I have Mi4i mobile handset from Xiaomi.
Recently I observed that, my mobile phone's mic is not working in calling state. The receiver is not able to hear me, if I have to put 'speaker on' then the receiver can hear me with lot of turbulence.

I had dropped my mobile to TVS Service Center Viman Nagar Pune on 6th Aug 2016 and they say will return my phone in 20-25 days.

I am calling to the service center landline phone[protected] from last 3 days but they had not picked my phone.

I was lucky enough, service center team picked up my phone today and they say your phone will take another 10 days for servicing & repairs.

Please note my phone is in warranty condition.

    I have purchased red mi note3 in last week but my phone charger was not working at the same time of open the box. I also put my complaint by mail to given mail id i. E. "service.[protected]@xiaomi.com" but i did not get any response till now.
    While i call on given toll free number they are busy every time. I want replace my charger as soon as possible. So what should i do for replacement.

      Dear Team,

      My name is Hemant kawadgiri, I had brought Xiaomi MI4I mobile with lots of positive hope about one year ago.
      Soon after I brought the phone, I experienced lot of trouble like heating, hang during use.
      Luckily before my warranty expired, the display of phone gave up and key button stopped working.
      I had submitted the phone in service center located at Malad east, Mumbai on 12/07/216, and I have been informed that the problem will be sorted out within 15 days, however still I have not received my cell phone.
      I have visited the service center about 4 to 5 times till the date, always received only hope and false commitment from the rep stating “your phone will be provided to you on next week”.
      First, they asked me to pay money even after my cell phone was under warranty giving a reason of physical damage but indeed there was no damage as such.
      I guarantee you, MI phones soon will disappear from Indian market if they provide such kind of poor service and Quality of product.
      It is utterly shameful to do regular follow up of company service center. I believe Chinese phone has shown its real image to me and explained me why we should not by MI (Xiaomi) phone.
      The nutshell is I have handover my phone about two months ago and still I have not received my phone.
      I would request you to provide my as soon as possible, at the mean time I am expediting this issue to all social network and consumer court forum.

          I have submitted my Mi 4i phone at the Janakpuri- Delhi service centre, 2 months have passed but neither I have got my issue resolved neither even got any call or mail from the customer support to let me know the status. I have tried calling to them many times but the number provided by their Janakpuri-Delhi service center([protected]) is continuously coming switched off and when called to only one customer support toll free number written on the Service order slip, people who are talking don't know when the issue is going to resolve even they are not giving any estimated deadline and just say that you are going to get call back from our side within 48 hours but truly speaking I have never got any call back from the customer support nor from the service centre. Even Mi have closed all their online support and even mailing them is not going to affect. Worst service I have ever seen and the most interesting part is that when you call them at their tool free number now you will get an automated reply saying "thank u for calling Mi India customer service we operate from 9am to 6pm please call us at the operating time" even when you are calling them in their operating hours only.

          Don't buy any phone of Redmi or Xiaomi. this company is changing their models in almost every 6 months and after that parts are not going to be available to them if by any chance you need to repair your device than either you have to wait for more than 2 months or you are never going to get it back.
          Redmi note 3 is a good phone but best when this gives the jio unlimited internet offer. every small small compinies gives this offer but redmi not giving this offer that's bad . please give us this offer to all consumers.

            I have submitted my MI 4i with service centre for display faulty on 21.08.2016 but there still no respose either from company or from service center third class service from company taking one month time from the company to change display escalated to mr lei jun global head but still no resolution or no response from the company I have sent four time reminder to customer care as well mr lei jun on mail communication there is no response from any where . service center resonse is as usual it will take 30 days to receive spare nothing can be done
            Redmi note 3 is a good phone but best when this gives the jio unlimited internet offer. every small small compinies gives this offer but redmi not giving this offer that's bad . please give us this offer to all consumers.
            Such a worst service like they are giving replacement if we got damaged piece. I have contected within 24 hours. still they are saying such stupid reasons. so please don't go for MI

              I have requested for replacing my mobile since it is having an display issue. i received an new replaced mobile after 1 month 15 days fighting with the service center people and finally i received an damaged mobile after replacing the mobile physically scratches are visible on mobile.
              They have send me the used one or the mobile which some other person has returned having any defect similarly which i have done and they are replacing the mobiles in such a way.
              I dint even buyed in offers or second hand sale to use an used mobile with scratches.
              i need solution for this my MI India.
              The service giving from MI is very very bad.
              Redmi note 3 is a good phone but best when this gives the jio unlimited internet offer. every small small compinies gives this offer but redmi not giving this offer that's bad . please give us this offer to all consumers.
              I had purchased redmi note 3 and within 25 days my phone headphone jack to operate FM and headphone is not working properly. How can I trust the quality of mi products after this incident .This shows how poor quality phone is this and my thought to buy any other xiomi mobile affects after showing this.
              I am submit my phone at xiaomi service centre on 4th aug 2016 for change motherboard. they told me for return phone within 15-20 day maximum but till date they dont give my phone back & at the time of inquiry on service centre their behaviour are so bad. how to deal with them?

                  I have order redmi note 3 phone on 2 august from mi site, the moment the phone get deleivered, within 5 days its started showing some problems regarding playing music or songs in phone.whenever I play songs in the phone, phone get hanged and switch off, I have showed this problem to service center in malad west, they told me that there is some issue regarding motherboard, they took my phone for 15 days after then they returned me back the phone, but still they haven't fix the problem and still it is showing the same issue.please provide me some respectful solution for this phone, as i am so frustrated by going again again to service center and being living my life without any phone.In order to buy this phone i have sell my previous phone and now i am thinking that i have done big mistake in my life to buy mi phone.Please try to give solution for my problem orelese one day many customer like me will lose trust in your brand and will never purchase it again.

                    Worst possible [protected]@ Marathahalli servcie center of TVS electronics. The manager called 'Robert" had no idea how to deal with customers.

                    Their website says 'Open on sundays'. So I had gone there only to find it closed. And when I personaly went again, they cited they had to close at 1 due to audit reasons (whereas website mentions 2 pm). And they did not entertain my request even before 1 pm as their internet was not working.

                    I foudn the service center incompetent on all counts

                      I was charged rs. 700 for my phone repair saying it was damaged from liquid and cannot be covered under warranty at mi exclusive store, lal bahadur shashtri road branch, thane west. I was also not given a receipt for the same and only an invoice was handed over which says product under warranty. The receipt also didn't mention about any new part which they claim to have put in. The incident happened on 31 august 2016. There would be many more cases like these as i saw myself that a lot of other people were refused a receipt or a job sheet.

                        Hi. my name is aniket manohar arekar.i have parches new product from xiaomi note 3. suddenly my phone got off .i went to redmi customer care service at dadar mumbai{vcare} name off shop.i order 1june2016 and recived on 3june2016and today 31july just one and half month.my phone was not working they give me sheet reason that ur got water dimage.ok fine but how can water go inside the phone .ok any gone but my phone price is 11999.00 incuding cst tax.now they are saying will do it but u have to pay 11280 sumthing .my ohone price is 11999.00 and they are charging me 11280 sumthig how can it possibal .now what to do i dont have any idea. they are only seat for making bussiness. i spend 19909.00 and again same amount so it mince we earn money for them or what.i one comman man .i am totally trusted please do sumthing for me .my contact no [protected]. thanks

                          I have deposited my mobile handset mi4i for repair of damaged touch on 18/08/16 but till date 31/08/2016 no information / quotation /estimate / call / message received.

                          Work order number - xmi/ete13/ci/8/16/0001974.

                          At the time of giving mobile to repair center i was informed that they will provide the estimate within 4 to 10 days and after confirmation will repair the mobile within 4 days (From date of confirmation).

                          Bit till after 15 days have gone and even estimate is not provided.

                          First time i have faced this type of service.

                          I recieved by mobile after repair on date 07.10.2016 as following.

                          After repair the phone i cheked at service center and found that only 1 sim working.

                          "after that informed by service center that their is problem with mother board for that second sim is not working."

                          this is not good. their was no problem of sim card at the time of deposite the phone to service center.

                          if that was found after then it should be mention at the time of providing estimate.

                          I want to know that

                          is this not your policy to repair 1 problem and creat other?

                              My name is harish i am from jaipur.. I made a purchase of mobile on 18th aug 2015 of mi4i.. But on 5th of may it stop charging.. When i gave it to service center i was told to wait for 7 days.. After a month or so i got a call from mi saying.. They r going to replace it in 15 days or so.. Since it cannot be repaired.. It is really very sad.. Not only the company is cheater, call center, service center.. They r all making false commitment.. They r selling one lac mobile in flash sale in an hour.. But they dont have mobile to repair it or replace it in three month

                                I purchased redmi note 3 on 24th july vide order no. [protected] and IMEI NO. [protected]. The mobile was received on 27th july. On 7th August i filed an online complaint regarding battery backup and heating problem and i also requested to replace my set and suggesting me to contact the service centre on 8th, 27th, 29th August i went to service centre to sought out the issue but the problem is still there. Service centre cant diagnose the problem. Kindly change my set otherwise i would take a legal action against the company.
                                Not yet repaired for more than 80 days.
                                Center : At Vile Parle ( Shifted to Chinchpokli ) Mumbai.

                                  I had submitted a complaint at ganpati celluar siliguri on 16th may 2015. They took my mobile and asked that mother board need to be change. Yesterday i got a msg that my complaint has resolved. When i visited today to take my mobile back they told that company has mailed them to close old complaint and relog again. I dont how much more harassment i have to bear for a handset. Also i cant understand why they closed my old complaint without my intention. Is this to improve there tat???

                                    Once a morning charging my redimi note 3 gold 32 gb buying the mobile one month before from amazon i am from puducherry no service centre hear so i will ask the pickmi service inquiry (Inquiry no.[protected]) created the pickmi team on 03.08.2016 i done the payment on 4.8.2016 rs.189 they told 24 hrs they will pickmi the mobile but they dont pickup the mobile daily three time asking after 20 days they send a msg then i am waiting two days they dont pick up after i am going to drop the mobile on fedex after that pickmi team sent a msg ur mobile on liquid damage but no evidence for that no strains on board i ask the question they dont answer me but sent a chargeable repair invoice for the amount rs.10245/- but the mobile cost is 11999/- what can i do please suggest me my mail id : [protected]@gmail.com

They ask me take it after 15 days but today is 31august and they are not returning or reparing my mobile so i am request to you please solve this issue i cant wait more dor my device it is also under warranty

Already two times done complaint but nobody is listening i want to replace my mobile with some other mobile even i will take mi 5 and pay more money .but they said we dont give other mobile.This is wrong even if we purchase from any site they give 10 days time to return and pay the money back and i am not asking for money just asking to exchange .i have already purchased 4 mobile of mi company i am a regular customer and if you will not exchange it then give my money back or i will go in consumer court.

                                        Dear i have recieved mail from the company that they have forwarded my complaint to senior and ask to wait for sometime and have patience .so i am waiting for there further response.looking forward for a wise decision
