    I bought a redmi note 3 and not even used. Tried charging after putting for 5 hrs of charging it is not getting charged it is showing 1%. When I checked in the mi app there is no option to return and there customer is busy from 9:00 to 6:00. Worst customer care services. Then I wrote a mail and then I got a reply and they are staying no refund policy. If I received a brand new product is defect then how can I trust their replacement products is good. I want a refund.

      Sir i was purchased redmi note 3 mobile from www.MI.com/in company regd site. The mobile was received with heating and battery backup issues. After telephonic conversion with customer care they collected mobile for saying replaced it very soon or 7 or 8 working days. Mobile was reached company ware house bangalore on 9th aug 16. But company did not dispatched the mobile till date. My order i'd is [protected] date 20 july 16. My complaint with customer care no is[protected].           I have submitted my Redmi Note 3 on dated 12/9/2016 jobsheet no.WXIN[protected] on MI Janakpuri Service Centre. MI executive told me that you can collect the mobile phone on 14th Sep. On 14th I went to MI Janakpuri Service Center they denied and told me 15 days more. Now today is 1st October I went to MI service centre for collect my phone now again they denied and told me part is not available and not sure when it will come. Now almost 20 days have been passed but phone is not repaired so far. Kindly help me. There Mr.Rakesh his contact number is [protected]

            Please be informed that my mi phone model subjected is under repair with
            mi service centre sector-22, chandigarh from 07/09/2016. I had bought
            this phone on 22/07/2016 through snapdeel online wide invoice no.
            s27e64/16-17/4607. As the phone is under warranty and till date service
            centre also enable to rectify the fault. It seems that the problem is
            big. Even now days service center also not picking up the calls
            [protected]. Also i had made complaint for the same on tollfree no.
            [protected]. But till date no positive response given to me. Due to this
            vital gap i am facing problem and unnecessary tensions. This is my
            humble request to the mi authority to give me new phone or refund my
            amount as i am going to purchase new mobile to avoid further harassment.

                    The worst of the service centre when i gave them my phone for service they said its just a small problem and they even gave me a job sheet with a problem in the camera and said it would take a week to get my phone back i was okay but when after a week i did not receive any call from them i called and asked they said the problem is with the mother board as it had liquid damages the phone was just 5 months old at that time i had not had any liquid encounter with my phone they said warranty is not valid i was fine but i suspect they had some liquid accident in their centre and was blaming me!!! If there was the problem of liquid damage they would have informed me about the issue why wait till i call them?

The service center people don't pick the phone and their customer support don't reply to the email sent. Whenever i visit there service center they are rude and will say that it will take time.                         Sir i checked the service centre in bhopal on 26 september 2016 for my redmi 2 prime, s service there the told me that my phones motherboard has some problem and it will take 30-40 days to repair it, i asked them for some other phone which i can use instad of my redmi 2 prime because i used it as a daily driver but they refused to give one i submitted my phone there because of no other option can u pls tell me why it takes so long to repair my phone... And is there any way by which i can check the service status of my phone.

                          I called mi customer service center for more than 50 times today and they have not lifted my call at least once. whenever i call them continuously they just put the receiver of landline aside so that people cannot reach them.
                          My redmi 3s phone charger has stopped working in just 30 days of buying my mobile. i want to know if they have stock of chargers, so that i can visit their store and get repaired/replaced a new charger. the nearest service center is 150 km away from my home and i can't just visit there just to know that chargers are out of stock.
                          I demand a new mi redmi 3s charger delivered to my home as my charger is still under warranty.

                            I am from odisha and i am using redmi 2-fdd-enhanced-white-flipkart. my phone is in warranty period. i purchased it on22/012016, imei (meid):[protected], sn:11207/20288036, invoice no.:9295.

                            I found when i am calling some one and the call is going on, in between the call is dropping, then i will switch off the mobile and again on it. this is happening last 20 days and above, and the display is vibrating and shake. lastly i decide to check it in the servicing centre but due to packed schedule it was taking some days and finally i got the servicing centre at kharavel nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha. there, they check it and told to me to submit the phone for repairing its motherboard and etc. since it was a motherboard problem. it will take 4 weeks to repair and they gave me a slip (so)-wxin[protected], kharavel nagar, bhubaneswar,
                            Date:28/09/2016.
                            In my point of view the mobile phone is so necessary and essential now a days one cannot live without a minute at least. for such a long time is unacceptable for every one. before purchasing it i query for it and all are satisfied with mi phone but no one do not know for its service. on the same date i am trying to book a another mi 3s prime 32gb but unfortunately i did not booked it due to timed out.
                            Therefore i request u pls consider it because i purchased it on jan-16 and i found its fault on august and giving it to the service centre on the month of sept. and they will return me on the month of october last, so, as a costumer point of view pls correlate all these factors and take the necessary steps for which a customer will obliged for ever.

                                  My brand new redmi note 3 (gold, 32 gb) stuck in headset mode resulting in mic not working. i cannot even hear the voice from the other side but works fine in speaker mode and headset on. i gave my phone to their service center in vikas marg, laxmi nagar, delhi on 17/9/2016 and since then i have no update on whats going on with my phone. i have contacted their chat support and customer care support and spoken to girdhar, satish, jyoti and rajeshwari all of them assured me that someone will get back to me with an update and its 13 days - no one has got back to me now. i wonder whether they will even return my phone. i did get a complaint number on chat from mr. girdhar - (complaint id[protected]

                                    I purchased a Mi Max phone from Mi.com site and it got delivered on 24th Sep.
                                    When I opened the product I saw this product is a used one with multiple scratch marks and awful finish.

                                    I called the service centre multiple times and each time I got a response on sending the pictures. I have sent the pictures multiple times and they accepted it is a damaged product.

                                    Now inspite of multiple followups they are not replacing the phone and each time I am getting a message I have to wait for 24 to 48 hours. But nothing really happens to that.

                                    I called Mr, Vikas Koul - He does not pickup the phone, though it very much reachable. Sent a mail to Mr. Manu Jain - I did not get any response on the mail.

                                    Can you please explain why this cant be considered as an used product which is re-packed?

                                    If you are saying this is a brand new then I am surprised to see the finish. This is a defective product.

                                    Xiaomi has picked up the phone today.

                                    They could not be able to provide the phone till now and the phone price ha dropped. So they should pay back Rs 1000/-

                                    Attached below is the response I sent today.

                                    Attached below is the tracking details for reverse shipment of defective phone shipped back.

                                    Also sharing the price of Amazon and Flipkart which is Rs 1000 /- less. I have not even considered the off and cash back they are offering.

                                    As per the current situation Xiaomi could not able to provide me a brand new phone and the prices has slashed. Though it is not reflecting in Xiaomi site.

                                    Looking into the condition I would have bought the product from Flipkart rather than Xiaomi site.

                                    So Xiaomi also is liable to pay back me Rs. 1000/- on top of the replacement.

                                    Awaiting 5 to 7 more days is not the ideal solution and I need the immediate shipment of the phone.

                                    Can I get the closure by tomorrow please?

                                    I am open for discussion if you guys have any concern.
