I brought mi 10t pro two years back and now it's showing motherboard issue after updation.it has not even falled from me.now service center is saying huge amount for motherboard.i want replacement for my phone as many are complaing the same issue.

    I am using getspps since a long time.
    I am holding 34930+ coins.
    I am unable to redeem it. I tried with 10AM, 3AM, submitting captcha in 2-3sec. Either I am getting server error message from you end or out of stock.
    I this a new way to fraud customers. Since last 2-3momths I am trying out daily, but no use. I tried with my 100MBPS wifi also. Still its the same.
    Kindly redeem my points and share me the coupon of Mi usb cable (1), Mi Motion-Activated Night Light2 (2).
    I am a great fan of Mi may be the trust getting lower day by day due to such malicious activities of you.

      I have already lodge complaint on this portal and got reply from your end ID: 3289417. But since that day (26th Aug) I'm waiting for call/email from XIAOMI INDIA.

      The new exchange mobile i.e., POCO X4 PRO there was display issue within a 2week, and they did the software. I'm really disappointed with this exchange mobile due to low end processor.

      Your attention is highly matters.

      Request you to please push them or send them a reminder in order to get call/email.

        I have purchased my phone last year in October. since purchase date I am phasing problem in my phone i have visited service centre many times they repair it every time but now I am fed up. Please replace my product.
        I wanted to replacement as my remedy since 1st day but my remedy is not being considered properly.

          After updating miui 13 version in my redmi note 10 pro Max, my front camera is totally dead and my rear camera is like a moody camera, if it wants to work then it will work otherwise it won't. What kind o[censored]pdation it is that hard accessories of phone stops working? I visited at centre and they says that I need to pay 10, 000 ₹ for installing new front camera. I was a mi fan till now but because of this I am totally disappointed and heart broken. If company knows this bugs will create mess in people's life then they shouldn't provide updation or they should give some free service to fix the phones after updation. People, my advice to you is please do updation after consulting with the service centers otherwise don't update because now it's like YOU DO UPDATION BUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Totally disappointed...

              Hii iam a Xiaomi mobile user since many years, , , but recently my redmi note 9 pro Max mobile display got damaged by falling in water ..
              I had gone to xiaomi store for my repairing work because there is no Xiaomi service centre in my town.But the store owner frauded me by fixing duplicate display of worth 3, 600, , which I got to know from Xiaomi service centre...

              I sent the email some time ago but there is no reply ...

              I want the compensation or a new Mobile .Otherwise I will approach legally .

              He had not given me bill or anything after repair, , very disappointed with the service.

              So please consider this the serious issue iam facing lot of problems in my new device also which is redmi 10 prime.
              Either i want a new mobile or compensation money of 25000(a worth of a new mobile)

                    I phone goes on auto restart.
                    So service centre told it takes 25 days to repaired. After 25 days they told we will give mi 11x in replacement of this phone because It cannot be repair. After 7 days they gave me my old phone.so what after 1 months they just give false promise. Please consider this

                      Hey,

                      We Mi 11 lite NE 5G (Lisa) users are frustrated with the experience we all are having, we are facing severe black crush issues with the display on a daily basis.

                      what is black crush? - black crush is when black is not showing correctly hence creating a blocky mess.

                      the severity of occurrence is pretty high, which spoils our experience of consuming any content on this phone. It's noticeable everywhere, on Always on Display, Charging animation, Notification panel when using AMOLED walls, when consuming Black/Dark content on a phone, it's soo frustrating! We feel cheated, we can't consume any darker content properly on this phone as black crush spoils the experience of it. I am someone who creates and sell wallpapers and I personally bought this phone just for sake of creating content suitable for AMOLED screens But this display is soo bad that it doesn't fulfill my needs and worsens my experience of creating some Amoled-friendly content. I'm so tired of facing this daily and not getting any proper resolution from you guys!

                      what we as a community know is that the display panel you used for selling in India is different with lower PPI, using different technology than the one used to ship outside India. both panels have different PPI ~267ppi (Tianma - Delta - shipped widely in India) vs 318ppi (Huaxing - Diamond - widely shipped outside of India) for this phone, both use different techniques to show pixels as well, one is sharper while the other is not so much! this is SO FRUSTRATING that we customers have been trying since a long time since launching of this phone to get you guys to just acknowledge it but you are not acknowledging it.

                      Do you think this should be something customers who spend hard-earned money 27/30k INR on buying phones should be facing? that too on daily basis without getting any promised fix or solution by Xiaomi. Your developer team and service team is handed sample units of this phone which are rocking the tcl CSOT display, so they don't face this issue and won't acknowledge it! But we all Indian users with Tianma panel are facing it on daily basis, without hopes of getting it resolved or any proper solution from you guys! Your software team refuses to accept it as an issue, stating it's a hardware fault and that we should visit the service center for replacement. While those o[censored]s who got the display replaced were offered the same tianma panel and are still facing the black crush issue to this date. Your service manager refuses to accept it as being any issue either software or hardware-wise, saying if it was an issue, there would have been an outcry on social media. There already has been but you guys are refusing to acknowledge any of that! Please don't do this to customers, We trust Xiaomi to provide us Better experience but this is what we get! We are with you guys since the beginning recommending your devices to a mass audience that we know and care about, but if we have such experience how can we recommend Xiaomi to others?

                      Please acknowledge, come forward, and take this matter in hand we are left with no hopes of getting this thing resolved anytime sooner.

                      that's the most FRUSTRATING and CHEATED we customers ever felt about any brand! We never expected Xiaomi to be this way!

                      I have reported this before, you guys offered to send me a Mi voucher worth invoice value in exchange for a phone, I agreed with that but I really don't have a secondary Device to use while you guys take a weeks to offer me MI voucher. So I am left facing this issue and living with it on daily basis and I'm not alone in facing this, each one us in India who owns Mi 11 lite ne 5g is suffering from this on daily basis. This is the most hopeless we ever felt when dealing with any brand.

                      if it was a software issue you could have already fixed it but you haven't since launch. they just tried to cover it with overlays which makes it even worst! Please offer us a fix! So we don't have to live with faulty phones!

                      I'll be attaching some more links for you to confirm how severe this issue is and how many people go through this! how you can confirm which display panel your 11 lite NE 5G got?

                      You can also check communities for this device on telegram, XDA, and mi forums, r/xiaomi, twitter even! Just search "black crush" mi/Xiaomi. Everyone reporting a similar thing!

                      Just so you know we have communicated with global users using the same phone with the tcl CSOT panel they don't face any black crush issues and have too good reviews for this phone.

                      Offer us display replacement with tcl CSOT panel so we don't face this [censored] issue daily!

                        It's been 1.5 year for my POCO X3, recently updated to MIUI 13.0.1 after update my front camera not working at all.

                        I strongly believe we should file case against POCO INDIA for cheating customer.

                        I don't know why POCO charging for something that done by themselves not by customers.

                              Your sound system in 3.5 jack and Bluetooth sound is not good. samsung sound is better than xaiom and poco. compare your sound system with samsung sound. samsung is very better sound in Bluetooth and 3.5 jack so please improve your sound in poco x3

Even after changing mother board the same problem has been started. He is saying ur saying lies . If we are saying lies then why did he say we have change mother board.                                       Hello, I'm a mi user for the past 9 years.My recent mobile is mi 10i i have updated it to miui 13.0.4 which was given officially by xiaomi and my mobile isn't working. Service center people said motherboard has gone . The damage was happened by the software update given by xiaomi . It's not a physical or liquid damage from my end . In service center they ask to solve with my own . I request you to replace me with the new product because it's your fault . How can xiaomi officially gave updates with bugs. Many devices damaged but they gave new peice to people under warranty only but it's their irresponsibility of giving bugs in the update. Xiaomi is doing like this to increase their business so that their sales will increase. Please help me .

                                        This issue starts from 13.0.4/5 update rolled out. Due to this all redminote10pro users are facing issue with front camera and now system UI not responding make it brick!.
                                        This is unfair trade as just after my warranty period this issue occurred.
                                        I'm not alone here, this issue is faced by all users check internet(Twitter Facebook YouTube) all are complaining same thing. It's the right time to raise complaint in consumer court.
