With due respect it is saying that I had a problem in my Mi Redmi 2 set. Which was given to Mi service center Chandigarh on Address : Mi exclusive service Centre, Shop No. SCO-2471-72, 1st flooring, 22C Chandigarh- 160022, on date 25 July 2016.
Sir they had not given my mobile yet still have 2.5 months, even not answering on landline number, its a very humble request to you that please resolve my problem.

      Sir mene redmi note 3, 4 month phele liya tha mere phone me lock lag gya tha fingure print bhi kaam nhi kr rha tha, to mene Mi service centre diya unhone lock to khol diya but sim tray kharab kr diya, ab second sim slot me sim nhi chal rahi, jab mene complaint ki to unhone bola ki phone submit krna padega tumhe, to mene unse pucha ki mera phone kab tak doge unhona bola ki company se 3 month se part nhi aarha hai hum kuch nhi bol sakte. to uske baad mene mi protect (one_assist) ko phone kiya unhone mera phone 1month ke liya rakh liya or bina repair kiye mere ghr pe delivered krdiya. plzzz help me sir

        I went to mi service centre chandigarh today and found out to be the worst service centre. I waited for 3 hours and after getting my turn, it was found that display of phone is not working and phone is under warranty. Staff told me to come after 1 month because they are shortage of mi 2 prime display. I would be thankful if my query is solved as soon as possible. Waiting for reply

          I purchase mi note3 on 20 sep16 from mi sit. After using two day i notice there istwo hardware problem. So i m contact mi customer support about replacement they approved my replacement on 30 october 2016 but till now no one come to my house for pickup. Even if we mail them regarding to replacement then they never revert back to u even i[censored] call to there customer support no. Than they say we r unable to provide exact date.

          I suggest don buy mi phone.
          If they take long time for replacement than wat about warranty
          They doing time pass for reducing warranty period

            Mi hcl nagpur service center issue [incident:[protected]]

            I submitted my phone on 6th sep 2016 & today is 8th oct still no update on my redime note 3. Talking to the service center guy, he is saying it will take unlimited time that he dont know. He is so rude everytime & now he stop picking my phone. I think they are cheating with me by not working on my issue

              On 17th august i guess i sent my phone for repairing to xiaomi service which is located in ahmedabad. I have also taken xiaomi pick me service under which i sent my phone. But i got some another person documents on my mail from the xiaomi and that i realised after sending my phone. As soon as i realise i have called and talk to the mi services and told everything. Unfortunately, from the last 2-3 months they are just telling me wait and wait. Under pick me service i should have been received my phone around 15 days but now they are doing its too late. I sent my phone through fedex courier services. I have also registered my compain in mi and my complain no. Is[protected] and i am attaching some photes which will show you that i have received any another person documents under pickme service.

                The mother bord is dead then i went to MI costomer care in andheri irla lane prime mall alfa lane mumbai but he takes so many days he promiss me for 10 days but he dnt give any response i call so many times

                  Hi my name is seera alam, i have submitted my redmi prime 2 mobile handset at lajpat nagar new delhi, after submitted the phone i was given a slip on which nowhere it is mentioned the expected date of delivery of repaired phone.I have submitted the phone on 15 september 2016 but even after almost 23 days they are telling that it will take some more time.I am need, since i can not afford to buy new phone.I think 15 days is enough. My job-sheet no.is WXIN[protected]. It is very rude that they are not writing date of delivery on slip which they provide to the customer after submitting the phone.Help me.

                    Hi Xiaomi Team,

                    I am very upset with your customer service and replacement policy. I purchased Redmi Note 3 Gold 16G with Mi Protect
                    with purchase order number [protected]. I paid regarding this order 10, 598 Rs. online.

                    After receiving my mobile Redmi Note 3 Gold 16G there is navigation button and phone hang problem start after two days
                    of receiving order.I complained about both issues to your company and registered complaint number[protected] on 20 Sep 2016
                    and finely company accept my replacement request on 24 SEP 2016. I was very happy because company accept my request but
                    till today I did not get any pickup information from your logistic partner blue dart.

                    I call in your company daily and talk with your executive regarding my replacement but I did not get any satisfy answer.
                    I have already prepared return box with return address. Your one executive Mr. Ravi misguided me regarding this issue.
                    I am very upset with his answer and he is not eligible to understand customer problem.

                    Dear Team, please provide us expected date and time of replacement of my phone. I am waiting of your call/email. Please provide us

                      Since 7 days I am trying to contact MI customer support regarding the PICKMI service(where MI provides the service to send the phone from customer to the service center and ship back when the issue is solved) for which they'll be charging Rs.189.
                      A few days back my phone stopped working so iIwanted to send it to service center for the issue to be solved so I contacted customer support and they guided me to use PICKMI service after registering for that they said remaining details will be emailed so I was waiting for the email but after 2 days when I did not get any mail I tried to contact them again, same procedure was followed but again no proper response. Even I tried to contact them via email but even their they are not responding properly.

                        Due to my mistake my mobile gets locked. So for this i have submitted it to xiaomi service center malad, mumbai. For this they charged me for 230rs. I paid it at that time only. Issue gts resolved in 2hour. But after resolution my sim card stopped detecting in my cell phone. I report this at that instant only. So for this they have submitted my phone. Now they are saying that faulty part is not available hence it will get delayed in repairing. But as per issue there was no hardware issue in my cell, there is only pattern which was gets resolved after doing some software activity. Need help in this as im in big trouble.

                          Hello,
                          The service store mentions their working hours till 6:30 PM. When I arrived at the store at 6:26 PM, I was refused the delivery of my phone which I had requested for service 2 days prior the date. The reason being it was 6:31 PM on their wall clock which I confirmed was ahead of the IST time by 4 minutes. On mentioning this, the support guy kept mentioning that it would be delivered the next working day. I had to travel 14kms in dense Bangalore Friday traffic to collect my phone and I was refused service even being ahead of the closing time. I want to file this complaint of misbehavior with the customer on account of false working timings

                            I own xiaomi note 3 phone. My phone screen has broken. I visited your noida service centre run by hcl. After waiting for 45 mins when i reached your service centre representative i was told they cannot replace the screen as you are not supplying them with required parts. If i intended to submit my phone it would take 15-20 days. They told me to visit the nearest delhi service centre. It absolutely a hassle as this would not even be a free service under and warranty. I wonder what pain it would be for those looking for service under warranty. I saw many consumer returning back because the center guy said 15-20 days for everything.

                              My mobile handsets is in the servicing center for almost 2 months. I got the mobile in from mi website. But after a few days i found a problem in my mobile handsets. The problem was that the handsets does not take any sound. So we handed over the phone to the servicing center in parsvnath arcadia, sector - 14, gurgaon, haryana on and 13 august 2016. But today is 7th of october and till now the my mobile handsets has not yet come. Its over 45 days i have been waiting. So i please request you to look into the problem and send the part as soon as possible.

                                I had purchased a mi note3 32 gb variant from snapdeal. The product got delivered on 27th of august 2016. Within 8 days the product got dead (05/09/2016).

                                Then while i contacted the online shopping site ‘snapdeal’, initially they told me that as this product is under sd+ category so they will accept the complain and do make replacement for that. But from the next day they refused to replace it as the complain was not raised within 7 days.

                                Then i had visited the service centre on the 9th and 10th day. First day (6/09/2016) the service center executive told me that it was their holiday and the system is not connected to the network.
                                On the next day (7/09/2016) they told me that the mother board is needed to be replaced for that device. So either they can replace the device or i need to submit it to repair. So i told them to replace the device.
                                But they told me that the manager of that store was on leave on that day, so replacement cannot be processed. That was not my fault.
                                Then i had visited again on 09/09/2016 to that service center. As it was 12th day, replacement period was over according to them and i had to submit my phone for repair. At that time they told me that it will take 10-15 days to repair that device.

                                Then after completing 15 days, i am contacting the service center as well as mi customer care again and again. I had also sent repetitive mail to the xiaomi service center.
                                Still now they are telling me that the spare part of this product is not available. And each time the customer care executives told me that they will call back me within 24-48 hours. But i had never got any calls from them. Even they are unable to provide me the approx date when i should get that product.

                                I had told them that either they should repair the phone as soon as possible or to give me a replacement for that as its a new phone.

                                I had already invested my money (12k) for that phone but unable to use it just after 7 days of purchase. It is already almost 1 month my phone is in service center and it is still not get serviced. The didn't even provided me any supplement phone to use for that service period.
                                I feel cheated for this kind of behavior of the phone company.

                                  I have talk to mr. Harsh who is the senior after according to their policy of 5-7 days replacement then he assured me thar u will get revert call back from our side within 24-48 hrs that ur product will be dilevered to when, but today after completing 3 days i call then they said that ur new order id has not generated it generate soon n u will get the call i have got the product on 14 sep 2016 but there was some falut so i replaced after that they are taking soo much time to replace and deliver me new product... Such a worst service they are providing n first of all they are lying to there customers n infact u can see senior is also lying... Worst product, worst company and worst service...

                                    Please find following information for your ready reference:

                                    1.The said mobile is lying at your Chembur Mumbai Service Center since 08 Sep2016. No intimation whatsoever about the repairing status. Tel No. [protected] of the Service Center never respond ( Pl make a try to have first hand experience).

                                    2. The mobile has already been repaired by your Powai Center Mumbai (since closed) and Mother Board has been changed. The same was delivered on 09Aug2016 after a period of about 4 weeks. The fault description given at that time was Auto Reboot On Standby, Auto Power off.

                                    3. Please make it convenient to calculate the period the mobile was/is lying at the Service Centers wef 25 May2016 ie since its purchase.

                                    4. I have had ENOUGH of your REDMI which was purchased with lot of assurance & diligence. Sadly all has proved false & fake. You have abysmally failed in providing after sales service to your esteemed clients and are taking them for a ride. Your service centers are incompetent in handling even minor technical issues and every small issue is attributed to Main board malfunctioning notwithstanding the brash & unprofessional attitude of people manning them. Long list of angry consumers is testimony of the same who are made to wait for hours together in addressing their problems. It will be an education for all concerned to know as to how many sets are lying at any service center for changing the main board at any time. Your Call center personal are also vague in their reply and are unsure of any definite time frame.

                                    5. You are requested to keep the said mobile with you and arrange to refund my hard earned money incurred towards its cost.

                                    6. Alternately, if that is not possible, please supply me a new Mobile of the same specifications without wasting any further time.

                                    7.I hope my expectations are not very high since I do not expect any better service from a set whose main Board has been replaced twice in a period of 4 months.

                                        I purchased mi screen guard on 12th aug from mi website which was delivered on aug 15th in damaged condition. I immediately informed them about status by written mail on 15th itself for which they asked some photo for verification. Which i promptly replied.

                                        But when they did not revert i purchased item locally and asked refund for amount which they have not refunded so far and are not responding. I want to know how to get this refund and what are punishment for such company when they harass innocent buyers,
