Mi service s. se mujhe kaha gaya 20 din contact karne .. jo mobile no. service s. aur company ka diya hai 5 dino se lagatar laga raha hun.. lag nhi raha.. ab patna 300 km ki duri pe hai. 12din pehle company se bat hui to kaha apko return call kiya jayega ab tak nahi aaya ..Patna jaakar 4 Ghante token system me lage rehkar ye pata chale ki mobile abhi nahi aaya hai..ye mai kab tak karu??? Net pe jo no. diya gya hai wo always off hi rehta h .

    My mobile is in the servicing center for over 45 days. I got the mobile in from flipkart. But after a few months i found a problem. The problem was that the mobile does not take charge. So we handed over the phone to the servicing center in parkstrret, kolkata, westbengal on 22nd august 2016 and they said that the motherboard was bad. But today is 6th of october and till now the mobile has not yet come. Its over 45 days i have been waiting. So i please request you to look into the problem and send the part as soon as possible

    Called customer care, chat, email writing nothing has been addressed except apology and waiting.

      Dear team

      I have ordered redmi 3s prime gold 32 gb through mi store on 17th august 2016.

      I have received the instrument on 22nd august 2016, the handset got charged twice.

      On 28th august 2016, i have connected the handset for charging but the handset not got charged.

      I have tried to charge it again but the instrument not able to get charged.

      After that i have contacted to the nearest service center which is 35 km from my based location.

      I have visited the service center they have experimented and inform me that the charging cable has certain issue & is defective,

      But we don't have the cable at present we will order and bring you the same & contact you in three to four working days.

      I waited for five next days but i haven't got any call from the service center,

      I called & visited the service center (Amber computers # 25/2 vikram marg, behind s. S. Hospital, freeganj, ujjain (Mp)

      They have checked it with fresh charge cable it starts charging for few minutes and again shut down at service center.

      They have again experimented and informed me that the instrument has some defect we have to open it and check again.

      After opening the instrument they have informed me the instrument has some charging socket defect & it will not be covered under warranty.

      We don't have the part at our service center it will take around 25 days to get the part to our service center and same will be charged as this will not cover warranty.

      Also we will check for other parts also after replacing the socket.

      Basis above details it is clear that instrument is defective & requested them to replace the instrument.
      But they are not providing any solution.
      The company doesn't have any solution on below
      They doesn't have any escalation matrix to resolve complaint but only a single email id for just giving unsatisfactory answers.
      I have escalated at least more than 10 times but till date from 17th sept 2016
      No any solution has been provided
      Now its high time

      1. Redmi is not providing any solution to my queries
      2. Third class service center in india cheating cms & providing third class services, misscommunication, misinformation.
      3. Two service centers i have visited they are accepting that redmi doesnot have any solution to customer satisfaction
      4. No any escalation matrix to cm services
      5. Not providing e - mail ids of promoters, so that i will show themthe exact position of cm service

        Recently 1bought mi 3s prime 32gb gold from mi.com flash sale.
        And when the device deliver at my home i found device screen crack after that i applied for replacement of device my device is pickup by mi from my home and after that 2 months passes of pickup of my device no responce from mi i call more then 100 times to mi customer also mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com
        No responce from both side they reply they have "wait few more time" and i many times chat with them and also arrange callback request even i have not got any callback after pickup of device. This is totally illigal done by mi [protected] for call back
        That's why they have cheat with me and they took 9000rs as well device back
        1 - Whenever I want to open my phone, it demands to press back and volume up button simultaneously...
        2 - when I used to call anyone and I want to use options while calling, unfortunately it never show the screen on till the phone disconnected..

          I recently bought a reliance Jio SIM card for my redmi note 3. But the VOLTE feature which is a must for calling is not functioning. I recently updated to miui 8.0.2 stable ROM. I have tried many things like setting up APN, turning off volte and then again turning it on, changing SIM slots etc. But still it's not working. Please provide some solution to this as lot o[censored]ses are experiencing this problem.

              My mobile is in the servicing centre for over 3 months. I got the mobile in march from flipkart. But after a few months I found a problem. The problem was that the mobile switched off automatically. So we handed over the phone to the servicing centre in bhangaghar, guwahati on 5th july and they said that the motherboard was bad. But today is 5th of october and till now the mobile has not yet come. Its over 3 months we have bern waiting. So I please request you to look into the problem and send the part as soon as possible

                I live in jammu.
                i found xiaomi phones very very attractive.
                they have high camera quality.
                they have good internal space.
                they have high expandable space.
                they have higher android version.
                they have good battery backup.
                they have good processor.
                they have high ram.
                they are smooth working

                they are very less costly.
                they have high processing speed.
                they have less weight.
                besides this there are there are several hood qualities.

                but ne and my friends have decided not to buy xiaomi phones.

                i cant understand the reson behind not having considerable amount of
                service center.
                there are very less service center in india.
                in fact in many states there is no service center.
                in states which have service centres they have only one or two service in whole state.
                there is no fun of having less service centre.
                i cant find any reason behind having less service centers.
                in jammu and kashmir also there is not even one service center.
                many people have rejected to buy phones because of this.
                i being a lover of xiaomi phones suggested many people to buy xiaomi phones but all refused to buy xiaomi phones.
                they were in doubt that how they would they would get there phones work properly if any fault occurs.
                so i request xiaomi to quickly resolve this issue.

                    I purchased xiaomi mi 4 mobile from flipkart.com for offer price rs.13000 (mrp 15000) in january. i got an issue in april, then i went to the nearer service centre in indore near industry house, a. b. road.
                    They submit the phone and told me to wait for max. 20 days as it was some hardware issue. after one month they returned the un-repaired phone to me and said that the company has stopped providing harware to them and started a new pickmi service for a price of 190rs in which thy get come to pickup the phone from home. i avail the service, paid the money and the official wait time they gave me is 7-10 working days, in which they resolve the issue and get me back my phone. from the 10th day to the present day, the phone did't repaired and also not being replaced. whenever i call to the company's tollfree no. for information about my phone, they always gave me same answer that your device is under production and it is being repaired. and when i object for the time they have taken they always give me same response, that they have escalate my issue and their backup team will contact me to resolve the issue. sir, i am just frusted that i have purchased from a company, who don't care about there customers. i am student and this matter angry me when all my friends ask me about my phone now.. also i called them approx.80-90 times now, also 15-18 emails, also tried facebook, twitter, googleplus's page but they did't resolve the issue. sir please solve my issue - 1. replacement.
                    2. cashback if replaced phone is of low mrp than mi4's price rs.15000.
                    3. extended warranty from april to replacement date when they resolve the issue and i get phone back.

                      I went to MI Service Center for the replacement of my charger. After waiting more than 2 hours, executive said that only adapter is having problem but cable is OK and I can get it in next few days as it is out of stock. I asked him to check the cable properly but he said that it is fine. I checked cable at my home but it was not charging the phone. When I went to take my adapter and told him the problem with cable. He again said that it is not in stock and I have to come back again when it will be available. This was so irresponsible act as how many times I have to go to change my charger. And are they not trained enough to get the problem in one time or they think that customer is having ocean of time to spend whole month in their service center.

                        I had bought a mi power bank of 20, 000 mah power in the month of may from mi india's website. The order id is order id #[protected]
                        After about 1 and a half month o[censored]sage, it had stopped charging.
                        So, i requested for assistance from the company via email on august 5, 2016.
                        They replied on august 6th, that i should go to a service center. I inquired from the nearest service center (Which is about 70km away from my place) and they told me that they don't repair accessories.
                        So, i replied to company's email again on 15th august to provide me with assistance and they told me that they had escalated the issue to the concerned department and they would get back to me.
                        I waited for about a week, but, there was no communication from the company. So, i wrote again on aug 24 that nobody contacted me, to which they did not reply. I again asked them to atleast reply on aug 30th. Again there was no reply. So, i raised the complaint on their website, to which i got a reply on sep 6, and this is what they wrote :
                        "ticket closed.
                        Because cm raised complaints after tat"

                        They had closed my complaint.
                        I again complained on their website, and i received an auto reply, that they shall contact me soon, and it had been almost two months of raising complaints for a product that i hardly used for about 1 month.
                        They do not even reply.
                        Atleast they can get the device diagnosed, and they can atleast tell me whether it can be repaired or not.
                        But, not caring about the complaints is highly irresponsible on the company's part.

                            Hi,
                            I bought product on 09 August with order no [protected] & invoice no[protected]. i booked the phone on MI.com & deliver through TVS electronics limited. from the 3 days onward it not working fine i ask call centre they gives me some setting i did that setting even the phone is not working. while doing the 10 days are passed i ask for replacement they said we have 10 days replacement policy. then i submitted to service centre from 1sep still i have nit recieved my phone as well service center guys are not pick up the call and not behaving properly. MI.com has not given comapany address only provide service center.

                            i request you to please look into this

                            Kindly provide a permanent Fix, arrange pick-up of all the Redmi note 3 devices. Fix them and give back to users.
                            That is how you can give good and reliable service to your customers.
                            Please go to nearest mi service center with invoice they will give some solutions.

                            I submitted mobile on dated 01 sep to the service center, still there is no solution from service centre
                            Redmi note 3 has a hardware issue. Problem relates to the audio jack. This shows headset is plugged in even when you have removed it.

                            And you need to add/remove headset 10-15 times to get this issue resolved.

                              I was using vodafone sim in my other phone and there was no any network issue. But now am using the same vodafone sim in XIAOMI MI MAX and it is showing always "No Service". I have also bought new JIO sim and after 10 days it is showing "NO SERVICE". When I am connecting wifi with other phone then it is showing JIO 4G instead of "NO SERVICE". I have bought Xiaomi mi max from snapdeal.com

                              Please reply with a solution as soon as possible. I am fed up.

                              Once my redmi note 3 gets switched off automatically and is not getting on then i take it to service centre in agra then they gets it on but my device want mi account password when i enter it then it isn't taking it & my account number has also changed, again when i take it to service centre in agra then they demand Rs6799 even in waranty period.

                                Hi,

                                Complaint - incident:[protected], phone submitted to service centre 24 days ago they said that parts are not available and may take 20 days no update.

                                Called customer care, mi facebook page, email writing nothing has been addressed except apology and waiting

                                Palku one of mi executive asked me to give shipping address for the replacement on same email but he again said that he is waiting for an update from service centre next day.

                                Disappointed, worst services, still waiting for response. they dont provide estimated time nothing.
                                Please assist me further.

                                  Hi bought xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold, 32gb) last month 2 of aug 2016, i was charging the mobile and the battery caught fire and blasted, i was able to through it out otherwise it could turn to a big incident.

                                    I dispatched a redmi note 3 gold for repair on 30 aug 2016 via pickmi pick and drop service. It was received at the repair centre on 3 sep. It had an on-off problem just after 11 days of purchase from flipkart. I was notified that the mobile would be returned within 12-15 days and its been one month today. I need the mobile back, repaired, urgently. It has already caused a lot of inconvenience. I have started to doubt my purchase and the company. I have called the service center thrice and they give the same status each time. An early response will be appreciated.

                                      I bought a mi red mi note 3 phone on the 23rd of aug. On 15th of sept, the hardware of the phone crashed. I took it to service centre in gurgaon, but they refused to give me date by which they will return the phone.                                         Recently i took my cell to service center in chandigarh sec-22 c. But still my cell has got battery backup issue. Without using any application or when the cell is static, battery drainage problem is still there. And the rate of draining is quit fast and i think battery issue is there. So, i request you to kindly check the set or battery otherwise i will register the complain to higher authority. As i already had registered one complaint earlier.
