I submitted mi4i due to abnormal power off. They promised me the mobile will be repaired within 30 days. Its 50 days completed and no response from the service center. They are not assured when it will get repaired. No contact number of service and center. Worst service ever experienced.they should provide me the approximate date of getting repaired. If there is any delay they should update me. They don't even know how to communicate with costumer. They are talking rubbish whatever is going on there mind. Xiaomi need to focus on service centers. This is the biggest issue in Hyderabad. Just selling smartphones is not enough. I am suffering a lot with these xiaomi service. I don't want any other suffer like me. After updation in mobile...I am unable to print ...through mobile .
Because documents... is not activated

N no option to activate it under install program...
I reset redmi HM1S without taking a backup.then i was searching the solution.then i rooted my phone suddenly phone and pc hanged.after that i can't root phone again and before rooting my phone i was able to save pdf file of any webpage, after unsuccesful rooting i am unable to save pdf again.it say 'turn on document settings installed apps first'

    I had ordered an MI 5 phone during the flash sale in india in april 2016.
    The phone has a highly slippery back side that it kept slipping on its own. Within a week of delivery, the phone slipped off from the table at the workstation. It fell from one metre height on a carpeted floor but the screen completely broke off.
    I had bought one assist insurance along with phone purchase. But when i tried to claim it, they rejected the claim for no good reason.
    Since then i have been terribly struggling with the phone due to its fragility. Though i got the screen repaired from a local shop for 3000 INR but it broke again within two days.
    Request the company officials to please help in this regard.

    Mi — Prodact which i resive is mi power bank that is not working

    I received two days back product that is power bank (MI) i tried from last Two day i tried to number on respite but no response only i resive sms their no proper response from ur end, when i resive it it is not able to switch on i want to replace it i search for service station but then also their is no pro par response.

        TO Xiao-MI Team,

        2 Complaints- against MI for Redmi Note 3 HAndset purchased and MI Service Centre

        For complain did Call MI Helpline number [protected]. And Have emailed to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com .

        Received handset in June end delivered by Amazon and problem started in July end. As one month was over Amazon could not resolve my issue. Hence visited MI service centre only to meet arrogant sluggish service at service centre. They said will take over a month to get the problem resolved. MI seems too slow in serving the handset issues. WANT HANDSET TO be replaced with new model or Repaired in less time.

        Note :
        At Ghatkopar (E) Service centre in rupa plaza building Visited thrice in gap of 15 days to submit my phone for problem resolution.

        Visit day 1

        Called around 5.20 pm, phone ringing no one answered
        Left office immediately only to get Excuses on reaching there by 6.10 pm,
        was asked to leave as they said timing is till 6 pm. As server is down and they do not wish to attend the calls Phone was kept on mute mode by the staff engineer who repairs mobile there. Staff strength present 5 members. Customers observed in store 2 nos besides me.

        Visit Day 2

        Reached at 5.15 pm. Filled form and submitted my bill too. Within warranty. Got the phone checked. while i was present in store again same excuse was been given to customers - server is down. Returned home as had to take back up.
        Are not customer smart enough to understand they are been fooled. Some few customers were asked to return and come another day - even when it was not 6 pm.

        Visit Day 3

        Went to submit my mobile today by 5 pm (after 4 days of 2nd visit). Excuses received -
        Concern staff member not available hence my form filled in last visit is not available. Told him the form number as i remembered it. He said the absent staff has not given it to him. Took no efforts to search.
        Also Phone receiver kept aside as they do not wish to answer the call was 2 nd excuse. The staff admitted it on our face. Said phone will not be answered as concern staff is on leave for few more days. How will we plan our next visit when no one answer's call. And When we visit before time we are give all sort of excuses by your staff. Our visit, time and money is taken for granted here.
        Asked to check in system, he said The server is down and entry has not been made in system. Nor a manual entry will be registered. So cannot accept the mobile handset. come another day before 6 pm.
        The staff was arrogant especially the same engineer as the female attendant was absent. Answered rudely and asked to go to another centre. Staff strength 4 members. Customers in store 3 nos. Another customer also complain of phone not been answered inspite of calling several times.

        Sundays store are closed. Nor helpline is functional till 9 pm or stores open till 7.30 pm. Have been user of Nokia and Sony handsets prior to this but never faced such problem at the service centre nor with service.
        Even when we manage to leave office and reach your service centre before 6pm same stupid lame excuses are provided every time to every customer. How will we plan our next visit when no one answer's call. And When we visit before time we are give all sort of excuses by staff.
        How will MI serve the customer without valuing their time and money.
        When will my phone get repaired.

          My phone's front camera is not working
          And two months earlier i gave my phone in service centre.
          But this issue has not been resolved yet.
          Their response is Parts are not available. I really very irritating through this process . I have go there many times but they always say parts are not available & whenever i called just for aksing my phone is ok or not but no one can pick the phone, if they picked then no one say nothing..

            I placed my order by mi application onlion on 24 aug 2016 at night and i got delivery at 26 afternoon. so quick delivery. i open the pic i found that display is not roatting. so went mi service station. there they told me that while softerware updation pic was dead. so i place a compliant over there my complain no. is[protected]. the customer excecative told me that with in 48 hrs replacement team will call u. but i didnt recive any call till 4th day. every day i used to call them, 4th day i recive call from excecative he told me that your pic will pick up with in 48 hrs but till time 16 days passed and no body came to cllect the pic. every day i called them. but they are repating the same thing that ur case is on higher side.
            i just want to know that while giving the order ur delivery comes with in 48 hrs from karnataka. but while replacement why so many days.
            i haven not seen this kind of BAKWAAS THING in my life

              I have purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 03.05.2016 through amazon.in vie order ID[protected] but the same was not working properly from the date of receipt. we have given so many complaints on emails and phones that this phone is given problem as earphone indication showing on screen and voice is not coming and i cannot talk.

              you have suggested the same should shown to service centre of MI which I have done the same on 24.08.2016 at your MI service centre Kalkaji New Delhi HCL vide MI invoice no. 12660/20155588.

              but on 02.09.2015 received a call from that service centre kalkaji new delhi stating that the motherboard will be changed and the same is not available at this stage in company and may be taken 2-3 weeks more for the same.

              today also received phone call from service centre that parts are not available and time will be taken 2-3 weeks more.

              it seems that this company is reliable and cheated the customers very frankly and frauding the customers.

              On the above it is informed that i have purchased this mobile phone for my personal use and smooth life for which you are making my life un-smooth as in these days without mobile there is no life . i heard about your company that you are the best company and now what message you are given to us customers that we should faith on you.

              it is my humble request that if parts are not available kindly send me new mobile phone in place of this or repair timely so i can use this smoothly and can say other people/friends/relatives that this company is best.

                  I have mi4i mobile phone before 1.5 month i have deposit my phone in gurgaon hcl mi center due to not charging issue but they return my phone without any repair and solution since after 1.5 month, in this time i have no phone for communication. Now my phone gone to out of warranty so i check my phone in delhi and shopkeeper said that screen of my phone is burn but than i deposit in your authorized center my phone is ruining and he replace my phone screen without my information. Now my phone is fully damage due to your service center

                    I was promised the phone will be ready in 2 weeks time. It's almost 3 weeks now.
                    I have been trying to reach the service center[protected] for the last 3 days but their number is continuously busy.
                    I would have tried 300+ times in the last 3 days but their number is always busy. 2 days back I escalated this to Xiomi's 1800 contact no[protected] and they registered a complain.
                    Finally, I could manage to get connected today to the service center but was informed it will take another 10-15 days !!!

                    This is not done.
                    My phone is under warranty. A customer shouldn't be made to wait for 1 month+
                    I would like a replacement of the phone ASAP or please return my money. I will be happy to buy another phone. I am having enough trouble with this Xiomi phone. I cannot live without a phone for 1 month.

                    Please let me know.

                        I had taken mobile on 20th aug 2016 from mi official websit and from 3rd sep 2016 my mobile got switched off.i had went to the service center they told me dat bill is invalid bcoz imei number is not available on invoice.so they told me to bring proper bill with imei number.i had contacted mi customer care and they told me to mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com.but they didnt sent me proper bill with imei number.till 3rd sept mu mobile is switch off i waited 2-3 hrs sitting outside mi center in panaji as i saty in goa but they didnt help me bcoz of invoice from dat day i m finding everydifficult to look this matter.no one is giving proper reply.even i had called today morning they told me they will sent proper mail but till now i didnt get.
                        i request you to kindly do the needfull urgently.
                        my request is just to sent proper invoce with imei number as soon as possible.

                            My phone is stuck in headphone mode ie when my phone is not connected to headphone it still works on headphone mode. For this I gave my phone to the service centre at kamla nagar delhi.where they asked me to deposit the phone and they will contact me within 3 days. i was give a inward for the same, after 3 days i kept calling on the phone numbers provided but nobody answered the calls. after 12 days i went to the store and inquired about it. they said said they dont have any personnel to answer the calls and yet even after 12 days nothing was done about my phone. i next gave my phone to tthe service centre at vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi. they also gave an inward and told me to come back after seven days.now after 13 days im tring to contact them but there is no response from them. now i doubt weather my phone is still there or not.

                              Warranty not honoured by Xiaomi Mobiles. For last four months the mother board of my mobile gone off and requires replacement but the motherboard is not available with Lucknow service centre.

                              I requested for replacement of mobile set as the motherboard is not available for last four months and there is no possibility in the near future.

                              Buyers!!! it is my humble advice and request - never buy any product from Xiaomi MI.

                                Since i have purchased this phone on 21 June 2016 within 15days i started getting issues.
                                Parts are not available at Service Centers and ask you to Submit your Phones for a month. After getting that Repaired within few days I got another issue. Again have to Submit my phone for next 20days and the cycle keeps Repeating.

                                Worst phone & very poor services.

                                    So i had very bad experience i visited mi center in malad mumbai so they told me to take coupon i said okay i almost waited for 2 hrs and still they said we will check and tell you after words. I said okay and they called me and said like you will get replacement after 45 days.I mean are you serious 45 days means very poor service . I think Xiaomi is great in past but now they proved.I asked why 45 days they tolled company's rule or condition.What i will do i gave to them there is no option.Today[protected] i revisited store they told we even not yet received your product.(They havent send to company yet).

                                        I purchased redmi 3s prime mobile handset from xiaomi's site " mi.com " order no. " Mi Order # [protected] for Rs.8999.00 on 9th august 2016 And I received handset on 13th of august 2016.
                                        But there was speaker issue in the handset. When I called their toll free no. [protected] . They asked me to do a diagnosis on the call only and when they satisfied that there is really a issue in speaker and they were confirmed that the speaker is no working they submitted my complain with complain no. "[protected] " they asked me to keep my handset packed and ready on 19th august 2016 it was too be picked by then they even called me and said that you ll get your new handset in 4-5 days. Since that time only they have not even picked my handset up and not even sent me any new handset I called them many times they asked me to wait time and again and now I'm tired of waiting now I can't wait any more plz do something.
                                        My mobile mi 4 was under warranty.and damage 3 month before.than i give this in service center at Ahmadabad but last 3 month they not giving replay me and also not giving my mobile.my complain no. WXN[protected] .but up to now i no receive my mobile back and not giving me replay also.
