Dear i have ppurchased mi max phone for rs 15000 and camera clarity is not there .even the mobile is too big to handle. Already two times done complaint but nobody is listening i want to replace my mobile with some other mobile even i will take mi 5 and pay more money .but they said we dont give other mobile.This is wrong even if we purchase from any site they give 10 days time to return and pay the money back and i am not asking for money just asking to exchange .i have already purchased 4 mobile of mi company i am a regular customer and if you will not exchange it then give my money back or i will go in consumer court.

    I Mr ABUZAR K HOSSAIN bought a red mi note 3 32 GB mobile from amazon dated 14/05/2016. Now this mobile is completely dead and it is in authorised Xiaomi service center, SILIGURI; WESTBENGAL from 3/08/16 bearing job sheet no JS[protected].In the time of receiving they told that I will get it by seven days.But unfortunately I am not get it.

    They told the parts are unavailable.It will take more days.They are unable to give exactly how many days it will take to repair.I also told that if parts is not available please give me a letter that we are unable to repair it so that I can get a new mobile by replacing the old mobile.But they are not listening to me.I also told them, ok in that case please give me another mobile from service center so that I can use it for the time being.But they are refuse to give a another mobile to me.

    Now you tell me what should I do ?.I am trying to contact with their service by mail but all are in vain .I am really upset

      I had given my cell redmi 2 prime at tvs electronics ltd in heera panna at powai on 05.08.2016 the problem is that my back camera is not working they called me after 15 days i.E 20 august but still they had said that they had not got the new camera to replace regularly i m calling to them they always use to say d same words to me still its more than 15 days were cross my cell phone has not repaired yet first my friend had told me that xiaomi has a great service in thier service center but now i realize that they dont care for thier customer .

      So it was an bad to use xiaomi service centers in mumbai

          I want to tell you about a bad service and false promises from xiaomi india and service center (Located in thane, maharashtra, name: ccom).

          My phone is under warranty and i have submitted my phone on 27 may 2016 for repair, but till date i didn't get a phone. Now here i want to tell you about two concerns:

          1. I requested a replacement for phone mi4i on 27 july 2016, and it was approved from xiaomi customer care on same date (Please find attachment for proof). But till i didn't get any replay for replacement.

          2. After several messages, phone calls and emails to service center they are always giving me same replay. I am sending you two separate attachments of email send by service center please go through that. One is received on 18 june and other was on 17 aug. Both emails are saying me that it would take 7 days to repair my phone.

          Now i want a replacement of phone as early as possible, i am going to register a case in consumer court against xiaomi india for bad service, false promises and harassing me. I also have enough evidences. So before i register a case, please try to solve my complaint.

            Hi, i have booked xiaomi redmi note 3 (Dark grey, 32gb) handset via amazon on 10th of aug 2016, after that this handset was delivered to me on 18th aug. But when i start using this handset since 29th aug 2016, yesterday, this is getting over heated and handset is hanging frequently. Pls provide some solution to this on priority. Pls provide any contact details of local service center so that i can show my handset to them to fix the problem.

              I, Deepak Dhruv have purchased Read me note 3 mobile on line. Since my purchase it was working alright for the last two three months. There after it has started giving troupe of no network (Zero strength of network i.e. x). After some time it again starts working normal if you switch it for few times. Somtimes evern after that I am not getting any tower.

                I never beleive mi product is pethetic 13 aug i was purchase a new handset mi note 3 frm amzon 4-5 days it was working fine on 6th day problem is starting touch issue automatically screen off heating issue when i plugg a mobile for charging it's so heating and when i unplugged the mobile it's so heat but there is no coming blank screen it was pethetic product mi same post i will share on my social account mi product is pethetic.

I purchased redmi 2 prime handset before 2 months, but after 20 days i found a network problem on my device. after that, i contact Kolkata Park Street MI service center and submit my phone on 01/08/2016 and they are mentioned in jobsheet expected return date - 15 aug. but after 1month i have getting no response from there. I tried to call so many times but no one pick up the phone. Now i am totally fade up, i think Xiaomi promoting new handsets in every month but they forget their old customers.

                  Now it is over 2.5 months but there is no information about my charger.I have visited the service centre about 7 times but no response.Please help.

                    In my mobile phone (Mi4i) the sim slot was not working. I went the service center & they told me that it will take 20 days to fix it.. But noy 42 days gone. They dont even call me. I call them the says that it will take more 7 days, then again told me that i have to wait more 7 days. What is this. I am big fan of mi. But this kind of experience i dont expect.. Big trouble. Realy sad for this realy...
                    On 22aug 2016 i went to mi service center to resolve a minute charging issue they take 6 hour to resolve it... After one day again i faced the same problem... Now i don't know what should i do..
                    Sir ihave brought new note 3 MI store Gmail Google play store and Google services not download
                    Bought a redmi note 3 on june 10. phone got defective within a month as no sensor, no internet was working on the phone. submitted the phone to service center and awaiting a month, yet no reply from them. tried calling their no. but no one picks up.

                      I have updated the new version in my mi 4i mobile after that Google play and related to Google nothing is working and each and every second am getting one pop up like report the bug.i have clicked on that button to report but that also not working. Very very imp issue plz resolve it.
                      I submitted mi4 on april 25 for repairing in Xiaomi care, janakpuri distt centre, new delhi.
                      After 4 months i got a call from service centre that my phone cant be repaired and they are providing me mi note 3.
                      Why should i accept a lower price lower configuration mobile causing me a loss of 10000 rs.

                          This is to inform you that i have ordered ur handset mi 3s prime on[protected] and received on[protected], after open the handset i start using ur phone on the very first day i'm facing the problem of voice when i receive the call so i can't hear voice properly of other person problem who called me up, problem second every time i called my but sims signal lost and call get disconnect, problem third is my camera is having problems every time is use it was showing waring and phone goes hang and i have to reboot the phone, last problem is when i speak at that time the other person can't hear my voice on ear phones so there is so many problems on this phone. I am very much shocked to see the services and handset quality of mi redme really shameful..

                          After that i went to service centre's in mohali they have updated my software and said now you see but again the problems are same as per them the phone mother board is not working properly and they have also given me the job sheet for the same.

                          So kindly let me know what is the process as i called your customer care number so many times but is very difficult to reach or contact them it will take three days time to contact them and now tell me what to do as per mi service centre they said this replacement policy is only for 7 days so kindly let me know what to do ?

                            I feel very sad to say that xiaomi customer support team is very worst and below the level i have ever seen. From day of purchase of redmi note 3 i am facing problems firstly i received faculty mobile then when i request you for replacement, as required to get diagnosed and dropped at service center you irla service center refuse to diagnose then i request you to pick up my handset on priority basis because of i was going outstation but you didn't not arrange even i have requested many times for earlier pick up but i you didn't get any kind of support and your team suggest me to courier handset on own expense. Even i didn't mind to bear courier expenses as i was facing lots of problems in my handset so as you told me i have couriered my handset on own expense with dtdc courier. They got my parcel on 9 may & on 10 may i got call from warehouse that my box is empty and there was no mobile in that parcel and told me that contact your courier company because they have delivered parcel so they might be stole my mobile and we cannot help you.
                            As you instruct i fought with my courier company even i went there jaipur head office for my case and to be frank they ready to help on one complaint only no doubt they take time to investigate but they provide me all 100% information related to my courier please find trail mail which i have received from my courier company. This case may be solved earlier if xiaomi customer service also support as my courier company. Sir i appreciate your support for your colleagues but mistake can be done by your company also like happened in flipkart, snapdeal, amazon because it's human nature i feel that time xiaomi also should support me & investigate.
                            Seriously xiaomi customer support system never support me at the time when i went to service center, for earlier pickup and after receiving my parcel. I feel like bagger i have to beg for everything.
                            Seriously my experience with you is pathetic and very painful now i want reply for replacement team on my mobile lost even your floor manager mr avik also found me right and agree with me that they have done very wrong with me.

                            I want replacement from xiaomi india.

                                The customer care service of MI is such bad that they don't even receive call
                                of their customer, the number they have provided is of no use as they will not receive your call even after trying multiple time. They will take more than 1 month to repair just a simple audio jack. I am totally disappointed with the service they provided to me and i will not think of buying any MI product in future as i experience very bad service in Pune. If you don't want to receive the call then why did you provided the contact number...COMPLETELY REDICULOUS!!!

                                  I had bought a mi4i mobile from Flipkart. the charging port was accidentally melt due to high voltage. i gave it to Cuttack authorized service center named OA Infotech, Behind Badambadi Bus stand, Cuttack - 753009 on 16/06/2016. they take Rs 1000/- as advance money and promise me to repair the handset within 8-10 days. from that time 80 days already passed and they don't return my handset. every four days i'm going to that service center and only they make a time pass...

                                  the service center is really bad and no body is care about the customer.. its really frustrating and i m going for a help from CONSUMER COURT.

                                    I bought a brand new mi5-32gb-black phone from flipcart.com with order#od[protected] just one month back. Please find the attached invoice for the same. I started using the phone after delivery on date 21-jul-2016. But initially i noticed that there were some issues with network catching but i thought that this might be due to telecom operators. So i decided to move on to telecom operators +91-[protected] (Idea) and they replaced my sim card saying that it might be due to sim card damage. But again i noticed the same issue with my other number i. E. +91-[protected] (Vodafone) and i approached to vodafone customer care and they also did the same thing i. E. Sim replacement. But even after both sim replacement my issues of not catching the network in my mi5 was not fixed.

                                    Then i had a doubt on the mi5 phone and i approached to mi authorised service centre - laxmi nagar/shakarpur - new delhi-110092. They took my phone and did nothing great than deleting all my phone data and locking my phone which has resulted in complete unusability of the phone. My mi5 phone is now completely unusable and service centre said that they need to do motherboard change to resolve the issue. How can this be possible for a brand new phone. I do not want to have a repaired phone on cost of a new phone. My phone is causing issues from day one but was not able to identify so quickly because of frequent sim changes and telcos. Please find the attached service record for the same. Please change my phone asap and replace it with new phone else i will take strict action against mi. This is not accepted with company like mi. I am quite depressed. Please help me in getting a replacement mi5 phone as the current piece delivered to me is a defective one. Today even affter spending 25k with faith on mi brand, i am without a smartphone and my work is getting hampered.

                                    Apart from all these, i am undergoing through mental trauma and wastage of my precious time behind this phone for at least 2-3 weeks.

                                      I purchased a redmi 2 from mi.com/in on 1 august 2015. My redmi 2 phone was not booting and i called up the customer service centre on june 11 2016.in my area xiaomi does not have a service centre. So that i decided for xiaomi's home pickup service called 'pickmi. ' the customer service centre responded saying that you will get a call and the pickmi service will take place as early as possible.

                                      The enquiry no was #[protected].
                                      And now the real drama was started by xiaomi.
                                      Sms upon sms were sent to me. Like below.
                                      Dear mi fan, fedex pick up is arranged for your inquiry no.: [protected]. Your pick up no. Is jaix2. Please keep your product safely packed and ready before pick-up date[protected]. You can follow up fedex on[protected].

                                      I received the same message with new pickup no. And new pickup date. I told customers care that my handset warranty period is about to end xiaomi will be responsible for the repair of my handset. The always said, ''dont worry your handset will be picked up tomorrow. ''. Nothing was done till 14th of july.

                                      On 14 /7/2016 i got this message
                                      Dear mi fan, your inquiry no. [protected]. Our sincere apologies, we are closing the case.

                                      I couldn't understand what was happening and with patience i logged in a complaint
                                      Again with a new enquiry number #[protected].
                                      And then finally my phone was picked up on 11/8/2016 and went for service.

                                      It was 16/8/2016 when i got this shocking message.
                                      Dear mi fan, your hs doesn't meet warranty terms. It can be repaired for rs. 3970. Pls check email. Pls respond in 2 days to avoid return of hs without repair.
                                      11 june to 16 august. That was a hard time for my mind. They have been blackmailing me. For last 65 days. How they can ask me for paying 4000 as xiaomi are fully responcible for the now created circumstances. Xiaomi should repair my handset in warranty period.
                                      I emailed xiaomi but except for one mail they did not observe me properly. The reply was as below

                                        I am purchase x redmi 2 prime on dt - 21 feb.2016 after few month ago. I am facing display prob. Display touch not working. I am going karnal service center submit my set on dt[protected] service order no. Wxin[protected]. My contact no. [protected], [protected]. But today 50 day's gone till date my set not repair. Very poor service. I am not satisfied your service. Please check my complain status and provide solution as soon as possible..
