Mi service very very bad in bhubaneswar, odisha.my note 3 button are not working when i go to service centre they told me that parts is not availabe it will take minimum 40days & maximum period can not say.if i will get the service after 3months so why i will purchase Mi product. I have been chatting and calling the customer care since one month and my phone is still not repaired. How can they need one and a half month to replace a part. it is harassment. My phone was accidently broken (screen was broken), the phone was in running condition, only
1) the screen was broken
2) on eof the side corner of bottom was also dameged

The set was under insurance for one yer with one assist, they approved it and i have also paid additional amount required. with one assist.

Till the phone is not repaired and delivered to me...

Its about 1 month and 15 days and my product is not delivered to me and payment is given to them i.e.rs.12000 and my order id is [protected] and my complaint no. Is[protected] and they only saying me to wait for some days from last 30 days and there were no update to be provided and i am very helpless in this case please help me in this case to solve my problem. Changing your company's Service Centre at the cable was purchased from the company's website, I only have three days from the poor came.

I submitted my phone on 24th june 2016 for motherboard.i purchased it on 4th may 2016. They told me it will take 1 week for servicing. And today is 13th august 2016 and still i didnt got my phone. And they called me 2 times during this duration that my phone is ready and when i go to service center then they tell me that it is not ready and this happened 2 times with me and i stay away from andheri so till today my expense is 250 in going...

My work order is PKD/XM/16/01295 and i have submitted my handset on 23 rd May 2016, till now i have not received my phone and never got update from MI store and ccom service center, Everytime when i called MI call center for update they say we are working on it and nothing else, . I have recently bought mobile through amazon India. It is on June 25th, 2016. It is Redmi Note 3 - 32 GB - Space Grey model.


Within a month after usage, the non-removable battery inside the mobile keeps expanding, and because of that, outer shell and cover of the device came out of its position due to expansion.

I have send this to xiaomi service center for servicing, and they have denied to take this...

I am from Ahmedabad and I submit my mi phone to judges bungalow road service center. they checked and told me that it will take 12 days. after 12 days they saying one more week and when after a week I go there they saying that the parts is not available so it will take more time.
I taken my phone back and they charged 150 rs thats OK. then i have given my phone to mobile store for servicing and they fixed my phone in two hours. and...

I am trying to reach out at customer service centre no. And toll free no, but almost all cals are going busy and certainly thats not possible, either they dont want to help us out or something else, and few of the calls they didnt received.. I had tried lots of calls on every no. I found on internet for delhi nd gurgaon location, but m i guess i am not lucky enough to talk those busy persons.
