My mobile phone camera is not working ( in warranty) from few days and redmi service centre says that the motherboard of this phone is faulty need to change and its cost Rs.4500/-

so my question is this problem is belong to manufacturing defect why should i give service charge?

Is that a terms of mi services or its mi facility for customers who buy redmi handset?

very very bad service redmi team this is such a embarrassing from you.!

    Dear Sir,

    As i have purchased the Mobile Redmi 3S phone via online

    Recently my mobile was not working, and i gave MI service centre, and they have been replaced by new motherboard through your service centre.
    After that, I was experienced that the mobile is not having the tower for phone connectivity for all the service s, like data, sms and calls.
    The tower is not connected while in rural areas; even in some extend of 5 km radius from chennai city also.
    The same problems persist for me in other towns of entire Tamilnadu. Again i contact MI service centre they not give good responses and I sent Mail your mail id but not yet received and reply (Question Reference #[protected]

    Due to this manufacturer problem i am not able to access the mobile phone for the last ten days.

    Please clear the issue or kindly replace new mobile or clear the issue

    am very very unhappy your service

      I bought & recieved a Redmi 3S Prime on 10 Oct-16 everything was working fine till 24 Dec. On 25 Dec morning I was recieving whatsup messages but I could not open them & even I could not pick any incoming calls. After resrarting the power the problem was not solved & display was not working, being Sunday on 25-Dec, I approached service centre on 26-Dec, they told me that software updation was required but after sometime they told me that display was not working due to moisture inside which damage the board & display asking to pay Rs 7200 for its repair. I asked them there was no any damage or dent and even no any water mist but they could not answered. I asked them if board was damaged how it is possible to recieving notifications of whatsup, mails & miss calls but they could not gave proper reply & were unable to resolve & diagnose what the issue is just simply saying that it is out of warranty while it is in warranty period & when I refused to pay Rs 7200/ for its repair & even they charged me Rs 180 as a Inspection charges & then they handover me my faulty handset. This is ridiculous & cheating/looting the customer without resolving the issue in warranty period. I cannot expect such type of drama from Redmi...
      It is requested to resolve my issue at the earliest.

        Dear sir/madam
        I am samar ranjan behera, i purchase mi redmi 3s on 11.11.2016 at mi store. After few day of buying My mobile got heat litely.. After someday of little bit heat... automaticly my mobile got 60 degreeheat temperature, and my mobile switch off automaticly. I saw my mobile in balasore mi exclusive service center. They check my mobile and say mobile is born and suggest me to saw at bhubaneswar mi service center . I go to the service center and say about my mobile condition.. they does not accept my mobile and say why you saw your mobile in balasore
        What can i do ????

          Sir i have xiaomii redmi note 3 and i have installed your recent updates and instantly after that i am lots of problems like every earphone i am using to talk my voice is not audible to other person and in my earphones i cant lower the voice level before the updates i used to do it and it certainly affecting my ears.
          I cant play background music while calling .please find a solution for this bcz now i am thinking its a total waste of money that i bought this phone

            Hi this is Prajul and i am using XIAOMI 5 mobile phone and its been only 5 months that i have been using it and suddenly one day it does not start and after repairing it 3 times at Service center result is still the same. please consider my complaint otherwise i am going to Cosumer Court and address this issue as your customer service is not up to the mark.

              I bougt a redmi 3s 2 months back everything was working fine till daybefore yesterday. while sleeping kept the phone in charging and in morning found the phone is not powering on. later observed tat phone was on but the display is gone. went to service center and there was no any damage or dent and nor they are able to diagnose what the issue is . just simply saying found water mist in the board and that has damage the board and asking to pay 5000k to repair it.
              when asked to service it under warranty they are refusing stating it is a water damage and they dont cover it. where i tried convencing them that there was no any act of water over the phone and more over there is a chance of issue might have occured because of mist and fog weather condition in past few days. tried conveing them but they run there own script.

                I have buy xiaomi redmi note 3 1st Dec and we have got damage piece that time we have told to delivery boy he told me that company give us replacement piece in 2 days only call on costumer care . After that we have done a lots of call in call center they will never give us proper reply and every time they told me wait for some time we will get back to u ... but till date we did not get my replacement phone ...
                Company make us fool every time . At last we are going to consumer from in this week .

                  I have bought my redmi note 3 on 13 Nov. Facing issue with a spare part was ordered since past 1 month at service center B2X Service Solutions SHOP NO MZ 22 YASHWANT PLAZA NEAR RAILWAY STATION, SOUTH TUKOGANJ INDORE ( M P ) - 452001 but no response from the service center.
                  No help and not providing proper service. Advising to buy spare from ebay although my phone is under warranty.

                  Need to replace the sim socket but unable to do it since past 1 month.

                    I bougt a redmi 3s prime recently:, i got it serviced 3 times inbetween 10days after buying and i hav seen a lot of customers in the service centre which are not satisfied by your product, (I got a 71th token) on first day and second day i got 107th token which means the quality of the product is very bad.. Now i am upto

                    Casing a file agianst xiomi in the basis of (Consumer protection act)
                    No one shall be cheated agian..

                      Today 27/12/2016 me come here to your respacted service centre. At 11:50 am after that one mem here in resivetion she tell whts ur problem then i tell my mi phone locked by mi account she tel me it can resolved from our side within 2 hours but u have to pay 300 rupeese. Then i tell him why it is also in warrenty period so why i am going to pay it after that her behieber change she tolk with me rudely she dont explain it that why i m going to pay it.. She just tel me i[censored] not going to pay then u can leave office... Then me tell her where i can meat your mannager she dont privide me also.. Thats why i hv leave your service centre.. My question is that what kind of resivesonist you people hyre she dont hv good comminication she dont know how to tolk wid customer etc.

But till today they didnt serviced my mobile, from that day they are saying "spares not available" they did n't saying the exact date. or even they are not providing standby. I would like to know the service policy of there people.

                        I have bought mi max and it was delivered to me yesterday but metal body is loose from joints and also giving current. Phones battery is draining so fast. Also it is hanging. Phone automatically get switch off after using for 10 mins only. I want to return this phone and wanna buy another mi phone. Pls help me. I don't want this cheap set in such huge amount.

                          My biggest mistake was that i bought the phone from MI website.
                          On the name of replacement they are asking me to wait for like 8-10 days but ihas been 20 days from the day i have shipped the mobile in replacement at requested address . MI BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER HARRASMENT. MOREOVER THEY HAVE NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER REGARDING THE ACTION BEING TAKEN ON RESOLVING THE COMPLAINT. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND CONTACTING THEM AND ASKJNG ABOUT THE CURRENT STATUS BUT THEY HAVE NOT TELL ME ANYTHING TILL DATE . MY COMPAIN WAS REGISTERED IN OCTOBER AND TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED

                            I had ordered a mi max prime from mi store and as soon as i received it i found that i have received a phone with broken screen.. I called up the mi customer service immediately and informed them about the same.. They had approved my replacement.. However it has been more than 3weeks, I have not received any replacement. Everytime i call the mi team, they say the backend team will call me back in the same day and give me the details of the pick up and replacement.. But for all the times i have called them(atleast 10 times), it has never happened that i have received the call from the backend team.. they just keep promising but i am neither getting the replaced phone nor the refund.. My money is stuck.. I fear if they wont provide me the replacement.. They have approved my replacement, so they shud either give me a new piece or give me my money back.. I am very tensed.. it feels My money has gone waste.. NEVER buy from mi store or mi.com.. they have very poor customer service.. they r not customer friendly..

                              Xiaomi MI Band 1 not satisfy me because this battery is discharge immediately. So, I want to replace the MI Band 1 and refund my money and time of delivery is more then the usable. In mi.com/in site not give the replacement link to replace the product due to this Customer suffer problem to replace their product. i want to return my product in any how and refund my money.

                                I went to service center because there was fault in my USB cable they tested it and the wire didn't work they turned the end of the wire very hard and they showed me a crack in the wire they said it is a physical damage I didn't argued that you turned the wire or anything else then I asked the price of new cable and they told me Rs.360 when I searched it on Mi store price was Rs.149 K want you to open a authorised original Mi service center in gwalior they are doing the same with others why you have given the authorisation to ITDCL tech support they are disappointing your fans amd coustomers.
                                At the timeof booking the product he show the time of delivery 8-10 days but 16 days passed no any informtion about the produt i got so pls deliverd the product as soon as possible ...

                                  I have ordered MI in ear phone basic black on 7th December but that order was automatically cancelled without my consent and when confronted the company they denied their action.
                                  So i reordered the same on 21st December but again the same order was cancelled without my knowledge.
                                  This is getting worse now.
                                  They are not giving the reason for the issue.

                                    Eight months back, i purchased mi phone. Ten days back, the touchpad stopped working. Yesterday i visit mi service station at katargam, surat, gujarat, india. They said motherboard is not working so i[censored] pay for motherboard we will consider warranty and they will not charge for touchpad.

                                    Though my cell was working, just touchpad is not working so its a matter of warranty and should be done but they were asking for replacing motherboard.

                                      I purchased redmi 3s mobile phone 1 month ago, but this mobile phone got heated so much. The Screen of the mobile is got loosen due to heat problem of the phone. also some time the mobile phone hang up, some time i receive the call from someone my screen get hang up it is not working meanwhile the call i cant receive the call sometimes. Some time the mobile get suddenly get shut down.
                                      SO I request mi.com kindly resolve the issue of my phone or give me replacement of the phone

                                      Xiaomi Service centre at Aurangabad not co operating in this issue.
                                      also I contacted to xiaomi service centre they also not taking any iniciative to resolve the complaint, xiaomi having very less service centres in india so they are not able to resolve the warranty condition. while purchasing mobile phone avoid xiaomi phones they not having sufficient service centres.
                                      While using shareit app, the wifi hotspot is not responding..Unable to share files through shareit and xender..Everytime phone needs to reboot to send the files for one time..feeling bad and bad..

                                        During warranty period mobile set camera not functioning. I went to kharvel nagar bbsr service centre for repairing on 10.12.2016. On 15.12.2016 repair my set problem by replacing 101 main board. On 16.12.2016 again same problem occurred. Therefore the service centre has not provided propor service to the customer as such the customer facing problem and harrased. I request to slove this problem other wise take shelter in the court of law.
                                        My redmi note3 mi account password forget but not too on my number
                                        I have got a battery draining problem with the product xiaomi reemi note 3. Now it is in the sertvice center since 12th september 2016. The battery is not yet arrived athe the service center. Now I am forced to file a complaint against MI india and I am looking forward to file the case.
