I brought a redmi 2 phone and just before the end of the warranty period (1 more month ) the phone developed screen problems (yellowish shade on the screen). I have contacted the Xiaomi service centre (Dr Phone Service, Ground Floor, Vettoor Buildings, T.B Road, Opp: Hotel Arcadia, Near KSRTC, Kottayam, Kerala 686001) in Kottayam, Kerala.
They have told me that it would take them 3 months to solve the issue (i don't know why it will take them that much amount of time). Frustrated me, called Xiaomi India toll free number and described the problem regarding the screen and the 3 months time. The guy on the other end of the call was helpless and asked me to submit the phone to the service centre and use another phone for the next three months.
I have no other spare phone with me so I have not submitted the phone to the service center, now the Redmi 2 is near the verge of self destruction.
i want to say that my mobile is not taking charging so please call me and solve my problem because i have no idea that how solves this problem
