I have ordered Mi band from mi.com and since I bought, it was not pairing with any phone. Later I talk to CS representative, he told me to submit the same to service center. I've not heard from service center since it was submitted., I called CS, they said complaint is closed. I haven't received any info from your side and it's closed., Where is my product I bought or refund my money., It's the worst FIRST IMPRESSION, I saw ever. WORST ONE!!

      Redmi note 4 matte black are announced to be launched in official mi website on 3rd feb of 2017 but they havent given option on the matte black colour. and also mobiles are getting sold of in seconds how in the world can happen. they faking the sale . it has to be stopped ad give the customers a valid and truthful sale. they have to give a proper announcement on their releases.

            Dear Sir/Madem,

            My name is Sandeep verma and I belong to Bhiwani Haryana. I have purchased my mobile through MI website dated on 23/01/2016 and invoice no. is[protected] amounted Rs. 7274/- (Rs. 6999/-+ Mi Protect Rs. 275/-).

            My problem is that there was some problem in my phone related to camera for which I registered my call on MI customer care on 08/10/2016 & my pickup registration no. was[protected] but there was no response from the company. how many times I have called them but no response. after that I again registered my call on 02/11/16 through enquiry no. [protected]. then my phone got pick up and got repaired.

            Now I was again facing same camera problem in my phone. Then I have registered my call on 23/01/2017 through enquiry no. [protected] which is in warranty period. Now I got mail from your company that my phone is not in the warranty period and Rs. 3970/- will be charged for my phone repair. Sir my phone was got picked up on 27/01/2017.

            Is there some manufacturing defect in the phone, because of which i was facing same camera problem in my phone. It has only 2 months completed and I again facing the same problem. Because of company's fault why i shall bear the cost.

            Further i also want to say that i have registered my phone on 23/01/2017 and I told them that my invoice date is 23/01/2017. if there is some kind of issue of warranty period they should have told me at that time. I have no service centre of MI in my city Bhiwani( Haryana). If there is any service centre in my city I shall take my phone in warranty period.There is no any kind of delay from my side.

            I have lodged a complaint in MI company dated on 02/02/2017 but then I got replied that warranty period is expired one day before 23/01/2017. This is not mentioned anywhere in invoice that warranty period expired one day before the year. Sir, please help me in this matter.

            I hope you will understand my problem and try to solve my problem.

                Sir, I'm using redmi 3s prime and it's only two months old and it has a lot of defects. I cannot use 4G sims. Neither I can use internet. And it's not showing VOLTE even when I turned it on. I had also given it to the service center. But they kept it for ten days and after that they were saying that they didn't know the problem either. So what should I do now? Don't want to give a single star rating. I've trusted in mi, so I chose this over oppo. Also your service center has a poor cooperation with the customers. So I want my phone replaced.

                  [IMEI/Serial No: [protected]and the same delivered to me on 15th of Jao... suddently there is a charging problme on 29th, since i was out of station .and came back on31st Night back chennai..
                  today i went to your authorized service centre and they informed me that it has manufacturing defect and it will take min of 10 to 15 days ...
                  i when further they asked me to flipkart... said they dont have policy since it has taken more thena 10 days... i am totally distress what to do...
                  i thought i bought a reliable product ...since i was using mi4...
                  pls help me getting my problem solved..

                  Hi this is jayita das, I had ordered a MI BAND 2 few days ago worth Rs 1999 only . I had already returned that item . I checked the last status of my return, it seems "purchase refunded succeed, " But I don't get that amount till now.. I had already complained to MI store customer care but nothing happen .                   I had returned MI band 2 worth rupees 1999 before few days ago. But I do not get refund till now . I had already complained for this to MI STORE customer support office but no result.

                    I bought a mobile from Xiaomi and along with that i also bought insurance. Now i need a insurance claim and no one is cooperating and behaving that MI is a fraud company which is selling product to earn money but no after sales support.

                    I need a document from MI for approving my claim but these pathetic customers are not able to send me the document. There Customer care executive are telling that we will send by giving false commitment.Today evening I got a call from MI Protect (One Assist_Mr. Annirudh) that they are rejecting my claim bcoz MI didn't sent the document till know.(Mail is added below for reference)

                    Its been more than 9 days since the issue is pending and no one else is replying to it. Customer care people dont understand the issue and further i am following up on regular basis, but each time i receive a reply of issue been escalated and after that no reply as always. Pathetic thing i did of buying a phone from Xiaomi. No customer support and MI protect is also no help.

                        I am very upset and annoyed by the rude behavior of staff of Authorized MI service center. I purchased y Redmi note 3 one months ago and I had face few issues with the phone. I was able to fix few issues by following instruction through Youtube. The recent and current issue that my phone has is its Touch issue. The touch screen of the phone is partially working. The left half side of the screen does not work at all and the right half side of the phone is working fine.

                        Today I went to Service center located in Kolkata (Saltlake Kolkata Infotel). The staff member named - Debsom Adhikary took my complain related to phone. At first he said that the issue can be fixed. he took my phone and went inside a room by saying he is going to take out the parts and inspect. After 5 minutes he came back and showed me a mark at the edge of the phone. Debsom said that due to that scratch on my phone the issue seems to be happening.

                        This was very annoying because ever since the bought my phone it was always covered with hard core case. There is no way the phone can get such scratch as I never removed the cover. It seems that the staff tried so hard to take the parts off and it happened. However that staff was continuously forcing me to change the entire screen which is not relevant to my issue at all.

                        When I refused to change my screen the staff member said they cannot assist me as the issue is out of warranty. They said they wont be able to help me out. I had no choice but to leave.

                        Even if they are not able to help the customers with their issues they should atleast suggest with another point of contact and should maintain a proper behavior with the customers.

                        I am writing this so that the customers are not harassed in this way by authorized people.

                          I had purchase Redmi Note 3 online by Amazon.in on 4th oct 2016, my product details are Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32Gb) B01C2T6IDY IMEI No:[protected].
                          The problem is on 2nd Sim Slot which is not working. I have 1 sim card so I used 1st slot of the sim I never used 2nd sim card. Last week I had check my second slot by using sim, I found 2nd slot is not working,
                          So I went to MI service center of my area @Rupa Plaza Ghatkoar E Mumbai India. The Engg. check the mobile & said it has internal slot damage problem & it will not cover in Warranty. I want to ask u I have use only 1 Sim which I used in slot 1 but problem in 2nd slot which is phone problem then why service center said that it is not cover in warranty & I will have to pay charges for the replacement of the above part. (After receiving the phone by your service center Engg my 1st SIM slot also stop working )Now both slot stop working, now my phone is useless for me.) My phone is not any external damage or no water contact, it has internal problem. I want company should replace my part under warranty or give me new mobile. If not I have to take legal action against company.
                          I had given all they required but service center people not co operating from 6th Jan 2017 till date everybody saying different thing but not solving problem.

                            Hi,
                            I had purchased MI Redmi 2 Prime from Amazon Last year on 19 February 2016.

                            The phone was working fine till last month. Suddenly in last week of December, it went off and was not switching on. As customer care suggest, I had given it to Service centre . They said there was a problem with motherboard and replaced the Mother board of it. Then after 2 days my Camera was not working. Again I went to Service centre again they repaired it and gave it back. Now I am facing the problem with the calling. Suddenly while talking on phone, it goes in to Microphone mode automatically. When I showed it to the service centre now, They are saying again they will replace the motherboard. I am fed up of contacting your Service centre again and again and they are not providing a permanent solution to it.

                            My concern is that if this continues to happen, what am I supposed to do after warranty period is over. Can I get a permanent solution for this. As I am facing a lot of problem because of the poor service done by the local service centre again and again.

                              i would like to drawn the attention toward my problem regrading to xioami redmi prime 2s mobile phone..I M yash vardhan from e-187 sector-9 new vijay nagar ghaziabad. I m complaining about the servicing and customer service center(lakshmi nagar xiomi customer care center opposite to hira sweet).. My phone is creating problem continuously since from they reached to me from customer care center.
                              My phone is creating charging problem from 29 august then i reached to customer care on 2 September about solving my phone problem and they mention some problem about the daughter board and replaced that board..And even i am paid for daughter board even my phone is still in warranty period. Than my phone is reached to m after 20 days from customer care center. After it reached to me they creating another problem regarding about sim
                              and then we reached to the customer care so they are not showing interest in attending us and when they attend they mention some problem about imei steiger which is not there since from they coming from customer care. so they are even not able to know about how to know about the imei number from phone.so they are not attend us even they are dnt knew anything about imei number they harnessing us bcoz imei no. searching process is not so much big problem..We live in ghaziabad which is far away from lakshmi nagar customer care center so we are not able to go there easily and even after that they are not showing any respect and interest to us.and my phone is still in warranty upto 2-2-2017. and they does not show any interest in it. and still we have so many problem about the phone.

                                  Im a die hard fan of xiaomi smartphones due to his practicality and reasonable pricing...! But now... Im quite unsatisfied with xiaomi bcoz of the idea of launching xiaomi smartphones every now and then through flash sale... Its so fricking hard to lay hands upon em... I[censored] want to increase ur sales...i insist...make it more accessible to customers... Forget flash sale... We know u guys are the best out there... So plzz take my opinion in to account and I hope ull do the necessary... in the near future...cheers!

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have purchased MI MAX on 25th Dec-16 in MI.com along with accidental damage warranty last week their was a password issue & for software issue MI SERVICE CENTRE situated in kalyan nagar have replaced mother board on dated 16th JAN-2017 & IMEI number was changed to,

                                      Now i have a Screen Damage & one assist is denying to cover the warranty stating that IMEI number is mismatch where i have also told that i have work order issued by the Service center that they have changed the mother board & now MI or One assist is denying to change the warranty

                                      Please help in this regards

                                        Dear Team,
                                        As i am using redmi note 3 for 3 months .During this period my phones`s touch become irresponsible two times and i restarted the phn and it works but this time touch is not working and i restarted the phn so many times but all in vain .so i take my phn to service center and they said it`s motherboard get damaged due to water but i dont know how this could be possible as i was charging my phn then i checked it it was working then i continue to charge (as battery is only 35% that time) after an hour when battery is about to full, touch become unresponsive .Then how they can say that . and they are asking for 10000 rs . I am so frustrated with this service because before this i was using redmi 2 for 2 months only after that it`s motherboard get damaged (according to your service center). What is the problem with these Mi phones.
                                        Kindly resolve this issue with Mi series.
