I bought one emi redmi prime 2 mobile through flipkart od[protected] on 16.9.2015 and it's rear camera has stopped working. Also the mobile is hanging very frequently and it has become very difficult to work with it. However, i am managing somehow.

I am at lucknow and with lot of difficulty i was able to locate the mi service centre. It took me months. I have never expected such service from mi.

However, i went to your rep at the service centre and he told me that the mother board of my mobile set is required to be replaced. It can only be done in the month of aug. I have certain queries.

How come such an important spare part of the mobile is not available for such along period?

Is this trick that after some time the customers warranty will expire and then the repair will be done on full payment by the customer?

If your answer is no, then please register my complain and expedite it. I am attaching the bill.

I have contacted your service centre at lucknow and they want my mobile to be deposited for at least a month for repair which is neither understood nor i can afford as this mobile is very important for me for day to day work.in this case i will request you to exchange my mobile.

    Hello,
    i have a red mi 2 prime mobile phone i got problem of cant connect to camera and my phone was also stop charging. i submitted my phone at agrawal computer gorakhpur (UP) which is your company's authorised service centre on 30th june 2016. i did not get it repaired yet i called at your customer care he told me that xiaomi company call me within 1-2 days regarding my issue but they did not called, then i contact xiaomi via customer chat support then i come to that my complaint was not escalated yet, xiaomi's customer chat executive escaleted my complain and give me a complaint no. "[protected] " and assured me that this time xiaomi's concern team will contact me but they did not called me this time also. i am really desperate by this type of service from mi india.

      Complaint no.[protected]; i bought redmi note 3 from mi site and the phone became dead in 4 days... Yes just in 4 days. Since then i have been calling these guys and hear the same response, 'airtel number is busy'. Finally, i was able to reach them and they asked me to visit the service center to take a confirmation number from them. I had to waste rs 259/- to visit the service center and take the service order number from them, they also declared the phone is 'dead'. I have called the mi support many times since then and few times (8 - 9) had been lucky to reach them. They repeat the same words, 'understand' and 'sorry', is it going to benefit me... Nah. I have even spoken to the supervisors and they repeat the same gyan with no help to customers!!! I am completely frustrated after buying this phone, i am a bp patient already and with the incident occurring, it is on a worse side. They do not care for my money spent to buy the phone, if they would have cared, they would have taken the action immediately. I have been calling them since 11th aug and today is 20th and nothing has happened till now. Seriously, it would have been better to buy a brand who care for their customers unlike mi. On a serious not, process a refund of my hard earned money and i will buy a better known brand. Neither they are taking an action nor they are ready to refund my money. Please help me to get the issue resolved. My money is at stake and my time wasted calliing these useless support number.

I would also like to inform you that the reverse pick up will be attempted only once from our side and if the attempt is failed, so the cost of sending product to the warehouse is to be bared by you. So I would request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to replace the device.:-

      Please pack the product in the original box with the all the accessories or else it will not be considered for RVP (Reverse Pick and drop) .
      The invoice needs to be kept inside the Box.
      Please mention the amount value of your product as INR 4900/- on the box, since the device is defective now.
      Mention the warehouse address over the box.

        I purchased through mi site account no. [protected] on very first day on 09/08/2016, redmi 3s prime, delivered on 14/08/2016, immediately after inserting sim, it automatically showed pattern lock. Till the first minute i am trying to solve my problem, but nobody take care, after several complaints on[protected], no reply received, ultimately to whom i gifted this phone, called back from abohar (Punjab) to kurukshetra (Haryana), and visited at mi service centre karnal, which is 45 k. M. Away from here, they told that there is software issue in this set, service centre tried to load fresh software 4 times but every time it shows error. They also showed unability to solve the problem and updated this problem at redmi portal through there computer vide complaint wxin[protected], i also send several mails with my mobile number, but nobody contacted so far till today. Think about me what is my fault. I paid for it rs. 8999 but my fault is only that i purchased this set directly from mi site, if i would have purchased it from amazon or flipkart, then it will be definitely changed by them without any question. Now you are again requested to kindly change it immediately.

          Its been 30 days i have given my mi pad in care centre and still i have not received it and on 30 th day of my submission of tab i got a msg that mi will deliver my tab but you did not and your customer care service is very bad
          i have called customer service at least 10 times they only assured me but never did anything

          please i need now my tab delivered as i waited for 30 days and i am frustrated after every call and disagreement with them

            Already 48 days passed but not got my phone which was given for repairing in warranty period from bhubaneswar service center.. On 2nd july i gave the phone which has display problem in bhubaneswar service center. Then i called many a times after 20 days but phone was not picked up an 10 days before when i phoned they told that they even do not know when i will get my phone. My jobheet no is js[protected], please help me to get my phone at the earliest.

              I purchase mi power bank online through mi store and received it on 2nd august 2016 but it was not working so i went to mi service center on 8th august they submitted my power bank and now they are saying me it will take 1 month to be replaced if i purchase new one then i get the product in 3 or 4 days but at the time of replacement they are asking time for one month so pathetic. I'm regret to say nobody will be purchasing any mi product if services keeps providing like this. I was assured by your customer care representative that i'll get my powerbank back within 7 days but i couldn't get it so far, i've been trying to call your customer support it rarely connects. Please do the needful.

                Sir... Mene apna mi-4 phone repair karwane ke liye company ke service centre pe 1.5 months phle bheja tha... Jo ki abi warranty period me hai...1.5 months se na toh mi company phone ke regarding koi jawab de rhi hai or na hi service centre koi jawab de raha hai... Jab bi company ke service centre pe jate hai vaha se yeh jawab milta hai ki abi phone ke parts ni aaye hai...

                  My handset of xiaomi got burned during charing almost 4 month ago... Handset is in warranty period so i submitted it in the service centre and they told me that it replaced in one month... But still i didn't get any resolution of my problem they still telling me to wait but how much i have to wait?? They don't tell me... Infact the staff of service centre didn't have manners how to talk with the customer...

                    My name is wasim.. I submitted my phone redmi 2p on 1st of june to ccom telecommunications pvt ltd. There is a camera problem in my phone so they said we should have to change the mother board.. And they gave me 15 days time for my phone repair.. Today is 80th day and they don't have any update..                     And incident num:[protected] they have only one answer that "plz sir be patience we will repair your phone soon. On 16th aug when. I visit the service center they said that we transfered your phone to other mi service center.. Now u have to go their and asked about your phone... Crap service worst after sales service.. Worst china compony... Worst support after sales.. Plz uodate me as soon as possible..

                      I purchasex mi max on 5/8 and its having wifi, motherbosrd, battery problem. Till satw no replacement. Every time false promise. Still qaiting. Plz suggest what to do. Can i go to police station or consumer cell. Guide me.

                      I also launch complain on 6/8 still no action taken or any bothered they are. Please help me.

                        Very poor (Xiaomi) company - service are very poor - this is chinese company, please do not purchased any xiaomi handset. After purchasing nobody help you in service. Use & throw materials. Please avoid the xiaomi handset. I have given my handset for 5 min job, but after 45 days they are doing nothing. Part is not available l in india.

                        They are not giving any satisfactory answer...

                        Xiaomi India having no control on Service, they are just selling handset & no bothered about about Services .
                        Just Use & Throw Policy ... Everyone please Avoid the Xiaomi Handsets . ( Parts are not available in india )
                        I also face the same problem with service center.

                          I have purchased mi5 from mi site along with mi protect plan. When my phone was fallen down, i have called one assist to raise the claim and they have told me that my protect plan is inactive and they can't raise the claim. Suggested me to reach out to mi to activate it. When i called mi, they told they can't activate it and i can only get out of warranty support. After some struggle, i found out that oneassist has created four relation ship accounts for my plan and 3 were inactive out of them. Whenever i call to raise a claim they are referring to inactive ones. I have given them the active relation ship number and they have accepted the claim on aug4th. By 5th document upload and verification was complete. But, till data my damaged handset is not picked up. Today i have received a call from 3rd party logistics person to pick the device tomorrow and shockingly he told me that there won't be any spare device given to me. When i called oneassit they are saying, my doesn't include that option. There was only one plan available while purchasing the mobile and i have opted for it. I do clearly remember reading about the spare device availability during the pickup.

                          After all, even after a month damaged handset is not picked for repair. They won't give any spare device during the pickup and there is no defined strict timeline to get the handset back from service centre. Is this what for i have purchased a mobile and protect plan mi???

                            I have ordered Redmi MI note 3 32 GB from MI official website and it got delivered on 3rd August 2016. Now, today (19th August 2016), it suddenly stopped and there is no display.
                            When I have discussed with customer care, they are saying that its a 10 days replacement policy & I am not eligible for a replacement.
                            My question would be delivery of a faulty product is also as a part of their policy? I phone cant survive even 15 days.
                            When i watch movies the phone gets hnged and couldnot get restart. This phone is a crap. I have redmi note 3 purchased on 12may. I cant handle it. It hangs almost daily and is hanged till the battery is finished.

                              I regret to inform you that, i am totally disappointed with your above product, since starting which giving problems like automatically switched off several times in a day. Then i went to your powai service center mumbai maharashtra two three times, and they updated the software then it started working, hardly 10 – 15 days. Again same problem faced and totally phone is dead.
                              Again i went to your service center at vile parle mumbai –v care (Franchise direct xiaomi). They said the mother board problem and they kept the same in their custody. Which caused my business loss and precious time.
                              Now i am requesting you to replace the above said manufacturing defective mobile phone at your earliest to avoid further legal complications.
                              A line in reply will be highly appreciated.

                                I have ordered a redmi note 3 32 gb gray mobile phone and i received it on 13 august 2016. I received a defective product so o same day approx 4 pm i mailed to xiaomi india service mail and i received a incident:[protected] no in revert mail. From 14th august 2106 every day i called to customer care and asked about my complain response every time they said same thing "sir i putted your complain o higher priority and you received a call from our side within 24 hr.
                                Here 7 days passing but no call and no replacement.

                                  I had purchased Redmi Note 3 32GB on 3/8/2016. It got heated while charging and now its touch had stopped working properly. On complaining to the service center, they simply said that the touch is unbalanced, so the handset is out of warranty now and we need to contact the merchant from whom the product was purchased.

                                  Not even a month has passed and the handset has stopped responding, so we request you to please replace our handset at the earliest.

                                    I have given my XIAOMI phone in service center of Visakhapatnam about a moth ago and he did not returned my phone yet.
                                    They call me 3 times i went to service center 3 times and every time they give me a new date this is happening from a month and one time they use some rude language when i called them to ask about my phone.
                                    they directly told that they will not give me phone.

                                      I want others to know that before buying any products of mi india. please be aware of there frustrated, poor, and time consuming policies.

                                      -i. e _your product is still under repairing center. i cant tell you the date when you'll receive your phone please wait few more days.
                                      I am already in very big trouble and i don't want others to suffer the same.
                                      I have buy mi5 of worth 25000+accessories and after 2 weeks from when i received my phone it got stuck by a bug that i have mention then i used pickmi service for repairing my device (on 16/july/2016). and still they have not repaired my phone yet.
                                      Only i know how much i have survived to collect such big amount.

                                        I gave my mobile redmi note 3 to service centre last from 20 days but they are telling that we are not having mistake part of mobile .when the part is available then we will repair and the part is not available from last 20 days and they are telling the part can be available in any time period it will take 2 or 1 month . they are not telling fixed date
