Redme3S Prime grey 32G order no.[protected] had been placed with MI India had been delivered on 09/12/2016 in damaged condition. It was reported immediately same time MI India by mail with photograph and MI India opened a request no.[protected] it was asign delivered in damaged condition on 09/12/2016 at 7.12PM.It kept on lingering in the matter despite constant follow up on my part. On 16/12/2016 i have received mail qoute" we would request you to send the product to our warehouse at your own cost"unqoute. I have sent damaged product through blue dart courier(AWB No.[protected]) on 17/12/2016 Banglore his warehouse but he have not accept that packet and returned back my residence. After that i have rote innumerable emails and called his customer care number no answer no response nothing one week have passed.Still no confirmation from their side of receiving their damaged product.It is neither replaced the damaged mobile handset nor refund the price.On other hand it had caused me undue loss.

Till date not responding company. Please send reminder to company for resolved of matter. It is already too much delay. I have not used device yet due to damage. I have paid Rs.8999.00 for that mobile handset

      Hi,
      I purchased Redmi 3S Prime Gold 32 GB on 05-Dec-2016. But from last week onward it's stop working.

      And I am also facing heating problem in this handset. I am using this phone from 10 days only and i am not sure how many days it will work as per current situation.

      Earlier I was assuming that this the best handset by MI but after purchasing this I was very disappointed.

      Please don't purchase this phone.

          Updated my redmi note 3, 32gb phone to miui 8.0 when i got the phone. Rebooted it when prompted.
          1)added fingerprints and it worked like a charm.
          2) i kept trying to add offline wallpapers for the lockscreen, from my library to add to the list of available wallpapers but it would fail to add it despite selecting the pictures multiple times
          3)tried selecting pictures manually as the lock screen wallpaper directly from the library. It would add it but only briefly. It would automatically change because of that carousel, which remains permanently on despite turning the feature off no less than a hundred times.

          THEN UPDATED TO 8.1.1

          1) initially the fingerprint sensors were acting funny. It would simply refuse to unlock the phone despite a dry sensor, dry finger and appropriate contact of sensor and finger. Other times it would open seamlessly. The phone started prompting me some permissions for apps I've already responded to when i updated to 8.0...therefore i thought the fingerprint issue was due to an all new update and there was an issue with the old fingerprints. So i decided to delete those stored fingerprints on settings and add new ones. To my short tempered fury, once i deleted them, when i tried to add fingerprints again, it would prompt me to give the unlock pattern I'd set. Once i entered the pattern, settings would say "fingerprints couldn't be added"...this went on for several more attempts. Then finally, settings crashed and i was redirected to the home screen. Left without fingerprints from now on.
          2)still can't add nor delete pictures in the offline section when i want to select wallpapers for lock screen and home screen.
          3)that carousel still doesn't shut the f off .
          Update has been nothing but more problems.

                I purchared my MI NOTE 3 on 7th July.
                It is displaying battery at -2%.
                This is third time I am having same problem. Once I have given it in service centre and they have replaced its motherboard. Again I am having the same problem. This is the fourth time I am having this problem. First time it was displaying MI logo on the screen. Since I MI service slcentre had replaced my motherboard I having the battery display problem of -2%.kindly solve this problem. I live in rural area and I have trouble sending phones to your service centre please solve my problem for once and for all or replace my phone and give new. Model.
                1-hang problem
                2-some times buttons can not works
                3-They can loading problem in opening a photo gallery & opening a videos
                4-camera quality is not better
                Camera problems.. most of the time the camera does not respond.. just took the phone i want to replace it. How can the camera just not work! It shows whichever app I'm using for camera suddenly stops responding too. Please tell me how to replace the phone

                    I have booked a phone i.e redmi 3s prime on 5th of december, and the product has to deliver on 8th of December. But the has not been delivered till now I mailed to Mi India they just told me they will see in to my matter and I will get it in 48 hrs but again I didn't get anything. Now I am totally frustrated by all this stuff. Blue dart have to send me the consignment but still they just ignored my request. I am eagerly waiting for my product but this type of poor Customer service ruined my mood. I just want my product please help me out.

                      I had purchased mi4i handset in the month of October 2015. In july 2016 i broke it. I had given it for repairing in kolkata infinity benchmark service centre .they took 1month to repair my phone n it had cost me Rs5000. They had also provided me an one assist insurance policy of Rs500.2months later while sleeping i had put it on charging and the next morning i found it broken. Then after filing a petition to one assist and sending all the required documents they had rejected my claim stating the reason is mysterious. I assume that there is a handset problem then . Today till date i havent received my phone after making so many calls to one assist insurance company. Everytime they give me some excuse and im never updated about my handset

                        My Mi device is not working. I was not knowing about lite mode. So i tapped on lite mode. It was rebooting. After i opened password and everything was big-big in size.so, then i opened settings and went to general settings.Then clicked on home. There were options like youth, 4x2 something like that ... .I clicked on youth.Nothing happened.then i went back home.everything was blank. i waited for some time. nothing happened.i switched on/off my device, nothing happened. NOW WHAT TO DO? :-(

                          I have ordered mi max on mi max.com on 5th sept 2016 and i have received on 7th sept 2016 and complained to mi.com via mail and voice by 8th sept but stil though i have not received the replacement and on 6th dec they are saying as i am using the handset it can't be replaced which is not acceptable as i don't have money to invest on another phone after rs 15000 investment.                               I have bought a redmi note 3 from mi.com, ordered on 21st june, 2016
                              And delivered on 25th june, 2016. The order id: [protected]
                              Actually i have encountered a problem in my mi charger and unfortunately my warranty period ends by 21st december, 2016. Moreover i cannot find any service center in dehradun and i cannot go to delhi within this period due to my personal reasons.
                              It would be very kind of you if you could extend my warranty period or suggest some other alternative so that i could replace my charger and prevent any further monetary loss.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  Being a loyal customer of Mi since past 2 years, it is highly disappointing to state a incidence at Mi centre of Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
                                  My phone was stuck on Mi logo and was not able to start. After reading lots of similar issues reported on internet, it was very clear that this is a software related issue.
                                  But here, when I took the device to Mi service centre, I was told that the device could be dead as soon as I stated that my device is not in warranty anymore.
                                  On the next day, I was told that it’s a motherboard issue while it is clearly understood that such behavior is observed with software issue.

                                  Also, they experimented with its motherboard without my approval which is not at appreciated.

                                  I now believe that they replaced the real motherboard with the damaged one and are proposing total cost of Rs 6600 (approx.) for the repair.

                                    I have ordered xiaomi redmi 3 s online and it reached me on 12th dec 2016. When i checked it it is having very poor camera quality. They mentioned 13mp back and 5 mp front but the camera is not even of 1 mp resolution. After checking 1 day, i immediately call customer care and also email them on 14th dec 2016. I asked them for retuen and refund my amount since the product is very poor quality and they received me amount of rs 9000/-. But they are suggesting me to do this and that, the options they told me, i have also done all that but the camera performance is same and also the mobile is heating.

                                    They are now not responding my email also, i have again mailed them to return and refund amount but they are not replying. Please help me sir. I need your support sir. I have attached email screenshots or pics for your kind reference or please assist me for any further requirement.

                                      Replacement of order [protected] [incident:[protected]]. Order has not been picked up till date. They have confirmed that order will be picked up from email but no services for replacement has been initiated till date. They are just fooling people in terms of replacement policy. I have purchased redminote 3 set and within 2 hours its starts hanging with mi logo. I have visited service centre jabalpur as per the process in mi but the service centre asked us to replace the order. We have done all processes as per requirement but the order has no been replaced yet.

                                      I value your concern and as been discussed over call would like to inform you that we have all the necessary details of your's, so i am forwarding the concern to our logistic partner for the pickup of your device.
                                      I would also like to inform you that the reverse pick up will be attempted only once from our side and if the attempt is failed, so the cost of sending product to the warehouse is to be bared by you. So i would request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to replace the device.:-

                                      •please pack the product in the original box with the all the accessories or else it will not be considered for rvp (Reverse pick and drop).
                                      •the invoice needs to be kept inside the box.
                                      •please mention the amount value of your product as inr 4900/- on the box, since the device is defective now.
                                      •mention the warehouse address over the box.

                                      Warehouse address :

The product is not working and i am reporting the issue within 4 hours of getting product. I have conveyed the issue to you. Please solve it now. Return the product and give my money back.

                                      Factory reset : please make sure that you create a back up before the reset,
                                      1. Create a backup :
                                      Go to settings additional setting backup and reset local backups backup select apps, accounts and contacts & deselect system backup.

                                      2. Factory reset:
                                      Go to settings — additional settings — scroll down and select backup & reset — scroll down and click on factory data reset — click on reset phone at the bottom.

                                      3. Restore the backup :
                                      Go to settings additional setting backup and reset local backups backup file restore.

                                      If the issue still persists, then please visit the service center and get the device diagnosed. Also get back to us with the diagnosis report within 72 hours so that i can forward your request to the team.

                                        I have raised below complaint with xiaomi. Kindly refer the below email and would request you to initiate the necessary action.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have purchased redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32 gb) on september 07 2016through flipkart, order id: od[protected]. The product was delivered to me on september 10 2016. Suddenly few days back (From 28th sept 2016) the phone stopped working, its went in sleep mode whenever i received or make a call or open any application, and for awakening up i have to restart the phone.

                                        It is clear from the above facts that my product is not good. I have visited the service center and submitted the phone but the service center is saying that i have to pay rs. 3000/-, for repair. My question is ‘why should i pay the said amount i. E. Rs.3000/-‘, since my phone is in warranty period and the warranty period is 1 year. Neither my phone is broken nor its went in water then why should i pay the amount.

                                        My demand are as follows:-

                                        1) replace my phone with some another phone

                                        2) if above is not possible then my current phone need to repair without any cost and in good condition

                                        3) and i should must receive some standby phone for use in return without fail, till my phone don’t get repaired.

                                        I request your goodselfs to seriously look into the matter and provide your submission within 3 days from the receipt of this letter.

                                        Relevant documents to support the above facts are enclosed herewith for your ready perusal.

                                        But company instead of helping me they are asking to pay the required amount as asked by the customer service center.
