I own xiaomi note 3 phone. My phone screen has broken. I visited your noida service centre run by hcl. After waiting for 45 mins when i reached your service centre representative i was told they cannot replace the screen as you are not supplying them with required parts. If i intended to submit my phone it would take 15-20 days. They told me to visit the nearest delhi service centre. It absolutely a hassle as this would not even be a free service under and warranty. I wonder what pain it would be for those looking for service under warranty. I saw many consumer returning back because the center guy said 15-20 days for everything.

    My mobile handsets is in the servicing center for almost 2 months. I got the mobile in from mi website. But after a few days i found a problem in my mobile handsets. The problem was that the handsets does not take any sound. So we handed over the phone to the servicing center in parsvnath arcadia, sector - 14, gurgaon, haryana on and 13 august 2016. But today is 7th of october and till now the my mobile handsets has not yet come. Its over 45 days i have been waiting. So i please request you to look into the problem and send the part as soon as possible.

      Hi,
      I had purchased a mi note3 32 gb variant from snapdeal. The product got delivered on 27th of august 2016. Within 8 days the product got dead (05/09/2016).

      Then while i contacted the online shopping site ‘snapdeal’, initially they told me that as this product is under sd+ category so they will accept the complain and do make replacement for that. But from the next day they refused to replace it as the complain was not raised within 7 days.

      Then i had visited the service centre on the 9th and 10th day. First day (6/09/2016) the service center executive told me that it was their holiday and the system is not connected to the network.
      On the next day (7/09/2016) they told me that the mother board is needed to be replaced for that device. So either they can replace the device or i need to submit it to repair. So i told them to replace the device.
      But they told me that the manager of that store was on leave on that day, so replacement cannot be processed. That was not my fault.
      Then i had visited again on 09/09/2016 to that service center. As it was 12th day, replacement period was over according to them and i had to submit my phone for repair. At that time they told me that it will take 10-15 days to repair that device.
      The service order number is: wxin[protected].

      Then after completing 15 days, i am contacting the service center as well as mi customer care again and again. I had also sent repetitive mail to the xiaomi service center.
      Still now they are telling me that the spare part of this product is not available. And each time the customer care executives told me that they will call back me within 24-48 hours. But i had never got any calls from them. Even they are unable to provide me the approx date when i should get that product.

      I had told them that either they should repair the phone as soon as possible or to give me a replacement for that as its a new phone.

      I had already invested my money (12k) for that phone but unable to use it just after 7 days of purchase. It is already almost 1 month my phone is in service center and it is still not get serviced. The didn't even provided me any supplement phone to use for that service period.
      I feel cheated for this kind of behavior of the phone company.

        I have talk to mr. Harsh who is the senior after according to their policy of 5-7 days replacement then he assured me thar u will get revert call back from our side within 24-48 hrs that ur product will be dilevered to when, but today after completing 3 days i call then they said that ur new order id has not generated it generate soon n u will get the call i have got the product on 14 sep 2016 but there was some falut so i replaced after that they are taking soo much time to replace and deliver me new product... Such a worst service they are providing n first of all they are lying to there customers n infact u can see senior is also lying... Worst product, worst company and worst service...

          Sir,

          Please find following information for your ready reference:

          1.The said mobile is lying at your Chembur Mumbai Service Center since 08 Sep2016. No intimation whatsoever about the repairing status. Tel No. [protected] of the Service Center never respond ( Pl make a try to have first hand experience).

          2. The mobile has already been repaired by your Powai Center Mumbai (since closed) and Mother Board has been changed. The same was delivered on 09Aug2016 after a period of about 4 weeks. The fault description given at that time was Auto Reboot On Standby, Auto Power off.

          3. Please make it convenient to calculate the period the mobile was/is lying at the Service Centers wef 25 May2016 ie since its purchase.

          4. I have had ENOUGH of your REDMI which was purchased with lot of assurance & diligence. Sadly all has proved false & fake. You have abysmally failed in providing after sales service to your esteemed clients and are taking them for a ride. Your service centers are incompetent in handling even minor technical issues and every small issue is attributed to Main board malfunctioning notwithstanding the brash & unprofessional attitude of people manning them. Long list of angry consumers is testimony of the same who are made to wait for hours together in addressing their problems. It will be an education for all concerned to know as to how many sets are lying at any service center for changing the main board at any time. Your Call center personal are also vague in their reply and are unsure of any definite time frame.

          5. You are requested to keep the said mobile with you and arrange to refund my hard earned money incurred towards its cost.

          6. Alternately, if that is not possible, please supply me a new Mobile of the same specifications without wasting any further time.

          7.I hope my expectations are not very high since I do not expect any better service from a set whose main Board has been replaced twice in a period of 4 months.

            I have went your authorized service center for not working of my adaptor which have still warranty period. But no response for service center. Can you tell why this process taking this much lag. I am suffering a lot with this issue. Please help me in sorting this problem. Thank you

              Hi

              I purchased mi screen guard on 12th aug from mi website which was delivered on aug 15th in damaged condition. I immediately informed them about status by written mail on 15th itself for which they asked some photo for verification. Which i promptly replied.

              But when they did not revert i purchased item locally and asked refund for amount which they have not refunded so far and are not responding. I want to know how to get this refund and what are punishment for such company when they harass innocent buyers,

                  I had ordered a red me note 3 mobile phone from flipkart on 3rd october and the order id is od[protected]. when i switched on the mobile phone the fingreprint sensor is not working at all.
                  On 6th of october i raised the complain to replace my phone and now the flipkart customer care is stating that a technician will visit my place. i want a new phone.

                      12/07/16 ko maine mobile purchase kiya. aur 12/09/16 ko patna ke ekmatra Service Centre me diya.. Mi service s. se mujhe kaha gaya 20 din contact karne .. jo mobile no. service s. aur company ka diya hai 5 dino se lagatar laga raha hun.. lag nhi raha.. ab patna 300 km ki duri pe hai. 12din pehle company se bat hui to kaha apko return call kiya jayega ab tak nahi aaya ..Patna jaakar 4 Ghante token system me lage rehkar ye pata chale ki mobile abhi nahi aaya hai..ye mai kab tak karu??? Net pe jo no. diya gya hai wo always off hi rehta h .

                        My mobile is in the servicing center for over 45 days. I got the mobile in from flipkart. But after a few months i found a problem. So we handed over the phone to the servicing center in parkstrret, kolkata, westbengal on 22nd august 2016 and they said that the motherboard was bad. But today is 6th of october and till now the mobile has not yet come. Its over 45 days i have been waiting. So i please request you to look into the problem and send the part as soon as possible

                          Dear team

                          I have ordered redmi 3s prime gold 32 gb through mi store on 17th august 2016.

                          I have received the instrument on 22nd august 2016, the handset got charged twice.

                          On 28th august 2016, i have connected the handset for charging but the handset not got charged.

                          I have tried to charge it again but the instrument not able to get charged.

                          After that i have contacted to the nearest service center which is 35 km from my based location.

                          I have visited the service center they have experimented and inform me that the charging cable has certain issue & is defective,

                          But we don't have the cable at present we will order and bring you the same & contact you in three to four working days.

                          I waited for five next days but i haven't got any call from the service center,

                          I called & visited the service center (Amber computers # 25/2 vikram marg, behind s. S. Hospital, freeganj, ujjain (Mp)

                          They have checked it with fresh charge cable it starts charging for few minutes and again shut down at service center.

                          They have again experimented and informed me that the instrument has some defect we have to open it and check again.

                          After opening the instrument they have informed me the instrument has some charging socket defect & it will not be covered under warranty.

                          We don't have the part at our service center it will take around 25 days to get the part to our service center and same will be charged as this will not cover warranty.

                          Also we will check for other parts also after replacing the socket.

                          Basis above details it is clear that instrument is defective & requested them to replace the instrument.
                          But they are not providing any solution.
                          The company doesn't have any solution on below
                          They doesn't have any escalation matrix to resolve complaint but only a single email id for just giving unsatisfactory answers.
                          I have escalated at least more than 10 times but till date from 17th sept 2016
                          No any solution has been provided
                          Now its high time

                          1. Redmi is not providing any solution to my queries
                          2. Third class service center in india cheating cms & providing third class services, misscommunication, misinformation.
                          3. Two service centers i have visited they are accepting that redmi doesnot have any solution to customer satisfaction
                          4. No any escalation matrix to cm services
                          5. Not providing e - mail ids of promoters, so that i will show themthe exact position of cm service

                            Recently 1bought mi 3s prime 32gb gold from mi.com flash sale.
                            And when the device deliver at my home i found device screen crack after that i applied for replacement of device my device is pickup by mi from my home and after that 2 months passes of pickup of my device no responce from mi i call more then 100 times to mi customer also mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com
                            No responce from both side they reply they have "wait few more time" and i many times chat with them and also arrange callback request even i have not got any callback after pickup of device. This is totally illigal done by mi [protected] for call back
                            That's why they have cheat with me and they took 9000rs as well device back
                            1 - Whenever I want to open my phone, it demands to press back and volume up button simultaneously...
                            2 - when I used to call anyone and I want to use options while calling, unfortunately it never show the screen on till the phone disconnected..

                              I recently bought a reliance Jio SIM card for my redmi note 3. But the VOLTE feature which is a must for calling is not functioning. I recently updated to miui 8.0.2 stable ROM. I have tried many things like setting up APN, turning off volte and then again turning it on, changing SIM slots etc. But still it's not working. Please provide some solution to this as lot o[censored]ses are experiencing this problem.

                                my mobile given for repair as there is screen problem in it, i purchesed it from flipcart on 3rd of march 2016 and my mobile given for repair on 26th july2016 through xiaomi pick me service.but not getting my mob yet, its third month running after many contact with their helpline no, they always reply that it is under process, what to do plz help

The problem was that the mobile switched off automatically. So we handed over the phone to the servicing centre in bhangaghar, guwahati on 5th july and they said that the motherboard was bad.                                     I live in jammu.
                                    i found xiaomi phones very very attractive.
                                    they have high camera quality.
                                    they have good internal space.
                                    they have high expandable space.
                                    they have higher android version.
                                    they have good battery backup.
                                    they have good processor.
                                    they have high ram.
                                    they are smooth working

                                    they are very less costly.
                                    they have high processing speed.
                                    they have less weight.
                                    besides this there are there are several hood qualities.

                                    but ne and my friends have decided not to buy xiaomi phones.

                                    i cant understand the reson behind not having considerable amount of
                                    service center.
                                    there are very less service center in india.
                                    in fact in many states there is no service center.
                                    in states which have service centres they have only one or two service in whole state.
                                    there is no fun of having less service centre.
                                    i cant find any reason behind having less service centers.
                                    in jammu and kashmir also there is not even one service center.
                                    many people have rejected to buy phones because of this.
                                    i being a lover of xiaomi phones suggested many people to buy xiaomi phones but all refused to buy xiaomi phones.
                                    they were in doubt that how they would they would get there phones work properly if any fault occurs.
                                    so i request xiaomi to quickly resolve this issue.

                                        They submit the phone and told me to wait for max. 20 days as it was some hardware issue. after one month they returned the un-repaired phone to me and said that the company has stopped providing harware to them and started a new pickmi service for a price of 190rs in which thy get come to pickup the phone from home. i avail the service, paid the money and the official wait time they gave me is 7-10 working days, in which they resolve the issue and get me back my phone. from the 10th day to the present day, the phone did't repaired and also not being replaced. whenever i call to the company's tollfree no. for information about my phone, they always gave me same answer that your device is under production and it is being repaired. and when i object for the time they have taken they always give me same response, that they have escalate my issue and their backup team will contact me to resolve the issue. sir, i am just frusted that i have purchased from a company, who don't care about there customers. i am student and this matter angry me when all my friends ask me about my phone now.. also i called them approx.80-90 times now, also 15-18 emails, also tried facebook, twitter, googleplus's page but they did't resolve the issue. sir please solve my issue - 1. replacement.
                                        2. cashback if replaced phone is of low mrp than mi4's price rs.15000.
                                        3. extended warranty from april to replacement date when they resolve the issue and i get phone back.
