I went to MI Service Center for the replacement of my charger. After waiting more than 2 hours, executive said that only adapter is having problem but cable is OK and I can get it in next few days as it is out of stock. I asked him to check the cable properly but he said that it is fine. I checked cable at my home but it was not charging the phone. When I went to take my adapter and told him the problem with cable. He again said that it is not in stock and I have to come back again when it will be available. This was so irresponsible act as how many times I have to go to change my charger. And are they not trained enough to get the problem in one time or they think that customer is having ocean of time to spend whole month in their service center.

    I had bought a mi power bank of 20, 000 mah power in the month of may from mi india's website. The order id is order id #[protected]
    After about 1 and a half month o[censored]sage, it had stopped charging.
    So, i requested for assistance from the company via email on august 5, 2016.
    They replied on august 6th, that i should go to a service center. I inquired from the nearest service center (Which is about 70km away from my place) and they told me that they don't repair accessories.
    So, i replied to company's email again on 15th august to provide me with assistance and they told me that they had escalated the issue to the concerned department and they would get back to me.
    I waited for about a week, but, there was no communication from the company. So, i wrote again on aug 24 that nobody contacted me, to which they did not reply. I again asked them to atleast reply on aug 30th. Again there was no reply. So, i raised the complaint on their website, to which i got a reply on sep 6, and this is what they wrote :
    "ticket closed.
    Because cm raised complaints after tat"

    They had closed my complaint.
    I again complained on their website, and i received an auto reply, that they shall contact me soon, and it had been almost two months of raising complaints for a product that i hardly used for about 1 month.
    They do not even reply.
    Atleast they can get the device diagnosed, and they can atleast tell me whether it can be repaired or not.
    But, not caring about the complaints is highly irresponsible on the company's part.

        Hi,
        I bought product on 09 August with order no [protected] & invoice no[protected]. i booked the phone on MI.com & deliver through TVS electronics limited. from the 3 days onward it not working fine i ask call centre they gives me some setting i did that setting even the phone is not working. while doing the 10 days are passed i ask for replacement they said we have 10 days replacement policy. then i submitted to service centre from 1sep still i have nit recieved my phone as well service center guys are not pick up the call and not behaving properly. MI.com has not given comapany address only provide service center.

        i request you to please look into this

        Kindly provide a permanent Fix, arrange pick-up of all the Redmi note 3 devices. Fix them and give back to users.
        That is how you can give good and reliable service to your customers.
        Please go to nearest mi service center with invoice they will give some solutions.

        I submitted mobile on dated 01 sep to the service center, still there is no solution from service centre
        Redmi note 3 has a hardware issue. Problem relates to the audio jack. This shows headset is plugged in even when you have removed it.

        And you need to add/remove headset 10-15 times to get this issue resolved.

          I was using vodafone sim in my other phone and there was no any network issue. But now am using the same vodafone sim in XIAOMI MI MAX and it is showing always "No Service". I have also bought new JIO sim and after 10 days it is showing "NO SERVICE". When I am connecting wifi with other phone then it is showing JIO 4G instead of "NO SERVICE". I have bought Xiaomi mi max from snapdeal.com

          Please reply with a solution as soon as possible. I am fed up.

          Once my redmi note 3 gets switched off automatically and is not getting on then i take it to service centre in agra then they gets it on but my device want mi account password when i enter it then it isn't taking it & my account number has also changed, again when i take it to service centre in agra then they demand Rs6799 even in waranty period.

            Hi,

            Complaint - incident:[protected], phone submitted to service centre 24 days ago they said that parts are not available and may take 20 days no update.

            Called customer care, mi facebook page, email writing nothing has been addressed except apology and waiting

            Palku one of mi executive asked me to give shipping address for the replacement on same email but he again said that he is waiting for an update from service centre next day.

            Disappointed, worst services, still waiting for response. they dont provide estimated time nothing.
            Please assist me further.

              Hi bought xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold, 32gb) last month 2 of aug 2016, i was charging the mobile and the battery caught fire and blasted, i was able to through it out otherwise it could turn to a big incident.

                I dispatched a redmi note 3 gold for repair on 30 aug 2016 via pickmi pick and drop service. It was received at the repair centre on 3 sep. It had an on-off problem just after 11 days of purchase from flipkart. I was notified that the mobile would be returned within 12-15 days and its been one month today. I need the mobile back, repaired, urgently. It has already caused a lot of inconvenience. I have started to doubt my purchase and the company. I have called the service center thrice and they give the same status each time. An early response will be appreciated.

                  I bought a mi red mi note 3 phone on the 23rd of aug. On 15th of sept, the hardware of the phone crashed. I took it to service centre in gurgaon, but they refused to give me date by which they will return the phone. I tried to call their customer service number but 2 weeks went by with no contact with them. I am sitting in the 3rd week but they refuse to tell me as to when they can return my phone.                   My new phone is getting hang...nw is dead..wht to do???no one is getting the seriously of the issue.
                  The hopeless service...

                    Recently i took my cell to service center in chandigarh sec-22 c. But still my cell has got battery backup issue. Without using any application or when the cell is static, battery drainage problem is still there. And the rate of draining is quit fast and i think battery issue is there. So, i request you to kindly check the set or battery otherwise i will register the complain to higher authority. As i already had registered one complaint earlier.

                      I went to noida service centre, for flashing rom update as i m getting error in updating it my self. But people there are not willing to do an update, instead they are saying if they will do an update the phomne will become dead and it can never be used again after that.

                      I never heard from any1 that if we will do an software update the phone will become dead. Please help me on the above as my phone is not working properly.

                        Hi all.

                        I have purchased an mi tab last year (2015) october 24th, it is in warranty period now. After 10 months of purchasing it became faulty. Not able to switch on the tab. I am from thiruvananthapuram, and working in techno park kerala. I searched in internet and came to know that, there were only 3 authorised service enters in kerala for mi. It is in kochi, kottayam and kollam. I have taken the same and given for service in kollam.

                        The authorised service center in kollam is city phone, muncipal building, chinnakkada, kollam. Phone :[protected].

                        I have given the tab for service on sept 03, 2016. Got a job code no: js[protected]. Now one month passed, they are telling that mi is not sending the new parts of mi pad to them for changing the faulty parts. They have send many mails and remainders to mi, but still mi is not responding. This is disgusting.

                        Mi have to keep the trust of their product, which they are selling.
                        What we will do if you people are behaving like this? 3 days before, i got message for closing the old job sheet and created a new job sheet after one month.

                        I need to know when will i get my tab back after the service? Mi have the responsibility to solve our issues. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                          I purchase redme note 3 32gb to 25th may 2016 that start problem just like handset overheat and headphone fault to[protected]. And i was go to park street mi service center and i was hold time 2hrs.40minutes. After submit time staf of mi service said to me that your phone's parts not available in this branch so please go to hazra branch. After i was go hazra branch and their hold time 50minutes. After submitted my phone and given me for delivery time 20 days. And given me a mobile number [protected] for enquiry for phone is ready or not ready. After 23 days i was call to 17 times busy this number after received call she was sayingto me your mobile ' parts not available in this time so wait for more five days and automatic call to you for receiving your phone and now then not any call or sms to me from mi service center. After i was call today same problem in calling 13 times busy and 7 times not received my call some time after received my call and he said to me your mobile's parts not availability in this time so that you wait more 5 days. How its not possible to repair my phone in 25 days.

                            I want to know the answers for my above questions.

                            and at this time of point I am not interested to use you product and your services.

                            I want refund amount within 24 hours.


                            I will file the complaint against you. honestly I don’t want any kind of trouble but if this is only one solution I will definitely register complain in consumer code.

                              I have a handover my Redmi note 3-32GB-470X to your Kolkata Parkstreet center, for the problem of the phone was not charging on 22nd August 2016. My Jobsheet No is JS[protected]. Expected return date - 06 Sept 2016. And today is 3rd Oct 2016. It's almost 45 days past till no responses from the service center. Every time I visiting the center same reply getting that " Spare Is coming". I have lunched a complain in their customer care. Complain no[protected].

                              Since mobile is necessary for today life, already lost my 45 days time.

                                I had submitted my phone on 5th of may for repair. The problem was with motherboard and they asked me to submit the phone and they will replace the parts.

                                I was continuously following up for the repair but they didn't repair my phone even after 45 days.

                                On 15th of June I asked them to return my phone without repair. When delivery boy came to return the device it was damaged and I escalated the entire issue to pick me team.

                                I was continuously following up for replacement but I was not getting any positive response.I asked them to cascade this case to higher authorities. But after some days I got a call for feedback and then I came to know they have closed my case without informing me.When I started shouting they reopened the case. It's almost 150 days now and still no answer from them. They just say they are working on it please wait for sometime.

                                Case is escalated to higher authorities but they are not reverting on my emails and disconnecting my phone calls from last 3 days.

                                      I purchased on line mobile phone redmi note 3 dark grey 32GB via order no [protected] through MI Store on dated 9-8 2016.after receiving that phone when i want to start my phone for operating but i found that the mobile was faulty i unable to start then i contact to customer care of xiaomi india they suggest me to send the phone to authorised service centre . As i reside at bhilwara rajasthan and there is no authorised service centre is available so i went jaipur only to submit my phone only and i give my phone at MI Exclusive Service Centre 103, 102A, FF.Sunny Paradise Tonk Road Jaipur on 9-9-2016 at 4:36pm . As on today[protected] still i am waiting for my phone while i paid 11999 rs for availing the services of 4G phone but due to company fault i received the faulty phone.I REQUESTED TO YOU SEND ME NEW PHONE IN PLACE OF FAULTY PHONE AND COMPANSATION AMOUNT I SPEND TO GO JAIPUR AND CALLING MANY TIMES AT SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING MY PHONE AS EARLIEST . THX HOPE FOR EARLY RESPONSE.

                                        Hi,

                                        I bought Redmi note 3 32GB on 7th April, 2016
                                        By Aug-16, I started noticing that screen frame started to come out from the back metal body, I ignored it for a month but it grew more and handset became unable to use. So I took it to service centre on 29th Sept-16.
                                        This is what they did - they took the set inside their room and came out within 5 minutes and said phone's battery has damaged and it will not be covered under warranty.
                                        Note - it is just been 5 months I bought this phone and battery comes with 6 months of warranty.
                                        I asked the reason why, they responded with nothing rigid and asked me to call Xiaomi's toll free number and explain them and if they allow, they will cover it under warranty, so I called toll free number, a representative named Sopan answered. He was not at all understanding my concern and kept on telling me to co-ordinate with service centre only. (This is [censored] as service centre told me to talk and on call people asked me to talk to service centre guys)
                                        They are asking me to pay around 1k to replace the battery.

                                        I feel cheated here because -
                                        The phone comes with a sealed battery with metal back unibody on the backside so there is no way I can access the battery or do something to damage it
                                        My phone hasn't taken any physical damage at all that may damage the battery
                                        My phone hasn't taken any water spill too that may damage the battery
                                        They never gave me a satisfying reason for why its not covered under warranty
                                        I contacted their chat support, they too did not log a ticket at all and asked me to co-ordinate with service centre

                                        The battery resides at the very center of the phone and phone is sealed packed, so lets say even if I try to do any liquid damage, how can I only affect the battery of the phone without damaging other components of the phone.

                                        Need help against this... This is not right.
