I have purchased redmi note 3 from snapdeal n I received it on 15/10/16 n I forgot my pattern on 17/10/16 so I contact for help from that day but I still not contacted by mi . There is nothing to do for me. I'm very upset for no consumer support.
There is no option for how to unlock my device .
I have removed my fingers lock but I have sign in with my Google account [protected]@gmail.com.
Please support as soon as possible for the same.

I did not receive my product _ order number [protected]. It is showing "lost by courier team" when i am tracking my order. I also contact to delivery courier team and they said, they have informed mi india about the same and mi will refund me which i have paid. I also complaint mi customer care about the same and they provided me reference num.[protected]oct-2016) for my refund. You are requested please process my refund rs.9499 as soon as possible on my icici credit card account which i used for payment.

Escalated incident id :[protected]oct-2016). Still did not get any response. Please refund my amount on priority basis. More then 25 days has been passed from date of order.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Nitin Kumar Goyal on 12 Sept. 2016 at Service Center RDC Ghaziabad HCL. and was told that My phone problem will be solved before 30 sept. 2016 but nothing could be done about my problem. This is mahender, i saw the advertisement about Redmi 3S Prime, also Redmi Note 3 16GB, 20000mAh Mi Power Bank on news paper and also in the site, stating that its a diwali offer only for one rupee. Here so in order grab the things need to sign up with your facebook account, then i have done, but when the times come to grab that offered item, as soon as time started for pick up for that product, when clicked to grab that item, it says like, the item was out of stock .
Then if so the item was not there, then why company is offering fake offers, is to fool people?...and making company products advertise with these cheap tricks.

How can be it possible that the item is out of sale...if the time starts to grab the that offered item .i.e at 2:00 pm...even i started to grab item when the time is 2:00 pm...??

Have submitted my REDMI NOTE 3 in MI service center (Radiant, velachery, Chennai-Tamil Nadu).It has an issue in Handset mike.It was bought 1 month back only. didn't get any response since 2 months, service centre is also not updating for the same.Their Escalations are for eye wash.
Please help me to get my phone.

This problem hurting very much. I bought mobile for internet and calling but due to this fault i am completely unable to do internet which i need frequently. I also need compensation for my problem.

I just want to purchase a Redmi 1S battery from MI for my Redmi 1S mobile phone which is not more than 2 yrs old.
1st: I talked with customer care chat service where they guide me the about service center list from which I already called and faced bad experiences.

One service center (Kolkata B2X Service Solutions 115/B Cannel Street, Sree Bhumi, Kolkata[protected] attend call and other service center (Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center Infinity Benchmark Building, Ground Floor, Shop no. 1, Sector 5, Salt Lake City Kolkata 700091) I personally visit which is near to my office. Both are told product not available and not ensure when they can make it available. And suggest me I need to keep the handset with them until they can get the battery which is very illogical.

Below other two service center are continue not responding or switch off
Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, Arya Regency Building, NO 1, andul raj road, near Hazra crossing, behind jatindas park metro station, Kolkata - 700026. Phone - [protected] Switch off

AND

Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, 20-H, Park Street, Kolkata.
Phone[protected] Not responding till last 3 working days

Have so many email regarding this to customer care [protected]@mailsy.custhelp.com but the authority not ready take responsibility to arrange this product or not ready accept that service center number are not accessible.

It is not possible to travel each and every service center and ask for battery.

My Question is:
Why need to publish contact number ?
Is this a customer service?
Why just before 2 year the company obsolute it battery?

I have placed an order on 12th, Oct and on the very same day i have placed a request for cancellation.I received a reply from Xiomi that i just need to deny the delivery and they will cancel the order as it has already been shipped. Now when i did the same the are not accepting the return and cheating with me. Now i neither have phone nor my money.

My mobile phone is unable to connect to any mobile network
I have tried inserting multiple SIM cards but it does not connect to any network
The current SIM that I use on the phone when put on other mobile it does connect to the network.
This failure has been continued to irritate me for quiet a few weeks now

But no response, Phone is tranfering from one service center to other no one will to give any update and solution

Sir, i have purchased mi note 3 online through xiaomi website on 16 jun'16 whose order id is [protected], its battery get swelled about15 days ago, while four month are not completely passed away after purchase it
And in my locality mathura, no service centre is there... Now we even afraid to charge the battery that it may not burst plz.. Look into the matter and replace my phone from my doorstep.. I will b highly obiliged for the same thnx

I purchased a MI Band from MI website on 08/04/2016. Its Order number is: [protected].

It was not capturing the steps count data properly, so I submitted it at MI Noida Service Center on 10/05/2016 for replacement. The Job Sheet Number is JS[protected]. The expected return date from MI was 25/05/2016.

But, I have yet not received the new Band from the Service Center. Every time I go to the service center and inquire about it, the executives tell me that the same product is not available with them.

Its been more than 5 months since I have submitted my Band for replacement and still I have not received the new Band. I request you to kindly look into the issue ASAP and revert to me on my email/phone.

Hi,

I have purchased a product 3s prime, which i received was damaged.
Audio jack was not functioning and display had a problem, the following next day i had spoken to the mi customer service with the issues and asking for replacement, but they said it cant be replaced due to some company policy.
Now in mi service center they are saying the whole hardware has to replaced/changed.
The phone is not even 1 month old, and full hardware changes, it is really disappointing it's not par to consumer standards.

I want a replacement or money to be refunded.

I sincerely request to do the needful asap.

I am using this wynk app... Whenever i start using other apps in phn!! The wynk or any music app stops automatically and disappear from the background screen... I have tried to adjust the permission... But still its same!! I tried other music apps also but all gives me same result !! It works for while and once i start using other apps it stops... And diSappear...

I recently serviced my [protected]@ xiomi service centre in shivaji nagar, Pune for camera repair They took a month for repairing. but just after 15 days the mobile camera again not working. I had to go 200kms from my house and spend 500 rupees for travelling for repairing and faced lot of problems for not having a mobile. As the mobile is under warrenty I want the company either to replace the mobile or give me refund. the company guys are saying to upgrade mobile software, What is the logic behind that. The camera should work with old version also. I cannot afford to spend another 500 rupees for repairing. And phone is under warranty for 12 months from purchase, from this 12 months, 1 month is taken by xiaomi service for repairing. and again if I submit it for repair at service cenre the will take again 1 month.

I have submitted my redmi note 3 in mi service center hazra kolkatta - infotel located at jatindas park, kolkata on 07.09.2016 at 17:09:24.

But after 40 days service center is still saying that they will deliver my mobile on 02.11.2016. And they wrote this date of delivery on jobsheet. I have attached my job sheet.
