I bought Mi Note 3 from Amazon on 2nd October, 2016 and its warranty period is 6 months. The issue is:
CHARGER I GOT ALONG WITH THE HANDSET IS DEFECTIVE. My phone charges to 1% getting charged for while night from day 1 of buying the phone.

I buyed a Redmi power bank of 20000Mah I charged it for more than seven hours but it's not getting charged.the display indicator is showing only one light.

I have purchased MI NOTE 3 from flipkart on June 22nd 2016, and right after 2 months o[censored]sage i started facing lots of trouble with the handset.
One day the voice wasn't heard while on call, next day the charger slot doesn't work.
the charger slot was also replaced with a new part too.
But still the problem has not been rectified.

I have been to the customer care service centres also a several times by now. But, after coming back home, it works only for a day.
I either request for an exchange of the handset or a permanent solution for the problem.
Kindly look into the matter and reply me as soon as possible

This is to inform you that on 24th December 2016 I got my mi4i rooted by xiaomi service centre but within 10 days of root the power button of the phone stopped working.When I took about this matter to xiaomi service centre, they did not take any fruitful action regarding this matter
Therefore I requestyou to take this matter under consideration and take effective action against it

On 2nd Jan 2017 I have given my 2 month old Redmi 3S prime for repairing as its was not operating .

On 17th I recevied the handset with bill of 9800/- which is 1800/- more than actual cost of Handset which I purchased from Flipkart.

My phone (IMEI : [protected] bought from flipkart on aug 2015) become dead after the software updation. Before the updation my phone was working very fine and in the morning ( 18th Jan17) i got a notification for software updation. I have updated the same and the system asked for reboot. After clicking reboot my phone become dead. I have approached the MI customer care and tried their instructions to start but no use. Then i have given to MI service centre ( Job car no. 953, BRS COMPUTERS & MOBILE SOLUTION, Bellary PIN:583101) and they told my mother board got damaged.

This damage has occured only after the updation of software and the software belong to MI. Then MI is the responsible for the damage.

I have booked a mi3 phone. but it is returned due to my phone is not reachable that time.afer that amount is not refunded in my acc till now .from last fifteen days i told him please check. he told me please be patieions . and in my last cal that is on 20-jan 2017 numaber is [protected]. the floor supervisor mr. ramshran that told me i have no autority to give you a time to you. i told him i have send my bank statement to you. you can chk and give me a time so that i am wait.but he gives me a [censored] answer. i don't no. you can listen that call. ia m facing very big problem. i have send you also attachment and details .

I have given my mobile to Raipur service centre.
They told me it will take 2-3 days if software problem will be there..
And 8-10 days if other.
They told me that PCB is changing it will take 1 week i said ok.
next week i call they said sir 1 more week.
2nd week i call then same reply 1 week.
3rd week - same reply.
4th week - same reply.
now they are not attending my phone..
i call to mi tollfree no. they asked me for jobsheet number and i dont get my jobsheet number untill i use angryful language...
This company is wrost company..
i have not even use 3 months..

We have purchased a MI4 phone from ebay website on 4 Jan 2017 with original bill but charger which we had received that is not working.
We had visited at your MI store indore which is yashvant plaza indore (Madhya Pradesh) they said we will not accept Invoice of ebay company please suggest to whome we should we complaint Now and what wrong we have done to buy MI company mobile phone.

This is very bad experience i have with your store and ebay company also

I have left my two Xiaomi phone with Gurgaon service center with in 6 months . Always say phone have liquid impact without any symptoms. And cost for the repair is 80% of the phone value.

Same we have noticed with others too, by such no use of service center and no use of warenty.
This time phone return with removing of sim slot, says misplaced.

I had visited the above mentioned service centre twice and had bad experiences their ... it is the worst product service centre i have been to with a very low coustomer interaction and techications that lack skills. Even with warranty i was not able to place an order for the spare that was not working keeping the devife with myself and not at the centre. i regret geeting aucha bad experience from a well branded company such as yours and woul like to point out to pick your service centres by quality

I am sending my invoice copy once again, due to my problem is when ever I update my software, the devise required reboot. Then after the devise locked immediately.
So, please unlock complete my device, then I able to update my device.
Already Two times unlock the device. So, I want change my mail ID and mobile number.
So, please unlock the device permanently.

WhatsApp and other App add a photo take a message not responding and mobile hang for 5 minutes after that some the map take long time to start some functions not working properly please advise me how I can solve this problem it's not so please change or replace my device my mobile please read me as early as possible so not my problem and please suggest me how to solve it

I was visit at mi service center (Vadodara) for my handset back camera i.e. has been not working last 2-3 months, the receptionist lady told me that your handset motherboard must change for your back camera, so in only one year and three month I cannot use my handset back camera, if mi is not give me right service, in future I shall not use mi handset..

I brought a redmi 2 phone and just before the end of the warranty period (1 more month ) the phone developed screen problems (yellowish shade on the screen). I have contacted the Xiaomi service centre (Dr Phone Service, Ground Floor, Vettoor Buildings, T.B Road, Opp: Hotel Arcadia, Near KSRTC, Kottayam, Kerala 686001) in Kottayam, Kerala.
They have told me that it would take them 3 months to solve the issue (i don't know why it will take them that much amount of time). Frustrated me, called Xiaomi India toll free number and described the problem regarding the screen and the 3 months time. The guy on the other end of the call was helpless and asked me to submit the phone to the service centre and use another phone for the next three months.
I have no other spare phone with me so I have not submitted the phone to the service center, now the Redmi 2 is near the verge of self destruction.

Plz change my mi number [protected]to [protected], l also call u r costmore care 3/4times but no soluction, i face problm, kindly hlp me & I I have visited 3times mi service centre also and i getting same

I bought my mi note 3 phone 5 months before and just in 5 months my phone got bent... like seriously worst quality i ever experienced... My battery is draining faster and my charger wire damaged twice in 5 months... Battery is 4k Mah but worse than any samsung phone having 3k mah battery and Service quality is even worse then the phone quality i went to service Centre for the check up of battery they said its just discharging due to sftware issue and the people MI hired for service centre are uncultivated and illiterate they even dont know how to talk their behavior is rude (inexperienced uncultured employees) with customers for my battery they adviced me to reset ur phone and battery issue will be fixed ii even asked them too please check my battery may be it needs replacement but they refused when i said you reset my phone they said we will but oif any damage happened to your phone we wont be responsible...like what the hell my phone is warranty and what for service centre is!!! so i took my phone back and i reset my phone but battery issue wouldnt fixed and now i cant even claim for my battery issue because its 6.5 months and nowy battery is swelled up in this 6 months and because of it back pannel started coming out and because of it i cant bale to use my side buttons properly.
Worst phone i ever experienced even my 4 friends also experiencing battery issue
ADVICE NOT TO GO WITH XIOMI (worst product quality worst service)

Today i went to mi service center in vileparle. They do not have any professionalism and behave in thier own way. They do not have manners to talk to customer at all. They logged my problem and took my phone inspection and after 30 min, they came and said you have to pay 180 rs as my phone has liquid damage.
First of all my phone is under warranty and secondly they did not tell me before submitting my phone that it will be under chargeable.
When i confronted them they told me in very uncultivated manner that we will not give your phone back do what you want.
