worst services and your representative also not provide any update If I called then they not picking call also
        I have lost my mi note 4 mobile so i want to erase all data of my phone.
        ### them, the sevice providers in maximum service center malviya nagar. They hav pissed me off. I hav come for 3 days in a row and they r unable to fix my problem. Also they r rude and annoying. If they rnt fixed i will smash their faces and fire them like hell.

            On 26-Nov-2018, I bought the MI
            POCO F1 Graphite Black 6GB+64GB. The order has not been delivered because it required replacement of my old mobile but my mobile is having screen damage issue, Because of this reason they deny the order delivery.

            I have already made the payment in advance and now I still waiting the refund. I have call customer care 7-8 times but no action taken. Without any reason I am paying that mobile EMI with interest.

            From the company policy you are required to refund for the product is within 15 days to me. As I have still not received refund

I called the customer service at least 15times, but their is no proper response. I’m not satisfied with your services.                   My problem is my phone display is Miss behave and line on screen and this is a internal problem and his tell me that is a physically damaged and his not give me the job sheet and I tell him that you give me the job sheet and mention the problem in job sheet I'm not accept verbally but his forced me this is a physically damaged (photo attached) so you checked the picture and tell me how to physically damaged.                       Hi mi team,

                      I booked redmi note 6 pro on 28-nov-2018 on exchange basis of my old redmi y1 mobile and paid 9049 amount after exchange discount order number: [protected]. The courier boy came on 30-nov-2018 to collect my old mobile and saw as it has few scratches and a small dent at bottom he rejected to take the old one. You verified all my device functionality on mi store app before giving exchange estimated amount. Why this guy rejected my old mobile?

                      After that mi refund game started. They don't want to refund my amount so playing games. Whenever i call customer care they say like wait for some more time. On 14th dec 2018 somebody called and told like your refund initiated have to wait for 8 to 10 working days. How much time should i wait for my amount to refund its been a month and still you guys asking me to wait.
                      My case numbers with you is woin[protected] & woin[protected]. I have written mail to your service.[protected]@xiaomi.com nobody replied for this. I had a chat on your facebook page also no reply. What value you are giving to customer.

                      I have attached the status of my order on different dates on my mi store app. Why you guys are so careless about customer concers. Its my hard earned money and you are keeping the money for no reason. I really pissed off with mi. My entire family uses mi phone but today i lost my impression on mi.

                        I've purchased xiaomi redmi note 5 on 7th november 2018 and i'm facing the problem of automatic switch off when kept idol and hanging and getting off of the phone every time. I've visited 2 customer service centers for more than 5 times and they don't have any idea to solve the problem. If i contact the customer care number, they say to visit the customer service center. I've lost so many important calls due to this problem

                            My redmi 6 pro gets its battery drained fast as i couldn't get any benefits of a 4000 mah battery. I haven't used any heavy apps too. I cant even travel anywhere believing this phone. Also some time the fingerprint sensor also do not works. Pls solve the issue. Anyway pls try to reply fast or else i need to move legally through consumer court and it may affect your sales in india too.

                                Smartphone from mi store (Online) on 16th dec 2018, within single day o[censored]sage i found that the speaker is defective, so the company replaced the phone but in the replaced phone same problem occurred. Again i did contact to the mi care, next day i received a call from the company asking whether i want replacement or refund. As i wanted refund they asked me to send a cancel cheque & keep the phone ready to be the company from my house. I sent a scanned cancelled cheque through email & next day
                                The phone has been collected by the courier service. The phone reached to them on 8th dec2018. On 12th dec2018 i received a mail from them narrating that ‘’refund will be completed with in 8-10 working days & will be reflected in my bank account. On 17th dec 2018 they call me asking more 8-10 days for the refund.
                                Till this day refund has not done without any reason.yesterday 25/12/18 I received a call from mi name of person Benayok & he told me that your total refund completed next 3-4 days & it's reflect in your bank account.if my refund not added in my bank account before 1jan I decided that I visit district consumer forum.

                                  I am using mi4i (16gb) since 2015 and now i am facing battery problem in this model. For this i searched on internet for availability of the original battery and somewhere i found that xiaomi has stopped manufacturing battery for mi4i model and they are giving 1000 rs coupon for unable to provide battery to the customer.

                                  I was very excited for that i thought its a thanks to the x iaomi that at least they are providing some compensation.

                                  But unfortunately when i contacted xiaomi service centres of ajmer and of the jaipur they answered that there is no such coupon available by the company.

                                  May i ask the company what to do now. It's your fault that you stopped manufacturing battery and now you are denying to provide compensation. I can't throw this mi4i into the dustbin it costs me rs 12000/- approx and being a child of middle class family i am not in a condition now to buy the new phone. Please look into the matter and provide the necessary help in this regards.

                                    As my product mi 3s prime has problem of sound and mic so i take it to near by service centre near gondal road, rajkot on 24th dec, 2018. As my product was out of warranty i was charged 520/- for repairing mic and sound as they replace the chip. After repairing i checked for mic and sound only as my issue was that only under normal human tendency. After that when i insert simcard i noticed that vibration has been stopped and camera was not able to focus. Yesterday there was holiday so i have visited there today noon. They have solved my camera focus problem but they are charging me to solve vibration problem. They are not taking responsibility of their mistake. They are showing me qc test where vibration test has failed but it was taken by after repairing, exactly what i m explaining that while repairing they have arised new issue of vibration by mistake. They are not answering me properly and ignoring me. They are telling that they have no relation about mic and sound with vibration, but camera issue has also no relation with sound and mic but it was also arised by them and repaired by them today noon... They are charging nearly 500-600/- for solving vibration issue. Very disappointing service of mi india. As i have to pay for there mistake.

                                      Poco f1 camera not working since day1. visited Xiaomi service centre 6 times in just 2 months. they do something and return me the device but problem remains the same. i think there is some problem with hardware, it works 50% of the times. i dont know where to go now, service center and helpline number are useless.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I have purchase redmi note 5 pro on 20 jun 2018,

                                        Within 2 month its develop yellow circular patches patches on screen,

                                        I went to service center ant they replace the screen, but again within 2 month its appearing again

                                        As this problem repeat again in 2 month i cannot keep replacing screen every 2-3 month and throw the phone after 1 year once warranty is over,

                                        I have called service center several times and request to replace my cell phone completely but not received positive feedback,

                                        Requesting you to replace the cellphone or i will have no other way but to complaint in consumer court for the same,

                                        Awaiting prompt and positive feedback from you
