"my handset xiaomi mi4i which was handed over for the repairing purpose under warranty period to nearest xiaomi mi service center on 11.07.2016 vide jobsheet no.- js[protected]. It is said by the service center that your handset would be returned after removing defects on 26.07.2016. Reported fault was display blank which has been supplied to me as like defective items. When i reached on expected date for use of my handset then i found that your handset would be returned on 20.08.2016. I reached on that very day in the evening where my handset did not returned to me & no satisfactory reply was made."
Many times i have asked you about the status of my mobile phone, which was supposed to get delivered to me after getting repaired within a week but you guys failed to do so. Everytime i pinged you, i get the same template format reply.
Guys, i have requested you many times but u didn't do the needful. If your service centre is not having the proper facilities (Like spare parts), how could you run the business here. Lawfully, i[censored] failed to provide necessary support to ur customer, u are not allowed to do business here. (Its not all about selling ur device.)
Also in my case, i[censored] don't have spare parts, u should have provided me the newer phone instead. But instead of resolving this issue, u all r giving a lots of tension to me and now i can't bear that.
I don't know whether ur call centre operational head have gone through this or not, n if he have gone through this, i'm going to convey this entire conversation to ur twitter pages, facebook pages etc.. N whatever the social media is there to tell everyone about the truth regarding u guys.
By the end of this weekend, i need my phone (Whether its mine repaired or a newer one) under any circumstances.
Please convey this messages to ur higher officials to revert back n resolve it asap.
O many days have been passed, but still i haven't received my mobile.
After that, i haven't received any mails regarding this.

2 month have been passed n still no return from repair of my mobile handset has been done.
i have written many times, 10-12 mails but same reply on same template format !!
why is it so...Ifd u r not having proper spare parts at service centres, u r not allowed to do business here...
who gave u the permission to cheat to the customer !!!
i'm approaching to Consumer Forum regarding this !!
