Dear sir,
I am a proud owner of xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold 32 gb) purchased on 15 june 2016 from amazon.in.
Just as 6 months completed, my phone got bend from side.
I visited your service centre located at malad (West), mumbai india along with my bill and handset on 27.12.2016
I was informed by your engineer that due to battery is swollan, your handset had taken uneven shape. Also it is not covered on warranty, as battery is convered under warranty for 6 months only.
I said no issue, pls replace the battery.
Today, ie, e 28122016 when i went to collect my handset, it was in same condition i. E uneven from sideways and battery was replaced.
Now, your highyly qualified engineer gace me excuse, that it is because display problem. And over to shock when i was return my old battery, it was not matching the serial no. Of my original battery submitted on 27.12.2016 (Serial no. Swbh[protected]sae12).
1) means unneccasaary battery was changed to earn money and make the proud owner of redmi 3 fell shame on its decisionto by mi3.
2) if dipslay was main problem for uneven shape of the cellphone. Than by misguided by your service centre and do malpractise.
3) also my handset had just passed 6 months, means mi is making such a 3rd grade products and selling to customers.
4) when i asked, if dispaly is problem, pls change it. Again new excuse from ur service centre, sir its not covered in warranty and you need to pay rs. 2800 for it.
Sir, your company is just making fool of people by selling cheap quality products in india and calling itself the best company.
I request to your chairman./ director of the company to look into it. My hand set is still lying with your service centre in malad (West).
After paying rs.854/- for new battery, ny handset is in same condition and my am not getting my original battery along with you.
Now i fell ashamed to be part of redmi 3 family.
