After purchase, it worked fine for 2 months after that calls are getting dropped, I saw the network is getting reset automatically. Till date I visited 4 times MI service center...

Bought from MI official website .Received the product thru bluedart and the battery compartment is not opening to insert batteries.

but still not resolved...

My device poco x3 pro is suddenly dead on 1 st july 2022 the device is in warranty period so I visited Xiaomi service center they said they are giving me a replacement of this phone with poco x4 pro and there is no further option than this, poco x3 pro is gaming phone with 865+ snapdragon and poco x4 pro have 695 snapdragon this is so unfair they have to give same phone in replacement or give my money back because it's not my fault every...

My phone started hanging up after i updated the MIUI 13 software 3 days ago.
Today it has completely stopped working and not getting charged .
I took it to MI service center in Margao, Goa. They have said that the mother board has gone bad.
