Hi,

This is nitish Kumar from Hyderabad India. I purchased one MI Max Gold at the beginning of November 2016 through online shopping portal Amazon.

The device accidentally fell down from my hand recently and screen cracked immediately.

I made one visit to MI Authorised service Center at Begumpet and submitted by device for replacement of screen. The customer care executive issued me receipt for the same and also informed that they would be charging me Rs. 7500 for screen replacement. Post my agreement she informed me that replacement would take minimum ten days time. even she informed me that the service charges would be payable post service only.

Post my arrival at my home, I received one SMS from service center that my devise is not under warranty and accordingly I should contact service center again.

I lodged the matter to Xiaomi on their service complaint email id that I have not been informed that I have to make advance payment and I would pay the service charges post service. It is also difficult to make round and round of service center But I got their reply that I should compulsory make visit to the service center today and should make advance payment.

Accordingly I made a visit to the center and to my utmost surprise, center was closed for the day. Here please note that as per SMS, email and web portal center should have been open today.

Post coming back to my home, I again requested to service my devise and I would be paying the service charges when I would be back from my official travel on 24th But I received another reply that I should make advance payment then only devise would be serviced.

Here I am feeling as cheated by Xiaomi as niether phone met its commitment of quality of glass and exploitations being made by service center.

      What the #### service is this...

      Also i called to bluedart yesterday for the delivery status, they said you will receive your product tonight before 7:30 pm. But did'nt get. Today again i have called for the same and get reply same as yesterday.

      This is just a ####king service.
      Bluedart is a ####king company.

      I have called 3 times in a day for my product delivery, on 1st call they answer me that they will reschedule my delivery and you will receive @ 7:30
      2nd call they ask me my address and 3rd one is for same,

        My name is Mohammed Ashik & I had ordered a redmi 3s on 21 Dec 2016 . It took it own sweet time to reach & by the time it reached i rejected the order since i was about to order 3s prime & i ordered again and got 3s prime. since the day I rejected the delivery i have still not received my refund till date which is almost a 15 days as of they after tomorrow. I would seek your help in getting this issue sorted out at the earliest & I shall make sure i will not do any more business with Mi anymore because of this experience.

        Also called customer service multiple time & they have no knowledge on what rights they have to resolve this issue they simply say to wait for 10 to 12 business days

          Hloo sir i bought redmi 3s prime cellphone on 18 nov 16 throgh flipkart. After few days it is hanging and became normal after rebooting. But on 8 jan 16 my mobile switched off in auto. I went to service centre in thane. There recepsanist told me that it is in liquid damage. That is never possible. Because i am sure my cellphone is in dry palaca. And not chance for liquid damage. Service center is cheating. They charge 6500 for service. I deny then he say i will not repair. All are cheater. I realy feel mi comany is totaly fraud. Plz avoid purchasing any product of this company.

            I bought a brand new Mi Note 3 on December 20, 2016. I used it for just a few days and one day it got very hot and just hanged. It went off soon and some liquid came out from it. It never switched on again.
            I took the phone to the Mi authorized service center and the service person told me that it is damaged due to some liquid that is gone inside. I told him that it became very hot and went off and some liquid came out rather than went in. The service person opened the phone and told me that there is some moisture and due to which the short circuit happened. Its winters in Delhi and there is no question of sweat going inside the phone.
            I feel cheated that I bought a phone and it got damaged due to no fault of mine and service center refused to service or change the defective parts/components and told me that it may cost me around 11, 000/- for repairs.
            I don't know what to do, can some one please help me.

                I have purchased this Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Silver, 32GB) through amazon.in with order ref: ORDER #[protected] and it got delivered on 30-Oct-2016. IMEI : [protected] / [protected] On 15-Nov-2016 I informed/emailed both Amazon & Xiaomi about hanging issue and the reference ID for Xiaomi is: [Incident:[protected]]
                Just to note that, Amazon declined replacement as its more than 12 days and insisted me to contact the manufacturer as its under 1 year manufacturer warranty. 3 Visit to service centre i.e, On 18th Nov 2016, the service centre done a software upgrade.On 30th Nov 2016 and on 03rd Dec 2016 visited again, as the same hanging issue still exists and insisted for a replacement. No proper reply.

                Till now almost 40-45 emails have been shared between me and Xiaomi Team, but as i am not getting proper reply either on email I have decided to file a case at Department of Consumer Affairs.

                My Point is very clear: Within 20 days of initial use, this faulty phone issue is notified to Xiaomi. Now I need a replacement from Xiaomi. If it would have been used for 3 months or more, I would have thought for repair but within 20 days o[censored]se what should I expect here as I have 1 year manufacturer warranty.

                  MI 4 phone submitted in service centre of KOLKATA-HOWRAH ON 2nd December, 2016.There was some yellow marks on the phone screen.So as a display issue it was given in the name of Chetan Agarwal, JOB NO-WXIN[protected].It was said that the phone will be returned within a week i.e on 9th of December, 2016.And now its 10th of January 2017 and I havnt got it back till now.Its been 40 days since m working without my phone.I am totally stuck.In between have called the customer support for around 20 times and send emails for 5 times.BUT none of the responses were proper.They just gave false promises of getting it repaired soon and asking me to be patient.According to the service centre, where the phone has been given, the spare part hasnt been received by them from the company and so they are unable to fix it.They even said that even they have been writing mails to the company requesting for the part, but they are not getting it.As a customer I am really disappointed with the kind of service this company is providing.I am badly pissed off since last 1 month, calling them, sending mails but still not getting my device back nor prper response.
                  I have my mobile warranty of 6+months and having motherboard issue. The guy in q centre says that we can't change motherboard.

                  I still have 6 months warranty. But still not changing the motherboard.

                  Very much disappointed with the service.
                  I have selected xioami MI5 refurbished phone from my smart price but while we enter to store it's getting change to other product.
                  Same I faced I received xioami MI4 phone seeking your support.

                    When i purchased redmi note 3 16G, i won a lottery of 50 rs as a coupon. i was told that i will receive the amount as soon as i receive the order but after now even after one and half month they have not done anything. they call me and say they will do it in 48 working hours but they simply dont do it. they always lie saying about 48 hours and their chat service support is very pathetic. and they dont have any appeallate authority as well.

                      I purchased my redmi note 3 from mi.com before 5 months ago, in these 5 months i already given it to service centre 3 times due to a same problem i.e when ever i update my phone, after every update its earphone mic does not work(after update, whenever i connect my earphone its mic doesn't work in call but during recording it work ) i am very frustated from this now because it again giving me same problem after updating and i not comfortable in calling without earphone.                         I ordered a mi band 2 on 18th dec 2016. As the heart monitor was not working as usual(worst product). I requested for a replacement but they cannot repack the product because my area doesn't fall under their service(but they can deliver to the same area).So I send the product to the wirehouse on my own expense and it reached the wirehouse on 28th dec 2016.
                        So I should get the product by the next 5-7 working days but I haven't. MI only knows to make fake promises to the customers. I regret that why I bought the product. Right now no one knows when it will be delivered and I cannot track it either.
                        Return my money if you cannot deliver the product on time.

                          Last month i got phone redmi 3s from mi.com and brand warranty with 1 year and accessories with 6 months but my charger got defective but now xiaomi not provide me new charger as there is no service centre in my state
                          I want to tell you xiaomi if there is no service centre then why you sold that products here now i requested you to give me new charger as my charger is in warranty
                          Purchased Redmi 3S on[protected] from Flipkart, retailer TrueComRetail
                          On 2-1-2017, the phone would not recharge at all.
                          On 3-1-2017, I visited the service centre at Star Mall, Dadar-W, they replaced the motherboard, the process took 3 hours.
                          Later during the same day the phone would reset 7 times.
                          Very disappointed.

                            I purchase redmi note 3 at 30/06/16 from AGARWAL MOBILE SERVICE CENTER MIRZAPUR
                            my Mi charger is out of order, when i reach the Mi service center at 27/12/16 in Mirzapur my complain reciept no is 746 the service center owner told me to come after a week to replace the charger, they are much misbehave to me and other customers & not to replace my charger

                            battery life is so down in redmi note 3 while i uodated it to mashmallow.i need a update to resolve that problem faster.i can't use the phone even for 3 hrs.later i can use it for more than7 hrs.i need a update faster to resolve this problem.
                            When redmu note 3 got mashmallow update the battery life got down i cant use the phone even for 4 hrs continuously later i can use it for more than7 hrs .
                            to need to give an update to resolve the problem faster.

                                I have redmi Note 3. somedays before I found a spot on my display. Today I have visited your service center they have told me that your phone is liquid damage. The spot they are showing I have not found any liquid there or not look like any liquid was gone there. But they have told me that it's out of warranty.

                                They have keep my phone there for 3 hour and after that they told me this. I am feeling that there is something fishy.
                                I have protect phone all the time and as per my knowledge never any type of liquid enter in my phone.

                                I really want the answer of this.

                                Before a year I have redmi2 when that phone's display was not working that time also the show me something like this and told me that this phone is out of warranty now.

                                Does company shows excuse for not repairing phone. Or they are making people fool..
                                I have visited service center for 2 days and they were not ready to help me out.As my mi account got locked and the phone is not opening..my mi account password is Locked for 24 hours. I tried it after 48 hours but then also same massage was flushing. The care people said after the password gets reset then only I can solve your problem..

                                  Your alwar(Rajasthan) service centre's services is not satisfactory. When i went to there for mike problem in my redmi note3 handset, your engineer named sumeet put defective mike in my set...and when i went there again...he said your handset mike is physically damaged...this will cost ₹1250 to you if repaired..i returned from there without got the set repaired..now i want to complaint against mi in the consumer court.

                                    I have been trying since 2 weeks to order Redmi 3s prime gold(3 Gb + 32 Gb)..I am trying from 11:55 pm but its always showing "Out of stock".Are you manufacturing the products or just fooling us in name of flash sale.Its a year since the release of this phone but since how can be its on flash sale.Will it be available on open sale or will you to disappoint us with this flash sale ?

                                        I bought a mobile phone redni note 3 through ebay and received it on 28 th december 2016. As it was received the navigation keys except the return keys where not functioning . it was duely intimated to the purchasing company and the informed us to go to repair . It is a panic for us to receive a damaged phone from a reputed company like you . Many of my friends told that the company authorities may take correct step to restore a new phone.
