I tried all tricks as customer care ask me to do but still having the problem. Kindly fix the problem as soon as possible or replace my cell.
I purchased 3s prime phone on 3rd Feb n today I noticed that when m getting out of any app by touching back button it's not vibrating... I never thought that only after 20 days I will start facing problems... What the hell is this

    I am using redmi3s prime modal last 4 months onwards.till last month it was running properly. But now it's showing the following 3 issues.
    1. My mi account password did not accept.many time I have changed password but all the time which is not accepted by my Redmi 3s prime. and it shows invalid password or username.How can I fix it.please helpppp..

    2. Some times while attending call, mic won't work, then need to be re-boot. likewise some time while calling speaker won't work.which can overcome by power off or re-boot.

    3. Last 2 weeks onwards it showing some network issues also. I am using jio, lost net while I using mobile data frequently.aftersome times it will come automatically.all the times the data button is on.
    IAM using Redmi 3S prime.i bought mobile through mi.com sold by TVS Electronics exactly before two month.but for past one week network complaint arises when internet is connected in 4g slot it's often disconnected

      My name is Ankur Vadi, i have purchase Mi 3s Prime mobile ago four month, purchase time to till date many problem rises in mobile, firstly Network problem found and go for repair and solved, secondly mobile automatic shut down and restart and go to repair but same problem in this time, mobile not continue run 10 to 15 minute.

      Many mail sent to MI customer care in this regards but no any satisfactory answer received.

      My request to company give or provide new Mobile against defaulted mobile.

        My redmi 3s prime cell phone is getting switched off on its own even when the battery is full, I have tried to switch it on but it didn't. In the switched off state the phone some times become hot and then cools down and then after some time again becomes hot. The phone remains switched off. Since this is my only phone hence due to this switch off problem I may have missed my so many important calls. This has caused lot of mental harassment to me, I feel very frustrated. Kindly immediately rectify this problem.
        Automatically restarting

        Facebook not responding or not working properly

        Whatsapp not responding or not working properly

        Map not working properly

        Pls save me from this pgone
        Redmi 3s is getting switched off automatically . After that I'm not able to restart the phone. it happened to me 3 times in last 4 days. can you please give some solution on this. is it a hardware or a system bug?

          Ordered phone redmi 3s gold 16g from offical mi.com site and was a prepaid order worth rs. 6999 as gift to my parents in lucknow. The exterior packing was not tampered so the packet was accepted by us. when phone box was opened instead of phone, stone was found with charger as in attached picture.The product is delivered but no return option has come on the site and mailed them but till now no contact from them. I have past transaction with mi.com in which i ordered phone worth 23000 and mi band worth 2000 and were successful because they were cash on delivery and this time prepaid and they cheated on us. sir/madam kindly look into this case.

              I have not received my refund for mi band 2 after submitting it on 3rd january 2017. I have called helpline no many time but they told me to wait for 48-72 hours. Its been 50 days after returning faulty band but no refund has been granted. Kindly solve my issue as early as possible. What are the options i can use to get my refund as early as possible

                I ordered Xiaomi earphone and also paid the amount through debit card. Within 10-15 min, I rejected order and forward mail to Xiaomi for money refund. They informed me within 10-15 days, your cash credit in your account. But after few days, I received the message, your mi earphone delivered. But I did not get any earphone I followed up with Mi team more than one month. But they all time gives me excuses. They did not share me genuine details. If they delivered me product then they have my sign or any doc.

                  I am using redmi prime 3s.
                  Even my friends also using same mobile . And Note 3 also. Now a days we are using jio sim mobile data. When i on the data it will work and after aome rime the data will be automatically close. That mean data flow is not there. . Sim card is detected. Range also there. When we on data after some time data will be closed. So after putting airplane mode and noairplane mode then the data will be on . We can't do all the like that. . Why this happens we don't know. Jio 4g and xiomi devices are having problems i think.

                  Its not an Mobile fault. It should be the fault from Jio (The Provider of Nework).
                  I purchased mi 3s .it's touch not working properly.mobile purchase on 3 feb.but service center says that it's out of warranty.they have no sense to talk with customers.mobil phone have no scratches on screen .
                  Sir I had purchase mi max phone from Amazon on 8th oct2016 .After few months charger not working .I was go to service center for replacement of charger but he said sorry can't replace it bcz charger is damaged by water but I don't put into the water so plz replace my charger as soon as possible .And warranty period is remaining it may be 3 months
                  I got my Earphone after 3 month now one side of Earphone not working at all plz exchange my Earphone order no - [protected]
                  Me too having same network issue ..

                    My Redmi note 3 which is brought on 22 dec 2016 nor working properly before 2 days..
                    phone speaker not working
                    Call not connecting when we call any one phone gets hang and switch off and open after some times..

                    Battery backup get damage ..it charging normally. But draining so fast i can do many things for this but all are failed ..

                    I also do factory reset but the problem is still stay...

                      I brought a phone in november. At end of november i get lot of problem like hang, network problem, all inbult app are not working, restart automatically, video audio not working, hang more than 30min. I asked solution in customer care. They told repair this problem with your warranty in authorised service centre. They solving this problem more than month. But they cannot solve that. And tell they complaint this problem in company when they tell anything afterwards we repair until you want to wait. I also wait for more than the month. There is no response. When i call them. They told simply wait we can't receive anything. So i move with your rules. You can't do anything. So i want new phone. You want to replace my old phone. L have all record of service report more than the month. If you want any report for replacing i can submit

                            My Xioami Redmi Note 3 charger is not working properly. I am facing problem while charging mobile, my mobile not supprting properly to the charger. Earlier it was charging fast but in last one month it charging power going low. In 3-4 hours of charge its charging mobile around 20% . I test several times but getting same problem again and again.

                                I went to mi service center lbs marg thane - v care on 18/02/2017. There was a problem that error message fault was popping. My service request number was wxin[protected]. After around two hour they told mobile became dead. They have charged me rs 115. They have given me the receipt without i) inspection remarks
                                Ii) repair method.
                                I told her to provide me these information then she told i can't provide you this information. The attendant was very rude she told you go, where ever you want i will not provide you this information.

                                My complaints is that my phone is mishandled.
                                So, i want compensation for that reason.
                                I am purchase a note 4 mobile. This product assessary is defective .

                                    I had purchased the RedMi Note 4 through the Mi App on Wed 8th Feb during the sale. I received the phone via courier on Sat 11th Feb. I have experienced the below problems :
                                    1. The phone said 'Made in India', which was not the case when my bother and friends purchased the RedMi Note 3
                                    2. The Mi Logo / Sign is not embossed at the back, which again is embossed on the RedMi Note 3 (My brother and friends phone)
                                    3. The camera gave an error in the very next hour o[censored]se on Sun 12th Feb.
                                    4. Incoming and Outgoing Calls - sound cannot be heard, and no this is not my network issue.
                                    5. When connected to the PC, the phone does not read.

                                    I and my brother have been continuously trying to reach you''ll at the toll free number provided on the app and website; however we never got through, hence this e-mail.

                                      I had purchased a new MI redmi note 3 in Dec'16.

                                      Now since last 2 weeks the phone is giving battery issue. the battery backup is very poor and the phone gets switched off even if there is 50% battery balance and does not switch on till the time the charger is connected.

                                      When contacted on the toll free number for replacement since it is a new phone they said that they will not provide replacement instead i have to submit the phone to the service centre for repairs.

                                      This is very poor and non co-operative approach as when we buy a new phone we don't want it to be repaired otherwise we can buy a second hand phone also. The problem has started with first 1.5 months of purchase and therefore it is obvious that this is a faulty instrument.

                                      The same needs to be replaced with a new one as my experience says that inspite of repairs, these issues crop up again and again.

                                      Hoping to hear from you immediately as I had expected higher levels of customer service from MI.

                                        this is already discusses and inform to Mi team that i have purchased my phone on 6.dec but its battry do not charge so as per the instruction of mi team through mail, i send my phone through fedex by PICK me service for repair on 21 jan 2017 but it was lost as per fedex.
                                        after lot of calls, chats mi team do not respond always says wait we will working on your case . i want to know how much time you people take to resove a single isssue, i am suffring alot with out phone.

                                        fedex has ring me and said your claim is done but we will not give to you, we will give it to the mi, you can claim from them

                                        I am writing this with Profound Grief that My Phone Redmi 3S not Received yet after 25 days. I have purchased this phone from Mi site online . it was Billed on 06th Dec 2016. My Phone was working with already charged battery but could not be charged I tried to charged many time with the charger but every time I fail then on 18th Jan 2017 It was advised by Mi team to avail Pick me Service ( Email) so I decided to send it through Fedex your courier partner as informed by your Team.

                                        One Person came to my house and picked my phone for repair but unfortunately till 21st of Jan 2017 (picked up date) I could not trace my phone, my Tracking No. was[protected] but it was not updated till now. Finally fedex has informed me telephonically that my phone has been lost so we will send your claim to Mi India and I can collect it from MI.
                                        My Inq .No is [protected] PICK up No. IXJA67

                                        But After continuous chat on Phone and Online chat with Mi Customer support executives I am not able to know how I can get my claim because every time you team member said we are working you should wait for some time. I want to know how much time you people required to solve my single case. I am suffering a lot with out phone. My whole business is suffering with out phone.

                                        If you will not settle my claim with in days, I will take legal action against you.
                                        Kindly do the needful at earliest.
