just after 3 months of purchase, i got problem in my phone, my phone was not starting, i visited near by MI CUSTOMER CARE CENTER in which is in LUDHIANA(PUNJAB) and had given my phone to them. ITS SUBMITTING JOB SHEET NO WAS-WXIN[protected], they said its hardware issue and this type of problem comes due to main board error, my phone was with them for 5-6 days then i contacted them they said it will take another 40-50 days as hardware parts are not available from back end. so i withdraw my phone back un-repaired .

then i had given it on another MI SERVICE CENTER of CHANDIGARH, INDIA on 2-9-16 so that it may repaired soon, ITS SUBMITTING JOBSHEET NO WAS-WXIN[protected], my phone was with them for 22 days still they said we can't confirm when your phone will be repaired, as their are no hardware parts available and we are even not sure when they will available,

mean time i had contacted to mi customer service again and again and said them that please ensure fast delivery of hardware parts to your service center's so that our device may get repair soon. but they hardly cared they made fake promises that parts will soon be available but they were not.

PROOF'S THAT I HAD CONTACTED MI CARE FOR HARDWARE PARTS DELIVERY TO SERVICE CENTER'S ARE UNDER THEIR INCIDENT'S WHICH ARE GIVEN BELOW AND CAN BE TRACKED ANYTIME FROM MI CUSTOMER CARE BY TELLING INCIDENT ID'S-

After that one of their executive told me that if you want fast repair of your mobile so kindly send your mobile to pick mi service, they will come to your home pick up your device, they will send it to haed office service center which is in ahemdabad, gujarat, and after repair they will deliver your handset back to your home, that service have some charge of rs.189 .

i took that service and sent my phone to pick mi, after withdrawal from chandigarh service center on 16-9-16, PICKMI Enquiry No. was- [protected]. Pickup No. : DELRU5, AIRWAYBILL No:[protected],

After 3 days of this i got a call from PICK MI team that your device is tempered, (seal broken) and it cannot be repaired under warranty hence you have to pay rs.6220 for replacement of main board,

i contacted with mi customer care that i had not given my handset to anywhere outside else mi service center then how its tempered?

I understand that before going for our Pick Mi service request your mobile was submitted at our service center. It is possible that our service center tampered with the hardware of the device. I know that you would like to resolve this issue to repair your mobile under warranty.

Anmoldeep, I would like to inform that we do not have access to service center records due to which was won't be able to retrieve the Jobsheet details. I kindly request you to coordinate with our service center and get a soft copy of the Jobsheet or atleast the Jobsheet number so that we can forward the same to our Pick Mi department for further verification. The SN:12660/20190581 is the serial number of the mobile. The Jobsheet number usually starts from WXIN, HHIN or JS. I suggest that you coordinate with respective service center and get the appropriate Jobsheet number for further investigation.

We will await for your response. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact me. I will be glad to assist you.

I HAD SENT THEM ALL THE DETAILS, BOTH JOBSHEET NUMBER'S so that they may verify and fix my device under warranty for free. BUT NO, they sent my phone back unrepaired and said we are investigating and we will pick up your device again after investigating. but they had not picked up, i had contacted many times to mi customer care regarding pick mi services-

then again i called them and said to have pick mi service told about my case, they said of of their customer executive (aafreen) that your device will be repaired free of cost, don't worry and pick mi charges will also be given by us, they again applied for pick mi service on2-10-16 and scheduled pick up was on 8-10-16, but till yet they haden't picked up my device, again i had contacted them many times that pick my device from home, and again they say same that with in 24-48 hours we will contact with you but they never do anything.

this time pick mi Enquiry No. [protected], and airwaybill no[protected], till their is no solution made for my device but had not created pick up no. due to which fed ex team is not picking up my device from my home. i had even contacted again on very first day when i had opted this second time pick mi service to both pick mi department and mi customer care that contact with each other about this past matter and make my device repair free of cost. incident no was[protected]

contacted many times again but no body is ready to listen, please make my phone repair under warranty and free of cost as its already about month .

they did mistake when i was taking back my unrepaired phone from both service center's they would have given me some slip that we are giving back unrepaired phone and we had examined it. even customer ececutive who suggest me to opt pick mi rather than offline service center, he dosen't told me that take a proof from offline service center's that you had submitted your device to them.

even everytime i call or mail or chat with them, their person changes and we have to tell whole matter again to new person, he forwards and after sometime shift changes again new person comes, then again it start from top.

so when my device will be repaired ?? verify everything every data is included here.

    I bought a redmi note 3 from flipkart in june' 2016. About 3 weeks ago, the headphone icon would not disappear even when headphone is not plugged in. As a result, i had to either plug in the headphone or take calls on loudspeaker. You can imagine it is a great deal of hassle. I submitted the phone in redmi service center in kamla nagar on 29/09/2016. I was told it could take up to 10-12 days as they will need to replace the mother board. I asked them for a back up phone but they said it is not redmi's policy. I went there today on 10/10/2016 and have been told by mr. Mohit sharma that they don't have the supply for redmi note 3 and they have no idea how long it may take. And they still cannot provide me with a back up phone either. I was happy using the phone as it worked really smoothly. But this kind of service is unacceptable. I am planning to approach consumer court if the issue is not resolved in 1 week from now.

      My redmi 3s phone is automatically dead after update. Then mene try kiya mi store se contact karne ki but jab b call kiya connect hi ni hua. Or jese ki mene mi store se first time shopping ki to mujhe pata ni tha ki mi me mail se b contact kar skte hai. Phir mere ek friend ne bataya ki mail karo tab jaa kar mene mail kiya. Per mere replacement period tak mene bahut try kiya sir call ni laga but sir phone 6 day se band hai sir[censored]pdate kiya or wo band ho gya. Mene mi store call kiya to service centre visit karne ka bola sir mene waha do ghante line me lag kar phone submit kiya waha software problem ka kaha gya mene kaha thik hai kar dijiye but saturday k bad me monday again gya sir mujhse kaha wait kijiye mene do ghante phir wait kiya bolo i think pc problem h phone me phir half hour wait uske bad bola ki 45 days kijiye ab sir ap batayiye mere pass dusra phone kese aayega

        I bought mi5 4months back and its lcd screen got damaged without any manhandling. How to trust this brand then? I went to customer care. They told me it would take 20-25 days without even checking for spare parts availibility. I shouted at them when they refused to provide any other phone for use in these days. How could a person manage to use his/her 2sim which are attached to the phone?? They are telling there is no policy as such. So why you people make such cheap handsets? After this arguement, the executive came and told me that parts were on the way and it would take 4hours. So why reception guys told me to wait for 20-25 days for repair? There is no cordination. They are there for only harassing the customers. Please sort out the things for betterment of your business.

          I have experienced its service after sale. Worst word is not just enough.
          They are taking unnecessarily much time for the product to repair/replace.
          I have purchased Mi Ear phones from their official Site mi.com
          After 1 month o[censored]se, one side stopped working.
          I have submitted the same at service center . They told me to wait for week and we will repalce the same. Today it is more than a month. They told me not to visit again, you can confirm the status online. When i have asked mi executive on support chat. they are like, i need to check with service center. Same problem happened with my phone as well
          i will never buy a product from mi now at all and i suggest you guys also not to buy, still you want to buy then accept it without after sales service
          I have a redmi note 3 purchased from mi before 3 month,
          Now phone has a problem switched off suddenly and not getting on
          i send it to meerut service center but he told me he will take 1 month to rectify the problem

            Wr hsve purchased a redmi note 3 mobile in the month of may 2016, we now, wish to infom you that my above mobile charging pin not working and i have given in your authorised service centre m/s tvs electronics limited, kukatpally a 10 days ago vide your invoice no: 3365902 dated 1.10.2016 still it is with the service centre telling it takes 10 days time, we now enquired about the part still they are telling another 10 days. We being purchased with a huge amount for just want of small part should we keep the mobile with your service point idlly without using. We wish to inform you that within a couple of days the mobile has to come to my duly repaired if it is not done, the next moment will be forcily going to the consumer court even after repaaired/replaced the above said part we will not take the mobile, we will only go for the new mobile of the same model

              Sir I ordered redmi 3s prime mobile online on mi.com by cash on delivery option but when i charged first time to phone charger and phone both have heating problem and also SIM tray is very complicated and delicate and camera quality is very low and not have special effects so I contect to customer care and request to refund my money but they only giving reply to me that we have no refund policy at any conditions
              They only giving me replacement of same redmi 3s prime mobile but now i don't want to replace I want refund pls help me what I can do

              I purchases Xiaomi MI 5 about 2 months ago and its back panel has started coming out. As it non removable back cover but on one side its back panel has started to give up. There is a considerable gap between the back panel and the body/frame.

                Worst experience i can ever get from service center of viman nagar pune. No one was ready to listen to the complaint regarding my mobile phone. The closing time was 6:30 and i reached at 6:00 pm and the staff lady asked me to leave as the office is closed. Is this the was of treating customers. Please redmi work on your staff etiquettes. Then i asked the staff lady that if it can be solved on monday she rudely answered we have holidays. Come on wednesday. It was like some government office. They too don't reply so harshly. Worst service and experience that too visited first time.
                Respected sir/madam, iam konyala naveen, i purchased red mi note3 online shopping in snapdeal, but when i connected to charging and talking of other phone calls very heating and battery backup is not good, already i complained customer care but no respond to me . so please kindly take action immediately. as soon as possible .

                They send me a defective piece and after the discussion with customer care they agree for the replacement. They told me to send the device to their warehouse spending money from my pocket. They received the product but they didn't send me the new one still now. However the product is successfully delivered by the courier partner DTDC.

                  I bought redmi note 3 phone on 26-6-16. In the month of august whenever i used to call, the mic would not detect the sound and sometimes would be very noisy on the other end (high distortion). I mailed to the support team. they guided me to go to service center. i submitted my phone to the service center on 17-9-16. Now when ever i call them, they reply "next week sir". I also the mi hotline number several times. They raised a complaint for the same issue before about 10 days. And today i called the service center again. The service center representative just told me the same disappointing three words "nexxt week sir".
                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchase Redmi 3S Silver 16G and its touch pad not working need quick support. I have complain on call but still no cal from customer care.
                  i am very unhappy because i have purchase this mobile to use but i am unable to use from last 2 Week.

                        Till today(09-OCT-2016) Product not deliverd to me.

                        As per Bluedart response shipment get untraceble.

                        If product cant delivered By xiaomi then

                        Please cancel my order and return my money which I paid online at the time online purchase.

                        And please strong action against irresponsible BLUEDART.

                            I have purchased a brand new redmi note 3 mobile dark grey 32 gb on[protected] at 11, 999 from tvs electronics, bhiwandi (thane) 421302
                            I was very much happy with the features and my new mobile. i was so amazed with the mobile that i started recommending this mobile to my friends and relatives.
                            However, on[protected] evening i was on the way to home and remove the phone from my pocket to make a call. i found the mobile was off. i was shocked for a moment as the mobile's battery was full just few minutes back. i tried to turn on the mobile but not succeed. when i reached home, i put the mobile on charging but no charging signal. i waited for some more time and tried to switch it on. it's been hours by now but all in vain.
                            I missed so many urgent calls and messages due to the brand new faulty mobile. next day i visited to thane's service center and asked for replacement of new mobile (i spent 11, 999). there was a girl at the counter who were not able to understand the situation and not helpful. she were trying to teach me rules and terms.
                            When i asked for the manager she replied the manager didn't come today. i asked for the number but she denied for the same and she gave the receipt of inspection. i also tried to email them and chat online but of no use. no reply from email nor the online advisor available.

                            I spent 11, 999 for the brand new mobile and all of sudden within few days (now even a month) the mobile got faulty. i do not need the mobile to be repaired after so many days. i just need a replacement mobile as i have already paid for the product and service. it's pathetic product and service. not value for the money.

                                I purchased xiomi mi note 3 along with one assist insurance plan as suggested by xiomi from xiomi mi app
                                My mobile got broken and i han it over to one assist on 23 of july after that one assisit processed my clim within 8 days and then they han it over to xiomi service centre
                                I was supposed to get my mobikle on 1 of sep then they gave me new date of 10 sep then 25 sep then 26 sep then 8 oct now new date is 20 oct.
                                All this is happening because of non availability of xiomi note 3 part; so for the pase 2 months my mobile is lying with chembure mumbai service centre of xiomi
                                Pathetic after sales service of xiomi kindly guide what to do

                                  Xiaomi Redmi2 mobile phone I purchased in may 2015 got defective just after the warranty period of one year ie in july 2016.When I approached the authorised service center cochin, I was told that the problem is of PCB and it has to be replaced.After one month I recieved the mobile with replaced PCB.Next day itself I could understand that the same defect is still there.
                                  Service center promised me that it will again be replaced within two weeks.
                                  But even after 40 days I have not received my mobile after repair.
                                  Whenever I contact service center, they repeats that the spare is not available.
                                  I contacted their customer care and help desk team.But they were just wasting time by asking so many details and taking survey etc.Inspite of repeated e mail requests they couldnt do anything positive.They are not even responding to my repeated e mails.
                                  They dont know even when the spare will be available and I also dont know how long I have to wait. I also suggested them that if they are not in a position to repair it, let them give me back my phone and refund the amount Rs.3540 I paid for the PCB.
                                  Hence I request you to help me in this regard.

                                    With due respect it is saying that I had a problem in my Mi Redmi 2 set. Which was given to Mi service center Chandigarh on Address : Mi exclusive service Centre, Shop No. SCO-2471-72, 1st flooring, 22C Chandigarh- 160022, on date 25 July 2016.
                                    Sir they had not given my mobile yet still have 2.5 months, even not answering on landline number, its a very humble request to you that please resolve my problem.

                                        Sir mene redmi note 3, 4 month phele liya tha mere phone me lock lag gya tha fingure print bhi kaam nhi kr rha tha, to mene Mi service centre diya unhone lock to khol diya but sim tray kharab kr diya, ab second sim slot me sim nhi chal rahi, jab mene complaint ki to unhone bola ki phone submit krna padega tumhe, to mene unse pucha ki mera phone kab tak doge unhona bola ki company se 3 month se part nhi aarha hai hum kuch nhi bol sakte. to uske baad mene mi protect (one_assist) ko phone kiya unhone mera phone 1month ke liya rakh liya or bina repair kiye mere ghr pe delivered krdiya. plzzz help me sir
