Dear sir/madam we would like to inform that we have purchase a redmi 3s prime gold 32 g model phone form direct online in authorized web site of redmi company against inv. No.[protected] dt[protected] order no.[protected] with amount 8999/- in cash mode. But when we unsealed and open this phone we found that it's screen not working which reason we have unable to use this product.

So, we request to you please arrange to return this item and refund our money at take it on priority base.

    I had an mi4i bought on 15th aug'15 worth rs.13, 000. It stopped functioning properly, around 2.5 months ago i. E. 10th july'16. I went to the pune service center on 29th july'16, and after waiting for long hours at the always-full center, they told me that mother board is defunct, and has to be replaced, and that it will take a month to replace the mother board. After submitting, i kept calling the call center and service center, which only connect once in 50 times. I had my request escalated a several times, and it had been 2 months since i submitted my phone so i threatened them to move to consumer court, on 23rd sep'16. So i receive a call from someone at mi india that my phone is repaired and that i can collect my phone from where i submitted. I went there, and they hand me a redmi note 3, 16 gb that costs rs.10, 000. Why on earth would they do this? If i wanted to buy redmi phone, i could do it by myself. I want my mi4i back, repaired. Kindly help me to get me my phone back, because this company xiaomi has made me lose all my patience over 2 months. If they do not have parts available, why manufacture the devices in the first place? I have been facing a lot of inconvenience since the phone started malfunctioning. Moreover, they don't provide a spare phone, and they expect the customer to be fine with all this irresponsible and extremely unacceptable behavior.

      I turned the sync on and put some pictures in hidden album. I was not connected to internet.
      somedays later, when I connected to internet, i lost all the pictures from beginning in the hidden folder. yesterday again I connected to internet and many old hidden pictures were visible in sync on mode in gallery. but I am not getting my those recently added pictures. neither on cloud. they are extremely important. is there any hope? :(

        Sir xiomi red me note3 i have purchaged in 2016may 07 the mobile battery was inbuilt battery i was not open back cover of mobile but the mobile on1st september battery got damaged when i was shown in xiaomi service centre they are telling battery was damaged due to liquid contact & this condition is not coming under warranty sir i was used upto 10:30pm on1 september @night charged upto 95% & at morning when i was seen mobile its not getting on & a single time its not contacted with any single drop of water then how they are telling liquid contact problem as per warranty within six months battery got damaged they have to provide. Customer care also not telling any solutions i was 650km away from service centre still now they are not repaired eventhough i was agreed to pay money for me sir money is not important for me why these companies are cheeting customers you must take action otherwise i am going to consumer contact.

          maine apna mobile redmi note 3 gurgaon haryana ke service center par repair hone ke liye 7 september ko diya unhone 15 din bad mobile le jane ke liye kaha lekin aaj 20 din bad bhi unki or se koi information nahi ayi hai, unke dwara diye gye no par jo ki hai[protected] par hajaro bar fon kar chuka hu lekin koi response nahi ata koi fon nahi uthata, unke customer care no par 4 bar call kar chuka hu lekin har bar ve yahi kahte hai ki abhi repair nahi hua hai jaldi theek ho jyega. Kripa karke mera mobile dilane me meri madad kare.

            Dear Xiaomi,

            I am based at Parel, Mumbai and have bought a Redmi Note 3 in August. We are planning to buy the MiMax for our home use.

            Since I am having some technical issues with my Redmi phone, I visited your Customer Service Centre at TVS Electronics Ltd, Lalbaug.
            • For almost all my service queries, your Service Representative had a standard, “I don’t know.”
            • For one answer he mentioned, “This is a Software problem. Nothing can be done about this.”
            • For one last query he replied, “The full Software will have to be reinstalled. You take back-up and give the phone here.”

            When I asked him how do I take a back-up he could not explain anything. Repeat “he could not explain anything.” Instead he gave a rude reply, “Aap ke ghar me koi chotaa bacha hai? Usko bolo.”
            This is completely unacceptable. If your representative cannot resolve any technical queries, why do you hire such useless persons? Your Company’s other staff members saw and heard me shouting, but none came forward to assist or resolve my technical problems.

            My family has recommended that we shift from Xiaomi and shift to Samsung, Lenovo or One Plus 3. But we must not think of the MiMax

                my name is vishal, i purchase redmi note 3(16gb, 2gb ram) device, the phone generate many problem like :- battery problem, audio jack problem, finger print sensser not work, first sim slot not work some time etc
                i go to your service center and note the complain first time service man change os, second time they take 45 days time to repair but phone not work well, third time they give 15 days time and now 25 days are complete but my phone not give me and not give me any answer . it is very but .now i could not believe to mi product . don't give any advice to any to purchase this company's product. wast company mi .shame on you

                  I have received my redmi 3s on 17 sep 2016 but unfortunately the phone was defected . I registered the request for replacement on the next day. But still after 10 days the phone was not picked up from me rather it would take another 10 days for replacement . In customer care also they are not helping me in anyway regarding how much time i have to wait for the pick up. And also they are not making aware of the delay.                     Dear sir/madam

                    I purchased redmi note3 (Gold) from mi website on 9th march 2016 having order id #[protected]. Received the same on 15th march 2016.
                    Its started malfunctioning specifically as to network issues around last week of july 2016.
                    Firstly, i complained on 2nd august 2016 via mail to mi india on their official email id.
                    I live in a remote town ie. Sambalpur, odisha. They doont have service center in my location. They suggested me to avail of their pick me service by paying rs. 189/-.
                    Ie. Their own carrier service, they picked up on 20th august 2016 and retunred it on 2nd september 2016 (Pickmi service by xiaomi [protected]).

                    Even after the alleged repairs the problem still persisted. Again i was compelled to contact them and the same chain of events was repeated from 3rd september 2016. They again told me to pay rs. 189/- as carraige charges. Which i refused to pay, later on they relented and they schdeuled the pick up on 15th september 2016 but actual pick up was effected on 19th september 2016 (Pickmi service from xiaomi #[protected]).

                    Then i was informed through email that my has liquid damges which is quoted as verbatim,
                    "we have received handset model xiaomi redmi note 3 gold for after sales repairs. Your inquiry no. Is [protected]. During our initial inspection of your handset, it has been declared as liquid damage. We are attaching a photograph for your reference.

                    Therefore the handset is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms. However we offer a chargeable repair of the handset, the repair will require the following parts to be replaced. The estimated cost of repairs shall be rs. 7835 all inclusive.

                    Despite harrasing me for this long they are insisting for me to pay the damage cost as well as carriage charges repeatedly.
                    But it also worth mentioning here that when they inspected my phone in the first instace ie. On 20th august 2016. They didn't mention the same problem whereas the problem of netwrok issues still persisted, and on my second compalint they claim that there is a problem of liquid damge in my phone. The phone was with me and was not used after they sent it back post-repairs.

                    Kindly look into the matter and kindly guide and advise me to reach me the right forum to address my issues ie, either provide me a new cell phone or refund my money back.

                    This is my last resort after which i will be compelled to approach court of law.

                      After using it for 5 months I am facing a lot of problem regarding this product

                      1- Battery backup of the product is really poor.Battery gets drained after 2-3 hours o[censored]se.
                      2- At speaker mode the sound quality reduces.
                      3- Mic problem is there.Person next to me receives late voice while calling.
                      4- Moreover, phone and charger gets overheated after continuous use of 1 hour.

                        I have purchase mi mobile imei no.[protected] product model mi4i-dual network - in 16-g-gray - beetel on dated 16-oct-2015. many problem are there in mi mobile (camera not working, cannot charge). several times going to your service stations sec.14 gurgaon. but problem still not resolved. last times i have submitted on dated 19-sep-2016 time 10.36.18 handover to puneet malik & he is ask complaint sole with in weak but really surprising that still it is not repaired. kindly resolve my complaint immediately.

                            I had purchased MI Redmi Note 3 on 6th Sept for 11, 999 from MI app and my order no: is [protected]
                            The phone was activated on 7th Sept, 2016 and only two days that is on 9th Sept the touch screen stopped working. Could not even switch off the cell phone. Immediately on 12th Sept, 2016 when took the phone to the nearest service center at Thane, was informed that they would repair the cell phone. We refused since it was a new phone. Then they agreed and said that a representative would come to collect the phone within 24 to 72 hours. Even after 12 days no one came to collect the phone. Also did a follow up by calling their customer care number but they kept on saying that someone would come to collect the phone very soon. On 22nd Sept, 2016 we received an email stating that we need to courier the phone to Bangalore workshop.
                            When it comes to deliver the phone MI can deliver it to any remote area but when it comes to pick up the phone for replacement MI has has their restricted boundries that is just in Thane. The charges to courier the phone to Bangalore will not be refundable my MI.
                            MI service was pathetic and not helpful at all.

                            I purchased redmi3s, prime 32, from 1st day the issue is automatically rebooting, I called their toll free no. They told me to reset and go near by service center.from service center they said to replace it as hardware is also not responding. So till now they saying the replacement team will call u .till now I didn't get any call. Really it's a worst phone and there services as I purchased from its website only.if I have purchased from flipkart or Amazon it's more better as no pain for replacement. Phone poor and it's services also

                              I am shashank agarwal, from cuttack, odsha. I purchased a redmi note 3 32 mobile phone from amazon, 3 months back that is in june. Now just after 3 months of purchase it shows some problem so i went to redmi service center located at bhubaneswar. On the 1st attempt they told me that the phone is need some update and returned me with in 5 minutes of recieve. When i came back to home it shows its previous problem so again after three days i went to service center again and they told me that the mother board of the phone not working correctly so it need to be changed and keep the phone for 3 days and told we will call you back after 3 days. I am waiting for his call and after 8 days there is no call from service center. Again i went to bhubaneswar which is about 40 km from my place. After that i said what is status of the phone whether it is corrected or not, they take my job sheet and waiting for 3 hours and finally said we will take 15 days from that date to repair it. Whether i purchased a new phone to stay it at service center. I have only one phone so it is very difficult for me for communication. If one new phone is damaged within 3 months of purchase, is mi india will make right phone for sell or it is a process for earning money. It is now upon redmi india that they see that message and repair or exchange my phone immediately other wise i will go for a consumer case against redmi india.

                                I got redmi 3s prime delivered on 13th september... I switch onned the mobile on 2nd day it showed problem gets switched on off regularly i called customer care on18 .. Due to some reasons it didnt connect... It connected on 20th i said my problem they asked to update backup switchoff reset factory reset... I did everything..nothing worked... I dnt knewed about their replacement warranty that time... Now i called fr replacement they said 10 days r over... What the heck are they doing when i called on 20th????? Bc i have the recording of calls... I still request them to replace my phone or repair it for free with pickup and drop service... PLEASE XIAOMI... ITS A REQUEST..

                                  I have given my phone for repair to xiaomi service center in thane. the phone was given on 4th june 2016. Since then i have got no clarity on the matter. It was in warranty period when given to the service center.
                                  No response from the company inspite of mailing them a lot of times and calling their service centre for the support.

                                  the job sheet is attached for reference.
                                  I have posted on facebook, twitter and email to a lot of people on Xiaomi but no response received from anyone.

                                  the man at service center says they do not know where my phone is.

                                    Mobile had purchased from amazon and manufacture. By redmi this both company is cheating all customers.

                                    I bought redmi note prime 13 march 2016. Due to rain mobile wet in rain. Mobile got a display problem mobile is getting on i can received calls mobile is working there is only display issues.

                                    Today my dad visited nearest mi service center at malad - sv at kothari mindspace mall 1st floor.

                                    My dad explain issue about mobile to service center guy very clearly about issues. Service center guys asked to pay rs.7000/- for display repairing mobile cost is 8000 & for display this guys are charging 7000/- i mean look at this frauders.

                                    For opening mobile and giving estimate quote they are charging rs.125/-

                                    This chinese mobile makers are fooling our indians. They think indians are fools they will buy anything

                                      I received a damaged redmi note 3 on 12th September and decided to quickly complain about it so tried calling the hotline number but the line is always busy so we tried chatting and they only said that we will get a call back within 24 hours for the past week.
                                      now it's been 12 days and there is no response from their side. no callbacks no messages.
                                      i have uploaded the pictures of the damaged product.
                                      also i have read everywhere that their after sales service is the worst but i still have hope that they would replace my phone.

                                        I m submitted my mi 3s prime on 20/9/2016.i submitted it on kamla nagar branch. i m sorry to say but it is a worst service center where staff members has no tym to talk wid customers... i forgot my pattern lock that is why i submit my phone. they said plz come after 20 min i went there.. they said plz come tommorow .. i went next day they said ur phone is forgotten.. we r finding ur phone.. they said plz come tommorow morning.. i went there in morning. finally they said ur phone 's screen is blank.. i said u hav my phone since 3-4 days... why u cant tell me... they use inapropriate words... they had much attitude. they talk to mee in attitude. then i m complainting. i m requesting plz solve my issue of this phone... and take hard action to there attitude...
