Mi note 3 which purchased through mi store, from the day first it is creating the problem like switching off suddenly and getting vibrated for indefinite period, getting hang suddenly. Could i get solved by this problem? Or will i get replace piece from mi store. Really feeling embarrassed. I expected and hear great about this product... Sad part is that when it is my turn, iam dejected about this complaint.

    I have a problem with my power bank, and i'd submitted it to service center of Kalkaji-delhi HCL.They tell me that, there is delay of 30 days to recieve item after service.
    It is too much delay.

      When xiomi is gonna launch Android 6.0 in xiomi redmi note 3...your new xiomi redmi note 4 is going to launch soon and it have Android 6.0...i am dying to use Android 6 in my xiomi redmi note 3

        Placed an order for Power Bank with order id [protected], for Rs.2, 199/-. on 17/08/2016. It was supposed to be delivered by 24th August, 2016. But till date it has not been delivered. Sent many mails to MI INDIA and had many online chats, but no result. I always got assurance that the matter has been escalated to concerned team and they will get back to me very soon, but no one ever called back for my issue. Pathetic Service by MI INDIA

          I have ordered for redmi 3s prime gold 32gb through order no:[protected]

          I got delivery of the product on 26/08/2016 at 2pm, i paid rs 8999 to bluedart courier as it is cod order and took the parcel. When i opened the parcel later around 2.45 pm i found there are many cracks
          On the screen on the top most area. I am really shocked to see such product., it is really shocking to see the product in such a poor condition. I tried a lot
          To contact customer care no -[protected] many times. It always comes with a message saying that the
          Network you are trying to connect is currently busy. It is very frustrating to even connect to the
          Number. At last i could connect after many attempts. They asked me to send the pics of the mobile in different angles., i have sent the same on 29/08/2016. Till date i have not heard anything from their side. It shows the poor response speed of customer care service of the xiaomi company. It is a caution to all those who want to buy products from either online or offline from xiaomi india company that they are putting their money to risk as company stops responding to customers compalints once the money reached to company's kitty.

            Hi There,

            I am not of the biggest patron of Xiaomi Products and under this passion I bought a Redmi Note 4G phone from Flipcart.Com. It was during the warranty period that the phone stopped get charged and thus I visited the TVSE service centre located at MALAD (W), Mumbai India. They asked me to drop the phone for service .

            Its already more than 50days and my phone has not been serviced . And after making the visits to the service station the staff is unable to give a satisfactory answer. What they say is call our customer care number. After calling the Customer Care number for more than 4 instances, I have a complaint number and name of every customer care executive I have spoken to, they always asks me to have patience . And also the customer care executive whom I spoke last, has blocked my phone number because I have asked him to put me through his supervisor .

            Its with sheer dissatisfaction and disgust I write this mail to you guys hoping for a solution. I will be more than happy to provide all the details like the complaint number, the chat history, the phone recordings and the invoice details if you need them.

            Hope to get a solution on this...

            Iam order my mi note 3 32 gb on date 24.08.2016 but the phone is note working I submitted my complaint in mi service center with complaint no[protected] today I am very sad to say mi srvice center can not solve my problem Please slove my problem
            I called in a given month, but so far they have not fixed the phone. You are requested to please let my phone or a new phone should be fixed, my job sheet number :JS[protected]

              Dear sir,
              I mohd farhan bought a xiaomi redmi note 3 32x3gb variant mobile phone from amazon.in dated 25.05.2016, now mobile have a problem of speaker and mic, auto switch off problem, hanging and heating problem. So i deposit the phone with xiaomi service center, agra on 19.08.2016 bearing jobsheet no. Js[protected] at the time of receiving they told that i will get it repaired within 7days. But unfortunately i am not get it. They told that the parts are not available.
              On 31.08.2016 i went to xiaomi service center and meet with the manager mr. Dayal (Mob. No. [protected]) & service engg. Pawan kumar they told me that repairing may take 45 to 60 days.
              I also want to know if company is not having any stock for parts why they are selling this mobile, meanwhile what customer do without phone and if company is not planned for it.
              I also put my complaint by toll free [protected] and mail to given mail id service.[protected]@xiaomi.com but i did not get any response till now.
              So please provide me some respectful solution. I want company should provide me with substitute phone for the period or replace my phone as i bought only 3 month before and phone having a manufacturing fault.

                The camera of the phone are not in working with the first day, it viewed as camera not connect. and mobile phone easily get heated when in charging and an application is run. due to which i suffer many problem. i was gives my phone to service center but still camera is not connect. right now, my phone is in service center, but i have not any status.

                  I am a frustated mi user. i have a mi4i 16 gb which has many issues such as sudden call drop, lagging, hanging, crashing, over heating, ete. and my phone is still in warranty period, no help from the center.
                  the person sitting at the center is a foolish, uneducated, pathetic, who knows nothing but factory reset. He tells me that its the issue of my network (im using airtel, one of the best service provider). ive crosschecked my sim and it is working perfectly with other sets(redmi 1s).
                  he is such a rude, disgusting piece of bean bag, nothing else.
                  I kindly request you to please take serious actions against him, Its been 6 month im regularly visiting the center, but still no help from their side.
                  When i said that i will file a complaint against him, he was like, "okay, no problem".
                  Pleasse take serious actions against him, its a kind request, an i am helpless because its the only center available in my city.

                    I was having redmi note 3 the phone is getting heat to much and the battery also drain very fast that''s y i have gone in service center in Mumbai Dadar they checked my phone and told me there is a problem in motherboard so you have to keep your phone for replacement of motherboard it has been 20 days till now i didn't get my phone so i was calling them they them again and again they have never picked a call.so on 4 of september i had gone to service center they told me the parts is not availbale for 16gb variant it will take min 10 more days .xiaomi phone's is good but the service is too poooor worst servic

                      My name is Korada RaviSri ThammayyaBabu. I am a final year B.Tech student in IIT KHARAGPUR. I want to report an incident in which I am a victim.

                      I ordered for "RedmiNote3 mobile" from its online official MI store portal (http://www.mi.com/in/) on 17th June 2016 (I also paid 10, 000Rs) and I received a package from them after 4 days on 21st June 2016 but there is no mobile in the package. Instead it contains a fake adapter and a usb cable and it weighs just 52gms (which is on the label of the package).

                      I reported to the company through customer care service on 22nd June 2016. They asked me to upload 360 degree photos of the package and I did so. Ever since I have been calling them and emailing twice a week from last 2 months and they are saying the same statement. "Your case has been escalated and the respective department is investigating it. Please be patient and wait, they will contact you soon".

                      I am not their only victim. Please support me and please spread the facts of MI official store and prevent people from falling in to their trap.

                        I had Purchased Redmi 3S Prime Gold 32GB on 17th Aug 2016 wide Order No.[protected].
                        In that Phone we found that there is error of Network Connection so we wished to Replace said Product. Bur whenever I called customer care center they not respond to me properly I make a complain No.[protected]on dated 27th August than they said to me for waiting 48 hours. after I make other call to customer care on 31st August again they said that previous Complain made cancel and Make new Complain No.[protected] and also told for wait 24 hours. But, Still Not get any Response Properly

                          l purchased phone on 9th Aug 16. I noticed on 25th, vibration is not working. I submited phone on 26th Aug. I am not getting any update from service center how long they will take to repaire it. Service center not receiving customer phone. Could you please resolve my problem?

                              This is to complain about the Lajpat Nagar service centre that for about 31days my phone eas submitted and not even treated rather now in worse condition than before. Initially it was working and now its not at all working and secondly its not about paying money and get it in right condition but despite of being in Warranty the company is providing such a bad service .                                 On 21st May 2016, I have made complain in Pune, Shivaji nagar xiaomi sercice station and received my phone on 7th June 2016 after multiple follow-up and escalations. Then I go for online service i.e. PickMI service from xiaomi as phone was not functioning well and found multiple issues after it's repaired.
                                Since 3 months, my phone is still under repair and today(2nd sept 2016) they said, there is tempered damage within the phone and it will not be repaired even my phone is under warranty.
                                I asked them the reason how that damaged happened, it is from last service, transportation or from your side. Because, when i gave the phone, it was in working condition. Now, it seems to be dead.
                                But, they didn't gave any answered till date only they are saying that, phone will be returned back if you are not confirming on bill payment.
                                currently, I am helpless because, they xiaomi phone and email service not connected and i am not getting proper response in timely manner. And no one is ready to give answer on my queries and I don't get any resolution since 3 months.
                                Requesting you to look into it and resolve this problem. Since 3 months I got multiple request and incident # because, they change that number in every week without solving that issue. so, I am sending you latest details for your reference.

                                  I am writing this in reference to the damaged and defective piece I have received from Xiaomi

                                  The defect was not visible the day I opened my phone as it can be seen in the screenshot; also the box in which phone was received was also damaged. I have attached the screenshot for the same. In front of me the mail man dropped the packet. Also, when I opened the phone to check it, the phone was not getting connected to the WiFi. within few seconds of connecting it goes off from WiFi. I reported the problem to your service center. On 13th August I received the phone and told your executive that phone is having a small dent on the back side.At that point of time the damaged screen wasn't visible.
                                  On 18th August when it was gifted to me as a Rakhsabandhan gift I came to know that it was defected and damaged. I tried to report the issue immediately but unfortunately your customer care number was going out of network, so I called on 19th and reported the problem.
                                  On 22nd August I received the call from replacement team; the executive confirmed to me that my problem is genuine and my phone will get replaced.
                                  From then on I am waiting and calling your customer care again and again.
                                  on 29th August I had a conversation with Mr Aditya (Floor Supervisor), he assured me that mam you have reported in time and your phone would be replaced. He asked me to wait for 2 days.
                                  On 31st August I had a conversation with Mr Nikhil (Floor Supervisor), he gave me assurance that mam with 24-48 hours our executive will be there to collect the phone.
                                  On 2nd September I had a conversation with Mr Sandeep (Floor Supervisor), he told me that mam you have to send screenshots of the damaged phone.
                                  MY question is when i first reported the issue why haven't this been told to me in the first place.I could have saved my time.

                                  I am really having a tough time in getting my damaged and defective phone replaced.
                                  I sincerely want a specified time as to when I will receive my new phone.
                                  As a customer its my rightful duty to ask for an replacement of the damaged and defective piece.

                                    Got a brand new mi note 3 which didn't start up at all on arrival. I couldn't turn it on so called xaomi and they assured me that it will be picked in 72 hrs and new phone will be sent.

                                    it has been more than 10 days and numerous calls and chat but all they have is "you have to wait". i have made a mistake to buy a xaomi phone but advising everyone else not to buy any product. worst possible service ever.

                                      I have purchase xioami redmi note 3 few month back.
                                      The phone is crashed during update. I have visited to MI service center vadodara and request to repair it.
                                      Same day almost 100 customers are waiting for submitting their MI phones.
                                      Every body is annoyed with the response from service center they were saying we do not have components and it will take 2-3 month for repairing.
                                      I also want to know if company is not having any stock for parts why they are selling this mobiles.
                                      Meanwhile what customer will do without phone.
                                      and if company is not planned for it they should refund money back to customers
                                      After complaining to higher authorities after 15 days i received phone, .
                                      After 1 hour o[censored]se it is overheating and abruptly shutting down. I contacted customer care again and informed to them they are saying you have to submit it again to customer care. They will not replace product.
                                      MI is not having any value to customer. Never purchase MI products.
