This regarding my phone xiaomi redmi note 3.
After buying it within a month it got stopped working, 3 major problems.

1. While pressing power button it is getting volume up (Power button was not working)
2. Charging port stopped working only after hard reset it was working only 1 time then again stopped
3. Some times inbuilt buttons are stop working so i failed to go back or on home screen

Gave phone to service centre on 29th aug. They told it will back withing 10 to 15 days.
But still not back.

Called to customer service after 20 days and got very unprofessional behaviour from them.
They replied we do not have part for it so it cannot repair right now, i asked when it will get repair they replied cant say it can take 15 day 1 month or a year.

My question is what is the use of that phone which was with me only for 1 month and to you guys for 1 year.

First of all after lots of try i got that hone and now this problem.

And if mi does not have parts then why are they doing business? They should shut the company because they don't have service to their customers.
So what you suggest me now should i buy new phone because you guys are not repairing my phone.

I am not that much rich to keep 10 extra phone with me.

    I have given powerbank for replacement on 31st may 2016 but till date they have not given me back. Whenever I call them they say to wait. When I ask for refund they say we don't have any refund policy. Since 4 months they are not responding to my issue. Once they call and told that collect your powerbank but when i went Cg road Ahmedaba service center nothing was there. they are also making fool. I wasted my time and money every time. My job sheet number is HHIN[protected] and I was given estimate time of 15-20 days but I think it will take years to return my property. No one is taking in charge of this issue. I request u to please help and provide my money back. I will never every think to buy xiaomi product again.

      I have been suffering from the bad customer service for my faulty mobile...i had submitted my redmi 2 mobile on 30 june at siliguri service centre having job sheet no JS[protected]
      yet i havtn't got any compensation from them.More than 75 days passed.Its too delay. ..worst service of redmi i have ever faced...totaly disaapointed
      i have also complaint in xiomi cutomer care but they donot try to fix it

        There's problem with my mobile speaker. I came to malad(w) service center. But there r only 3counters to handle customer queries. Customers have to wait for more than 4 hrs for their turn to come. And after that ur executive r telling to submit the phone for 1-2 day for minor problem without checking it. And it is extremely inconvenient and annoying for the customer as they have to waste whole day for minor repair issues. service is worst. Suggestion is u ve to hire more manpower to avoid such inconvenience. And try to return mobile within an hour for small issues. Hope to see an improvement

          I got redmi note3 two months ago from Amazon, one fine day on 05 sep'16 the phone started to get restart without any reason I went to service center on 06/09 but Tuesday is weekly off for them, so I visited again on 06/09 to mi janakpuri delhi service center at 11:30 AM, TO my surprise I was given a token number and was told that it would take at least three hours for the visit, my number came after three and half hour at 03:00 pm, and then teh service engineer went away and I was waiting over counter till 03:30 pm, then I lost my patience and called for manager and then they submitted my phone confirming that they will call and confirm me about the problem with handset and I can contact on mi customer care number.
          And Job sheet number WXIN[protected]. was provided to me but I received no call from mi and when I called up their service number it never connects it always busy and if it connects it directly get transfered to feedback menu. Then I visited again on 09/09, and after waiting for an hour I was told that mother board of my phone needs to be replaced amd it would take time and they cannot confirm any time line for same, when I complained to them about my service number, they refused to share local number, but when I pressurised them they share number for manager Rakesh singh who further shared number for Puneet, who always pick the call when I call from new number (as he never picks the call from one number after picking once) and he relpies thet I will get the revert by EOD, which obviously never comes. It has been 11 days now and I m clueless as to when I will get my phone.
          Xiaomi as a company is a complete failure in term of customer service, all they want is to sell phones, and are least bothered about servicing their bad products.
          I am writing this so as people understand replication of buying these products, it is as good till the time a problem occurs, once it does these guys will make you run from piller to post. These guys don't have any infrastructure to service their volumes.
          So I have decided not to buy any mi product in future and want others to understand the replication of their buying decision.

            I had given my phone to service centre before three months but they didn't repair my phone in this time period and after months from i collect my phone from there without repair after than i opted pick me service and they took my phone from home to get it repair but till now we didn't get any response from there.Customer care is saying just wait or wait.. How many days i can wait???

            After complaining here within only three days i got my phone repaired. I did'nt got any email or call from xiaomi.
            Finger sensor not working. *#*#64663#*#* this number are provided by ur customer care for check the sensor, ill check through this number but the sensor not working.

              I purchased a MI 4 white on 14/05/16 and now it has stopped working. Phone does not switch on. I took it to the nearest MI service centre( viman nagar, pune, maharashtra). I was informed that there is a hardware issue and i need to keep the phone with them for 1.5 months. They said there could be a problem with mother board. Very bad experience with MI. I was planning to buy MI 5 but this made me think. I am thinking of going to cousumer court for a refund.
              I give mobile xiomi note 3 (32 GB) dark grey on13/08/16 for repairing in your dadar mumbai gallery. now after one month i still not receive the mobile. i request you to please look on this problem. i visit your gallery 3-4 times after giving mobile.
              Ordered for a redmi note 3 last week. Till now its showing an invalid tracking id with blue dart Bangalore for the last 3 days. Thought buying from the seller reduces the hassles, but now I guess I was wrong

                  I had reported my mi4i on 25/05/2016 for software issues they said to replace board and I waited for 1 month but board didn't came they they told take your handset and we will order board and let you know after 4 months they call by saying board has arrived please visit for replacement and in the meanwhile the committed me to replace the handset with redmi note 3 bit they didn't did,

                  And after 8 days of replacement 4 problems i'am facing now
                  1. Charging not happening properly
                  2. Ear phone not working
                  3. Heating problem
                  4. n a day minimum 8 to 10 times sim 1 network goes as emergency call only

                    i have submitted handset regarding voice complaint at judges bunglow service center, ahmedabad(tvs electronics pvt ltd) and after 2 days received confirmation message about handset is ok for pick up but today i visited same service center & pick up the handset from that and said your handset parts replaced & now your handset is ok so i leave the center but after check same problem continue and about re complaint but said today not possible to resubmit your handset.

                    You are visited on monday but i am already suffered with handset and travelling from 5okm far away.

                    Why we have go for same issue resove at same place, any cost of time or not.

                      Today i just brought my mobile form gallery after 1 months because of mother board damaged issue.
                      when i came back to home after getting mobile issue solved then i got a another problem for not operating the phone software.
                      really its a worst service that i had seen in my life& requesting other user also that pls dont try to ever think of purchase Xiomi/redmi mobiles As i gotted an experience for 6 months.

                        I have bought a redmi note 3 from mi site. On that day my problem started. First they didn’t deliver it for weeks when I call them they just giving me assurance of that it will be delivered, but it didn’t so I have to go to currier company office and receive it myself.
                        The problem didn’t finished there as it has battery draining issue so I called them to replace my phone but they told me format, reboot, update, clean cache etc. do this do that. But that also didn’t fix the problem so they told me to wait for Miui 8 as it should fix all the problem.
                        Miui 8 released but then again it also didn’t fix the problem. So they told me to go to service center and bring the job sheet number or whatever they need. I also did that by standing in that service center for 5 hours. It was so horrible.
                        After bringing that job sheet number and giving them they told me to wait 2 days our men are going to contact you and replace it and here I am waiting more than two weeks but they didn’t call whenever I call them they just told me to wait some more time but never gave me any dates.
                        When I send them email they just reply me with automated answer.
                        I know many other people are suffering or suffered in same way as I am. And I am telling you fellow mi users and customers that they can’t treat us this way we have to take legal action against this.
                        They are just keeping money for themselves and not replacing mobile and not returning money what a bad way to treat customers.

                          I purchased a Redmi Note 3 16gb phone on 7th August, 2016. As the very next day its sim slot appeared to be not working properly. So, I contacted the retailer and he redirected me to the company's service centre. On 9th Aug, 2016 I went to the company's authorised exclusive service centre at
                          Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, Arya Regency Building, NO 1, Andul Raj Road, near Hazra Crossing, behind Jatindas Park Metro Station, Kolkata - 700026. They kept the phone and told me when the phone will be ready, they'll let me inform over phone. But, till date no such call arrived from them and moreover when I contacted them, every time they keep saying that it will take another 10 days. Till now, I have not received my phone and they should have replaced it as per warranty but they refused to provide a new handset.

                            This with reference to a defective MI Max handset received on 25th August, 2016.

                            My request no[protected] has been approved by Mi.com on[protected]For which
                            I received an email for a replacement for a defective Mi Max 32Gb and a reverse
                            courier pickup was
                            to be arranged by Xiaomi for a Mi Max purchased from their official website on
                            23rd August, 2016. I haven't received any call from your side for a pickup yet.
                            Kindly arrange for the pickup at the earliest and please call at landline nos
                            provided. Since I have received the product, I haven't been able to use it for
                            1 day also, and been trying to get in touch with the customer care for the
                            defective piece to be exchanged has taken more than 15 days.

                            I have sent 4 emails, chatted more than 20 times on the chat box, called more
                            than 25 times and there is no response from their side at all and their static
                            reply is "Your request has been escalated.

                            All mi needs to do is to send an email to Bluedart Courier for a reverse pick-up
                            so that a token no is generated internally, bluedart will give you a call only once
                            and if you miss it, you have to send it on your own, for which the cost is rs. 1300.00
                            from Mumbai to bangalore.

                            One month warranty of on Mi Max handset & Mi Protect has been wasted and
                            therefore, I would like them to extend my warranty for the product and
                            Mi protect for an extra month or whatsoever time till I receive a new mobile,
                            as a special case. Even after repeated attempts at getting in touch with the
                            customer support team they are unable to process this request.

                            Kindly look into this on priority basis and expedite the process. Kindly get a
                            pick up arranged at their earliest possible convenience or it they cannot do this
                            kindly arrange for a refund.

                            There has been no update from their side. Whenever I call the customer care, they tell me, " your request has been escalated at high priority". I spoke to the floor manager and he disconnected the call.

                              I have submitted the handset vide service order WXIN[protected] on date 27.08.16 at M I Road Jaipur authorized service center. At that time service center engineer said that it will be sent to company for hardware fault and take time of 1 or 2 week.
                              Now 20 days past but no response received from company/ service centre.
                              It was new H/S purchased on date 14.07.2016, it was faulty by start( Not switched ON).

                              Like this - mobile handset with battery, battery cover and SIM cover submitted vide service order WXIN[protected] on date 27.08.16 at M I Road Jaipur authorized service center. At that time service center engineer said that it will be sent to company for hardware fault and take time of 1 or 2 week.
                              Now 20 days past but no response received from company/ service centre.
                              It was new H/S purchased on date 14.07.2016, it was faulty by start( Not switched ON).

                              On above said Ref. No.[protected] complaint lodged by e mail but ALL SAID DETAILS AGAIN ASKED BY MR. AJAY FROM COMPANY SIDE . I WANTS TO KNOW THAT WHETHER HE READ THE TRAILING MAIL OR ASKED DATA FORMALLY.
                              I LIKE TO ASK THAT WHY COMPANY NOT TAKE UP THE ISSUE SINCERELY.

                              DEAR XIAOMI, KINDLY DO NOT MAKE IT JOKE. LIKE THIS YOUR COMPANY MAY BE FAKE OR DO FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS.

                                I purchased a Mobile handset from MI Company in the month of July’2016 my purchased product name is “MI Note-3”. After use of 01 (one) month the purchased mobile handset shutdown not open, therefore I gave the mobile handset at MI Service Centre on 13.08.2016, Park Street Branch. Further meet to said service centre more than 05 (five) times and also calling time to time. The said service centre 200 Kilometers from my home. When I first time submit my mobile at service centre they assured to me that my mobile handset back to me within 14 (fourteen days). I am also E-Mail to company dated 05.09.2016 (my incident ID No.[protected]. I call to toll free number :-[protected] more then 04(four) times but they could not replay any expected date and they replay wait and wait.

                                  I had gifted the phone to my sister on his birthday and suddenly the problem starts of heating and switching off the phone along with self rebooting again and again.The worst part is when i took it to the service center they are giving time and further extending it. Complaining about that the company is not providing them parts. i am deeply frustrated now. Do solve it as soon as possible else I will sue you people for this highly unprofessional behavior.

Complaining about that the company is not providing them parts. i am deeply frustrated now. Do solve it as soon as possible else I will sue you people for this highly unprofessional behavior.

                                      Nobody wants to abuse you people, until and unless don't do such things that people start abusing you. Time is money and you are loosing your money.

                                        Aug 21 2016 I recieved damage product (Redmi 3s prime), which I booked from mi.com. next day I complaint about it at mi customer care and its almost 25 days past and still they are saying that we're investigating and we'll contact you soon.
                                        When I asked about refund they said they have no refund policy. They are not replacing my product and keep saying same thing.
