I have purchased new MI Redmi 3S Mobile ordered from direct MI store app and same products supply by TVS Elctronics (Copy of Purchase Invoice) are attached herewith.

Major problem with new phone that not working properly and continues "android working" massage shows under black background screen appears.

kindly accept my complain and replace piece to piece instrument at the earliest and inform us how can we replace the products from you.

    My name is yashwinder singh.I had ordered a xiaomi redmi note-3 gold 32 gb which was delivered to me on [protected] on sunday . I found some defects in it like sensor, touch and speaker were not functioning properly . So i requested to replace this device on monday and got a complaint no. [protected] and I talked to the customer executive, he said your delivery address doesnt come under our service area and he said you can send your phone through bluedart they gave an address Warehouse Address:-

    Xiaomi Logistics, C/O DHL Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd, Plot Nos. 193-197, 254-258, 137, 248-249 Jigani Link Road, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore 562106, Karnataka.

    in my emai address . I send my phone to that address and it was delivered on [protected] at 1.02 pm with an tracking id [protected]. After that they said your device will be replaced with in 5-7 working days but still i dont receive any information regarding it. So this is my request you to inform about my phone and provide me new order id .my address is

      I had purchased the mi4i six months back .once accidentally mobile fallen form height & screen was broken for that i went to service center . they said your screen will be replaced with in fifteen days submit the mobile. i requested the guys i will not submit it but you can take whatever advance charges for that. they took the 300rs . now the more than 2 months has been passed but they did nt replaced the screen.
      please do if you can.
      Finally this was my last relationship with xiomi . i never purchased again xiomi products...Thanking you

        Hi bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) last month 2 of Aug 2016, I was charging the mobile and the Battery caught fire and blasted, I was able to through it out otherwise it could turn to a big incident.

          I am complaining about MI service center malad west branch Mumbai in kothario milestone mall.I have been calling on the landline number since 1 week and nobody is answering the call.Sometimes they pick up and cut the call.I want to know the status over my Mi4 handset which I had handed over to the service center on 3rd Sept.I was promised to get my phone in 10 days and still I haven't received any call or update regarding my phone till date.
          Moreover, I can't just go to the service center to ask whether my phone is ready as my office hours and service center timings don't match.I am very disappointed and not liking the service at all.We should get an update of whether our phone is ready or not.There is nobody who we can reach to.

          I request you to kindly check on this matter and please provide an update over my phone.

          I have submitted my mi note 3(32gb) to Nagpur service center .After 7 day they handover my handset without solving the problem. They told me that problem get solved. Problem is second nano sim is not working .Also they not give perfect date and time to collect mobile

              I had purchase MI4I online directly from MI India website. The invoice number is[protected] dated Oct 3, 2015. The phone recently after software update had got loop issues and was not starting. I had submitted the phone to MI service center on June 27, 2016. The service order number was WXIN[protected]. The service center had initially informed that phone will be repaired within 10-15 days due to shortage of part. After 15 days everyday I used to call service center but nobody used to answer the call. I also raised complaint on MI call center which was registered through grievance number[protected]. After keeping the phone for 40 days I finally visited the service center and the phone was yet not repaired. The product is under warranty and not in working condition. This is not correct and unfair to consumer.

                  I bought a Mi Max mobile on line and its just waste of money and wasting my time and energy.

                  Back btns not working properly and I need restart mobile so much time in a day. Yday on side volume btn also started to have trouble.

                  No incoming call also not getting and this is too much from MI.

                  Complaint number as below:-
                  [protected] dtd 6th sept 2016. No call rcvd still and I called customer care teb times and no use at all. Waste customer care.
                  See screen shot of fail report and trouble time screen.

                  Looking immediate action and give back my money without anymore delay.

                    After I updated the miui 8, I can see my tatadocomo network is automatically changing to 3g even if I selected the network manually. And while in 3g, the call quality is very bad. Not able to hear clear voice while the voice quality is good in 2g. But when I am changing to 2g, it automatically changing back to 3g. As mentioned I have disable automatically network selection option.
                    Complaint ID[protected]. I gave my phone in MI service center Siliguri, (W.B) on 31st May, 2016 just because of having a problem in audiojack connection. But yet I have not received my phone. I you can't repair the phone, you should provide the customer with a new phone. Why a consumer should suffer from your inventory problems?

                    My network chnges from 3G to 2G automatically even though I have preferred it to 3G and so I have to continuously search for network after 5 mins due to it and it sucks

                      I have submitted my adaptor at Xiaomi Service Center in Bareilly Center on 26 August 2016, they have said to wait for 2 weeks until they get new parts from Company . I have waited and called them, they replied me to wait next 2 weeks again This process continues and takes about 3 months but no results. I have also called Official Xiaomi Service Center, but they convince me to said, a call will be forwarded to you and complaint will be registered and you will get adaptor soon. I have called them so many times, but same reason again and again. Till now I haven't got my product.

But my mobile is not still repaired. When i was ask to the service centre head he says that sir you can go for consumer forum for a fastest result.

                          I have given my redmi note 3 phone to the service center due to network issue, they said that the mother board has to be replaced, it is a new phone used only for two months, twhey said that the issue would resolved by changing the mother board which would take two week, i had given the phone on 28th aug, after two week i called them, they said that the part is not available and it would take another twenty days,

                            Ordered Redmi note 3 from MI website on August 30. Received a Broken micromax mobile on Sep 1. Have registered a complaint, Yet there seems to be no progress. When contacted the customer care, they just say that the issue will be resolved soon and they do not mention ant concrete dates or process.

                              Sir,
                              I purchased redmi note 3 three months ago, after 1 month i started facing mic problem in my device . I went to mi store in meerut where they regreted to repair the phone and did very uncomfortable behaviour. They told me to wait for one month so that the parts will come at centre, but after one month they again told me that i have to wait for 1 more month . They are telling that MI company is not providing parts to them.
                              Please kindly look after my problem otherwise i have to pit my complaint in consumer form because its going above my head.

                                I had purchased redmi 3s prime golden vide invoice no 518 dated 24.08.2016 imei [protected], sn 13478/20004968.

                                Please note that the above mobile is not working since i had purchased it, i had submitted the same to your kamla nagar (Delhi) service centre on 03.09.2016.

                                Till date they had not solve my problem & failed to deliver my mobile phone.

                                This is not good service of your esteem & reputed company.

                                Kindly look into the matter & do the needful on urgent basis.

                                  I have been trying to purchase redmi note 3s prime worth 8999 rupees on flash sale for almost a month now trying every week. But the sale opens at 12:00pm and shows out of stock at 12:01pm. There seems to be something fishy about this. Please address this at the earliest before this is escalated on all social media platforms. I am also planning to publish an article in the newspaper about this fake flash sale.
                                  Front camera of my mi4i phone is not clear. resolution is not clear. It always shows a blur picture.Please give me solution to resolve it.Is there any service center near East Delhi for mi4i mobile phones?

                                    Dear sir/ma`am,
                                    I purchased mi4 brand new phone on 04 feb, 2016. It is under warranty period. (Invoice attached)
                                    I submitted my mi4 phone on 21 st may, 2016 with job sheet no. Js[protected] @ rohtak state - haryana care centre.

                                    Serial no. Of phone [protected]

                                    The expected date of return was 31st may, 2016.

                                    But since 3 months passed and 4th month approaching, my phone has not been repaired.

                                    When i call the care centre, they don`t pick up the call. I visited 3 times the care centre personally, but there is no treatment given to me.

                                    I registered complaint against the care center with mi customer care with complaint no.

                                    But there is no solution.

                                    I called the customer care again and again. (Phone no.[protected] dated[protected] and again on[protected] with phone no. [protected]) still problem not solved and many more times.
                                    I write them emails but they didn`t respond.

                                    The discretion of xiaomi is such that it can cheat, play and play with the customer.

                                      I have to say that i submit a phone remdi 2 prime at kalkaji service centre of xiaomi. The issue is co related with hardware and it is just because of their updated miui which i update through my phone. On the day when i submit my phone the receiver said to me that sir pls dont panic we will resolved ur issuee within 10 to 15 days, i told him very strictly that sir i dont have anyphone please kindly as soon as possible resolved it. They told me that parts were unavailable but i assured you in between 15 days we resolved your issuee and get back to you your phone. Then i submit my phone on 27/8/2016 after 16 days on 13/9/2016 a call from mi kalkaji centre on my phone that sorry sir we are unable to repaor your phone till now, than i ask him how much time then they told me almost 15 days or more from today. Now i just want to say that why they make me fool and give some false assurance and keep in blind faith. They told me that there is a part unavailaibilty, ijust want to ask them in delhi they were unable to available their parts what about other small cities, how can you survive in market. Please take action as immediate as possible on my concern.

                                        I have Xiaomi Note 3 and Everyone call on my Redmi Note 3 complains that i can't hear anybody but they hear me . To hear the issue from myself only
                                        and it happens suddenly and i swapped phones on speaker then the voice is came but without speaker i can't hear voice of anyone even ringing bell also. When they phoned I could not hear what they were saying, and now, I see why i am not hearing anyone
                                        because i have facing problem of microphone again and again .
                                        first time it recover automatically but again happening in my phone and i have no solution of this problem.

                                        Unfortunately nothing works, and it looks like the only time the issue will be resolved is when Xiaomi fix the bug in their software. As far as I can tell, Xiaomi haven't acknowledged that there's a problem so they don't seem to be doing anything to fix it.

                                        Does anybody have a solution to this that works yet? If not, does anyone know if Xiaomi are doing anything to fix this?

                                        This issue really needs to be fixed because the phone is completely useless for hearing calls . Can you provide the solution of this problem because i am fed up of this problem and in future i will never purchase of Xiaomi's Phone .
