I have been trying to purchase redmi note 3s prime worth 8999 rupees on flash sale for almost a month now trying every week. But the sale opens at 12:00pm and shows out of stock at 12:01pm. There seems to be something fishy about this. Please address this at the earliest before this is escalated on all social media platforms. I am also planning to publish an article in the newspaper about this fake flash sale.
Front camera of my mi4i phone is not clear. resolution is not clear. It always shows a blur picture.Please give me solution to resolve it.Is there any service center near East Delhi for mi4i mobile phones?

    Dear sir/ma`am,
    I purchased mi4 brand new phone on 04 feb, 2016. It is under warranty period. (Invoice attached)
    I submitted my mi4 phone on 21 st may, 2016 with job sheet no. Js[protected] @ rohtak state - haryana care centre.

    Serial no. Of phone [protected]

    The expected date of return was 31st may, 2016.

    But since 3 months passed and 4th month approaching, my phone has not been repaired.

    When i call the care centre, they don`t pick up the call. I visited 3 times the care centre personally, but there is no treatment given to me.

    I registered complaint against the care center with mi customer care with complaint no.
    [protected] and[protected].

    But there is no solution.

    I called the customer care again and again. (Phone no.[protected] dated[protected] and again on[protected] with phone no. [protected]) still problem not solved and many more times.
    I write them emails but they didn`t respond.

    The discretion of xiaomi is such that it can cheat, play and play with the customer.

      I have to say that i submit a phone remdi 2 prime at kalkaji service centre of xiaomi. The issue is co related with hardware and it is just because of their updated miui which i update through my phone. On the day when i submit my phone the receiver said to me that sir pls dont panic we will resolved ur issuee within 10 to 15 days, i told him very strictly that sir i dont have anyphone please kindly as soon as possible resolved it. They told me that parts were unavailable but i assured you in between 15 days we resolved your issuee and get back to you your phone. Then i submit my phone on 27/8/2016 after 16 days on 13/9/2016 a call from mi kalkaji centre on my phone that sorry sir we are unable to repaor your phone till now, than i ask him how much time then they told me almost 15 days or more from today. Now i just want to say that why they make me fool and give some false assurance and keep in blind faith. They told me that there is a part unavailaibilty, ijust want to ask them in delhi they were unable to available their parts what about other small cities, how can you survive in market. Please take action as immediate as possible on my concern.

        I have Xiaomi Note 3 and Everyone call on my Redmi Note 3 complains that i can't hear anybody but they hear me . To hear the issue from myself only
        and it happens suddenly and i swapped phones on speaker then the voice is came but without speaker i can't hear voice of anyone even ringing bell also. When they phoned I could not hear what they were saying, and now, I see why i am not hearing anyone
        because i have facing problem of microphone again and again .
        first time it recover automatically but again happening in my phone and i have no solution of this problem.

        Unfortunately nothing works, and it looks like the only time the issue will be resolved is when Xiaomi fix the bug in their software. As far as I can tell, Xiaomi haven't acknowledged that there's a problem so they don't seem to be doing anything to fix it.

        Does anybody have a solution to this that works yet? If not, does anyone know if Xiaomi are doing anything to fix this?

        This issue really needs to be fixed because the phone is completely useless for hearing calls . Can you provide the solution of this problem because i am fed up of this problem and in future i will never purchase of Xiaomi's Phone .

          I have bought a new MI note 3 phone in June 2016 from flipkart. But in a month, mobile charger stopped working.

          I went to Mi service center Gurgaon to change the charger but they said currently chargers are not in stock and come after one month.
          I asked till time, how will i charge my phone. They said its not their headache and purchase some other charger from market.

          Such a poor response from MI service center. Why should i bought a new charger when i have already paid the money on while purchasing a mobile.

            I had bought a phone form flipkart of Xiaomi on January 2015 by Rs 9999, which stopped working on 22 July 2016 and I gave it to their service center on 22 July 2016 for repairing, but I have still not received the phone, every time I went to them they turned me down saying they do not have the spare parts to replace.
            Initially they asked me 2 to 7 days, but still today they have not repaired it.

            Please help me in this regard.

              Hello

              I had ordered an XIAOMI Prime 2 in June and it was not functioning properly and service team admitted that there is problem with the Motherboard. I had to visit 3-4 times in two months but they denied to submit my phone and finally i had to travel all the way to chandigarh from ludhiana to submit my device in service centre and its been 1 month now and i have not got it back. Even the customer support team is saying it may take 3-4 months more, as the parts are not available. My request is if the parts are not available manufacturing should be stopped right away.

              Now even the customer care centre is not responding on emails and call is not getting connected once after the executive put my call on hold.
              There is this problem of scratchy noise everytime I try to play Music or video. I tried solving this using sound calibration test, but when I multi tap on kernel version in about phone menu it only says launching CIT bt nothing happens after that. So I was unable to do sound Calibration test. Help me to solve this problem.

                  I got a Delivery of manufacturing defect mobile on 25th august 2016 as a normal inspection i found that mobile back cover not fitted Properly near volume button & it is loose, due to this volume button goes little-bit inside the cover .. i had done numerous followup with mail Support, chat support, voice support but till now solution, as per support team instruction i have submitted all details i.e, acknowledgment sheet from service center, snap of faulty mobile, etc. last 18 days support executive telling that please wait for some time respective team call you in some time but till now no solution even they had not given confirmation that mobile will replaced or not !many times they telling lay about there designation, giving fault commitment to customer ! please help me to get my mobile replaced ASAP order ID[protected]

                        Dear Sir / Madam,
                        I had purchased a Mi Redmi Note 3 mobile phone 32 GB Gold model on 17/08/2016 from Mi Store (Order No. [protected]) and it was delivered to me on 20/08/2016. But they delivered a defective mobile phone to me. As they have 10 days replacement policy, so I had requested them to replace the defective mobile. They agreed to do so and an Incident Id[protected] was created on 25/08/2016. They gave me 24 to 48 hours timeline for call-back & pick-up the defective mobile from me for replacement. But till date (16 days gone) nobody pick-up the defective mobile. When I do follow-up through e-mail, online chat and toll free no., they again gave me another 24-48 hours timeline to solve my issue. That 48 hours again past and I do follow-up again. Again they do the same thing. They again provide me 24-48 hours timeline to solve it. This things happening for last 2 weeks. Soon I understood that I have been cheated by them (Mi India). They only passing the time and they will never do the replacement. Please help me to replaced my defective mobile as soon as possible.                         I am also facing same issue with them.
                        I have logged complaint on 7th June 2016, till date this pathetic people have not given me replacement of Redmi note 3.
                        Almost more than 90 days are gone by, but every time i get same reply.
                        "Team is working on your case, you will definitely get replacement".

                        we need to take this issue to high management as i feel they are big time cheaters.

                          Hi my xiaomi mi 4 got its touch screen panel broken automatically. few days before a yellow spot appeared on right side of the screen..later on display got cracked.tempered glass and aluminium bumper case was applied to the phone at time i noticed it.i then contacted PICK MI SERVICE but in spite of my repeated requests, they never came for pick up.they send messages to me daily for pick up but nobody used to come.

                            I submitted mi4i due to abnormal power off. They promised me the mobile will be repaired within 30 days. Its 50 days completed and no response from the service center. They are not assured when it will get repaired. No contact number of service and center. Worst service ever experienced.they should provide me the approximate date of getting repaired. If there is any delay they should update me. They don't even know how to communicate with costumer. They are talking rubbish whatever is going on there mind. Xiaomi need to focus on service centers. This is the biggest issue in Hyderabad. Just selling smartphones is not enough. I am suffering a lot with these xiaomi service. I don't want any other suffer like me.                               I had ordered an MI 5 phone during the flash sale in india in april 2016.
                              The phone has a highly slippery back side that it kept slipping on its own. Within a week of delivery, the phone slipped off from the table at the workstation. It fell from one metre height on a carpeted floor but the screen completely broke off.
                              I had bought one assist insurance along with phone purchase. But when i tried to claim it, they rejected the claim for no good reason.
                              Since then i have been terribly struggling with the phone due to its fragility. Though i got the screen repaired from a local shop for 3000 INR but it broke again within two days.
                              Request the company officials to please help in this regard.

                                  For complain did Call MI Helpline number [protected]. And Have emailed to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com .

                                  Received handset in June end delivered by Amazon and problem started in July end. As one month was over Amazon could not resolve my issue. Hence visited MI service centre only to meet arrogant sluggish service at service centre. They said will take over a month to get the problem resolved. MI seems too slow in serving the handset issues. WANT HANDSET TO be replaced with new model or Repaired in less time.

                                  Note :
                                  At Ghatkopar (E) Service centre in rupa plaza building Visited thrice in gap of 15 days to submit my phone for problem resolution.

                                  Visit day 1

                                  Called around 5.20 pm, phone ringing no one answered
                                  Left office immediately only to get Excuses on reaching there by 6.10 pm,
                                  was asked to leave as they said timing is till 6 pm. As server is down and they do not wish to attend the calls Phone was kept on mute mode by the staff engineer who repairs mobile there. Staff strength present 5 members. Customers observed in store 2 nos besides me.

                                  Visit Day 2

                                  Reached at 5.15 pm. Filled form and submitted my bill too. Within warranty. Got the phone checked. while i was present in store again same excuse was been given to customers - server is down. Returned home as had to take back up.
                                  Are not customer smart enough to understand they are been fooled. Some few customers were asked to return and come another day - even when it was not 6 pm.

                                  Visit Day 3

                                  Went to submit my mobile today by 5 pm (after 4 days of 2nd visit). Excuses received -
                                  Concern staff member not available hence my form filled in last visit is not available. Told him the form number as i remembered it. He said the absent staff has not given it to him. Took no efforts to search.
                                  Also Phone receiver kept aside as they do not wish to answer the call was 2 nd excuse. The staff admitted it on our face. Said phone will not be answered as concern staff is on leave for few more days. How will we plan our next visit when no one answer's call. And When we visit before time we are give all sort of excuses by your staff. Our visit, time and money is taken for granted here.
                                  Asked to check in system, he said The server is down and entry has not been made in system. Nor a manual entry will be registered. So cannot accept the mobile handset. come another day before 6 pm.
                                  The staff was arrogant especially the same engineer as the female attendant was absent. Answered rudely and asked to go to another centre. Staff strength 4 members. Customers in store 3 nos. Another customer also complain of phone not been answered inspite of calling several times.

                                  Sundays store are closed. Nor helpline is functional till 9 pm or stores open till 7.30 pm. Have been user of Nokia and Sony handsets prior to this but never faced such problem at the service centre nor with service.
                                  Even when we manage to leave office and reach your service centre before 6pm same stupid lame excuses are provided every time to every customer. How will we plan our next visit when no one answer's call. And When we visit before time we are give all sort of excuses by staff.
                                  How will MI serve the customer without valuing their time and money.
                                  When will my phone get repaired.

                                      I placed my order by mi application onlion on 24 aug 2016 at night and i got delivery at 26 afternoon. so quick delivery. i open the pic i found that display is not roatting. so went mi service station. there they told me that while softerware updation pic was dead. so i place a compliant over there my complain no. is[protected]. the customer excecative told me that with in 48 hrs replacement team will call u. but i didnt recive any call till 4th day. every day i used to call them, 4th day i recive call from excecative he told me that your pic will pick up with in 48 hrs but till time 16 days passed and no body came to cllect the pic. every day i called them. but they are repating the same thing that ur case is on higher side.
                                      i just want to know that while giving the order ur delivery comes with in 48 hrs from karnataka. but while replacement why so many days.
                                      i haven not seen this kind of BAKWAAS THING in my life

                                        Dear sir

                                        I have purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 03.05.2016 through amazon.in vie order ID[protected] but the same was not working properly from the date of receipt. we have given so many complaints on emails and phones that this phone is given problem as earphone indication showing on screen and voice is not coming and i cannot talk.

                                        you have suggested the same should shown to service centre of MI which I have done the same on 24.08.2016 at your MI service centre Kalkaji New Delhi HCL vide MI invoice no. 12660/20155588.

                                        but on 02.09.2015 received a call from that service centre kalkaji new delhi stating that the motherboard will be changed and the same is not available at this stage in company and may be taken 2-3 weeks more for the same.

                                        today also received phone call from service centre that parts are not available and time will be taken 2-3 weeks more.

                                        it seems that this company is reliable and cheated the customers very frankly and frauding the customers.

                                        On the above it is informed that i have purchased this mobile phone for my personal use and smooth life for which you are making my life un-smooth as in these days without mobile there is no life . i heard about your company that you are the best company and now what message you are given to us customers that we should faith on you.

                                        it is my humble request that if parts are not available kindly send me new mobile phone in place of this or repair timely so i can use this smoothly and can say other people/friends/relatives that this company is best.

                                        dear sir still nothing has been done from the company xiaomi india and i am fed up with the company as the company has held up my phone from 24.08.2016 and nobody wants to listen me about my phone as i have already been sent so many emails and phones to the company but nothing has been heard about this. kindly help if you can do the same. khairati lal nanda f/o pranjul nanda
