I bought xiaomi redmi note 3 on july ...and after 2 months its audio and apps stop responding and after that the phone starts autoswitch off. i went to service centre and they told me that its a motherboard problem it will be change and will take 10-15 days and i submitted my phone on september and its been a 23 days while giving my phone in a service centre but they didn't replied till yet evry time they used to say they dnt have any information regarding it and says to wait next 5 days and so on. i ve also complaint in customer care but they are also not helping me with my problem...

    My order no [protected] purchased on 16/09/2016 for mi india website. Still today 27/09/2016 i am not received my product.

    Bluedart inform me that shipment untraceable and request me to contac
    Vendor for claim settlement issue.

    I forwarded bluedart mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com.

    But no valuable response from xiaomi. They just mailing wait wait... Wait...
    Keep patience"

    How long should i wait?

    Please settle the issue and send my product and other accessories which i ordered as soon as possible or return my money which i paid online.

      Before submitting my device, I had asked them about the average time it would take to repair. They had told me 20 days. So I submitted them my device on 6th August, but still haven't received any update from their end. I told them many times that I'd be leaving for abroad. But still they are not taking it seriously. I'll be in big trouble if I don't get back my device by 4th October.

        I have purchased my mi earphines in may .i started to utilised it since july but from august right side of earpgone has stopped working so i had submited the same to service center on 27 aug 2016.but suppoese to come today .but none of your customer service representative is responding to my mails.they become shemless now a days.am very much disoopinted.i[censored] cares money value of customers den pls try to solve this problem.

          This indeed the 5th time the so called 'Innovation made compact' Xiomi mi 4i mobile handset revisited its Parent Place or better call it to be the '2nd Sweet Home' to get refurnished again. Within 11th month of purchase, it spent almost more than 4 months unused due to some or other issues.
          More or less all the parts of the handset got replaced, i.e LCD, mainboad, charging adapter, charging port...not sure there any more spare part left to be replaced.

          It claims to have unending astonishing features "the display, the battery, the power, the performance and many more...", but that's applicable only if & when the mobile is ON & functioning.
          For me to experience these features & exploring them seams to be now a 'Dream that never come True'...
          I always need to carry a spare mobile handset as you never know when this Mi 4i will ditch me, as you know that without a mobile phone in today's world is as without air to live.

          The Product comes with 1 year of warranty, please confirm that this 12 months includes the days kept in Service center also? What about after the 12th month if it still continues to be the same? Rather to keep the handset in the service center itself once the warranty is over.

          The huge queue in Service center may be due to the Engineers are overburdened with their daily task or rather solving issues, request you to please appoint more engineers to solve problem or make more spare-parts available in the service center than handsets.

          I have been given multiple explanations for the different issues every time I visits the service center, Need to Learn to use smart phone with the correct charging adapter and software upgrade and many more. I hope I am enough educated how to handle the smartphone, but your engineers told that we don't know to use it rather than solving the issue with phone..!!

          This brand now gives the typical description of 'Chinese Product'... Use & Throw ... & if can't then throw. waste of time and money..

            I am using redmi note 3 from last 4 months and from starting my audio Jack is not working. Now I went to service center they said me its software issues he did the software but issue was the same my audio Jack was not working, fingure print sensor not response most of the time, battery was getting down very fast
            And after this they checked and told me its motherboard issue. I was there for more than two hours during these procedure I found most of people have problem in redmi note 3 with mother board issue and service center guy says that it will take 15 to 20 days if so much of problems. Exist than company should recall their phone and I have seen many people not getting their phone since last 45 to & 50 days

              I buyed xiaomi redmi 2s prime about six months ago. After that it was having problem in camera. I went to service centre at ludhiana and they thold that come after about 15 to 20 days. I went to them after 20 days they again said come after 20 days. Now its about 45 days after making a complaint and they are not resoonding preoperly. I advise everyone not to buy xiaomi mobiles

                i have sent a mobile to rocket commerce llp, 4th floor, plot no. 183 to 197, & 254 to 258 bommasandra, jigani, link road-562106 vide blue dart courier no. [protected].
                As discussed on customer care no. [protected], the mobile is received by the godown on dated 08.08.2016. Whenever i call on the no. The executives advised me to hold for some time. Its been very long time almost two month. But neither i received any reply from your regard.
                Please look in the matter, otherwise i will have to go to consumer forum

                  I purchased redmi note3 (Gold) from mi website on 9th march 2016 having order id #[protected]. Received the same on 15th march 2016.
                  Its started malfunctioning specifically as to network issues around last week of july 2016.
                  Firstly, i complained on 2nd august 2016 via mail to mi india on their official email id.
                  I live in a remote town ie. Sambalpur, odisha. They doont have service center in my location. They suggested me to avail of their pick me service by paying rs. 189/-.
                  Ie. Their own carrier service, they picked up on 20th august 2016 and retunred it on 2nd september 2016 (Pickmi service by xiaomi [protected]).

                  Even after the alleged repairs the problem still persisted. Again i was compelled to contact them and the same chain of events was repeated from 3rd september 2016. They again told me to pay rs. 189/- as carraige charges. Which i refused to pay, later on they relented and they schdeuled the pick up on 15th september 2016 but actual pick up was effected on 19th september 2016 (Pickmi service from xiaomi #[protected]).

                  Then i was informed through email that my has liquid damges which is quoted as verbatim,
                  "we have received handset model xiaomi redmi note 3 gold for after sales repairs. Your inquiry no. Is [protected]. During our initial inspection of your handset, it has been declared as liquid damage. We are attaching a photograph for your reference.

                  Therefore the handset is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms. However we offer a chargeable repair of the handset, the repair will require the following parts to be replaced. The estimated cost of repairs shall be rs. 7835 all inclusive.

                  Main board-h3a-india-32g[protected].00
                  Daughter board-h3a-india[protected].00
                  Logistic charges : 189.00
                  Ervice charges : 290.00

                  Despite harrasing me for this long they are insisting for me to pay the damage cost as well as carriage charges repeatedly.
                  But it also worth mentioning here that when they inspected my phone in the first instace ie. On 20th august 2016. They didn't mention the same problem whereas the problem of netwrok issues still persisted, and on my second compalint they claim that there is a problem of liquid damge in my phone. The phone was with me and was not used after they sent it back post-repairs.

                  Kindly look into the matter and kindly guide and advise me to reach me the right forum to address my issues ie, either provide me a new cell phone or refund my money back.

                    I bought xiaomi redmi 3s on mi India Website device delivery to me on 5 Sept 2016 after four days later Mobile stuck with mi logo I call for the replacement to the help line they registered my complaint and said that mobile replace with in 24hours after 10days no one coming to pickup mobile my complaint no is[protected] .

                      I made a purchase of redmi 3s prime (silver color) from mi india website on 14th sep and the product was delivered on 15th sep. however, the phone was defective as the mic/ speaker was not working. when i raised a complaint with mi india they asked me to visit a service center and obtain a certificate. later they said that they will replace the phone itself and that they have sent in a request with blue dart (logistics partner) to collect my phone. its been 10 working days already and they have not collected it till date. i have made numerous phone calls to the customer service of mi and blue dart and all efforts are in vain. the quality of service provided is simply sub-standard. my 9000 rupees are now down the drain.
                      Yes i agree MI has pathetic service, please do not buy any product from mi.com.
                      My lock button is not working and they are saying to visit the store, really pathetic and i hate Mi now.

                          Sir i had purchased redmi note 3 mobile phone from flipcart after that it's was not charging my phone i went to the service centre of mi on 29 august and gave them for replacement they told that your charger will come with in 15 days but after 15 my charger does not come i have called them many times to confirm but the they they deny every time. Then i have call them on 25 of september they told me that charger has come you can carry it, i went today to them and they deny to give charger and said that your will be given by tommorow. Sir i become very irritated because i have no so much time my home is 30 km far away from service centre, even they talked me rudely i m very unhappy that. Please do something i couldn't understand what i have to do.

                            Sir, with due regard i have to state that i purchased the handset mi4 note last year and it was functioning properly, but mistakenly it got locked. And after that i am unable to unlock the mobile after repeating attempts. There is no any option of "forgotten passward" or login again.                               My mi5 phone i admit at surat service centre but they want 1 month for repair. How can it possible. There was display problem in my phone in warranty period but customer care service is to much low and not as neccesary amployee as customers has problem.

                              Bought 28.07.16 from flipkart.
                              I have purchased Redmi note 3 just two months back from flipkart and this is the worst phone i have ever used.I would recommend everyone not to buy this product.Total waste of money.

                              Flipkart have refused to help me with excuse of 10 days return policy.Service center is not able to find the resolution for the fault.

                                On 10th september i submitted my mi4i to the model town service center and the problem is with the charging port. It doesn't charge anymore. And there is no call regarding any matter and the number they give me doesn't work "[protected]" and when i go there they told me be back at the end or the month. I an very frustrated with this.

                                O take this matter very seriously. This happened not only with me but with lots of other people too.

                                And i think that is there planned strategy because most of the phones are purchase on the last year in the festive sale season. So if they not return our phone in time then if any problem accrue on the same matter/area then we have to pay for the same.
                                Pictures clicked from camera nd saved from other sources are displaying in white thumbnail or hazy tthumbnail instead of the original picture. Please sort it out as soon as possible
                                I have bought a redmi note 3 from amazon.in .it has some charging issues so i gave it to coustomer care at silliguri . he took the phone and gave me a document. we were supposed to come after 15 days and now it is one month over it has still not arrived

                                  Mi team is not ready to replace my redmi note 3 even within 10 days after delivery. The phone is completely defective. I am not satisfied with the phone at all. They say they do not provide refund policy when i asked for the refund. When i asked for replacement then, they are not even replacing my phone. Their customer care number [protected] is always busy from 9-6. Customers are never able to connect. On communicating through mail, they are not taking my request further. I am highly disappointed with the phone. My 12k are a waste.
                                  I was complaint three times regarding replacement of my moblie but no response made by yours so please do the necessary action regarding replacement of my mobile.

                                      I have received the product xiaome 3s prime on 16th sep'16 evening at my given office address. I have unpacked that box with lot of interests and love and also i was very happy to get this product delivered within two days of order. But at night when i have tried to get the phone to be charged it disappoint me as it was not charging and battery level was in same condition as it was before. Tried it with another charger but the problem doesn't solved. Again i tried to charge it in switched off mode, no indicator was showing nor displaying that as it is being charged. Now my phones battery totally drained out and not able to be switched on. Also the another issue was, when in switched off mode trying to charge that phone was not be able to be switched on. After that i unplugged the charger and after long press of power button phone gets started. I have called the customer care to replace this product, they suggest me to go to the nearest service centers and get checked. After visiting the service center they raised a replacement request. Customer service assured that they will call within 24 hrs and will inform me about replacement confirmation. But, after 3 days they made a call after making several calls to customer care some one named teena called and said about the replacement method that again their courier partner will call for reverse pick up within 24 hrs. It is already again 3 days past i did not got any call from them. It is all about cheating business. I will request indian govt. To close that kind of chinese mobile company.

                                        I recently purchased a redmi 3s prime.
                                        In every call i make, i listen complaints from opposite person is that my voice is not audible or voice is not clear.
                                        So need to repeat every sentence i talk multiple times.
                                        However i can hear voice of opposite person clearly without any issue.
                                        Using same sim cards (1airtel, 1idea) in another mobile (Redmi 1s) everything works fine.
                                        So please provide solution or give me replacement of this handset.
