I would like to mention the following for your kind consideration & immediate further action :
1. i purchased mi max mobile from mi app, hand set delivered to me on 26-aug-2016 with status dead on arrival. complaint lodged on 27-aug-2016...

I have puchased this mobile from xiaomi india website on 19 may 2016 and that is manufacture default that get switch off automatically many time but on 12 of aug i found its switch off than i plug the charger for 4 hrs but is not on than i submitted that moblie on 17 of aug 2016 at the time of submittion they told me we will repair this issue within 15 day. After 15 days when i visited to the service center the told me that we need 5 day...

When mobile phone was delivered to me on 6th of june 2016, i found that device was damaged.

Charger connect after 2-3 minute auto disconnect.

I'd visited service centre at chinchpokli and I'd shown my mobile to them because my phone's touch isn't working, some area is touching and some are not...and they are telling that water has gone inside but as far as I know there's not even a drop inside...pls this is my request to solve my problem...still one month is left after that my Mobile's warranty will get over...help!!?...

I buy a mi phone on the site and tell the courier guys dozen time my address but bluedart didn't bring my parcel.

Later the phone is return to warehouse and i didn't get my refund.

I contact them on twitter, facebook, on their chat support and mail support....

As my phone is having some issue with speaker, i ask them for replacement, got confirmation call from their side, and said i will get my brand new handset by 6-7 days. Its been 8 days still they didn't send currier guy to pick my for for the replacement purpose.. They are not even replying to my mails since last 3, 4 days.. Total waste of my 11999 rs...

Purchased a new mobile redmi 3 s prime from www.mi.com which is defective piece so requested to replace it they asked to visit service center for repair it.
Visited the service center they are unable to repair and they have given letter regarding that, so i asked for replacement yet not recived
And they are not taking any action for replacement...

I had purchased a 20000 mahp power bank from your online stores which was delivered to me on 1/8/2016. It as delivered from tvs electronics bangalore. But now when i put the mobile for charging the power bank goes dead and when it is put for charging al the four lights come on, showing full charge. When i reset my phone. Then my memory card is not use full. I have submitted my phone for a mother board replacement on 20/8/2016 however till today i was not receiving any call back on delivery.
When i approached the service center they reported that they still do not have any spares and are still waiting for an eta on parts.

Please escalate this and get this resolved, else hand me over the email/contact of your next manager.

Mi note 3 which purchased through mi store, from the day first it is creating the problem like switching off suddenly and getting vibrated for indefinite period, getting hang suddenly. Could i get solved by this problem? Or will i get replace piece from mi store. Really feeling embarrassed. I expected and hear great about this product... Sad part is that when it is my turn, iam dejected about this complaint....

I have a problem with my power bank, and i'd submitted it to service center of Kalkaji-delhi HCL.They tell me that, there is delay of 30 days to recieve item after service.
It is too much delay.
my feedback about Mi product is worst.
Kindly, arrange my product as early as possible.

Placed an order for Power Bank with order id [protected], for Rs.2, 199/-. on 17/08/2016. It was supposed to be delivered by 24th August, 2016. But till date it has not been delivered. Sent many mails to MI INDIA and had many online chats, but no result. I always got assurance that the matter has been escalated to concerned team and they will get back to me very soon, but no one ever called back for my issue. Pathetic Service by MI INDIA...
