Charging problem occur in my mi4i cell. I went to service centre of guwahati netsol associates for services. After physical checking by engineer and he declared damaged of charging point and he told that charging point is not stock and ordered the charging point but till date my problem is not resolved.
So please resolved my problem as soon as possible since my cell is in warrenty.

    Hello sir,
    I have purchase my mobile on 1 June 2016 from flipkart ...
    and i has a problem of auto hang on 2 July 2016... after that i have submit my mobile in mi service center ( XIAOMI EXCLUSIVE - noida, f2, f3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector 18, noida ) on 16 July 2016
    then they give me a expected date is 30 July 2016
    when i call on 30 July 2016 in service center ( AJEET YADAV ) said that phone is not repair and give me 10 days more After 10 days i again call him they again say give me more 10 days AND again after 10 days i call so they say that
    give me more time when i ask how much they say that we also don't know how much time it takes
    During this period i have also call customer care no they always said that give mi more time more time ..
    they also don't know how much time they wants..
    i have also mail to xiaomi to extend my warranty so the said that
    I am really sorry to say that we are unable to provide an exact date and also we cannot extend the warranty as it is not in the policy.

    at last i have to requested that please take action by which i have to get my mobile early or if it is not able to repair so please refund my money
    i am fully fed up from mi service center and customer care .

      I'm owning MI4i 32gb purchased from Amazon.in on 17th September 2015 for Rs 14, 999, Invoice no -KA-BLR[protected].Before 2 months it not getting switched on after charging.I gave it to the authorized service center of MI locating Cochin, and they requested to wait 30 days for clearing the board complaint of my phone, now one month and two more weeks gone.

      I patiently co-operated with them till completing the time period provided by the service center and contacted.They replied that my phone's part is not arrived and need to wait a week more.I waited and contacted again, disappointed they haven't any ideas about when the part comes.And now a days they are not even answering my call too.

      Now i don't know what to do.I think am cheated by Xiaomi. Will I get any good if am going through legal procedures?Recently i found a Facebook page MI Complaints, and I understood that am not only the victim of this local China company.I can't wait anymore, really frustrated with the company's customer support. I contacted your customer support 4 times, but no use they always giving me a same relpy, like they should contact me in 24-48 hours.No one yet contacted me yet.

        I purchased redmi note 3 32 g model from mi.com on 21 jul 2016.


        Mi order number:[protected]

        Bluedart courier way bill number: [protected].

        Got a defective phone and the process to send it back to mi took 15 days. We need to personally go to their service center and get it certified that the device is faulty and send it to mi with that proof.

        Even after this they took the faulty device after 12 days from the date of delivery.

        Now on 12 aug 2016 they have sent replacement phone through bluedart courier and it not yet shipped to me.

        Bluedart says the shipment is not traceable and finally after i fought with them, they send me a mail saying you cantact the shipper i. E. Micom

        And mi.com says you need to contact bluedart.

        I am now caught between these two companies who give 3rd grade service. I have paid full amount rs 12000 on the day 1 and till date i am not having phone with me and god know when i am going to get it.

          I had submitted my mobile phone (redmi note3) at Xiaomi service centre Parijat complex hisar haryana INDIA with service order no WXIN[protected] on dt- 08/08/2016 after standing 2 hours in a queue and now even after passing 19 days the position is still same . They said that parts are not provided by company we cant do anything . Very bad response very bad company/ service centre. They said that you may wait one month more if company not provide parts. In never purchase in my life any xiaomi phone in my life . very bad experience.
          please help me in getting my phone

            I purchased a Mi4i phone from amazon. After some 6-7 months o[censored]sing the phone, the software automatically asked for a MI update. As soon as I made the update I realized that my front camera has gone blurred. The pictures are coming very grainy with lots of dots in them. please help

              I m facing problem with my phone..it disturbing me a lot..it's back key, home key and select key is not working..also touch just above the navigation keys is not working. I can not type message and moreover I can't calls to new numbers..I can call only to the numbers which are added to my contact list..I can't type text messages as well as WhatsApp messages..because touch is not working from below..please resolve my issue ASAP.                 This is kishan agrawal, i had sent my mobile for repairing on 28 july by pickmi service and they told that it will maximum take 10-12 days to repair and return my phone, but now today i have not received my phone. They are just asking to wait, my request number is[protected]. Whenever i called they asked only to wait, i am getting so irritated that they dont listen the problem of customer. Please help me to get my mobile back or provide new handset.

                  Hi there ...I have a complaint about your service center in chandighar sec. 22...i bought a redmi 2 prime last year ...i faced many minor problems since I bought it..but last month my phone totally stopped working and when i go to your service center they told me that they will recover it in 10 days...and now it exceeded one month but still they are saying me that it will take 1 more month to recover it...I don't know why they are taking much time in recovering my phone...and when I try to contact you by your phone number...there is always not available or line busy...if anyone from MI is reading my complaint...tell me a way to contact you...and solve my problem
                  I have submitted my phone at Rohtak service center on 30/07/2016 after 24 days still the problem is not fixed.. I called many times to the center but they disconnect the phone and speak rudely.

                      Service centre people are saying that my phone will be replaced but i
                      m not getting my phone back from them they make fake commitments every
                      time...

                      my frustrustration level is over now...i cant wait..done more than 25
                      mails...more than 80 calls ...they raised more than 20 escalations..
                      every time they give me a weeks time...
                      i beg
                      return that phone else make a refund, or give me a same phone..
                      i do'nt know where my phone is, used jst for 90 days and is in service
                      center for 90 days +infinite more days i think..
                      please return it or please inform me that xiaomi is not able to repair it.
                      i think xiaomi is promoting new phones ...but they forget about their
                      existing customers
                      i pray, i beg, i request or else i can touch your feet, ,
                      please return that ...now they have given me 10 more days...i don't
                      want anything else just my phone or refund ..i'll buy any other
                      brand..in which i can trust..its becoming hectic and i cant even take

                      when i was installing an app my phone was stuck on mi logo.
                      so i submitted my phone in mi store(f-2, f-3, first floor, above bamboo

                      i complained many times on customer care number [protected].
                      they promised to give me a call back and said that they will escalate
                      the issue ..but nothing happened.
                      i called plenty of times but, every time they said it will take a week
                      ..now i m totally fed up with the service..
                      i thought it was a great brand and customer support will defenatly
                      help me out with this and i will get my phone back, ,
                      but i lost trust on xiaomi.
                      i m not able to do my important work..i m helpless cant buy a new
                      phone as they give me an expected date every week.
                      i m totally fed up with your service and i will not suggest my friends
                      to buy a xiaomi phone...earlier i used to do that.
                      i cant believe that such a emerging brand can do that.this left a
                      negative impact on me and the people in my network they are in shock
                      to see this thing.
                      Other cellphone companies as (lava, micro max) respond faster than mi
                      and repair devices in given time period and sometimes give new phones
                      to customers if they are not able to repair their device.
                      so,
                      Its a request that if you people are not able to repair that device
                      please let me know or give me a replacement as i used that phone just
                      for 3 months.

                        I have submitted my xiaomi redmi2 prime, 16 gb to ‘hcl a vadodara (gujarat) mi authorized service center’. the problem is ‘rear and front camera are not working’ the issue is generic & manufacturing defect it happens even by using the phone normally (not by any accident or ruf[censored]se) and almost with all phones of this modal since i have seen large numbers of same complaints walk-in during my visit as well as large number of same complaints already pending with the service center to be resolved.

                        As per service center the resolution is to ‘change the motherboard’ but they are unable to resolve, as per them they are not receiving the parts from the company itself from last 6 months. when i asked for the time of resolution, they said “it would take 2 months, 6 months or one year also” as they are not receiving the parts at all. this is not at all acceptable answer.
                        And even after resolving the problem there are high chances of reoccurring the same problem since there is a manufacturing defect and can repeat again even with normal use of phone so there is no point of resolving the problem.

                        When i called customer care[protected], i had even more pathetic experience - they don’t have any information based on the jobsheet/ order # which was generated by submitting the phone at service center they just said “we will escalate the problem to concern department and we can’t give you the exact date of resolution of the problem”. seems these products and people are just useless after sales and services.

                        It has not been even a year of buying the phone and i am facing such serious problems with the phone. i want my money back or replace the phone with different model of equivalent configurations. since there is a manufacturing defect with model (xiaomi redmi2 prime).

                        Request you to look into at top most priority and provide your kind support to get the resolution at earliest.
                        We are facing the same issue from same time

                          And conclusion is your service is [censored] everybody is blaming each other
                          and anyone is not able to help me .

                          My phone is in service center from many months,
                          I have loosed many months warranty because of you and as well as lots of hours in chatting so better to give new phone instead of giving another faulty phone
                          and calling and email and by going your service center so provide me the exact status today itself
                          and you all are not able to providing any status or DOA Certificate or new device or parts
                          If you are not able to repair then give me new phone or my money back if you do not have redmi 2 prime then give equivalent phone.

                            I am Having the MI4 LTE mobile handset. with IMEI No. [protected] purchase date is : 28-July-2015 Invoice No : S0192C/15-16/100865.

                            After factory reset, the mobile phone asking “ This device is associated with existing MI Account (162****531)Sign in to this device.” however I never registered this device with any cloud account .
                            I have try all these things which is showing over Google and customer care. I am not aware about the email id and password which is login over the device

                            I called up the customer care they assist me some troubleshot, I did the same but failure, then they asked me to visit MI Service center I visit Noida Sec –18 Service center with Mobile Box and Invoice however service center told me that they are unable to unlock it, they asked to me submit the Mobile invoice and he forward a mail to to back end regarding the solutions & asked will inform me once the solution received form back end .

                            Kindly do the best form your end..
                            please disconnect the device form MI Account through MI Cloud Admin Penal

                            pls get this issue resolved and stop harassing your customers.

                              The hot line number[protected] is always busy, could not connect easily, I had connected once then an executive put me on hold for 15mins after discussion and call automatic dropped after some time. It happens twice today. lastly I started online chat help. The chat person also did not responded for some mins and disconnected automatically after some time of wait. They said they are chatting 3 persons at a time, ok but why you disconnected the chat, it is pathetic. Screenshot is attached but I am not disclosing a executive name.

                              Kindly help on this!

                                I brought mi mad on 18 th august .it's touch pad is not working properly from the beginning. I let them know about this thing . They ask me to visit service centre .After flashing the ROM it has problem also. So I get the job sheet .Then I call to customer care toll free no.[protected] which I got chance to talk after trying of 50 times to call which is also worst experience I have in my life time. They said to me I will notified within 48 hours. But still there will be no notification from them. Also one of emails from customer care named Ravi write it to me that they have no replacement policy as there is clearly mentioned in there site that they have 10 day replacement policy

                                  I m redmi 2 prime user and my phone have touch problem. It hanged after some after use. I visited mi care karnal for this as on 06/08/2016 with job card no- WXIN[protected]. They admit my phone and i received it as on 10/08/2016. I found same problem. The care return me this phone without solving the problem. I resubmit this phone as on 17/08/2016 but they did not entertain and say there is software problem and it will solved please provide us your mi account pasword. I submitted it on 19 th august. Today i visited care thay told me it will take more than 15 days. I think they are helpless. This is not mi care. They repair all company phone in their centre... so i m not satisfied with your service. Today i came with my phone without repaired...plz provide good service oterwise people will not use mi...

                                    I had submitted my redmi 2 prime (Imei no: [protected]) to infotel services, an authorized xiaomi india care centre near hazra, kolkata-26, with back camera problem on 28th may, 2016.
                                    At that time, they had informed me that the mother board is to be changed it will take 20 days (Although, it was not written in the job sheet). However. I have not received my phone till date (Almost a couple of months). As i called them during the time, they said board is not available.
                                    I have contacted the xiaomi india customer service several time but the problem remain same.

                                      I received redmi note 3 (32gb, gold) on 19th aug 2016 against order
                                      #[protected].
                                      The nature of defect:
                                      1. Faulty sim card tray system : not opening at all
                                      2. Scratches on screen protection

                                      After lodging the complaint and request for replacement, its been four days of my continuous follow up with the customer service representatives of mi - india.
                                      None of them gave a proper feedback to me and neither they accepted my request for replacement. They say contact nearest service centre and when i communicated with their service centre, they tell me to contact the online toll number
                                      So where shall i go?? If their own executives contradict each other

                                      I have wasted my time, money efforts everything on them but all in vain.

                                      Any the biggest lie written on their website is 'hassle-free replacement'
                                      Haha xd.

                                        Power bank not working its not providing charge to handset i took it to service centre they are not providing any service itry to complaint it to the website they also didnt provide any support i purchased it from munafa.co.in at rs 759 on 7th august 2016 so this my kind and humble request to the forum to please take action and help me out of this sitaution
