I have purchased mi redmi note 3 from amazon on 15 jun 2016. Before some day's (4th sep 2016) suddenly phone receiving speaker went out of order. I search out for mi service center and found an center at mi road jaipur and made an request to repair it. They took my phone on 5th sep 2016 and told me to come after 5 day's but when i went they told me that phone is not repaired, it will took more time because of hardware issue and hardware need...

Faulty Redmi Note 3 being delivered however on asking for replacement customer care denied for product being picked up from any location beyond Thane and requested for product to be couriered however courier cost being 750 rs. When requested for a pick up from an alternate address the customer care denied even that. Highly disappointed with Xiaomi....

The worst after sale service award goes to xiaomi india.
My xiaomi redmi 2 prime was having display issue. So i visited to my nearest service centre. They checked and told me that it will take 20 days.

So i submitted my mobile on 24 august. But even after a month there is no response from the xiaomi india.

The service centre people have no idea about my mobile. I also complaint on there customer care...

I purchased redmi note 3 32gb from amazon and got the delivery on 26 sept 2016 afternoon.

I charged it on that day and hardly used it to do basic phone setting. No games downloaded till now.

Before submitting my device, I had asked them about the average time it would take to repair. They had told me 20 days. So I submitted them my device on 6th August, but still haven't received any update from their end. I told them many times that I'd be leaving for abroad. But still they are not taking it seriously. I'll be in big trouble if I don't get back my device by 4th October....

This indeed the 5th time the so called 'Innovation made compact' Xiomi mi 4i mobile handset revisited its Parent Place or better call it to be the '2nd Sweet Home' to get refurnished again. Within 11th month of purchase, it spent almost more than 4 months unused due to some or other issues.
More or less all the parts of the handset got replaced, i.e LCD, mainboad, charging adapter, charging port...not sure there any more spare part...

I am using redmi note 3 from last 4 months and from starting my audio Jack is not working. Now I went to service center they said me its software issues he did the software but issue was the same my audio Jack was not working, fingure print sensor not response most of the time, battery was getting down very fast
And after this they checked and told me its motherboard issue. I was there for more than two hours during these procedure...

I buyed xiaomi redmi 2s prime about six months ago. After that it was having problem in camera. I went to service centre at ludhiana and they thold that come after about 15 to 20 days. I went to them after 20 days they again said come after 20 days. Now its about 45 days after making a complaint and they are not resoonding preoperly. I advise everyone not to buy xiaomi mobiles...
