1. Faulty sim card tray system : not opening at all
2. Scratches on screen protection

After lodging the complaint and request for replacement, its been four days of my continuous follow up with the customer service representatives of mi - india.
None of them gave a proper feedback...

Power bank not working its not providing charge to handset i took it to service centre they are not providing any service itry to complaint it to the website they also didnt provide any support i purchased it from munafa.co.in at rs 759 on 7th august 2016 so this my kind and humble request to the forum to please take action and help me out of this sitaution...

I received a defect piece, contacted mi customer care through mails and calls accepted for replacement its been more than 1 month 2 weeks no proper response and no progress in replacing mobile. Every time as i contact them they use to say with in 24 hrs problem will be solved but no progress. I have submitted power bank to xiaomi india kolkata sector-5 branch on 12/7/16 and its been more than one month a didn't received any communication from them, i had tried calling them but every time they say they don't have any update. Very poor product as well as the worst customer service.
The month i bought mi41 (October2015) the same month it started giving problems.
1. Headphone not working
2. Mobile is getting hotter within 5 minutes of call
3. No ring tone only noise
4. Music player never ever worked
5. Language problem, customer care representative can only talk in english and hindi but customer knows only tamil.

I have submitted my redmi 2 mobile on 25th july for service to be done by service center but they havn't done yet. When i called them they said parts had not came from the company side.
I am very annoyed with this type of services provided by the xiaomi india service center in lucknow.

I was assured 20 days delivery from kolkata mi service centre. Kasba branch. Regardless of which my phone is still out with them. They are saying that they have ordered for the parts from bangalore but those parts are not dispatched. It's been 45 days what the hell is going on with this useless company....
