Get apps of xiaomi phones, i cannot able to get coins, when I'm checking the error message 'someone went wrong with your account, please change your password'. I had changed my password lots of time but not solved. They told that, my account was disabled & to keep it idle for somedays to solve. But it's been 10 days i had kept idle but not enabled my account. In FAQs they mentioned as "change your account password to eliminate the threat, " they had given wrong info in the faq section. They are misleading. Even i had linked only 1 account in my phone. They are not enabling my account. They are just telling some wrong suggestions instead of correct solution.

    I am buy mobile xiaomi 12 pro at 5/7/2020. and after 12 day suddenly dead same problem like poco X4 dead problem occur but xiaomi not replace my piece he is only repair my phone and when i geeting service centre not ask me what is problem in my phone my whole day waste in service centre but not ask any thing probper answer.i want replacement becoz my product used time is very low only 12 days and i am pay xiaomi highest pay mobile value so why should i used repairable piece.

      I want option for whitelisting of app from ultra battery saver mode. This is not available in current system. Ultra battery saver mode is useless in current generation of high quality battery performance. Please take note of my request.

            I have purchased poco x3 it's has not been 1 yr my phone mother board got damaged I got it replaced in warranty but within 15 days of replacement the mother board got damaged again but this time they are asking money for replacement
            POCO is having motherboard issues alot
            Did they give you replacement Arshad??

              I am compaliting about my Redmi TV (32 inch) not turning off by remote as well from switch in Tv. So, I have contacting Mi for same since two last two months but they are not providing any solution instead it gives time like, they will visit us within 5-8days and one technician came at our home but he is unable to solve issue. So i have re-complaint about it but still they not providing any valid input just giving time and after that if no one give solution and I contact again in Mi they again extend the date. Every time they extending time. Not giving any Solution even My Tv is in warranty.

                Dear Team,

                1. My wife Dia had purchased a Redmi 9 pro power on 28.08.21, from Amazon.
                2. This, we realise now, was a big mistake and a Cardinal sin, to purchase your product.
                3. The handset was inoperational and not functional since 27th May, 2022.
                4. She visited your Goregaon Jawahar Nagar service center on 28th May, 2022, around 12.30pm, to know why it's not functioning.
                5. She was told Motherboard will have to be replaced. They will order the part from Bangalore Or Gurgaon, and she will get the handset in working condition, within 5 to 7 days.
                6. We've been following up since then, with the service center and the MI helpline no [protected].
                7. The helpline person on being asked the TAT for resolution of the service says 10 days, when I call up after 10 days, then the next person says Sorry, it is not 10 days, it is 10 working days.
                8. 10 working days!!! ??
                Seriously!!!
                In the year 2022 !! ??

                It takes one day for motherboard product / part to be shipped to Mumbai.
                Why would you need 10 days?

                Is the part coming on bullock cart or foot to Mumbai ??

                9. On asking the executive, where is it mentioned about the 10 working days TAT, he did not have an answer. Its not mentioned anywhere, not even online..!

                10. On escalation twice on 7th June, the helpline executive commits that since his supervisor is busy, he will arrange for a call back to me,
                which on expected lines, is not received !! This same action is repeated again by self for the next two days, and post escalation twice, I am assured, that I will receive a call back, which never happened !!
                Is this the level of Professionalism, displayed by your organisation ! ?

                11. I put up a complaint on Redmi India's Facebook on 8th June and 9th June 2022. But not a single response till date, from the Social Media team, either on Facebook or on the phone !!

                Is this the Level of Responsiveness, by your organisation ! ?

                12. We were unable to receive calls, my wife's whatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, all Information stored is jeopardized and hampered!
                Our customers are unable to connect with us, leading to loss of goodwill and business!!

                13. The service center and the Mi helpline were clueless, confused and zoned out, about when we will receive the handset in working condition!!

                14. Finally, we received the handset only on 11th June, 2022, apparently with the replaced and enabling motherboard. My wife had to again invest a lot of effort and time, to download the apps, arrange the data including the important images call for and redo the contacts, inform and apologise to our clients that her phone is functioning now. Incidentally from 28th May to 10th June (we got a call to collect the handset on 10th June, but were unable to collect on 10th), is definitely more than 10 working days !!

                15.But, to our shock and utter dismay, the handset stopped functioning again on 28th June 2021 !!

                16.Is this some kind of a Joke!

                Isn't it obvious that the so-called motherboard was not newly replaced !!
                Either a second-hand motherboard has been rectified and inserted. Or the earlier faulty motherboard has been 'dummy repaired'

                Your organisation has zero values and principles and is just interesting in duping its already harassed and tortured customers !!

                17.We call the MI Helpline to strongly complain and demand a Refund of the entire money. They asks us to wait for seven days for the resolution.

                When speaking with another executive and asked to escalate the matter to the supervisor, the executive first puts me on a long wait, then apparently connects me to his supervisor, who does not answer the phone, coz the phone is ringing! I hold the phone for more than 10 minutes, but no answer, from the supervisor!
                Is the Level of Responsiveness Appropriate !? (I have a phone recording of the same)

                18. We get a call from the MI India Customer support, who when told that the MI team is not responsive and that I have not received any response for my Facebook complaint from the Social Media team, states repeatedly that the organisation does not accept Facebook complaints and does not reply to them and implies that as a customer, I have no right to complain on Social Media ! (have a phone recording of the same)

                18. My wife visits the Goregaon Service center on 28th June, to complain. They shrug off their responsibility completely, saying that they are in the midst of some shifting. They were shifting even on the 11th June!

                19.We get a call from Seema from the Malad Service center on 29th June. We put up the same demand to provide us with a refund. She asks us to visit the Malad Service center, and give the phone for inspection. When asked, Seema herself is not very confident, whether in a commitment of working days, if Saturday is counted as working or not working (Have a phone recording)

                20.My wife is informed by the Malad Service center, that it is again a Motherboard issue, which is why the handset stopped functioning.

                21.The following questions arise :
                1) Wasn't the handset "replaced by a new motherboard" on 10th June 22, at the Goregaon Service center ? Or maybe, it was not!!

                2) As a customer, is it not our right to know, the genuineness and authenticity of the motherboard replacement on 10th /11th June ?

                3) Why did the handset stop functioning and the motherboard need further replacement, in only 18 days of replacement by a "new motherboard" ??

                4) Is that your new Warranty ? 18 days ?
                5) What is the TAT for products in the warranty stage being replaced by new product parts?

                22)We get a call from Malad service center on 30 June to ask us to collect the handset. My wife tells him, to test the handset comprehensively, and to please switch off and switch on the handset 10 times. He agrees.
                On 1st July, Seema calls up my wife and tells her Not to Switch off the handset, because there is a problem in this model !!

                1) If there is a problem in this model, why was it sold to me, in the first place ?
                2) And if it is realised now, why is the organization not withdrawing all these models ?
                3) Why do we have to 'compromise' with your malfunctioning and damage products ?

                When my wife visited the center on 1st July, she was told that the earlier motherboard has been replaced by a new motherboard !

                The following questions arise :
                1) The Goregaon service center takes 14 days to replace the faulty motherboard, whereas the Malad service center ironically takes only a day to replace the faulty motherboard. How is this deviation even comparable and possible ??

                2) Isn't it understood that probably neither of the time, the new motherboard has been actually replaced ?

                23) My wife is made to wait for One Hour! . She is told that the handset needs to get charged. Is it not understood that the handset needs to be ready for the customer to collect ? Has your organisation not harassed us Enough !!

                24.After 45 minutes, the handset is only charged for 3%. And we are told that a faulty charger has been used for the charging !

                Is this not Height of Negligience, Irresponsible Behaviour, Absolute Laidbackness, Total Disregard for the Customer !!!

                25.Our woes with your Damaged and Faulty Handset Continue...
                Since 1st July, the handset :

                a) is not being charged properly. It is not charging beyond 33%
                b) touch screen not working effectively
                c) unable to answer the phone (the answer option is not visible, only phone is ringing)
                d) upper portion of the phone is hung (time is showing 3.32pm, charging is showing 33%) (PFA snapshot of the same)

                Since 2nd July, it stopped functioning completely..!

                We've had ENOUGH!!

                26.We do not wish to be a 'scapegoat' for Xiami India to use for their experiments on torture and harassment, of its customers..

                27. This is :
                a. absolutely pathetic,
                b. preposterous and distressing
                c. causing us untold hardships, annoyance and pestering from your end

                It is completely reflective of your :
                a. Organization's culture
                b. Total disregard and disrespect for the customer and zilch service levels
                c. Bureaucratic & Laidback nature of employees
                d. Lack of processes and systems followed
                e. Outright faulty and Thoroughly Defective Products
                f. Irresponsiveness & Apathetic nature of your employees

                28. At the time of placing an order for your product, we had made an advance payment.

                I don't think that the funds bounced back or my cheque bounced or the currency notes were fake.

                If the funds were not fake and if you got my funds correctly and in time, then why should I have to contend with your fake and faulty product ??

                29. I demand a complete refund and take back your faulty product ASAP !

                  Redmi 9 Power - Device dead

                  Writing you this email with lot of desperation that the the Redmi power 9 which i bought through MI Store is repeatedly giving problem where it goes off completely after every repair. The root cause is still not clar fo the service center engineers as they blame that, the software upgrade on the device damages the hardware. The solution so far discovered is replacing the mother board. I have changed the mother board 3 times and the issue...

                    "Dear Customer,
                    As discussed over the call, we have started working on your complaint with reference number: WOIN[protected] and it will be resolved by[protected]. We will get in touch with you once an update is available or when the case is closed. We appreciate your patience and co-operation in this regard. Kind regards"

                    In continuation of my grievance related to recent poor service job done by Xiaomi, Chennai, India I'm drafting here to explain the hardship I went through and no resolution yet but harassment from backend team personals.

                    [protected]: Submitted Redmi 9 Prime to Xiaomi Service Center, Chennai, India. As display is blacked out but phone was working fine, I could get calls, notification sounds, alarm rings etc. After 3 hours of wait they quoted display, back cover, camera lens cover need to be replaced. Though phone was under warranty due to minor physical damage warranty was voided by Service Center.

                    [protected]: Delivered repaired Redmi 9 Prime. Fixed Display, back cover, Sim tray, Volume button but camera lens cover not available so delivered without it. Paid ~₹5, 500 and service center promised to call me once lens cover is received and fix the same.

                    Note: Service center didn't pick the calls and called customer care to spoke to Mr. Sharath Kumar and got an update phone would be delivered within two weeks from the submission. Also, Service center went ahead and charged for Sim tray (~₹200) despite conveying that I had left it at my home.

                    [protected]: Post service I noticed a small patch appearing in back camera photos. Plus Display has more yellow tint than the original version, which hurt my eyes. Also, noticed there was no lens cap over the flash/depth camera in the back panel. Called customer support, reached Sarath Kumar again. He took a complaint "customer not satisfied with service".

                    [protected]: Service Center called me back post to complaint and explained the issues. Whatsapp-ed the images + issues. They have asked me to visit the center in-person

                    [protected]: Delayed visit to Service Center as I wasn't keeping well. Explained the issues that I had whatsapp/conveyed already.

                    [protected]: Service center try to clean the camera as asked (I thought patch could be due to dust). But didn't work. This time, after showing the old back cover, they removed the flash/depth camera lens cap from old one (via heating process) and fixed it in the new one. Regarding yellow tint they had no clue. They didn't even have knowledge on display calibration settings available in MIUI. They claimed the Display is original and the issue could be due to different vendors. Regarding back camera they argued the phone was given in dead condition (which isn't true). No answer from them when asked why didn't they check the camera app etc., instead, claimed camera need to be replaced and quoted additional ₹1200+

                    7) 21st June week: reported/escalated to customer care, Guna Bharati, Yashwanth (senior support person); so far not much help. However, Yashwanth asked to create a new job order for the mentioned post repair issues; to resubmit the phone to Service Center so that he could help escalate to senior backend team, who supposed to have more authority and assured they would help resolve the issues.

                    [protected]: Went to the Service center; explained the procedure told by Mr. Yashwanth and submitted my phone and raised a new job order as told. Service center assured they would do their best as well by emailing to appropriate persons and let me know.

                    [protected]: Try to reach back Mr. Yashwanth, who asked me to get a new Job order so that he could help. But he was busy, I think
                    Ajay, landing call center guy registered a new complaint (the one provided above).

                    [protected]: Received a call back from, "so called senior backend team", one Mr.Ali. He didn't even bother to read through issues but simply extended the resolution date. Not at all helpful.

                    [protected]: Try to reach back Yashwanth as Ali's response is disappointment. After repeated explanation to landing call staffs reached one Mr.Sreejith, supposed to be senior support supervisor. Explained again to him what I had gone through and how poor Ali's response was. He again told me he would mark it as high priority but nothing useful.

                    [protected]: Drafted email to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com explaining the hardships faced.

                    [protected]: Received call from, "again backend team", Mr. Vinod. I asked again to explain the issue and I got really disappointed. After heated conversation he simply disconnected the call abruptly stating he wouldn't transfer to his supervisor.

                    Note: Ali has noted my preference time after 5 pm. Yet call came in at my peek working hour 2.30-3.00 PM.

                    [protected]: Try to reach again to customer care to Yashwanth but routed to Mr.Shiva Kumar through Mr.Robinson (need to brief him the issue again). Again not much help and he asked for me to do a conference call with Xiaomi Chennai Service center. I did but they wouldn't pick-up as always. Upon my request Shiva Kumar had checked updated unavailability of his manager and promised to arrange a call back within one hour. Four hours past but not call from his manger.

                    [protected]: Tried to call Chennai service center many times but they didn't pickup. Received automated response from Service.[protected]@xiaomi.com with links to fill-in details or use Mi app/website, which I had already tried it wouldn't go through and notified customer care staffs as well during my calls.

                    Please let me know how do I proceed. Should I file a FIR on the basis of cheating from Xiaomi Service as they have took my money but didn't render proper service. The phone isn't usable as expected and not sure if the parts are original. Moreover no one is answering to my queries but routing me with different procedures. One and half month now and only painful calls and visits but no proper resolution.

                        My device poco x3 pro is suddenly dead on 1 st july 2022 the device is in warranty period so I visited Xiaomi service center they said they are giving me a replacement of this phone with poco x4 pro and there is no further option than this, poco x3 pro is gaming phone with 865+ snapdragon and poco x4 pro have 695 snapdragon this is so unfair they have to give same phone in replacement or give my money back because it's not my fault every poco x3 pro user facing this problem after miui update we need solution.

                          My phone started hanging up after i updated the MIUI 13 software 3 days ago.
                          Today it has completely stopped working and not getting charged .
                          I took it to MI service center in Margao, Goa. They have said that the mother board has gone bad.
                          I have seen manu similar discussions on the net where people have complained a similar issue.

                          Please help.
                          I have also experienced the same issue.its their fault and they are also not responding.

                              Hi my poco x2 bought from flipkart[protected] IMEI [protected] after an update my camera screen stopped working next day my phone stopped booting checked with service center they insisted mother board replacement would cost 9000/- after an week they told me that they don't have motherboard stock and provide poco F1 as replacement and asked me to pay 9000/- for that device. well my phone didn't had any scratch or dent the companies software update caused the whole problem i want my phone to be repaired at free of cost or replaced with same featured phone Redmi note 10 pro

                                My Poco x3 pro suddenly not booting.i went to the service center at westbengal, nadia, krishnanagar protima infotech they told me my phone is phisycaly damaged by me and recoded at their end, and they didn't give me warranty.It is regret to say there is a very minor spot on fingerprint/power button.how can a little spot be phisycally damaged..! There was mother board problem. I request to you that my phone be brought under warranty coverage because my phone is approximately 8 month's old.just for a minor scratch I will not get warranty..!! For a minor scratch they regret to giving me warranty.I want justice I hope I will get justice.

                                  Hello, I'm a mi user for the past 9 years.My recent mobile is mi 10i i have updated it to miui 13.0.4 which was given officially by you and my mobile isn't working. Service center people said motherboard has gone . The damage was happened by the software update given by you . It's not a physical or liquid damage from my end . In service center they ask to solve with my own . I request you to replace me with the new product because it's your fault . Please solve the issue.

                                    I'm trying to redeem product from Get apps from long time but I'm unable to do because company is cheating us I have enough coins to redeem some products but it's not available to redeem.
                                    Please resolve this issue I'm collecting this coin from a long period and now when i try to redeem it's not available. This is going to be irritating for me.

                                      My Poco x3 pro is certainly dead during a calling. My phone is under warranty I bought it from Flipkart on 20/08/2021. So visit Mi service center and they says they can't repair it because after the new update that model is going to dead and company don't send motherboard for that device. So I have to replace my phone with a low quality phone provided by them. My Poco X3 Pro is cost me 19000/ 8GB Ram and 860 snapdragon processor, and they offered Mi note 10 pro which price is 16000/ with 6GB Ram and 732G snapdragon processor. There is no match with these devices. And my phone is under warranty and it's company fault that they can't provide service to their customers so why should I forced to take that offered phone only.
                                      I asked them for another device with extra rest of amount paid by me but they also denied. After so many time visit service center I tweet them. So they asked me to collect job sheet number. But from service center they told me they can't take my phone on hold to give me Job sheet. I have to take that offerd phone on the same day after they verify my replacement.
                                      After I re tweet they send me a link on Twitter to fill a form and submit, but no response from them after submitting. Why should we suffer when it's company fault. Why there is a warranty policy on that phone when Mi Company can't repair it. I don't want other low quality phone I want my phone repaired or other devices option.
