It get stuck when I'm sending any pictures in WhatsApp.i made an appeal to exchange my product and they did it also but this time the result remain same.i reset my mobiles for many times but nothing gets change.it hanged when I'm sending any pictures from whatsapp then I've to restart my phone other wise it got stuck on the same screen .now please help me to get out of this problem

    मैं आप लोगो को कितने दिनों से atual decision का इंतज़ार करके थक गया हूँ। मुझे आप लोगो की service पसंद नही आई मैं तो MI का अच्छा customer हूँ । पर यह service मुझे पसंद नही आई और मैं इसके लिए consumer court जाऊगा
    आप लोगो की बातो का recording और मेल की कॉपी summit करूँगा मुझे कुल मिलकर उल्लू बनाया गया
    मेरे दिए हुए dead line का भी पालन नही किया गया है मैं आपसे पूछना चाहता हु की अगर अगर मेरी जगह आप भी होते हो इतना ही wait करते जितना मैंने किया है

    मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हु की आप मेरा फ़ोन मुझे वापस कर दिया जावे ।
    बाकि मैं परेसान हो गया हु मेरा फ़ोन 19/11/2016 से complain चल रहा है और मेरा फ़ोन 25/11/2016 को pick हो गया था।

      Dear concern
      I have ordered a redmi 3s prime phone with order number [protected] & i have received on 13 dec 2016. I have noticed a problem in this set. This phone has taken approximate 2 hours for charging but now phone has taking approximate 4 hours for charging. This problem is not normal now i want to replace this phone set. Please do the needful

        Dear sir,
        I bought the product in august but now the product is not working properly...

        Model : mi note 3 (Dark grey)

        Problems : 1. Mobile is not charging 2. Hang issue 3. Automatic switch off 4. Proxy sensor not working properly 5. Battery indicates red colour continues

        Kindly take necessary action for this i am very disopointed about the product and we observing in daily news channels some mobiles getting blast due to some problems.

          I was ordered xiaomi redmi note 3, gold, 32gb, (Order #[protected] on 19/12/2016 and received the material on 24/12/2016. But the material was damage it's volume key not proper fixed. So it again replacement ordered done on 24/12/2016 (Order #[protected].

            Hi,

            I have ordered a Redmi Prime 3S 32GB phone along with a flip case from your website (Order number [protected]) on 23rd Dec. 2016, however the Bluedart courier Service has misplaced the package and they are not helping me at all. I have paid for this order without receiving my product. I have contacted/complained numerous times to Xiaomi and Bluedart without any success. This is not the way to treat your loyal customers. I want a refund of this order so that I can order it again from Flipkart this time as I can't trust your delivery system anymore. Maybe I will shy away from ordering this phone again for the experience I received from you guys. I escalated the complaint and was promised a call back but no one contacted me. RIP MI

              The Mi Band 2 has not been as expected. It's functions show fault.
              -It is not able to measure the heart rate which is its most promising feature.
              -It's bluetooth connectivity to the phone is weak and most of the time it is not able to unlock the phone.
              -It shows grossly inaccurate data for sleep statistics.
              These issues make it a highly underachieving product not expected from a Xiaomi brand.
              I would like a refund or a replacement atleast and would like to suggest to improve the product.

                  Bounght note3 handset in oct 16. Got damaged in little accident. Now started pain points
                  1. No service centre in jammu hence choose pickmi service on 20th nov
                  2. Got picked up 9th dec (20 days gap).. See the speed of service
                  3. On 16th dec got status of handset and charges including transport charges.. Which i paid with in 2 days
                  4. Phone reached jammu 23rd dec, mnetioned as transport charges cod..
                  5. Even after 8 days they are not able to resolve payment issue of transport
                  6. Finally paid twice transport charges
                  7. Final surprise that handset was not repaird..

                  Total 40 days and handset not repaird inspite of the fact extra payment made, around 15 calls to xioami call centre and fedex

                  I want to replace my charger as its not working but is under warranty . Please help me out .

                    I purchased a redmi 3s on 13 december, but received a defective piece on 14 . Since then they are not entertaining any complaint and not replacing it . No professional ethics, have been shouting on them but no response . They just say one statement " escalated to high priority"
                    they are least bothered to even understand the isssue . They are harrassing their customers in such bad way . No executives respond and all mails are being deferred

                      i have ordered the product (redmi note-3 16 gb) from Flipcart on June 2015. It worked well for a few month and after that some problem started in the touch and display. Display not open it was inform initially that software to be installed but now they are saying motherboard have to be changed.It mean clear china product having not repair option only they want to replace the part.Now they demanding 6000/- for motherboard.As there service centre have not approval to repair the thing.It is very surprised.I think i have done mistake to purchase Xyomi mobile.I have visited many time Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad service centre.No one ready to listen my problem but still the problem remain the same.
                      I have also complained to Flipcart regarding this, but they also didn't take any action to solve the issue.

                          i have ordered the product (redmi note-3 16 gb) from amazon on 25 may 2016. it was delivered to me on 30th may. It worked well for a week and after that some problem started in the touch and display. Screen started working automatically and after that the phone never worked properly. i have given the product to service centre for 3 times. They changed the motherboard but still the problem remain the same. it was in service centre for more than 1 month.
                          I have also complained to amazon regarding this, but they also didnt take any action to solve the issue. now this is my final request to you to either replace or refund the product otherwise i am going to file complaint in consumer court against redmi/mi. PLEASE REPLY ASAP.

                            Today I purchased a mi redmi note3 phone, whose battery charging is very very slow.whole day i put the mobile in charge but total charge is only 15%..again i replace the charger and check the charge but it dont increase..it takes very lengthy time..in one hour its battery charge is 4/5%..when I on the mobile and put in charge it's bettery charge only decreasing..so plz plz help me sir..is it a defective battery?

                              I am a proud owner of xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold 32 gb) purchased on 15 june 2016 from amazon.in.

                              Just as 6 months completed, my phone got bend from side.

                              I visited your service centre located at malad (West), mumbai india along with my bill and handset on 27.12.2016

                              I was informed by your engineer that due to battery is swollan, your handset had taken uneven shape. Also it is not covered on warranty, as battery is convered under warranty for 6 months only.

                              I said no issue, pls replace the battery.
                              Today, ie, e 28122016 when i went to collect my handset, it was in same condition i. E uneven from sideways and battery was replaced.

                              Now, your highyly qualified engineer gace me excuse, that it is because display problem. And over to shock when i was return my old battery, it was not matching the serial no. Of my original battery submitted on 27.12.2016 (Serial no. Swbh[protected]sae12).

                              1) means unneccasaary battery was changed to earn money and make the proud owner of redmi 3 fell shame on its decisionto by mi3.

                              2) if dipslay was main problem for uneven shape of the cellphone. Than by misguided by your service centre and do malpractise.

                              3) also my handset had just passed 6 months, means mi is making such a 3rd grade products and selling to customers.

                              4) when i asked, if dispaly is problem, pls change it. Again new excuse from ur service centre, sir its not covered in warranty and you need to pay rs. 2800 for it.

                              Sir, your company is just making fool of people by selling cheap quality products in india and calling itself the best company.

                              I request to your chairman./ director of the company to look into it. My hand set is still lying with your service centre in malad (West).

                              After paying rs.854/- for new battery, ny handset is in same condition and my am not getting my original battery along with you.

                              Now i fell ashamed to be part of redmi 3 family.

                                Sir I had bought this handset 8 months ago. Now it is not working properly and somewhat lagging is there. I think it's not a problem of touch but because of hanging it is not responding as fast as it was earlier. It had been fallen down once but on that time it was working smoothly only. But it's back case and chrome are very low quality materials that why they got some scratch but the screen is OK. Earlier I had used mi note 4g and till now I have mi4i it is also very good phone . So kindly take my complaint and give a perfect solution..

                                    I have recently updated my red mi prime 2 phone.and after updating I am facing very slow net problem and my phone's volume bar has changed. It is flat now but I liked round one. I have tried every possible way to change the bar in my phone's setting but nothing happened! It is troubling me so much, I cannot explain in words. the round volume bar was so unique.it made me felt like i have most special features in xiaomi phone but the latest update has taken away my all special features along with all my joy.

                                      Mi max not working i have purchased it two month back
                                      its being closed automatically
                                      i have given it to madgaon service center 5 days back
                                      yet no response from service center
                                      they sameless pepole even not receiving the calls so that i could know how much time it will take
                                      very worst service
                                      no any help
                                      even not telling when it will be in working
                                      very bad mobile and bad customer service
                                      under warranty period

                                        Mi phones are most unreliable phones... they have a lot of bugs.
                                        I am using redme note3 32gb. For access control I am using finger print and pattern match in the phone.
                                        but today it is automatically asking for the password to login even i have never set a password for it.
                                        Still i tried with wrong password to get the option for reset/ forget password link.
                                        I just did it for five to ten time and phone automatically rebooted and all data, apps and settings gone.
                                        There is no option in settings to reset the password if you forgot your password.
                                        Even there is no restriction on deleting all data at the time of phone resetting.
