I ordered redmi 3s from mi store on 7-9-2016. and i got a faulty product that is not charging. i am calling their customer care from last 10 days . but they are saying that i.ll get a call for confirmation of replacement. but i've still not got it.
my order id is [protected]. and my incident no is[protected].
daily they say that i'll get a call tomorrow.and it's 8 days now....

Have booked redmi 3s phone which came 2 days after expected date of delivery.
The light on the home screen while charging is not proper also the charger came with scratches.
had tried contacting on hotline number which was not at all reachable with 24hours which was mentioned on mi app
we mailed them next day and they reponded to intimate them within 24hours which was no where mentioned on the app
third class service...

I have purchased Redmi Note 3 from Mi.com which was delivered to me on 19.08.2016 and when i was started using i discovered that front camera is not working. I started calling to customer care no. and ultimately connected on 24.08.16 and try to resolve online only but no use and put on hold for appx. 45 minutes. I submitted my MI4 phone in one of your service center in ahmedabad for some minor defects with job sheet no. WX1N[protected].

They indicated me to wait for 1 month for fixing the problem. Is this kind of service you provide to customer? If it is then, its a BS.

I don't have any phone right now.. so meanwhile I have to purchase a new phone, just because of you guys are not able to resolve my phone defect...

I have purchased new MI Redmi 3S Mobile ordered from direct MI store app and same products supply by TVS Elctronics (Copy of Purchase Invoice) are attached herewith.

I had purchased the mi4i six months back .once accidentally mobile fallen form height & screen was broken for that i went to service center . they said your screen will be replaced with in fifteen days submit the mobile. i requested the guys i will not submit it but you can take whatever advance charges for that. they took the 300rs . now the more than 2 months has been passed but they did nt replaced the screen.
please do if you can....

Hi bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) last month 2 of Aug 2016, I was charging the mobile and the Battery caught fire and blasted, I was able to through it out otherwise it could turn to a big incident.

Please do the needful.

Hi,

I bought a Mi Max mobile on line and its just waste of money and wasting my time and energy.

Back btns not working properly and I need restart mobile so much time in a day. Yday on side volume btn also started to have trouble.

No incoming call also not getting and this is too much from MI.

After I updated the miui 8, I can see my tatadocomo network is automatically changing to 3g even if I selected the network manually. And while in 3g, the call quality is very bad. Not able to hear clear voice while the voice quality is good in 2g. But when I am changing to 2g, it automatically changing back to 3g. As mentioned I have disable automatically network selection option....

I have submitted my adaptor at Xiaomi Service Center in Bareilly Center on 26 August 2016, they have said to wait for 2 weeks until they get new parts from Company . I have waited and called them, they replied me to wait next 2 weeks again This process continues and takes about 3 months but no results. I have also called Official Xiaomi Service Center, but they convince me to said, a call will be forwarded to you and complaint will be registered...

I have given my redmi note 3 phone to the service center due to network issue, they said that the mother board has to be replaced, it is a new phone used only for two months, twhey said that the issue would resolved by changing the mother board which would take two week, i had given the phone on 28th aug, after two week i called them, they said that the part is not available and it would take another twenty days,

Ordered Redmi note 3 from MI website on August 30. Received a Broken micromax mobile on Sep 1. Have registered a complaint, Yet there seems to be no progress. When contacted the customer care, they just say that the issue will be resolved soon and they do not mention ant concrete dates or process.

I had purchased redmi 3s prime golden vide invoice no 518 dated 24.08.2016 imei [protected], sn 13478/20004968.

Please note that the above mobile is not working since i had purchased it, i had submitted the same to your kamla nagar (Delhi) service centre on 03.09.2016.

Till date they had not solve my problem & failed to deliver my mobile phone.

This is not good...
