My redmi note 3 phone was having some problem with its speaker and mike. It was under warranty so i send it to the company. But now when i have received my phone (26/09/2016) i saw a dent on its left side corner and thus my brand new phone is not at all looking new. Please replace my phone because when i sent the phone it was without any dent. And due to all this replacement and sending my phone to you i lost some of my days from warranty periods. Now i went indore (M. P.) service centre then they are saying that my phone is out of warranty due to water but there is no sign enterance of water and my ahemdabad service never informed me about this and they put damanged plate in my phone. Beacause of this plate internet is not running properly in phone. Still my phone is not working.

Please do the need full as soon as possible and let me know.

    Syska gadget secure — damage insurance claim

    My phone was accidently damaged. I have submited my handset to syska 240 days before now. I am contacting syska since 8 months.
    And i claimed mi-redmi irla vile prale prime mall service centre but his say no proper id proof and no document etc. This is a fraud policy
    Today 240 days has been crossed and i still didn't get my cell phone.
    Also they are cheating as by putting the false status of device on their website. The status is device repaired but the service center says that no work has been done on mobile yet. Every time i am calling their customer care i am getting a new reason behind delay
    I am going to mi-redmi irla prime mall service centre (Vile prale) 10 time or more
    But his problem not solve
    And i will very unsatisfied this service (Mi-customer service center)
    I hope you solve my problem

        Sir i bought phone in aug...and now my phone is dead...and i had visited in gallery, they said to me for check the phone he is charged me rs.115
        and after that they told me its damaged and cost arrived rs.3900 so the best part is that my phone is under warranty, , , , , and they dont know how to talk with anyone ...uneducated people...please help me..

        After updating miui8 version, so many problems arise. My phone should hang sometimes and finger print does not work sometimes, before updating Game does not stop whrn i play but after update game should stop so many times. And browsers run via wifi not with mobile data..

        Please solve my problems as early as possible

          I bought this mi note 3 phone from amazon on 18-may-2016. After only 3 months it started giving problem. Issue - abnormal shutdown every 2 - 3 hours. And every night it would shutdown automatically. Took it to service center 'infotel services, kolkata-700091, india'. Was informed that motherboard is faulty and need replacement. I submitted phone with service center on 24-aug-2016, and it is 19-oct-2016 today. So for approx two month neither have i got back my phone nor have i any status as to when i will get my phone back. Also, i have thus already lost 2 months of warranty period already.

            It is not good you know that i purchased a mobile red mi -2 by online for your service. Uncertain with in warranty period, my mobiles have to come problems. First is back camera fail and then softwere is damage. Only when we open mobile miui only open, not other feature is run. I discuss xioami customer care and they replied to me regarding hardwere problem and will come to mi service centre at ludhiana. I went and he take a moble for regarding hardwere problems and returns to make a slip for its say one month time period will take. Sir. Time is already over, and they give not good reply. Service centre every time phone busy they not proper attend the phone. And not give a reply. They make a fool to th customer. And customer care reply by mail is not well they depend on service centre and wants take time to give reply after confirmation of service centre. Sir, service centre is not replied. I wait this reply last 20 days. And send to customer care per day mail. Sir, i want to know that i[censored] r not provided a good service why you are continue to run online business. You are not seeing a problem to customer. Your eyes is blind you sell a xioami mobile. Firstly, before you sell the product, you have to know the services problems like this. It is bad impact on yours. I take one step to create a problem to you. Kindly resolve the matter urgent basis.

            Hi, i have gone thru one of the company campaign on Re 1.. from 17-19Oct16. I got entered exact at 2pm, n click to grab the offer, as i clicked, its saying OUT OF STOCK.

              How can it be even possible that a sale which started at 2 PM ends in just 1 second! even less then that. If you guys have no desire to give away products then don't show it on your website. Leave this cheap way to bring traffic to your website.
              At 02:00:00 sale starts and at 02:00:01 it shows it's out of stock! how can it be out of stock in bloody 1 second!!
              A good way to fool the customers and publicize your site and products!! But you know what, only cheapsters do that.. GROW UP!!

                I have brought a mi basic earphone from mi.com/in ordered on 5th Oct. 2016 and received on 15th Oct. But the earphone was defective and right ear have no sound. So immediately called to them and then I filed complained to them, they gave me a complaint no and told that they replace it with a new one but till there is no reply from them.They also told that they will pick up my product and replace it with new one. on 17the oct 2016 they called me and told me that they initiated my replacement process but two days after when i called to them and asked for my replacement process status they refused to pickup my defective mi earphone. what can i do now.so please help me.                     I have purchased MI 3s Prime from the sale on Mi.com on 21 Sep, 2016.
                    It was delivered within a week.

                    On using that handset, I found there a defect in the LCD screen. There was a black shadow on the bottom of the screen.
                    I talked to the Mi customer care and shared the screenshots with them. They confirmed me with a mail that the handset will get replaced and their delivery partner will call me for a reverse pickup. But nobody contacted me. I regularly talked with the customer care for 5-6 days and they always keep on promising that they will contact me very soon. After a week, today I got call from MI customer care and they told me that the reverse pick cannot be done because the pin code to which the product was delivered doesn’t comes under the list of serviceable areas for reverse pickup. They told that I have to courier the handset myself and have to bear the cost for delivering the product to their warehouse.

                    Are you kidding me…
                    Guys, they said that they have different delivery partners for delivery and reverse pickup. This means if you buy any product from MI and that product has any defect then you may not get the service for MI.

                    I can’t find the logic that the area where you deliver but can’t give any service.

                    I even requested them that please tell the serviceable areas, I will give you an address of that area for reverse pickup, but they denied.

                    I had conversation over call so many time but I didn't get any solution of my problem, every time their executive promised me that we'll arrange a call from our senior executive or manager shortly but nobody contacted me till now. This is continue from past 10-12 days, now I was totally frustrated and I am not able to get solution from anywhere.

                    Yesterday, I got called by customer care. he told me that the reverse pickup cant be done as the pincode to which the product was delivered is not serviceable.
                    he told me that the company have different delivery partners for delivery and reverse pickup.
                    i am not getting the logic here. they can ship the product to a pincode but cant give service to the same pincode.
                    are you kidding me...
                    i already confirmed by the company in a mail that the reverse pickup will b done from your side and i have to handover the packed product to the delivery person for reverse pickup. and now they are neglecting thier own words...

                    Please help me because this happened with me but I don't want that any other person suffer with the same issue.

                    The money has been spent on this phone doesn't seems to be worthy for me.

                    Is anybody over there who can help me for the same?

I also contact to delivery courier team and they said, they have informed mi india about the same and mi will refund me which i have paid. You are requested please process my refund rs.9499 as soon as possible on my icici credit card account which i used for payment.

                            This is mahender, i saw the advertisement about Redmi 3S Prime, also Redmi Note 3 16GB, 20000mAh Mi Power Bank on news paper and also in the site, stating that its a diwali offer only for one rupee. Here so in order grab the things need to sign up with your facebook account, then i have done, but when the times come to grab that offered item, as soon as time started for pick up for that product, when clicked to grab that item, it says like, the item was out of stock .
                            Then if so the item was not there, then why company is offering fake offers, is to fool people?...and making company products advertise with these cheap tricks.

                            How can be it possible that the item is out of sale...if the time starts to grab the that offered item .i.e at 2:00 pm...even i started to grab item when the time is 2:00 pm...??

                            Offer is Cheap one thing also making the customer fool.Not chating & mailing properly .I am continuously mailing & chating to exchange my faulty handset even I did not use for a single day.

                            They are chor/Thug.

                            I would suggest not to take the product even in free of this Xiaomi.

                              Have submitted my REDMI NOTE 3 in MI service center (Radiant, velachery, Chennai-Tamil Nadu).It has an issue in Handset mike.It was bought 1 month back only. didn't get any response since 2 months, service centre is also not updating for the same.Their Escalations are for eye wash.

                                I just want to purchase a Redmi 1S battery from MI for my Redmi 1S mobile phone which is not more than 2 yrs old.
                                1st: I talked with customer care chat service where they guide me the about service center list from which I already called and faced bad experiences.

                                One service center (Kolkata B2X Service Solutions 115/B Cannel Street, Sree Bhumi, Kolkata[protected] attend call and other service center (Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center Infinity Benchmark Building, Ground Floor, Shop no. 1, Sector 5, Salt Lake City Kolkata 700091) I personally visit which is near to my office. Both are told product not available and not ensure when they can make it available. And suggest me I need to keep the handset with them until they can get the battery which is very illogical.

                                Below other two service center are continue not responding or switch off
                                Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, Arya Regency Building, NO 1, andul raj road, near Hazra crossing, behind jatindas park metro station, Kolkata - 700026. Phone - [protected] Switch off

                                AND

                                Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, 20-H, Park Street, Kolkata.
                                Phone[protected] Not responding till last 3 working days

                                Have so many email regarding this to customer care [protected]@mailsy.custhelp.com but the authority not ready take responsibility to arrange this product or not ready accept that service center number are not accessible.

                                It is not possible to travel each and every service center and ask for battery.

                                My Question is:
                                Why need to publish contact number ?
                                Is this a customer service?
                                Why just before 2 year the company obsolute it battery?
