    Hi mi team,

    I booked redmi note 6 pro on 28-nov-2018 on exchange basis of my old redmi y1 mobile and paid 9049 amount after exchange discount order number: [protected]. The courier boy came on 30-nov-2018 to collect my old mobile and saw as it has few scratches and a small dent at bottom he rejected to take the old one. You verified all my device functionality on mi store app before giving exchange estimated amount. Why this guy rejected my old mobile?

    After that mi refund game started. They don't want to refund my amount so playing games. Whenever i call customer care they say like wait for some more time. On 14th dec 2018 somebody called and told like your refund initiated have to wait for 8 to 10 working days. How much time should i wait for my amount to refund its been a month and still you guys asking me to wait.
    My case numbers with you is woin[protected] & woin[protected]. I have written mail to your service.[protected]@xiaomi.com nobody replied for this. I had a chat on your facebook page also no reply. What value you are giving to customer.

    I have attached the status of my order on different dates on my mi store app. Why you guys are so careless about customer concers. Its my hard earned money and you are keeping the money for no reason. I really pissed off with mi. My entire family uses mi phone but today i lost my impression on mi.

      I've purchased xiaomi redmi note 5 on 7th november 2018 and i'm facing the problem of automatic switch off when kept idol and hanging and getting off of the phone every time. I've visited 2 customer service centers for more than 5 times and they don't have any idea to solve the problem. If i contact the customer care number, they say to visit the customer service center. I've lost so many important calls due to this problem

          My redmi 6 pro gets its battery drained fast as i couldn't get any benefits of a 4000 mah battery. I haven't used any heavy apps too. I cant even travel anywhere believing this phone. Also some time the fingerprint sensor also do not works. Pls solve the issue. Anyway pls try to reply fast or else i need to move legally through consumer court and it may affect your sales in india too.

            I have raised complaint about camera operating slow & resolution problem in sai enterprises, service centre, chakan. But they raise complaint in system as a sw update by customer request only this in not a case. I have not signed paper because my problem not get resolved. They talked with me arrogantly like you do what you want to do, we will manage. I asked for them to please share job cart no but they can't. So i called customer care no & raised complaint. Complaint no is on top of complain description.

              I sri abhishek banerjee, a resident of vill.-sanbandha, distt.-bankura, state-w. B., brought mi a2
              Smartphone from mi store (Online) on 16th dec 2018, within single day o[censored]sage i found that the speaker is defective, so the company replaced the phone but in the replaced phone same problem occurred. Again i did contact to the mi care, next day i received a call from the company asking whether i want replacement or refund. As i wanted refund they asked me to send a cancel cheque & keep the phone ready to be the company from my house. I sent a scanned cancelled cheque through email & next day
              The phone has been collected by the courier service. The phone reached to them on 8th dec2018. On 12th dec2018 i received a mail from them narrating that ‘’refund will be completed with in 8-10 working days & will be reflected in my bank account. On 17th dec 2018 they call me asking more 8-10 days for the refund.
              Till this day refund has not done without any reason.yesterday 25/12/18 I received a call from mi name of person Benayok & he told me that your total refund completed next 3-4 days & it's reflect in your bank account.if my refund not added in my bank account before 1jan I decided that I visit district consumer forum.

                I am using mi4i (16gb) since 2015 and now i am facing battery problem in this model. For this i searched on internet for availability of the original battery and somewhere i found that xiaomi has stopped manufacturing battery for mi4i model and they are giving 1000 rs coupon for unable to provide battery to the customer.

                I was very excited for that i thought its a thanks to the x iaomi that at least they are providing some compensation.

                But unfortunately when i contacted xiaomi service centres of ajmer and of the jaipur they answered that there is no such coupon available by the company.

                May i ask the company what to do now. It's your fault that you stopped manufacturing battery and now you are denying to provide compensation. I can't throw this mi4i into the dustbin it costs me rs 12000/- approx and being a child of middle class family i am not in a condition now to buy the new phone. Please look into the matter and provide the necessary help in this regards.

                  As my product mi 3s prime has problem of sound and mic so i take it to near by service centre near gondal road, rajkot on 24th dec, 2018. As my product was out of warranty i was charged 520/- for repairing mic and sound as they replace the chip. After repairing i checked for mic and sound only as my issue was that only under normal human tendency. After that when i insert simcard i noticed that vibration has been stopped and camera was not able to focus. Yesterday there was holiday so i have visited there today noon. They have solved my camera focus problem but they are charging me to solve vibration problem. They are not taking responsibility of their mistake. They are showing me qc test where vibration test has failed but it was taken by after repairing, exactly what i m explaining that while repairing they have arised new issue of vibration by mistake. They are not answering me properly and ignoring me. They are telling that they have no relation about mic and sound with vibration, but camera issue has also no relation with sound and mic but it was also arised by them and repaired by them today noon... They are charging nearly 500-600/- for solving vibration issue. Very disappointing service of mi india. As i have to pay for there mistake.

Raghavendra rao, hno 45/37/55, jagannadhapuram, visakhapatnam 530 016. How do i know why sound is not coming, it is you to come and resolve. I am unable to explain beyond. It is up to you. Pl resolve the problem at the earliest.

                    Poco f1 camera not working since day1. visited Xiaomi service centre 6 times in just 2 months. they do something and return me the device but problem remains the same. i think there is some problem with hardware, it works 50% of the times. i dont know where to go now, service center and helpline number are useless.

                      I have purchase redmi note 5 pro on 20 jun 2018,

                      Within 2 month its develop yellow circular patches patches on screen,

                      I went to service center ant they replace the screen, but again within 2 month its appearing again

                      As this problem repeat again in 2 month i cannot keep replacing screen every 2-3 month and throw the phone after 1 year once warranty is over,

                      I have called service center several times and request to replace my cell phone completely but not received positive feedback,

                      Requesting you to replace the cellphone or i will have no other way but to complaint in consumer court for the same,

                          Mere mobile ka fingerprint sensor kam nahi kar raha h m service center par gaya tha to baha bata rahe h ki apko pay karna hoga rs1350 rupay abhi mere mobile ki 6 month varenty baki h mobile par kahi damage ka koi nissan bhi nahi h agar mere se damage ho jata to mai complent nahi karta abhi mujhe 6 month huye mobile le kar jab liya tha mobile tabhi kabhi kabhi sensor kam nahi karta tha
                          Actually this watch is not same what i paurchase so i return this thing ...
                          Reached out service center for battery replacement.
                          They are charging for checking the battery.
                          So charged for replacement.
                          Battery price online in mi website is 799 and they have told me 1399.
                          And when I asked to replace the battery they asked me to pay for checking charge, when I already know what issue is.

                            I have purchased a 2. But is very slow in processing. It always hangs. It takes a lot of time to open any operating system. I have purchased two months back. I always use it after restarting. Battery back up is very low. My money is wested. I request the mi store to change my phone and i will exchane another mobile of same version. I request the mi store to change my mobile and provide me new one.
                            I have bought note 5 pro black colour smartphone in 12August, 2018.im using this since that day.i have found tiny white spots on back of my phone that makes its look very bad. So, Im requesting to take action against this problem as soon as possible.

                              I bought xiaomi redmi note 5 in april 2018. From last month it started giving me problems like it automatically got switching off, when i pressed power off button then it restarted, it was also hanging so i went to customer service center. They said me that they had reinstalled the software and these problems will not come again but it started giving me problem like hanging, automatically wifi disconnecting. So, i went to customer service center yesterday, they said that tere are no issues and didn't did anything and were dealing with me in very much bad manner. I am very much disappointed by your customer service center. I want solution for my problems as my mobile phone is in warranty.

                                This is for your kind attention after repetitive request and technical visit my phone issue yet not been resolved (Invoice has been attached).
                                Then after that i have visited mi service station twice to resolve the issue temporarily (Service token details are as attached)
                                In the very next day again my sim slot no 1 was not working and i'm now running on sim slot no 2 only.

                                Now kindly note that after purchasing this product within 3months i have arranged technician visit twice and service centre visit twice but still i'm facing several others hardware problems, hence i'm surprised to see the product quality and service accuracy of your company, with due respect to your company's brand equity i would like to replace this handset with inmidite effect else will have to use social media and consumer forum to act upon.

                                  Still now my problem not solve. I send my bank passbook Xerox & mini statement by mail but still now I am not receive any call or email from mi. I receive Rs-1599.00 in my bank account but my phone cost Rs-15999.00.So I call agin & aging mi care they only say 'You receive a call from our higher authority'. So I decided that if my refund not added in bank account next 26/12/18.i visit my nearest district consumer forums & I give a written complaint against mi company. Because mi gives mi to much trouble.

At the time of phone delivery i pay the cost of phone rs-15999.00 (Fifteen thousand nine hundred ninety nine) but at the time of refund, xiaomi refund in my bank account rs-1599.00 (One thousand five hundred ninety nine) dated-19/12/18. So the bank statement given below. My contact number-[protected]. So i decided that i go my district consumer forums because xiaomi gives me too much trouble.

                                    I ordered a handset from mi.com worth inr 17, 849 on 25-oct-2018 and on the 28-oct cancelled it to order a different variant. Usually it takes 8-10 working days to receive the refund but when the time exceeded i contacted the customer care where they gave me the transaction id and told me that the refund was initiated on 9-nov-2018. I contacted the bank for the same where i was told that there is no such transaction. Further i called the customer care where they provided me with the arn number and asked me to give it to the bank to track the transaction for which the bank stated that the arn number shows that the amount is successfully deposited to the merchant's account but there is not trace of any refund initiation and from that time i called the customer care several times but every time they only repeated the same sentence that refund has been initiated from our side, you have to coordinate with the bank for the same. They registered several complaints of mine and assured me that i will receive a call from backend team but no call came from there side and when i called for the update they told me that the complaint has been closed as refund has already been initiated. Some senior supervisor advised me to contact amazon pay as transaction was done from there but i don't understand what they have to do with it as refund is always sent directly to the account from where the transaction was made, instead i did that too but of no use.
                                    They always give the same response that "we know you are eagerly waiting for the refund. You will receive a call from our team in next 24 hrs and we have registered your complaint" but again no call and complaint gets closed without any update. It's been two and half months and there is no guarantee yet whether i will get my money back or not. They keep changing their date of transaction once it was 25 oct, after few mails and complaints

                                      I bought mi tv last month, and its not even a month the tv stopped working. I raised a complaint and service engineer was very rude. I was wondering whether he is customer or me. Moreover he directly said to me buy different brand but we will not help you.
                                      I infact bought 2 years of extended warranty but it is of no use. Their services are pathetic and worst. Products are worst and there is no guarantee if it works as well, after buying. I am fade up with mi and will not recommend anyone to go for any mi products.
                                      There is no response on my complaint. I wasted my money on mi tv. Now wondering what to do. Please provide me senior management contact details so i can write to them what customers are facing with their fake chinese products.
