Sir, my redmi note 3 has got Locked and when I went to the xiaomi service center gorakhpur then they said that they can't solve my problem and referred to go to Lucknow. Am I the one to suffer.. kindly take note and take strict action against the company stated. If they can't provide services then why do they sell their smartphones.. where will a customer go if he faces any problem...

    I deposited my mi4i phone in netsol associates, authorised service centre at guwahati, assam on 15/07/2016 for repairing. The issue is that the charging point is not working. The service centre representative said that the circuit of charging point has to be changed. They have also said that parts is not available . It has already passed more than 50 days, now they said to me that still parts is not available. I have also called at mi customer service support. They have given an incident no.[protected]. Till phone issue is not resolved. So please kindly help.

    i went to your authorised service centre at Panaji but the problem is not Solved.

        I have purchased redmi note 3 with in two month i got some issue with the mic i submitted my handset to ludhiana service center on 06/08/2016. they told they will repair it with in maximum 15 days because they did not have spare parts. after 15 days i called to service center no. on 17 aug 2016 but no one picked my phone i complained about that to customer care & they registered my complaint on 17/08/2016 & told me that they will reply back to me with in 72 hrs. after that i called & chat many times to service center regarding the same but they had same reply to contact me in 72 hrs but no solution they had & in the mean time i tried to contact service center everyday finally they picked my call on 27/08/2016 & told me that your handset has not repaired so far because they did not get spare parts but for sure it will repair till 6/9/2016. but still my handset not repaired...& now service center is not picking my phone

          I has xiaomi mi4w my charger is burned and phone also dead .

          I request for pick up becouse at that time no service center in my city

          They return my phone after 25 day but they don't give me original charger and they repair / replace my mi4w

          But there is a proble mi4w which is given by xiaomi india is not mine .

          They give me any another mi4w handset of different imei number

          Imei number is not matched on my bill and replaced phone mi4w.

          And original charger is not available any where.

          Now what to do.?

            I have bought Redmi Note 3 32 GB from MI.com My order number [protected]. On[protected] I have started using this phone and on[protected] phone got switched off. On[protected] I visited service centre in karnal. they people told me might be some software issue. tommorrow they will give my phone. On[protected] they people told me in this phone no software issue, motherboard need to be replaced and it will take 15 days time. then I send mail to MI for replace my phone. From MI, they revert me back and told me service centre people handle this case. they will esclate this matter to concerned team for early resolution. On[protected] I visited again MI service centre and they people told my come after 2 months because company doesn't have spares parts available in india. After that I sent mail to MI india. Till date they people didn't reply on my mail. earlier they people respond very quickly. VERY POOR SERVICE. IF COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE SPARES PARTS FOR REPAIR THEN WHY MI SELL PHONE IN THE MARKET. I will paste Mail conversation between me and MI. Please help me to resolve my problem. I request to MI either they give my phone or replace my phone.

            Please tell me for changing mother board your service Centre need 30 days. Is this your service. How can I manage 30 days without phone.
            Firstly MI used low quality material in phone. After using 4 days MI phone needs to replace the mother board after that MI service Centre need 30 days to replace the mother board. Never expect this type of service from MI. If you continue this type of service. I will never recommend to anybody for buying MI.

            I bought one MI redmi note 3 silver 32gb. My invoice date 21 Jun 2016. My order number is [protected].

            I activate this set on 14 August 2016 and on 19 August 2016 mobile switched off automatically and one error is showing mi handset and charger pin.

            On 22 August I visited your call Centre regarding this issue. They people told me might be software issue. But on 23 August they people told me need to be replaced the mother board and it will take 30 days. I used this set only for 4 days. This type of service not expected from MI.
            I request you to kindly replace my handset.

            Today I visited your service centre. They people told me it will take minimum 60 days. Earlier they told me it will take 20 to 30 days.

            They told me due to non availability of parts with the company, it will take time. So many customers suffered due to non availability of the parts with the company.

            Please tell me one thing, if company has non availability of the parts then why they sell mobile phone in the market.

            Please confirm me exact date when I will get my handset. I will not wait for two months.

            No resolution come from company. I sent mail at [email protected], earlier they replied very quickly. But after that no reply come from their side. They told me they escalate the matter to service department. But still I am waiting for their reply. I gave my handset to service Centre on 22.8.2016.

              I have ordered a mi pad 16 GB from MI Store using Cash on Delivery option.

              When I opened the pack, I noticed that box seal is broken and clearly it was fixed so that it should look as fresh box (printed alphabets on seal are not teared but sticker was).

              I haven’t opened the box after that.

              Product from MI Store seems as fake or refurbished as seal it broken and packaging is poor.

              I have taken snapshot of received product, please find attached photos of delivered product.

              I have paid 11, 000 rs. Now I am worried.

              No replacement is done after 20 days.

              There is always a same line from every customer care representative "we have escalated you complaint to concern team they will call you back in 24 HRS." but their 24 hrs never end.

                My order number. [protected], order date. 24-aug-2016, delivery date. 26-aug-2016 at 6pm,
                Replace request.[protected] dated 27-aug-2016 and[protected] dated 29-aug-2016

                I would like to mention the following for your kind consideration & immediate further action :
                1. i purchased mi max mobile from mi app, hand set delivered to me on 26-aug-2016 with status dead on arrival. complaint lodged on 27-aug-2016 with ref no.[protected].
                2. the product which shipped by m/s tvs electronics on 24-aug-2016 why delivered with dead on arrival with mother board problem???
                3. as per your cs representatives conversation visited service center on 29-aug-2016 given service report with ref no.[protected] dated 29-aug-2016 mentioned “mother board deformation.”, received product with status dead on arriv al.
                4. from 27-aug-2016 till 01-sep-2016 everyday coordinating with cs team for replacement & sent several follow up emails. my efforts are in vain.
                5. on 02-sep-2016 due to poor service and pathetic response from m/s xiaomi decided not to use any mi brand mobiles in future. requested your cs team and so many emails sent to 'grievance. [protected]@xiaomi.com' & 'service.[protected]@xiaomi.com' for processing refund.
                6. reverse pick up of mobile hand set done through blue dart with way bill no. [protected] dated 06-sep-2016.
                7. for a brand new mi max hand purchased by me, when there is manufacturer defect, even after 13 days of complaint not replaced the product by m/s xiaomi cs team. hence, i am no more interested with this product as m/s xiaomi incapable of resolving of customer complaints, grievances & requests within a bounding timeline. it’s ridiculous & pity on oem m/s xiaomi part

                Henceforth requesting you to refund my monies rs. 15, 748/- without exchanging further emails…

                  I have puchased this mobile from xiaomi india website on 19 may 2016 and that is manufacture default that get switch off automatically many time but on 12 of aug i found its switch off than i plug the charger for 4 hrs but is not on than i submitted that moblie on 17 of aug 2016 at the time of submittion they told me we will repair this issue within 15 day. After 15 days when i visited to the service center the told me that we need 5 day when i visited after 5 day the told me "hame thoda or tym chahiye". For this i have chat with the customer care 3 times al the tym the told we will right back to you with in 48 hrs but all the time i didnt get any update.

                  I had chat endless times about the pitiful services provided at the service centre… but i didn’t get any response from the company too. It seems they too don’t care about their customer grievances.
                  I regret my decision of purchasing xiomi redmi note-3 (Chinese product will always be chinese). I will never recommend xiaomi to anyone and will spread awareness of the same through social networking websites and thus help to avoid humiliation and trouble which i have gone through.

                    On 1st of june 2016, i had ordered redmi note 3 (3gb - 32gb dark grey) handset from mi india official website. Based on which order number : [protected] was generated.
                    When mobile phone was delivered to me on 6th of june 2016, i found that device was damaged.
                    It had broken screen and scratches in front part of handset near mic.

                    I immediately logged complaint on 7th june 2016 through customer care and mail as well.
                    Incident number : 160616-­001218 got generated.

                    Still no replacement has been given to me by mi india.
                    I have been taking follow up since last 3 months but every time i get one repeated answer : "you case is already escalated, replacement team will give you replacement at earliest".
                    Please beware of mi products as they have pathetic after sales service.

                          I'd visited service centre at chinchpokli and I'd shown my mobile to them because my phone's touch isn't working, some area is touching and some are not...and they are telling that water has gone inside but as far as I know there's not even a drop inside...pls this is my request to solve my problem...still one month is left after that my Mobile's warranty will get over...help!!?

                            I buy a mi phone on the site and tell the courier guys dozen time my address but bluedart didn't bring my parcel.

                            Later the phone is return to warehouse and i didn't get my refund.

                            I got same reply to wait wait and wait. Now 17 days is gone and mi.com help me nothing.

                            I contact them on twitter, facebook, on their chat support and mail support. Nothing help at all.

Its been 8 days still they didn't send currier guy to pick my for for the replacement purpose.. They are not even replying to my mails since last 3, 4 days.. Total waste of my 11999 rs

                                  I had purchased a 20000 mahp power bank from your online stores which was delivered to me on 1/8/2016. It as delivered from tvs electronics bangalore. But now when i put the mobile for charging the power bank goes dead and when it is put for charging al the four lights come on, showing full charge. As i am unable to use the power bank, please guide me

                                    "my handset xiaomi mi4i which was handed over for the repairing purpose under warranty period to nearest xiaomi mi service center on 11.07.2016 vide jobsheet no.- js[protected]. It is said by the service center that your handset would be returned after removing defects on 26.07.2016. Reported fault was display blank which has been supplied to me as like defective items. When i reached on expected date for use of my handset then i found that your handset would be returned on 20.08.2016. I reached on that very day in the evening where my handset did not returned to me & no satisfactory reply was made."

                                    Many times i have asked you about the status of my mobile phone, which was supposed to get delivered to me after getting repaired within a week but you guys failed to do so. Everytime i pinged you, i get the same template format reply.

                                    Guys, i have requested you many times but u didn't do the needful. If your service centre is not having the proper facilities (Like spare parts), how could you run the business here. Lawfully, i[censored] failed to provide necessary support to ur customer, u are not allowed to do business here. (Its not all about selling ur device.)
                                    Also in my case, i[censored] don't have spare parts, u should have provided me the newer phone instead. But instead of resolving this issue, u all r giving a lots of tension to me and now i can't bear that.

                                    I don't know whether ur call centre operational head have gone through this or not, n if he have gone through this, i'm going to convey this entire conversation to ur twitter pages, facebook pages etc.. N whatever the social media is there to tell everyone about the truth regarding u guys.

                                    By the end of this weekend, i need my phone (Whether its mine repaired or a newer one) under any circumstances.
                                    Please convey this messages to ur higher officials to revert back n resolve it asap.
                                    O many days have been passed, but still i haven't received my mobile.
                                    After that, i haven't received any mails regarding this.

                                    why u guys are not responding to ur customer on time.
                                    2 month have been passed n still no return from repair of my mobile handset has been done.
                                    i have written many times, 10-12 mails but same reply on same template format !!
                                    why is it so...Ifd u r not having proper spare parts at service centres, u r not allowed to do business here...

                                    who gave u the permission to cheat to the customer !!!
                                    i'm approaching to Consumer Forum regarding this !!

                                      When i reset my phone. Then my memory card is not use full. It means memorycard is shown but i can't use of their storage.in my files memory card is show but when i copy some files and paste in memory card so message is shown that ' can't copy'. So i request you to give me the solution of this problem. Please give replay very fastly. Aaand other error is camera error when i open camera it showes that' can't connect camera error'.

                                        I have submitted my phone for a mother board replacement on 20/8/2016 however till today i was not receiving any call back on delivery.
                                        When i approached the service center they reported that they still do not have any spares and are still waiting for an eta on parts.

                                        Please escalate this and get this resolved, else hand me over the email/contact of your next manager.
