I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) online through Amazon India on 18th May, 2016, whose screen started malfunctioning within a period of 1 and a half month. It stopped working at all. I took the same to Authorised Service Centre located in Malad (TVS Electronics Ltd, Kothari Milestone, Shop No. 114, 1st Floor 46, S.V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai- 400064) and checked with the Service Centre Executive told me to get its delivery with maximum period of 10-15 days.
I would like to bring to your kind notice what all I have faced because of Xiomi:
• Firstly, the malfunctioning of screen initiated me to go to a Authorised Service Centre of the Company to get my cell phone repaired.
• The undue hardship caused at the Service Centre where unprofessional people are attending customers. Service Centre employees devalue the brand Redmi by constantly telling customer- “Kishne bola tha mobile lene k liye- bahut problem hai mobile me”. They humiliate customer with “I care a damn attitude.”
• Discourteous, rude, impolite, ill-mannered and irreverent staff at the Malad Service centre maltreat innocent guys.
• After endless arguments, disrespect, humiliation, indignity faced by me at the Service Centre I got my handset on 27th August, 2016
I had mailed endless times about the pitiful services provided at the service centre… but I didn’t get any response from the company too. It seems they too don’t care about their customer grievances.
I regret my decision of purchasing Xiomi Redmi Note-3 (Chinese product will always be chinese). I will never recommend Xiaomi to anyone and will spread awareness of the same through social networking websites and thus help to avoid humiliation and trouble which I have gone through.

they had been kept my mobile for repair the motherboard but unfortunately they didn't have parts available with them. so they said it will takes time.
worst service given by MI. never buy MI again in my life.
