Each time waited for three hours but couldn't speak to the service center person. Service Center was overcrowded and there were only two staff to handle the customer. It was complete mismanagement. This is to inform you that on 24th December 2016 I got my mi4i rooted by xiaomi service centre but within 10 days of root the power button of the phone stopped working.When I took about this matter to xiaomi service centre, they did not take any fruitful action regarding this matter
Therefore I requestyou to take this matter under consideration and take effective action against it
