I purchased redmi note prime 16g white on 26th july 2016 & its a defective piece output speakers are not working so i filed a complaint to mi customer to replace my device on 8th aug. They responded back on 11th aug and scheduled a pickup on 13th aug. From then i don't have any status of my old product and the status of my replacement process. I repeatedly calling the mi customer care but they also have no idea about the status. I don't know what to do. I am really tired of asking them about the status of my old device and replacement process.

    Network assistant fault. Its more than one month, customer care center of daryaganj branch, new delhi always replied me please wait for 2 or 3 days. Whether u have any responsibility towards your customer or not. I think not. I will never recommend to anyone to purchase any handset of xiaomi because service is very poor or disgusting.

        Charging port of my phone stopped working,
        Service center guy says xiaomi not providing parts from june so we can not repair your phone.

        Xiaomi india not responding about of my e-mails.
        When i mailed to xiaomi consumer support the y said we will try to resolve your query as early as possible. I waiting from more than 1 weeks, and now they stooped giving resonance.

          I have bought mi-in the earphone from mi.com. i received within 3 days.
          But after 3 months volume become very low.

          I go to service center in vikasmarg, delhi for replacement.

          They told that they not having any accessories for replacement right now. it will replace after 2 months.

          2 months for what? for replacing earphones, i mean what kind of astrophysics they will do.
          They dont have any accessories like usb cable, dock charger etc for purchasing never ever.

          Worst after sales service.

          Never satisfied. i will never recomemded anyone for buying xiaomi products.

          What is make in india xiaomi.

          Total crap. letv comes after xiaomi in indian market and there services are far better than xiaomi.

              I purchase a mobile then after six months there us a problem in my mobile touch screen could not work properly, so i put this mobile on nagpur services center. But after 2 months there is no response from services center even not mi support center. I m also use chat support, phone support, e mail support but all are fake and make promise.

              Dont buy mi phone they not provide services after buying.

                Hi team,

                Would like to inform you that i have bought a redmi 2 prime mobile on nov 2015. It is still under warranty. But couple of days before i faced an error in camera app. It is not working. Got some error in camera app. I went to nearest service centre and they said some motherboard issue and liquid damage in phone. So it will not be covered under warranty. Also they are charging me around 3500 rupees to rectify the problem. I told them it is still under warranty and why you people are not ready to resolve it without charging money.

                Would request you to take necessary action on this. Pls help help!!!

                  Flipkart should stop selling mi products as they are not at all good and service is not at all given by company. So if some problem occurs it's your duty then the customer should get best services by company.. I bought mi4i phone from your website of xiaomi company. But the product is not at all good.. And the worst part is the service.. The company is not at all giving any kind of service. Xiaomi company's service is not at all good.

                    I have made order for red mi note 3 grey and got phone on 31 july. On
                    16 august i am facing the issue with charging. Its showing that
                    Charging pin is entered but charging percentage is not increasing. This
                    Is actually very irritiating. I think i hsve made a big mistake and
                    Huge problem for me by buying it. I have also made a another order for
                    Red mi note 3 in gold. I am feeling helpless and unable to understand
                    What to do with that. Hope you will understand my problem and try to
                    Resolve it.

                      I logged in for redmi 3s flash sale on 17/08/16 in my account id [protected]. I ordered redmi 3s prime gold 32gb, got the product added to cart. During checkout i got message 'out of stock'.

                      Once a product is available and added to cart, without intimation the product should not be delivered to a different customer. This behaviour is not tolerable.

                          I have got a headphone from mi.com and it got damaged in 1 month from the date of delivery then i have gone to malad service centre in mumbai to replace that. Generally a headphone replacement is direct in other service centre but with mi it takes them 45 working days.

                          What the hack is that???

                          45 days is very to much just to replace a headphones

                            I have taken a redmi not 3 product but phone has some issue with the battery. It is draining unnecessarily. I have complaint in xiaomi customer care and they gave me a complaint id which is[protected] and till it is under process. Crap customer care people told me that they will send a mail for confirmation for phone pick up (Replacement) but i am not getting any mail from their side since 1 week. When i call up their no - [protected]. They have told me wait for 24 hours. (24 hours are never complete since 5 day)
                            It's really pathetic service not seen ever and never. I never recommend any one to buy any product from mi website.

                              I tried calling the service centre in vashi the number is always busy.

                              We called your customer service several times and was assured we will get a call back but we never received even a single call from your company.

                                  I placed a cod order (Order id: [protected]) for a 10000mah power bank and 1 usb fan on 3rd august. As per the tracking details, it was expected to be delivered on 8th august. However on 8th evening around 7.30pm i received a call from bluedart ([protected]) saying they could not deliver the product and so would deliver it on 9th august. I informed the bluedart rep that i would not be available at home however my mom would be there to receive the product on my behalf and pay for it as well.
                                  As per the tracking details on 9th august, the product was out for delivery. However, much to my dismay, it wasnt delivered on 9th either. I received a call from mi representative ([protected]) on 9th evening around 8.30pm asking if the product was delivered. I informed him it wasnt. He even asked me if i am still interested in the product. I replied if i wasnt then i wouldnt have even ordered it in the 1st place. I asked him to deliver the product no later than 10th august as i was travelling on holiday from 11th august, however he was insistent it will take 48 hours for it to be delivered. When i asked him why it wasnt delivered, he just told me it was due to some issue and couldnt give me a clear reason.
                                  I later called the bluedart helpline and even they couldnt give me a clear reason why the product was not delivered. However, he said he will place my request for it to be delivered on 10th august.
                                  When i checked the tracking details on 10th morning, much to my shock, it shows the product has been returned to the shipper. What was even shocking was that it shows delivery was attempted on 9th but the premises was closed. I do not accept this reason which is clearly a lie as my mom was at home the entire day.
                                  I am sure this is some sort of nexus between mi personnel and bluedart delivery boys where they must be replacing original products with fake ones on cod orders and then giving some crap reason or the other not to deliver the product to the buyer and instead send it back to mi where the person receiving the returned product ignores the fake product received. Why else would they not deliver my product?
                                  Even the customer care doesnt seem to be of much help. Its more like company policies care than customer care. It was all talk and no action. [incident:[protected]]
                                  I am very unhappy and pissed off with this experience. I will never purchase and/or recommend an mi product again.

                                    I have raised a complaint to mi service center to check the issue of my mobile mi redmi note 2 for not charging. As per them problem with charging point of mobile and it require to need fault part replace.

                                    They have told the faulty part of mobile will be replaced in 10 days but now its more thjan one month but every time they are saying 3 times that it will take 10 more days as part is not coming from china.

                                    Kindly take this on priority and get my phone fixed asap.

                                      Bought a Redmi Note 3 (Gold) on 5th July (Order No : [protected]) . The phone was delivered on 11th July after which i started noticing the battery draining very fast requiring charding everyday. I enquired with other friends who had the same phone and they were having 2- 3 battery backup.

                                      I called up customer care on 18th of July and complained about the same and i was asked to do the test below

                                      1) Wait until charge comes to 15%
                                      2) Recharge phone fully till it is 100%
                                      3) Switch to Airplane Mode
                                      4) Wait for 6 - 7 hours
                                      5) If Battery drops below 85% then it is an issue.

                                      I did the above test and the results were worse than expected as the charge went below 75% in 6 hours itself. I then raised a complaint[protected] on 20th July. I was told that a replacement would be processed and i received an email on 25th July asking me to pack the phone and keep it ready for reverse pickup.

                                      Since then till today i am still waiting for the Pickup. I have called 15 times or more to the customer care but i keep getting the same answer as below

                                      - issue has been escalated to the concerned department
                                      - i am personally escalating this issue
                                      - it will take 24 - 48 hoursa
                                      - someone from the concerned department will get back to you
                                      - i understand your concern but we will surely help you

                                      Even today i called up and spoke to 2 customer service persons and to both of them i asked to connect to the Floor Supervisor and they put me on hold for a long time and then the line got disconnected. They do not even have the courtesy to call back a customer when they get dropped off
