Dear sir/Madam,

Sir in our family we have four redmi note 3 mobiles, after apple I phone it is best mobile
I Bay a mi note 3 inTvs Electronics Ltd-Blr-Pc invoice number:sc7801/[protected] & invoice date:[protected], after i inshart 2 airtel’s sim’s thn atometically creat a mi account, but I forgot password but i want reset my mi account so plz hlp me & reset my password & my mi account id_[protected], my phone number-[protected]. Plz change my mi number [protected]to [protected], l also call u r costmore care 5/6times but no soluction, ..after that they replace mainboard,
it's work's 2 day's nice after that when iam calling outgoing call’s the device is decoming hanged or become black screen and one more thing to tell when iam attending incoming call's it getting same like that only after that device will be hanged, when mainboard as changed i am getting so many problem’s WhatsApp and other App add a photo take a message not responding and mobile hang for 5 minutes after that some the map take long time to start some functions not working properly please advise me how I can solve this problem it's not so please change or replace my device my mobile please read me as early as possible so not my problem and please suggest me how to solve it

    I am very upset and annoyed by the rude behavior of staff of Authorized MI service center. I purchased y Redmi note 3 one months ago and I had face few issues with the phone. I was able to fix few issues by following instruction through Youtube. The recent and current issue that my phone has is its Touch issue. The touch screen of the phone is partially working. The left half side of the screen does not work at all and the right half side of the phone is working fine.

    Today I went to Service center located in Kolkata (Saltlake Kolkata Infotel). The staff member named - Debsom Adhikary took my complain related to phone. At first he said that the issue can be fixed. he took my phone and went inside a room by saying he is going to take out the parts and inspect. After 5 minutes he came back and showed me a mark at the edge of the phone. Debsom said that due to that scratch on my phone the issue seems to be happening.

    This was very annoying because ever since the bought my phone it was always covered with hard core case. There is no way the phone can get such scratch as I never removed the cover. It seems that the staff tried so hard to take the parts off and it happened. However that staff was continuously forcing me to change the entire screen which is not relevant to my issue at all.

    When I refused to change my screen the staff member said they cannot assist me as the issue is out of warranty. They said they wont be able to help me out. I had no choice but to leave.

    Even if they are not able to help the customers with their issues they should atleast suggest with another point of contact and should maintain a proper behavior with the customers.

    I am writing this so that the customers are not harassed in this way by authorized people.

      I had purchase Redmi Note 3 online by Amazon.in on 4th oct 2016, my product details are Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32Gb) B01C2T6IDY IMEI No:[protected].
      The problem is on 2nd Sim Slot which is not working. I have 1 sim card so I used 1st slot of the sim I never used 2nd sim card. Last week I had check my second slot by using sim, I found 2nd slot is not working,
      So I went to MI service center of my area @Rupa Plaza Ghatkoar E Mumbai India. The Engg. check the mobile & said it has internal slot damage problem & it will not cover in Warranty. I want to ask u I have use only 1 Sim which I used in slot 1 but problem in 2nd slot which is phone problem then why service center said that it is not cover in warranty & I will have to pay charges for the replacement of the above part. (After receiving the phone by your service center Engg my 1st SIM slot also stop working )Now both slot stop working, now my phone is useless for me.) My phone is not any external damage or no water contact, it has internal problem. I want company should replace my part under warranty or give me new mobile. If not I have to take legal action against company.
      I had given all they required but service center people not co operating from 6th Jan 2017 till date everybody saying different thing but not solving problem.

        Hi,
        I had purchased MI Redmi 2 Prime from Amazon Last year on 19 February 2016.

        The phone was working fine till last month. Suddenly in last week of December, it went off and was not switching on. As customer care suggest, I had given it to Service centre . They said there was a problem with motherboard and replaced the Mother board of it. Then after 2 days my Camera was not working. Again I went to Service centre again they repaired it and gave it back. Now I am facing the problem with the calling. Suddenly while talking on phone, it goes in to Microphone mode automatically. When I showed it to the service centre now, They are saying again they will replace the motherboard. I am fed up of contacting your Service centre again and again and they are not providing a permanent solution to it.

        My concern is that if this continues to happen, what am I supposed to do after warranty period is over. Can I get a permanent solution for this. As I am facing a lot of problem because of the poor service done by the local service centre again and again.

        I order power bank but i received part of order and tahn oli file a complaint but no resolution is provided by the company and than i sent complaint latter to mi India but no reply received from the company and i also mentioned docket no of complaint on consumer care help line

          i would like to drawn the attention toward my problem regrading to xioami redmi prime 2s mobile phone..I M yash vardhan from e-187 sector-9 new vijay nagar ghaziabad. I m complaining about the servicing and customer service center(lakshmi nagar xiomi customer care center opposite to hira sweet).. My phone is creating problem continuously since from they reached to me from customer care center.
          My phone is creating charging problem from 29 august then i reached to customer care on 2 September about solving my phone problem and they mention some problem about the daughter board and replaced that board..And even i am paid for daughter board even my phone is still in warranty period. Than my phone is reached to m after 20 days from customer care center. After it reached to me they creating another problem regarding about sim
          and then we reached to the customer care so they are not showing interest in attending us and when they attend they mention some problem about imei steiger which is not there since from they coming from customer care. so they are even not able to know about how to know about the imei number from phone.so they are not attend us even they are dnt knew anything about imei number they harnessing us bcoz imei no. searching process is not so much big problem..We live in ghaziabad which is far away from lakshmi nagar customer care center so we are not able to go there easily and even after that they are not showing any respect and interest to us.and my phone is still in warranty upto 2-2-2017. and they does not show any interest in it. and still we have so many problem about the phone.

              Im a die hard fan of xiaomi smartphones due to his practicality and reasonable pricing...! But now... Im quite unsatisfied with xiaomi bcoz of the idea of launching xiaomi smartphones every now and then through flash sale... Its so fricking hard to lay hands upon em... I[censored] want to increase ur sales...i insist...make it more accessible to customers... Forget flash sale... We know u guys are the best out there...                   I have purchased MI MAX on 25th Dec-16 in MI.com along with accidental damage warranty last week their was a password issue & for software issue MI SERVICE CENTRE situated in kalyan nagar have replaced mother board on dated 16th JAN-2017 & IMEI number was changed to,

                  Now i have a Screen Damage & one assist is denying to cover the warranty stating that IMEI number is mismatch where i have also told that i have work order issued by the Service center that they have changed the mother board & now MI or One assist is denying to change the warranty

                    Dear Team,
                    As i am using redmi note 3 for 3 months .During this period my phones`s touch become irresponsible two times and i restarted the phn and it works but this time touch is not working and i restarted the phn so many times but all in vain .so i take my phn to service center and they said it`s motherboard get damaged due to water but i dont know how this could be possible as i was charging my phn then i checked it it was working then i continue to charge (as battery is only 35% that time) after an hour when battery is about to full, touch become unresponsive .Then how they can say that . and they are asking for 10000 rs . I am so frustrated with this service because before this i was using redmi 2 for 2 months only after that it`s motherboard get damaged (according to your service center). What is the problem with these Mi phones.
                    Kindly resolve this issue with Mi series.

                      I brought the xiaomi redmi note 3 from ebay in september 2016. I am facing a lot of problems with the product.
                      1. Cannot connect via USB.
                      2. mkv, avi, mp4 video format not supported.
                      3. was not able to use earphone because then it goes to google voice search.

                      i called the xiaomi customer care. they suggested a few options like the activate developer option, etc., but what i am asking is why is that i have to do that when i should be able to connect USB directly. the customer care was not very helpful. they did not seem to know what to do. they had no suggestion for the video or the headphone problems. finally asked me to take to service center which is 3 hour journey from my place.

                      the service people did the software..and i lost all the updates i had done.. now i am stuck at 8.0 and USING THE MOBILE LIKE AN OLD PHONE because when i update the whole problem returns. the service people told me not to update via wifi!!! so i am loosing all the recent updates. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I WENT FOR XIAOMI... shld have purchase something else.

                      i think i have lost the replacement period...i do not know what to do...i am stuck up with something that is not working well for me.. i had purchased it for rupees 12, 000.

                      NOW I AM JUST ADJUSTING WITH THE PHONE... NOT USING IT HAPPILY. i should have gone for something else...

                      they give replacement only within 1 month.

                      I WOULD LIKE THIS PHONE RETURNED. IT IS CAUSING MORE UNHAPPINESS THAN HAPPINESS.

                          Hi, I am contacting you people as i have been a victim of Xiaomi redmi, I bought a Xiaomi redmi note 3 for my wife which was not delivered on time by snapdeal. and to begin with the mobile started freezing in the starting days.
                          As this was my wife first smart phone she did not complain to me thinking that this could be because of data on the mobile and some times the touch stopped as well.
                          now one evening when i was inserting another sim card the touch stopped working after i rebooted the system. Now i went to xiaomi redmi they said that if there is water logging then charges would apply i asked them to check the mobile now as i can wait but too this they said it is not a service centre (sector 10 noida c block). there was no water as i can bet on that but i knew they are trying to get money from me, after submitting my mobile i got an answer from them in 2 days stating that i have to pay something like 8500 rs.
                          They are saying its a water logging i knew it this is going to be the case because they have to change the mobile folder for touch to work and that will cost them nearly 3000 rs so they are billing me on t water logging grounds. Please help me i am disabled my hip bones are gone i cannot even walk properly i cannot take this stress. please help me I cannot afford this price and this is not my fault the mobile is under warranty. . my mobile number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.                           Hi this is to inform you guys that the xiaomi red mi note 3 mobile that was faulty and was told to me that it will take 8500 rs to get the mobile repaired, I have got that mobile repaired in 300 rs now please tell me on what grounds they told me that it will take 8500 rs, I have been waiting from them but did not recieve any calls from xiaomi, and this tells me that how they bill the customer on the name of warranty because customer is not going to show his mobile to any other shop for repair because the warranty may get breached and due to this they are taking undue advantage of a disabled person like me. I will take this further and i am really disaapointed by consumer care that till now they have not done anything, I am going to paste it on social media and will follow court soon, I am not the only person who is getting affected i will take this fight to the end.

                              Hi, i've been using the mi phone since 7 months, couple of days ago i faced a problem with my phone software and went to the service center which is 90 km away from my town. I've deposited my phone in the service center with in-warranty policy and requested for resolving the issue of mi logo stuck. The service center personnel said that they will reinstall software of the phone and they claimed that the software reinstall will not fall with in the warranty policy still i said ok and given them my phone. I've waited for 5 hrs and they said my phone was working now. I felt happy... But while returning the phone they have charged 800 rs extra.. I asked them why they have quoted extra, for that they said there is some issue in charging pin and they have changed the pin, i felt surprised/shocked with their words. I've asked them to show me the old pin they felt like pretended for sometime and taken my phone inside to make some change... I've got to know they were speaking wrong and misguiding the customers and cheating in a authorized way...in the span of time where i've spent there at service center i've found many customers who trusted the service unit and given their units were also being cheated and some customers were started fight with them and some left calm losing their hope on the brand...

                              Finally embarrassing experience.. Thanks xiaomi india.. Here are the bills which they have given me as reference for the above mentioned experience.

                                and now i am getting a mail that their is physical damage which is good way for befooling customers and i mailed them that their was no such physical damage i have proof i have sent them images which were clearly stating that their is no damage and then they give me mail that my phone has been fully liquid which has damaged my phone and that doesnot come under warrenty .This should be told before And You should mention in your licensed document clearly that which part covers under damage and which doesnot .
                                what kind of company are you holding that doesnot guide customers properly ?
                                Give my money back or repair it since it is under 1 year warrenty and it has not been more than one month and such issue occured

                                  With reference to complaint no. Incident:[protected], i have been following up with company from last 20 days for getting my money back as i have not received my phone but there is no positive response from company and every time a standard revert is give and being asked to wait for more time
                                  although Courier company have very specifically told that they have already informed the company about the non delivery of the product but then also i am not getting my money back.
                                  Credit card bank is charging interest for non payment of due.

                                    Went 3 days for repairing MI4i phone(stopped working completely in one year only) in koramangala Banglore service center. Each time waited for three hours but couldn't speak to the service center person. Service Center was overcrowded and there were only two staff to handle the customer. It was complete mismanagement. Also there is lack of customer management etiquette.

                                      I purchased a Xaomi Redmi Note 3 in October 2016. Everytime I try to connect a headset, the mic doesn't connect during calls. I can hear the other person's voice through the earphone but I have to use the phone's mic to speak. Though it works just fine while using the recorder. I have tried using different headsets.
                                      The fingerprint sensor doesn't work properly.
                                      There are times when the screen totally vanishes.
                                      The phone works much slower than its counterparts with similar specifications.
                                      The phone is still in warranty. I request you to either get me the refund or replace the handset. I have attached a picture of the invoice below. Kindly sort it as soon as possible.

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        I have purchased REDMI NOTE 3 from Sanpdeal on November 29th 2016, and right after 1 months o[censored]sage i started facing lots of trouble with the handset.
                                        One day the voice wasn't heard while on call, next day the charger slot doesn't work.
                                        the charger slot was also replaced with a new part too. And after that facing proximity sensor and touch problem, these problems have resolved by services centre but after came back to home one day later same problem facing by me and these problems will be face by me in any time when I using my phone.

                                        I have been to the customer care service centres also a several times by now. But, after coming back home, it works only for a day.
                                        I either request for an exchange of the handset or a permanent solution for.
