This is to inform you that i have ordered ur handset mi 3s prime on[protected] and received on[protected], after open the handset i start using ur phone on the very first day i'm facing the problem of voice when i receive the call so i can't hear voice properly of other person problem who called me up, problem second every time i called my but sims signal lost and call get disconnect, problem third is my camera is having problems every time is use it was showing waring and phone goes hang and i have to reboot the phone, last problem is when i speak at that time the other person can't hear my voice on ear phones so there is so many problems on this phone. I am very much shocked to see the services and handset quality of mi redme really shameful..

After that i went to service centre's in mohali they have updated my software and said now you see but again the problems are same as per them the phone mother board is not working properly and they have also given me the job sheet for the same.

So kindly let me know what is the process as i called your customer care number so many times but is very difficult to reach or contact them it will take three days time to contact them and now tell me what to do as per mi service centre they said this replacement policy is only for 7 days so kindly let me know what to do ?

    I feel very sad to say that xiaomi customer support team is very worst and below the level i have ever seen. From day of purchase of redmi note 3 i am facing problems firstly i received faculty mobile then when i request you for replacement, as required to get diagnosed and dropped at service center you irla service center refuse to diagnose then i request you to pick up my handset on priority basis because of i was going outstation but you didn't not arrange even i have requested many times for earlier pick up but i you didn't get any kind of support and your team suggest me to courier handset on own expense. Even i didn't mind to bear courier expenses as i was facing lots of problems in my handset so as you told me i have couriered my handset on own expense with dtdc courier. They got my parcel on 9 may & on 10 may i got call from warehouse that my box is empty and there was no mobile in that parcel and told me that contact your courier company because they have delivered parcel so they might be stole my mobile and we cannot help you.
    As you instruct i fought with my courier company even i went there jaipur head office for my case and to be frank they ready to help on one complaint only no doubt they take time to investigate but they provide me all 100% information related to my courier please find trail mail which i have received from my courier company. This case may be solved earlier if xiaomi customer service also support as my courier company. Sir i appreciate your support for your colleagues but mistake can be done by your company also like happened in flipkart, snapdeal, amazon because it's human nature i feel that time xiaomi also should support me & investigate.
    Seriously xiaomi customer support system never support me at the time when i went to service center, for earlier pickup and after receiving my parcel. I feel like bagger i have to beg for everything.
    Seriously my experience with you is pathetic and very painful now i want reply for replacement team on my mobile lost even your floor manager mr avik also found me right and agree with me that they have done very wrong with me.

    I want replacement from xiaomi india.

        The customer care service of MI is such bad that they don't even receive call
        of their customer, the number they have provided is of no use as they will not receive your call even after trying multiple time. They will take more than 1 month to repair just a simple audio jack. I am totally disappointed with the service they provided to me and i will not think of buying any MI product in future as i experience very bad service in Pune. If you don't want to receive the call then why did you provided the contact number...COMPLETELY REDICULOUS!!!

          I had bought a mi4i mobile from Flipkart. the charging port was accidentally melt due to high voltage. i gave it to Cuttack authorized service center named OA Infotech, Behind Badambadi Bus stand, Cuttack - 753009 on 16/06/2016. they take Rs 1000/- as advance money and promise me to repair the handset within 8-10 days. from that time 80 days already passed and they don't return my handset. every four days i'm going to that service center and only they make a time pass...

          the service center is really bad and no body is care about the customer.. its really frustrating and i m going for a help from CONSUMER COURT.

            I bought a brand new mi5-32gb-black phone from flipcart.com with order#od[protected] just one month back. Please find the attached invoice for the same. I started using the phone after delivery on date 21-jul-2016. But initially i noticed that there were some issues with network catching but i thought that this might be due to telecom operators. So i decided to move on to telecom operators +91-[protected] (Idea) and they replaced my sim card saying that it might be due to sim card damage. But again i noticed the same issue with my other number i. E. +91-[protected] (Vodafone) and i approached to vodafone customer care and they also did the same thing i. E. Sim replacement. But even after both sim replacement my issues of not catching the network in my mi5 was not fixed.

            Then i had a doubt on the mi5 phone and i approached to mi authorised service centre - laxmi nagar/shakarpur - new delhi-110092. They took my phone and did nothing great than deleting all my phone data and locking my phone which has resulted in complete unusability of the phone. My mi5 phone is now completely unusable and service centre said that they need to do motherboard change to resolve the issue. How can this be possible for a brand new phone. I do not want to have a repaired phone on cost of a new phone. My phone is causing issues from day one but was not able to identify so quickly because of frequent sim changes and telcos. Please find the attached service record for the same. Please change my phone asap and replace it with new phone else i will take strict action against mi. This is not accepted with company like mi. I am quite depressed. Please help me in getting a replacement mi5 phone as the current piece delivered to me is a defective one. Today even affter spending 25k with faith on mi brand, i am without a smartphone and my work is getting hampered.

            Apart from all these, i am undergoing through mental trauma and wastage of my precious time behind this phone for at least 2-3 weeks.

              I purchased a redmi 2 from mi.com/in on 1 august 2015. My redmi 2 phone was not booting and i called up the customer service centre on june 11 2016.in my area xiaomi does not have a service centre. So that i decided for xiaomi's home pickup service called 'pickmi. ' the customer service centre responded saying that you will get a call and the pickmi service will take place as early as possible.

              The enquiry no was #[protected].
              And now the real drama was started by xiaomi.
              Sms upon sms were sent to me. Like below.
              Dear mi fan, fedex pick up is arranged for your inquiry no.: [protected]. Your pick up no. Is jaix2. Please keep your product safely packed and ready before pick-up date[protected]. You can follow up fedex on[protected].

              I received the same message with new pickup no. And new pickup date. I told customers care that my handset warranty period is about to end xiaomi will be responsible for the repair of my handset. The always said, ''dont worry your handset will be picked up tomorrow. ''. Nothing was done till 14th of july.

              On 14 /7/2016 i got this message
              Dear mi fan, your inquiry no. [protected]. Our sincere apologies, we are closing the case.

              I couldn't understand what was happening and with patience i logged in a complaint
              Again with a new enquiry number #[protected].
              And then finally my phone was picked up on 11/8/2016 and went for service.

              It was 16/8/2016 when i got this shocking message.
              Dear mi fan, your hs doesn't meet warranty terms. It can be repaired for rs. 3970. Pls check email. Pls respond in 2 days to avoid return of hs without repair.
              11 june to 16 august. That was a hard time for my mind. They have been blackmailing me. For last 65 days. How they can ask me for paying 4000 as xiaomi are fully responcible for the now created circumstances. Xiaomi should repair my handset in warranty period.
              I emailed xiaomi but except for one mail they did not observe me properly. The reply was as below

                  Hi am a defence service officer staying at tawang in arunachal pradesh. I brought a mi note 3 via amazon invoice no ka-blr[protected] dated 5 may 2016. Accidently that phone was dropped and its screen shattered. I have to send this damaged phone to guwahati which is the nearest service centre.
                  I got the phone repaired after 10 days after paying 3500 rs. When i got this phone something was shaking inside, i immediately reported the matter through whats app number of the owner but i didnt got any response. No my pnone is getting swiched off automatically. And its not getting charged.
                  Kindly tell me what to do...

                    Really disappointed with the service of xiaomi customer care executive and from the cell phones. After receiving the product I'm facing problem from day one and in between 10 days of refund tat I even called to customer care but they are not even listing to my concern they only have two words to speak I'm sorry.. that's it . Phone is having problem of high heat getting automatic off weard sounds from phone mike is not working. Is there anyone who can resolve my problem?
                    Or I need to go at consumer court.
                    I'm 100% agreed with you, even i have been facing the problem with the service of MI, im hopeless and helpless.
                    they had been kept my mobile for repair the motherboard but unfortunately they didn't have parts available with them. so they said it will takes time.

                    worst service given by MI. never buy MI again in my life.

                      I ordered the xiaomi redmi 3s prime mobile on 17 august 2016. They deliver it on 22 august 2016. The mobile is found to be defect. I immediately e-mail them and told about the defect. They want some pictures of the mobile, bill, defect and lots of and i provided all pictures accordingly. The last mail came from other side state that "we are forward your request to the concern departmant". After that there is no respone from them and still i send more emails also warning to fill complaint in consumer court. But they did not response on any of my emails.

                          Dear Team,

                          Myself Ajaz Hassan had bought Redmi note 3 Grey 16 G from your sales partner Rocket commerce LLP vide invoice dated 01.06.2016.
                          After two months my phone stops working.
                          On contacting your Service Centre at Ranchi, they tell me that around Rs. 7500 is expected cost for its repairing.
                          Can u please explain that how a person who bought phone for Rs. 9999/ two months back is able to spend another Rs. 7500 on it.

                          Your Sales partner has provided me a damaged phone thats why it stops working.

                          So kindly look into it and resolve it as soon as soon possible otherwise i may look for some other legal option.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I had bought a Red mi from amazon.in in the month of May/June'16 (approximate date). Please find the attached copy.

                              I request you to take my word that this was my lifetimes maiden bitter experience. On the 11th day when i purchased a sim from Vodafone. It was found that the second sim slot is not at all working from day one. When I contacted amazon team they refused any refund and directed me to the service center of redmi in gurgaon.

                              I was given a service order (copy attached) and told that they would have to replace the motherboard. Whenever i contact them(Mr. Puneet malik mobile no. [protected] ) they don't give me a timeline as to when the problem would be solved. Neither do they pick my phone.

                              I have my full faith in you as an organization after having read the reviews of similar cases solved at your end.

                              May I request you to use your good offices to get me the full amount refunded as i am interested only in getting the money back i spent on buying the phone.

                              Hope the needful would be done at the earliest.

                                Sir, my order id is [protected], i received defective power bank on 02 aug through mi store app, i placed the replacement request on 09 aug 16 by email and call. My reference no was[protected]. They did not take any action to replace the product, i called them many time. Again i sent the email regarding replacement on 25 aug 16, reference no is[protected] they reply that your case is already escalated, after that i called customer care no [protected] company toll free no, but they kept my call on hold for 15 min and continue on 27 aug 16. They are not replacing my product, as per given policy within 10 days of receiving product for replacement i informed the company.

                                  I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) online through Amazon India on 18th May, 2016, whose screen started malfunctioning within a period of 1 and a half month. It stopped working at all. I took the same to Authorised Service Centre located in Malad (TVS Electronics Ltd, Kothari Milestone, Shop No. 114, 1st Floor 46, S.V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai- 400064) and checked with the Service Centre Executive told me to get its delivery with maximum period of 10-15 days.
                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice what all I have faced because of Xiomi:
                                  • Firstly, the malfunctioning of screen initiated me to go to a Authorised Service Centre of the Company to get my cell phone repaired.
                                  • The undue hardship caused at the Service Centre where unprofessional people are attending customers. Service Centre employees devalue the brand Redmi by constantly telling customer- “Kishne bola tha mobile lene k liye- bahut problem hai mobile me”. They humiliate customer with “I care a damn attitude.”
                                  • Discourteous, rude, impolite, ill-mannered and irreverent staff at the Malad Service centre maltreat innocent guys.
                                  • After endless arguments, disrespect, humiliation, indignity faced by me at the Service Centre I got my handset on 27th August, 2016
                                  I had mailed endless times about the pitiful services provided at the service centre… but I didn’t get any response from the company too. It seems they too don’t care about their customer grievances.
                                  I regret my decision of purchasing Xiomi Redmi Note-3 (Chinese product will always be chinese). I will never recommend Xiaomi to anyone and will spread awareness of the same through social networking websites and thus help to avoid humiliation and trouble which I have gone through.
                                  I would request all who have faced or facing same to support me by commenting your experience.

                                    My order number is [protected].my friend Kiran jadhav ordered Redmi 3s Prime Silver 32 G mobile . I received the mobile on 13/8/2016.Mobile was stucking to Mi logo and was not able to power on. then i called on MI service toll free Number. They suggested to go to service centre to diagnose the mb. if not, Mb will be replaced . Went to Service centre DADAR, Mumbai they gave diagnostic sheet and said your mb will be replaced. Again call to your service toll free number and registered the complain of replacement. Complain No.[protected]. they said your mobile will be taken by the courier and our team will call you. I haven't received any call from your side and i am unable to contact to your service number.

                                      I submit 2 number of xiomi ear phone on 25 may, till now i dont get any replacement as my ear phone are under warranty.
                                      Please take an stick action against them, no one from the xiomi service center committed that how much time it will take for replacement.
                                      Till date 3 months are complte but there is no response.

                                        I ordered Redmi Note 3 dark grey mobile from Mi online on July 20, 2016, and got it delivered on July 25, 2016. After opening the box, i found the phone with broken camera lens. I immediately called customer care service and they told me to mail them with phone snapshots and i did so and got an email in respond to my complaint stating that their company specialist will try to solve my problem and my complaint has been escalated and they will contact me soon, but after calling them and mailing them so many times they are still telling me to wait for sometime and has not even pick up my phone for replacement and now it is over 1 month now.

                                        I'm very much frustrated now as my savings have been wasted and now it is just a box of Rs. 12, 000 for me.
