It was extremely disappointing and shameful experience with Xiaomi 12 pro mobile, I purchased this mobile from Amazon or der ID[protected] almost 2 month ago, just after 1 month of purchase it started giving trouble, I complained about charging problem, it is getting charged as per commitment given by Xiaomi brand, however I adjusted with that, also, I started getting many problems thenafter,
1. one of the speakers of the mobile gone dead can't hear anything another speaker's sound became low,
2. Not able to receive call some times it gets hanged,
3. I can't talk on mobile without speaker on, I can't hear caller's voice neither they do hear mine, this is so embarrassing to talk on a speaker mode as normal is not working in the mobile, it is so embarrassing to talk on speaker while travelling or when out side or when to discuss certain confidential subject,
4. While watching videos on youtube sounds goes away automatically and I can't hear anything then after unless restart the mobile,
5. Mobile gets switched off automatically multiple times in a day,
6. Wile using it became slow takes longer time to open any application, FYI in my phone I do not have any heavy data or memory because of which it will happen,

I have been visiting Xiaomi service center in Panvel they asked to update software as a solution, later they said it will not be fixed with SW update they need to keep the mobile with them for 3 to 4 days and asked me to arrange another mobile when I questioned them I do not have any other mobile, they said that's not their problem, however to get the issued fixed I some how managed this, in my second visit I was told that mobile would be replaced as there are many issues with the phone, in my third visit I am told receiver of the mobile has gone faulty it will take another 3 to 4 days, when I am committed to replace the mobile why again they doing post mortem of the new mobile.

I purchased this expensive mobile for the first time from my hard earned money and within a month it started giving so many issues I am very disappointed with Xiaomi mobile experience, this was my first purchase of Xiaomi Mobile but worst ever experience.

    Purchase new phone Xiaomi 11t pro from mi.com and get phone in dead condition i plug for charging its take 50 - 60 mins to charge and after when i am start using its battery draining rapidly on immediately i call to customer care they said please visit your nearest authorised service centre and submit the phone and i was submitted my phone 13th of august 2022 and today is 18th of august 2022 there is no response no solution provided me. Very poor service from Xiaomi india

        I bought this poco x3 in 2021 with 17k ... The phone won't then on and the issue is that my poco x3 dead after the new update and when I took it to repair they said the motherboard is gone... and can't be repair. 17k is a big amount for me so kinda resolve this matter... everyone facing the bug

          After the update of MIUI 13.5 in my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, front camera is not working. When I reached to service centre they said to change the motherboard which is costly. It's not the problem created by me, it's the problem which was created by company. Why they are not repairing my product? Should I take legal action against my company? Not only in my phone there are many user which have this problem. It's the strategy of the company to downgrade the existing mobiles and to force them to buy a new device.

            I bought poco x3 Mobile via Flipkart in 2 years back.some time poco distribution c type charge not working. Now faster charger not working not yet charge of my mobile. But not charge it's is charging on my mobile.

                I bought poco x3 pro phone from flipkart 11 month ago. Few day ago phone suddenly stopped working and not turning on i visited a service centre of xiaomi because company provides 1 year warranty as in there policy they will repair or replace there device free of cost if that device get any issues in normal usage So they should repair or replace my mobile but they aren't doing. When i i visited there service center name the keypad they took 1 day to chech my mobile and said the Motherboard of my mobile is dead they will replace it but. they broke diplay frame my mobile and now say me that they will not repair my mobile free they are asking for money and say if i paid 7000 rupee they replace with new phones and 6 month extra warranty, but when i give my phone services center my phone is not broken, they destroyed my phone and asking for money from me. They are fraud.

                    There is only a little scratch on the edge of the body no cracks at all . all the t and c are matching with my phone. how I am supposed to give a old phone without any scratches or they should mention in the website to exchange a new phone without any scratches with the desired new phone. I was eagerly waiting for the new mi 11x to be delivered but an agent came checked the device and told there is a scratch on the edge your exchange is cancelled

                      I would like to draw your attention as mentioned below.

                      I have purchased Xiaomi Television 5X 43" from Vijay Sales, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 11th August 2022 and got the delivery on 12th August 2022 as committed by Vijay Sales. Same day on 12th I received the message from MI that Installation will be done between 12.00 to 2.00 on 13th August 2022 so that I have rescheduled all my activities and waited for a call from the installation guy. Ohh.. there is not a single call or message from anyone hence i called at your customer care number and registered the complaints regarding the same. where not get the proper response from anyone. Even each call center guys giving fake commitments and some of your agents were enjoying the problem instead of providing the resolution as 2 times call disconnected from call center, refused to escalate the call at senior desk, Parrot speech, 1 agents told me that he is the top authority of Xiaomi, really Interesting!!! You can go through all the calls I did yesterday at your call center from my own number [protected].

                        I have purchased Xiaomi 12 pro (12GB + 256GB) from MI home near me.But there was charging problem and foggy camera issue with the device.So I submitted my device in service centre on 23rd, July, 2022 and after a week of continuous follow up they provide me a replacement on 29th, July, 2022 . But the replaced device has the same issue of foggy camera when we record video in low temperature. I again visit the service centre and the service centre manager Mr. Sonu Kumar said “your issue will resolve in one week I will e-mail to backend team and until then you can keep your device“ and on 6th, August, 2022 I visit the service centre again and they install miui version from their computer and said it will resolve your problem, but it didn’t resolve my problem and it still exist. So I again visit to service centre on 8th, August, 2022 and tell the manager to provide me the refund of the product because I can’t continue my work with a defective product. The manager said I will forward mail for refund to the backend team. But now it's been 6 days and 21 days of suffering from their service I didn't get my refund. Whenever I call the service center they replied your process is still pending on backend side. I am so much frustrated with their negative responses.So please help me with the refund process it would be a great help for me.
                        Is this issue resolved by refund

                          Ever since the phone has been upgraded to MIUI 13 OS, Wifi connection has become unstable. This is affecting the calls as I take lot of calls from my home and Wifi calling is the only option that works due to poor signal from Airtel. My other phone which is a Samsung A50 works perfectly.
                          Please help with this issue. There is a bug. The connection keeps flickering on and off and one can see that while taking the call.

                            I have purchased MI XXQ02HM trimmer on 4th Dec 2021 through Flipkart. It is not working properly now and we have approached the Service center at Madurai, Tamilnadu. They didn't take our request formally and didn't give any proof for recording our service request. Morning (Aug 2nd) we reached the service center and handed over the trimmer with good condition. Same evening they called me and conveyed that the trimmer was not eligible for exchange.

                            I called customer care. They told "service center should give Job sheet number for proof". but I didn't get any such type of evidence from them. They are cheating customers. Also they told "You can escalate this to anyone. We will not worry". Really I am frustrated due to their poor service and handling customers as rough.

                            I forced customer care executive to raise complaint from their side on service center and got workorder no: WO:ISIN[protected]-116D. Today they called me and closed without any action on service center rude behavior and cheating us. I asked them " What action did you take on service center". but I didn't get response from customer care exec too and simply explaining about my trimmer status. they closed request without take any action. I have dropped mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com. But no response from them.

                              I went to mi store for getting my warranty of my redmi smart band and they said we will not replace or repair it because it has little scratches on it which were obvious after use of 10months the scratches were natural and the problem was not from scratches which they admit they problem was in hardware which was completely covered in warranty in and almost 1 month left for warranty and they just procasting from giving warranty which means they doesn't want to give warranty and this is a way of robbing consumer i talked to customer care they all said that if there are scratches we cannot so anything even though it is the problem of hardware

                                I buy poco m2 from flipcart from 10000.and now after 2-3months fingerprint does not working properly and sometimes phone hangs and suddenly after 14 to 15 months mobile phone is unable to receive network. So i am unable to receive call, message or making a call and message and also unable to use internet. Please immediately action against poco india because service centre charges 7000 to 8000 for fix this problem.
                                How can anyone pay 8000 for 1 year old phone that i buy at 9999? Please replace my phone because it is a fault of xiomi india because that company does not use best Or better items. That company may use worst product for sell more product.
                                I cannot pay for this. If need I complain to high court and i can prove it. My friend is mobile repairer and he said this poco brand phone has many issues in motherboard issue. So help all customer or leave india. #buycottpoco #buycottxiomi #fakepoco

                                    I too have purchased my poco X3 pro approx 10 months before (it's under warranty ). My phone is NOT WORKING and when I went to service centre they said that phone is dead and they will replace it . However they are replacing it with another phoen worths rs 14000 whic is not fair at all. I want my device replaced with the same device or atleast it must have same specifications .

                                      I have updated my phone to 13.0.5.0 version. After tht my front and back camera stopped working. And for the repair of the mother board they are asking 10k . Why should I pay for that because this happened after their update which is extremely the trouble caused by the company.

                                        After the miui 13.0.2 update my phone performance has reduced and there are many bugs in this update
                                        1. The YouTube is lagging
                                        2. System is not stable
                                        3. Phone gyro is not responding
                                        4. System launchers not working as it use to before
                                        5. Apps not responding
                                        And many other is i remember
                                        So it's a kind request to fix this bugs in this new update as soon as possible, so we can experience good UI performance
