I purchased a MI 50" Tv online. 1 year before, with Tv warranty 1 year and 1 additional year warranty for panel.
Now after one year issue on Tv panel.., so I ask Mi service for panel.
But they asking me to pay Rs. 599 for technision charge for visiting. And they services.
I can't understand why should I pay if my tv in warranty period.., Xiaomi service center employee means, company salary employee they gots salary from Xiaomi. Then why they asking service charges.. for work.
So pls kindly help me

    I repaired the camera glass.. Which was worth 199 ₹ but they charged me 647..which includes 350 service charge + 18% gst?

    Seriously??

    350 for a 199 ₹ thing.
    This is way more than cheating the customers.
    Really very much disappointed.
    From next time, i will better contact a local repair shop.

      My device poco M3 pro is now warranty period when I go to mi service centre near Chandni chowk metro Kolkata -72, without solved my problem they charged 118/- ruppe, and also they will charged 3652/- for if I want my phone problem solve, so why I will pay for that when my warranty period till alive,

          Hello Xiaomi India

          I have bought redmi note 10 pro Max on 4th may 2021 my phone worked okay for 15 months.

          On August 4, 2022,
          My system updater shows new
          MIUI update ..after updating my phone didn't start..

          I visit to mi service centre ( GTB Nagar) and they said the motherboard of the phone is dead you have to pay Rs. 12, 500 for a new one.

          I have complaint serval times on ''mi customer care number'' and on ''mi grievance number'' regarding my issue but all of them closed my complaint and said I have to pay RS. 12, 500 to get my phone fix..

          What kind trick is this you sent me an update (MIUI update) and make my phone useless...

          Is this the customer value you provide??

          After the expiry of the warranty of phones you just send an MIUI update to make our phone software dead???
          Stop these unfair practices and fraud you are doing.

            Poco x3 Pro under warranty repair issues

            On 31 June 2021, I purchased POCO X3 PRO mobile but suddenly I got the some application Update from Company and I was Update my phone normally after that within a 4 hour after update mobile got Switch Off Automatically. I visited service center and asked for the repair but seeing my mobile they said mobile won't get repair but will give new mobile i.e. POCO X4 PRO, but this device processor is less than POCO X3 PRO.

            Im Nikesh Kumar Verma, I was facing problem since 1 month and the service centre people are not giving any satisfactory review about my complaint and im facing problem regularly regarding my phone. And at ast they agreed to replace my phone, but they are replacing my phone variant (8gb Ram & 256gb internal)with less variant phone (6gb Ram and 128gb internal). Is these is FAIR. thats why the companies like u should not be given access to do business here . You just pollute all environment (business environment).

                On 23rd Sept 2021, I purchased POCO X3 PRO mobile but within a year mobile got dead. I visited service center and asked for the repair but seeing my mobile they said mobile won't get repair but will give new mobile i.e. POCO X4 PRO, but this device processor is less than POCO X3 PRO.
                I requested them to repair my same device or else refund my money but they said I don't have other option even though my device is under warranty. Now they given POCO X4 PRO mobile to me.

                POCO X3 pro I purchased just because of Snapdragon 860 chipset but this device processor is Snapdragon 695 5G chipset.

                I do live stream on youtube and minimum 800 chipset is required which is not in POCO X4 PRO.

                Now my request to XIAOMI is mobile is still under warranty So, either they given me refund orelse mobile which have more than 800 chipset will be satisfy to me.

                You action on this matter will be highly appreciate.

                  Hi team,
                  I have brought this phone in August 2021, within few months the started to hang, Auto on/off, Auto calling and scrolling hence 1st time I visited the service centre in October at mumbai, vashi they told that the problem is sorted and didn't even gave the job sheet.
                  Again after about 15-20 days the same problem occurred so again 2nd time in November I visited the service centre at Pen, Maharashtra - 402107 even 2nd time they said the same thing and they gave the job sheet. But again after few months same problem occurred then the 3rd time in February I visited the service centre at Pen Maharashtra- 402107. But still the problem is not sorted. Again in May the same problem occurred hence, I called them on 2 may around 3:30-4:00 pm and told them about the problem they told me to visit but due to some reasons I was unable to visit.
                  My concern is, even after visiting the service centre thrice my problem is not solved yet I even told the higher authorities about the problem but they again and again asked me to visit the service centre, means how many time i have to visit the service centre.
                  It costs around 1500/- every time I visit, we are not that rich to spend all the money on a single phone.
                  I heartly request the team to please look in to my problem and sort it as soon as possible. I still hope that the team can help me.
                  My phone is still in warranty. Product model : Redmi note 9 pro

                    My poc x3 pro got dead a few days ago. I went to service center and told them the issue they told me to wait for a day so they will tell the phone is in warrenty or not
                    I waited and next day (the day i am writing this) they told me that your phone has minor scratchs so its under warrenty
                    I know this is not legit, the paper they gave me says that wear and tear does not affect warrenty and minor scratchs are wear and tear.
                    I want my phone replacement asap
                    They were all lauging and smileing.
                    This is scam which a lot of people like me faceing

                      My poco x3 pro had issues from the day one last year I got motherboard replaced somewhere between July and August now after miui 12.5.xx. update my phone is again getting random reboots 15times a day service centre is rejecting my phone under warranty as it has got scratches on back panel that is of normal wear and tear. The avtual issue is with the update they sent. Its with almost everyone using X3 pro

                        My Phone given for service at chinsurah station road service centre since 1month ago but no receipt is given against my phone.
                        Also my phone is not given by them after so many time visiting at service centre.
                        Worst experience with mi service.

                          Im a gamer, I've been played pubg 4 years in a low end device Realme 2. In this January i got sponsorship nd i got a device poco x3 pro. Its outstanding gaming device with good performance, and one day one of my gamer friend said me to sell this poco x3 pro And he told everyones poco x3 pro motherboard is dying so go and sell, After some days my poco x3 pro was dead without any reason.im using that device only for gaming, and i went to mi service center and they told me they will replace this device to poco x4 pro Poco is very worst device with bad performance, As a gamer how can i perform with that device.This poco x4 pro is 40fps phone.Im trying to make a career in gaming, my somany friends affected this same problem... Xiaomi atleast u replace the device with any other device with same specifications

                            I bought xiaomi 11 T pro 12/256 gb in march 2022 under in warranty right now this mobile have big issue in when i was charging completely mobile heavy heating & until when is not cool cannot used this smart phone right now this Phone is shot or Any other issue not turn on & no showing display.

                            this phone have my attendance log in OR out pls give me the Exchange other SAME phone THIS phone coast in Indian 44000/ thousand .

As the remote is not working for mitv4i, I have asked them for return and refund for the same but they are not refunding it.                                 I purchased mew smart tv and i got messege to install the new tv in 24 hours by their engineers.
                                Then i got whats app messege from mi india that the appointment is on 20 August 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM .
                                Now time is 4:28 PM and still not even any call or single messege come from them
                                I do complaint to company’s customer number they gave me 5 days time. What is this ? This is too wrong i will complaint to police if today installation will not completed.

                                  I purchased my xiaomi phone 11i 8+128 on 11/05/2022 with my icici credit card 46xx xxxx xxxx 7xx3. As of now, no cashback is credited even after 90 days of purchase. I came to know from the bank that merchant /aggregator has not deposited cashback amount of Rs 2000/- which was promised during purchase.

                                    Hello,
                                    I purchased the recently launched Redmi K50i on 15th Aug. The defect I experienced through this is Slow charging, Overheating, Wifi (Hotspot ) connectivity breaks, Standby time is less, Loading time within file transfer within phone is quite high as its 8GB Ram and 256 Storage.As its mentioned it comes with 67W Turbo charger but not giving performance.

                                    Detailed Description of defect.
                                    1.Using the phone, I first charge from the charger came through box (i.e. 67 W) on 16th Aug.It took 1hr 5 mins to charge from 15%-100%.I have noted the timings as well.

                                    Same happened on 17th Aug.I charged it from 5%-100% it took 1hr 20 Mins.Its really taking more time as mentioned in companies description.
                                    2.It got discharged by giving a standby power of 17 hrs only, so discharging is quick.

                                    Next day on 17th Aug as well the discharge was quick by giving standby power of 16.5 Hrs only.

                                    3.While Charging the phone also overheats as it's mentioned it has cooling technology but I don't think its working properly as I can feel the heating too much.

                                    4.When I am transferring the data from one folder to another in the Files it was not quick. (As I bought the 8GB/256 version).

                                    5.The WIFI is aso not stable.In my last Mi phone I had this issue was not there and connectivity from phone to Laptop through Hotspot was amazing but in this it sometimes doesn't connect and if connect but couldn't give the right speed and it makes connectivity issues.

                                    It's been like 3 days I am facing this problem.The store from which I bought this is not answering the calls, so I have to approach the service center.

                                    I visited your service center today regarding this problem. They were saying yes there is a problem in the unit.

                                    It's like 3 days since the issues are arising, I think the same will come after 1 or 2 months.

                                    I need a replacement of this phone or a refund of my money.

                                    I have been a MI user for the past 5 years as well as my whole family using MI phones but really disappointed this time.

                                    Please replace this unit or refund my money back.

                                      It was extremely disappointing and shameful experience with Xiaomi 12 pro mobile, I purchased this mobile from Amazon or der ID[protected] almost 2 month ago, just after 1 month of purchase it started giving trouble, I complained about charging problem, it is getting charged as per commitment given by Xiaomi brand, however I adjusted with that, also, I started getting many problems thenafter,
                                      1. one of the speakers of the mobile gone dead can't hear anything another speaker's sound became low,
                                      2. Not able to receive call some times it gets hanged,
                                      3. I can't talk on mobile without speaker on, I can't hear caller's voice neither they do hear mine, this is so embarrassing to talk on a speaker mode as normal is not working in the mobile, it is so embarrassing to talk on speaker while travelling or when out side or when to discuss certain confidential subject,
                                      4. While watching videos on youtube sounds goes away automatically and I can't hear anything then after unless restart the mobile,
                                      5. Mobile gets switched off automatically multiple times in a day,
                                      6. Wile using it became slow takes longer time to open any application, FYI in my phone I do not have any heavy data or memory because of which it will happen,

                                      I have been visiting Xiaomi service center in Panvel they asked to update software as a solution, later they said it will not be fixed with SW update they need to keep the mobile with them for 3 to 4 days and asked me to arrange another mobile when I questioned them I do not have any other mobile, they said that's not their problem, however to get the issued fixed I some how managed this, in my second visit I was told that mobile would be replaced as there are many issues with the phone, in my third visit I am told receiver of the mobile has gone faulty it will take another 3 to 4 days, when I am committed to replace the mobile why again they doing post mortem of the new mobile.

                                      I purchased this expensive mobile for the first time from my hard earned money and within a month it started giving so many issues I am very disappointed with Xiaomi mobile experience, this was my first purchase of Xiaomi Mobile but worst ever experience.
