I am from Mumbai and I am using Redmi Note 3. My phone is in warranty period.

I found that my phone doesn't show any network during dual sim mode. I went to Ghatkopar service centre for the help. Software update didn't help to come out for the solution. Hence they told me to submit the phone since it was a motherboard problem.

I submitted my phone on 19/09/2016. They told me it would take minimum 30 days to get my phone repair. This long time is unacceptable.

Some customers with Mi4i are been told that it is discontinued model, hence it would take minimum 25-30 days to repair the phone. What about Redmi Note 3 ? What makes it so long to get repaired ?

Parts not available is not any valid reason for each and every customer & each and every phone model.

Some customers on asking about the status of the phone after 30 days of submission, service centre say it may take more 10-15 days to get repair. Each and every customer at the service centre seems unhappy and unsatisfied and always frustrated with the service of Mi centre.

Other companies service centre take maximum 10 days of time even if the model is discontinued or the parts are not available or both.

    I submitted my faulty headphone at dadar service center on 10/9/2016.
    She commited me the expected timeslot for repairing/changing around one month (Its a very big time for exchange a headphone).
    Now today 29/9/2016 i came to service center directly as i didnt get any response on a provided hotline number, they are again providing 10-15 days more. Its just a worst service i bought from any service center of any brand. I also seen such cases like they are commiting 25 days for just changing mic of handset. Maybe mi is thinking that indian market is just depend on mi products which are not much popular in market.
    If mi company read this complain please take a look on service also. Business is not just provide more feature in cheap rates, its toatally depend on service which you are giving on that product.

      I, Tanay Burreja, had ordered a redmi 3S prime 32 gb and mi protect online on 11th August, 2016 for Rs.9598/-. I got the delivery of the phone by 13th August, 2016 vide order no- [protected]. I found the phone faulty as the front camera of the phone was not working properly and complained about the same in your service centre in India

      I sent an email to the company on 20th August, 2016 explaining each and every problem. In response to that, I received a reply from them stating that my complaint is under process.

      Again on 22nd August, 2016, I got an email from the co. . In the mail, they requested me to properly pack the phone accordingly to the instructions for RVP (Reverse pick and drop) and assured that the phone will be replaced.

      On 23rd August, 2016, I again sent another email requesting them to either take quick action or refund the money.

      On 27th August, 2016, I called up in the concerned customer care centre to know the status of the matter. They straight away asked me to call the Blue Dart courier Co. directly to pick my faulty phone for replacement. When I called them, they refused to do so as they did not had any detail about the matter and asked for the pick up number.

      I am sorry to say that I am really fed up with this.

      After all this, I have made several complaints to them via email reminders. But, they are not taking my matter seriously, just giving me fake assurances over phone and emails. It means that, they are harassing me and compelling me to go to consumer court. Now, It is more than a month of my struggle but all in vein.

      I humbly request you to please forward my complaint to the concerned department for the action. I shall be highly obliged.

      I am problem Regarding battery heating, and Automatically Sim network disconnected most of the time and not getting 4G network.
      and also have a camera quality issue picturs not clearly taken.

        And mi redmi 2 prime gifted me... I reset factory in this mobile...
        And mobile ask me a mi a/c password ...

        I call your number[protected] and tell this problem ... Your telly exc. Answer a how to reset mobile ... I tried your reset formula ... But few minute after once again ask mi a/c password ...

          I vanam ramesh have purchased mi redmi 2 from amazon on 14 oct 2015. After some month suddenly phone dual sim slot went out of order. I search out for mi service center and found an center at vimannagar pune and made an request to repair it. They took my phone on 17th sep 2016 and told me to come after 22 day's .Mean while i went they told me that phone is not repaired, it will took more time because of hardware issue..it was not easy for every time to go .we trust mi .Our all family are mi user .please solve the problem as early as possible .

            I have purchased a Mi4i Device a year back, after a year I faced an issue with the battery, its start draining too fast, specially while using internet, phone got switched off within few seconds.

            So I visit the service centre at "Address: INFINITY BENCHMARK GROUND FLOOR, GP Block, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091
            Phone:[protected]". And they told me that the issue is with the battery, And I need to purchase a new battery. So I asked to do so to change the battery. they told me that "currently we don't have stock". So, I have to order it, which will take at least 10-15 days. I did the same. but they didn't submit any job sheet for that.

            After 15 days when I called them they said that it still not reached yet. it will reach in next few days, and they will call me and inform me when it will reach. and they used to told me same for few days. even in last week on Thursday(22/09/2016) they told me that battery might reach by that Saturday (24/09/2016), and they will call me and inform me about it. and later on I As I didn't receive any call from them, so, I called them today, and asked when will I get the Battery. Surprisingly they told me that their Company policy has been changed a month back. that to get a Accessories for a phone I need to submit the phone and getting a job sheet is must. and it will again take another 10-15 days( which will definitely become 1-2month for sure). And they didn't even bother to tell me that earlier and not even told me on call while I used to call them to ask the status. Every time they just fooled me by telling that it will reach soon. now after a month they are telling this

              When i was switch on the mobile at the first time[protected] it directly goes to the Home, It did not ask me even single setting option and directly shows the home screen.

              I tried more than 10 sim cards but no network available at the all time.

              There is no access option for Selecting sim & APN, I think that mobile software (OS) is not properly installed.

              I reset the mobile as you told me but even though the same issue occurs, what is the next step sir..

              At[protected], I have already visit the service centre (Adhishesa Multitech, Erode, Tamilnadu) near by me, They have said that "This product seems like a duplicate one please return as soon as possible".

              One more time, Yesterday i had visited the service center but they didn't accept this problem and also I asked for the Job Sheet but They ignored me, They didn't give me the job sheet and i'm seriously disappointed now..

              And Please note this,

              The Mobile that I have received is the Duplicate one and so I want to return my Product, I need Refund my money or Replacement of the mobile.

              I don't think these are the screenshot of redmi 3s. Look like stock Android.not miui or something.. I think it's a fake complain. so irritating job and irrelevant complaints

                I have purchased mi redmi note 3 from amazon on 15 jun 2016. Before some day's (4th sep 2016) suddenly phone receiving speaker went out of order. I search out for mi service center and found an center at mi road jaipur and made an request to repair it. They took my phone on 5th sep 2016 and told me to come after 5 day's but when i went they told me that phone is not repaired, it will took more time because of hardware issue and hardware need to be replaced and they not got the required hardware from mi. Again after some day's (5-6) i went and same reply from service center, today on 28 sep i called again and there is same reply that your phone is not ready it will take more time. How much time? They don't know. I don't have my phone from 5th sep 2016, it's 23 day's passed out and i don't get my phone ready even i don't know when i will get this because there is no replay from service center. Following is the invoice detail of product. I am suffered from mi service, now i realised i should not bought mi product. Return my money at the earliest or throw the mobile in sea & forget about customer concern.

                  Faulty Redmi Note 3 being delivered however on asking for replacement customer care denied for product being picked up from any location beyond Thane and requested for product to be couriered however courier cost being 750 rs. When requested for a pick up from an alternate address the customer care denied even that. Highly disappointed with Xiaomi.

                  On further calling and escalating this issue the customer care mentioned that they would respond back with a solution on the 22nd Sep-16 however until today there is no response. My order ID is [protected] & incident number is[protected]. Please help out.
                  As per the customer care personal the product can only replaced once. I purchased the product through the Mi app from my Xiaomi phone. My suggestion is that avoid the Mi app and rather purchase product from flipkart or Amazon at least you wouldn't face a challenge with the replacement. I had a 45 minutes long discussion with the customer care speaking to 3 different persons on the same call and felt that each one of them wanted to get off the call. I am astonished about the fact that after Ratan Tata investing in the company they are betraying the customers and creating a negative mark for themselves. My entire family uses this brand which I was a loyal customer of however this incident has shocked me and has created distrust.
                  If I do not get a resolution here maybe I would have to resort to Social media next...
                  I have ordered mi Earphones with my mi note 3 phone
                  But they took the money and didn't gave me the Earphones for which I have already paid ₹500 extra

                    This is my inquiry no[protected], MI people cheated the customer for money they have need only money, few days back i give my mobile for touch not working problem they have checked and conform it is a liquid damage, how it is possible, if it is liquid damage how it works, the entire touch screen only the problem in that, entire touch only not working remaining functions are working properly then how u said it was a liquid damage, is it water did u conform it was a water why you r do like this ..how the liquid entered in that and what liquid it was.I am not agree with u r report.I am sure It was a fake report.for money u cheated like this and no water marks in the display and i am also an electronics engineer i know everything, they play very cheap tricks, i thought MI is a very good company, but it is very bad company.they are always thinking how to avoid the warranty and how gain the money for customer, there is no reliability was not a ordinary mobile to open and removed the battery everything and dried, use a common sense how it was a liquid damage, please go through this issue and do the needful to me.

                      I had percused a phone At 10august it was not switched on so i submitted my phone to mi service center at rewa m.p they given me a date to recieve a phone after 15dayS i had submited my phone on 24 august my phone is on warrenty from that date to todays date they are making different excuse from the last one month of period they they cant able to repair my phone they are making fool to the customer i simply lost total 1 month period of my Warrenty and there are very few service center of company so i have to travel 200 km from katni to rewa to give my phone to repair then what is the mean of warrenty that i m wasting my money into travelling fooD and other expanse then only i cant recive my phone till now kindly take a Strict action beacauSe other company hardly take 5days to repAirs the phone but they are making fool to customers

                        My phone was working fine but suddenly it got dead therefore, i submitted the device in service center to claim my warranty.
                        Service center was claiming that the set got liquid damaged i. E. Litmus was red
                        But the els of my phone was not done in front of me while creating my job card els of 4-5 handset has been done by same engineer
                        Because i have a bad service experience and argument with one of the engineer at service center.
                        After 10 minutes the engineer told me that the set is liquid damaged,
                        And he brought my mother board from esd safe restricted area & he show me the litmus condition it was slightly red.
                        I didn’t use my phone in liquid area or in rain then how should it possible from my end.
                        Please find the attachment of job card and purchase invoice copy.
                        Kindly support for under warranty repair.

                          I have given my mi earphone in mi service center (Infotel services shop no - 1, ground floor, infinity benchmark building sector v, salt lake city, kolkate) on 11/8/2016 but till now i have no information for my earphone. I have gone several time to the service center asking about the status of my replacement but can found any reply from the customer care executive. I have also tried to call many time to service center but every time the call got disconnected.
                          I have redmi note prime, for which i have taken insurance, for past 25 days i am complaining for the pick up of my phone which was with in the policy, but there is no response from the company end with number of reminder alreay given

                            I am wondering, am i done any mistake to purchase phone from xiaomi.

                            From the day phone was delivered, i am facing issue of rebooting. after one month o[censored]ser (thought might be get fixed with updates) visited the service center to get it repaired.

                            First of all, service center not accepting the phone for repair they said we have long queue to serve so please come after two weeks. after two week they accepted and told it may take two month to get it repaired.

                            After more than two month of wait i got my phone "so called" repaired. "so called", because still issue exists.

                            I also raised a complain to mi call center they saying they will not able to do anything but get it repaired with our service center. so, i have submitted the phone again to the service center to get it repaired. complain number to the call center[protected].

                            Now i got the same update, we have long queue just to check your phone it will take more than 15 days and after that if any parts required to change it may take another month.

                            We are living in the world where every 6 month we are getting more advance and more powerful phones in market. is it legitimate to wait for service so long.

                            I just need help from xiaomi

                            "please help me to use my phone".

                            I am not able to use the phone from the date i purchased to till date.

                            If i not got any help i don't have any other
                            Choice but to go to social media and consumer forum.

                              The worst after sale service award goes to xiaomi india.
                              My xiaomi redmi 2 prime was having display issue. So i visited to my nearest service centre. They checked and told me that it will take 20 days.

                              So i submitted my mobile on 24 august. But even after a month there is no response from the xiaomi india.

                              The service centre people have no idea about my mobile. I also complaint on there customer care they said in 24 hours my problem will be solved but nohing happened.

                              Every time they just told me to wait and gave me false promises.

                              Even i tweeted the same to there manu kumar jain - "xiaomi india head", then also nothing happened. Such a lame company.

                              Now the customer care and service centre both are not receiving my call.

                              Is this a way to treat your loyal customers?

                              I will never ever buy or suggest any xiaomi product to anyone,

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I request you for pick me service document send me for my mobile phone problem (Problem's are that's :-1-charging.2-bettry back.3-heating.4-hanging) solution. But mi company can't send any mail of document of pick me service. My pick up no. Is delba5 and inqurey no. -: [protected]. Company send me massage for pick-up date[protected] but till now not pick up from fedex (Pick me service) company because the document can't recived from mi care till now.. Please solution this problem as soon as possible. I attched my mobile bill copy with complaint.

                                  A minor auto touch issue and heating problem reported in warranty and really disappointed from the service this company is providing firstly they registered pick mi then made my device more worst and send me back now again they arranging pick mi they registered it but still no pick up its been 30 days till now issue raising highly frustrated

                                    मेरा फोन xiome mi redmi prime 2 जो मैने दि 13/08/2015 को amazon से 6599 रु.का खरीदा था फोन अगस्त 2016 मै खराब हो गया दि.04/08/2016 को xiaomi exclusivs agra 2/216 swadeshi bima nagar agra 282002 केयर सेंटर आगरा पर सही करने के लीए दीया जोव शीट न.js[protected] दी और दि.19/08/2016 को वापस करने को कहा मैने सितंबर में टोल फ्री न.[protected] पर सिकायत की कम्पलेन्ट न.160912/007134 दीया फिर मैने दि.25/09/2016 को service [protected]@xiaomi. com पर कम्पलैन्ट की अभी तक कोई संतोष जनक जबाब नही मिला है

                                      Dear Team,
                                      I have brought Redmi Note-3 from amazon. But unfortunately I don't have checked by phone with nano sim with in the time span of return policy of amazon. While i have inserted nano sim in my device i found it's not working. I have call service center for support. They have asked me for software up-gradation i have done all the process they have told.

                                      Lastly i went to a service center at kolkata on 23.07.2016 they have have checked my phone and identified that nano sim slot have problem which needs to be replace. They have issued me a job sheet have number" ISH0137" and asked me to visit after one month. But after one month span i had visited to MI service center they have asked me that your phone will going to delivered after 7 days from the day of visit on that day.

                                      After 7 days i again visited to service center they have said due to problem in parts availability your phone will going to delivered on 25.09.2016. Before visiting on service center i have called today they have asked me that it will take 10 more days to get your phone repaired. So i have called to MI service center today for this issue. They had said the concern person will call me within 72 hours to tell me when my phone will going to repaired and when should i get my phone back.

                                      I like to share few thing regarding this type of service by mi.

                                      1. The service center of MI is of a distance of 300 KM from my town where i stay so it's not possible to visit your MI service center regularly to get my phone repair updates. So please share the specific date and time when should i get my mobile back.

                                      2. Its about 2 months i have given my phone to your service center. These type of service is unexpected from any international brand like MI

                                      3. As my phone has a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase . Whether my warranty period will going to be extended as its in your service center for 2 months.

                                      4. Last point i would like to share with you. If this type of service continues from MI with customer harassment policy i am bound to place my complain in proper forum through proper channel.

                                        Hello,

                                        I purchased redmi note 3 32gb from amazon and got the delivery on 26 sept 2016 afternoon.
                                        Order number[protected].

                                        I charged it on that day and hardly used it to do basic phone setting. No games downloaded till now.
                                        Yesterday on 27th morning i had to charge it again till 100 % and by afternoon the battery reduced to 30 % - no videos, games played, nothing extra ordinary, very few calls made and received.

                                        It is very very disappointing considering redmi note 3 has a very high battery backup.

                                        I would request for a replacement of the piece.
