I bought the fn from amazon. After one month the fn started not working properly. Screen is not working properly, touch is not wroking not even the sensors and now the charger is also damaged and fn is not even charging from othet chargers also n its dead. I went to service centres every months around 9 times and every time i go dere its a hude bad service dey provide and same problem occuers and dey are very rude to me. They say dey wont provide doa as amazon will only refund me when i will give doa to dem but xiaomi is not givinh it to me and making excuses and dey say dey didnt provide it to online consumer and did fn is only available to onlibe. Noe fn is dead its been 3-4 months im facing it dey say come to us every day n dey will reapair it but wont provide doa to me and their toll free numbef is not working atall. I want the doa from frm as i know co provide doa to consumers and they are troubling me. And not providing it to me. Its full waste of my money and time. Amazon will only rpovide me refund when i can get the doa so pls get my doa. Asap as im really very frustared and they are not helping me at all.

Reason: touch is not working properly (Automatically opens anythings, screen rotate automatically) + sensors are not working properly + fn is not charging and its dead. Its not even charing by other charger + the charger is damaged also.
Statement of service center: i went to the service center today again i hv went earlier also their response is very bad. First they talk very rudely. Also do not provide any resolution. They just reset the cellphone and give it to me. And the next day i face the same problem. Now my fn is all dead its not cahrging and its not even on and not working. I asked for the doa as amazone from where i got this told me to bring doa so that they will provide me replacement or refund. But they dsaid they will not provide me doa and very rude to me. They said they dont provide doa to onlibe consumers and now tell me this fn is ponly available to online so how can they say that. And i have to come every day to dem and get it repaierd from dem everyday. I hope you understand my consulant. As i am facing so much trouble. Kindly check the isssue. I want it to be resolve. I can't even charge my cellphone from any of the charger. Kindly talk with the service center and issue me a doa so that i can talk with the amazon and get replacement or refund. Coz im very miuch irritated as you guys are troubling me and very rude to me. If you guys dont provide me the doa then i have to make a police complaint against yoiu guys and make a rti file coz this fn is compeltly damamged as every co dont let their consumer suffer and is there is a problem like this they give the doa and i know you guys provide doa as amazon said. And if you didnt den u have to face the court and will give me the compensation for my time and mponey. Reply asap coz m very much frustrated. Not to forget they were shoutung on me like and animal this is how you treat us.

    I give my mi pad to service centre i was told by mohit kumar that it got repaired in 10-15 days now after around 3 month, i and my staff reach the model town, ludhiana office 5 times and also call many many times but still not got any satisfactory answer from helpline at[protected] and also send many emails to the company regarding that. But i still not got proper response. What to do

      Under app ka set ko lotadenge app ke pass. Fir mene pay kia aur company phone pick kar ke legeya 21/07/2016 ko jab ki
      Mujhe 31/07/2016 tak mil jana chahiye tha mujhe ab tak mila nehi mai har roj phone kart a hun wo ajj kal hoga bolte hai process hai bolt e hai.. Yare k camera error 5 min lag ta hai mujhe pata hai kay hota hai error kesa hota hai mai v ek mobile engineer hun mujhe pata hai ki kit na samaya lag ta hai hardly 30 min lag te hai …. Job ye bola wo bolo sory kuch nehi kar sak te hai … ab ajj mujhe bol rehe hai ab 1manina minimum lagega jab ki mujhe se 189 rupee liye the 10din maikar ke deneko …. Mai bobile se hark am kart a haun sare tranjaction mere band hokepada hai jis ki bajah se mere[protected] ka loss v ho chukka hai … aur mai online crouses ke class sare mobile pe kart a hun bo v nabd paada hai plz help me…..

          Hi,

          This is regarding aforesaid subject, where i am continuously calling to services center of mi for the solution of my phone (I am not able to connect my mi-4 phone with pc with pc suite). Also went to the services center in present in noida sector 18, address:-mi exclusive service center, f-2&f-3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector -18, noida 201301 form my hometown rohtak, haryana which is nearly 150 km from noida but the behavior of the services person is not good even they don’t check my phone properly and after setting more than half an hour’s he asked me like “ take you phone backup, i did that, after 15 minutes they told to sign out mi account, i did that, after 15 minutes they told that we will charge rs. 300 for that, i accept the same, but after 15 minutes they again come and told that “there is possibility to dead of this phone”.

          This kind of behavior from mi services center is not at all acceptable to anyone. From last one month i am facing this problem but not getting any response.

          Pls help me to resolve my problem asap in anyhow.

                I was purchasing mi note 3 in april 2016 and my charger is faulted after 1 month i was submit my charger at 2 june 2016 in service centre (Aligarh) and now this is the 11 september 2016 my charger is not replaced, before 1 month i m complaining this issue to the customer care they are said all the time that your complaint resolve in 1 or 2 days, now i m very upset with mi service it is the worst service that i have experienced in may life.

                  Writing this seeing your team as the only ray of hope for my grievance.

                  I had purchased a redmi note 3 phone from mi.Com and got it delivered on 27th july 2016. The phone had heating issues for which i asked for a replacement within 24 hours.
                  The phone was collected on 29 july 2016.
                  From that day, every time i call xiaomi, i am said the replacement is under progress and i would be given an update within 24 hours.

                  13 days have passed and still they are neither able to provide me any update nor able to say any reason for the delay in replacement.
                  I am said that the concerned team had tried contacting me but my phone did not connect, which i believe is false as my phone remains switched on 24*7 and i had also provided them with alternate contact number and my mail id right from day 1.

                    It's too much disgusting.. As i submitted my faulty adapter at
                    parkstreet, kolkata, India service centre. Expected delivery date was 14th july. today is 10th august. i haven't got a call yet.
                    I have submitted the faulty adapter on 2nd july. The customer care no. in the job sheet is left blank. No one is receiving the call n service centre. This disgraceful after sell service of xiaomi was everyone tal ing about .I called the help line few days ago, I emailed it earlier also. I called mi chat support. i have complain number also.. everything is going in vain.
                    i should have listened to them before buying a xiaomi phone
                    and make my life miserable with a phone of 4050 mah battery and no charging adapter for 40 long
                    days.

                        In continuation to my regardless efforts to replace defected mi note-3 mobile. I am requesting you to please make replacement through delivery boy from my address as i am unable to approach indore service center.
                        I have requested several times through customer care[protected] they always said that you will receive a call from us and then delivery boy will collect the product. But till today i haven't received any call from you.
                        Now your customer care number is always in busy status. You are cheating with your customers. If you are not able to arrange replacement then give me my money. I am really very dis-pointed.

                          My mi4 phone screen had some touchpad issue & sensor issue, it was not physically damaged. So on[protected], i took it to an authorised xiaomi service center in ghatkopar (W), mumbai as it was in warranty & near to residence.

                          Firstly they said that, i have to submit my phone for 2-3 days so that they can figure out what really is the problem with the device. I submitted the phone and got a receipt.

                          I went on the 3rd day and they said that the problem is with the screen itself some kind of hardware failure (Technically) and it will be replaced under warranty free of cost, but they said it will take at least 15 days for replacement as the part (Screen) need to be imported from xiamoi china as part was not available with them and they will call me when the part will arrive.

                          After two weeks i went there and they told me that it will take 2-3 more weeks because xiaomi is not sending screen to service center. Then i was busy in my day to day work so i went back after 12-15 days, but again they said the same that the part has not still arrived yet. I asked them why is it taking so much time, what is the issue, its almost 1 month, they were giving a list of excuses, the company is not sending it, we cant do anything and all etc.. And the same that they will call me when the part will arrive.

                          In last one month i had called xiaomi customer care for atleast 10-15 times and and they always say that their representative will contact me within 48 hours. Till today, no one from xiaomi contacted me & still company is not giving me replacement, no update from either service center or mi customer call centre. They are just saying u will get it soon, no one is responding properly. After passing more then one month still company is not answerable.

                          Now its almost 2 month i. E[protected], i went out of town for few days so i haven't been there and still i haven't received any calls or anything. So today, i called them once again but as usual i got the same reply.

                          Its been 2 months now, but still i have not received my mi4 phone & still company is not answerable. Do they even care about their customers? Its pathetic & shameful that i chose this product, it has been my worse experience in my 54 year life cycle.

                          Kindly look into this matter & resolve my issue asap.

                          i have been facing the same issue of parts not available with MI centre.

                            Pathetic after sales service. Somebody should tell their india heads that their valuable customers are roaming like headless chicken. No professionalism, no service level agreement, no commitment. They don't have parts to repair phones. Xiaomi only knows to sell phones by creating hype. Soon they will receive legal notice.                               Very bad choice i have made trusting mi fone i want a replacement phone working so bad its just 10 days i have brought tge fone n its working have been so down so plese do it as early as possible or else i have no option will publish dd defects on fb n youtube i hope u look after dis as early as posible

                                  Firstly i will complaint about your service centre in chandigarh sector 22, on tuesday it was closed till 12 noon, customers were waiting, thats ridiculous, nd now i bought mi note 3 (32 gb) online from snapdeal on 27th july 2016 and today is 9th august, my mobile is hanging too much from yesterday, when i open my gallery or any other app it hangs and then automaticallu it restarts, in every 5 minutes it hangs and restarts, yesterday it vibrated for continuously 2 minutes and then again restart. Yesterday i have reset my phone but after that the problem is not solved, please solve my problem by exchanging my phone with a new one. And also please be sure that the servive centre opens on time so that customers should not face ant difficulty.

                                    I have purchased a xiaomi note 3 handset from mi online store. Just after 12 days from purchase, the phone started showing sim card removed error. The handset was submitted to an authorized service center of my city, and the service center told me that the main board need to replace and it will take more than 10 days. Now, after 13 days left and service center is saying that mi parts are not available so they can't say anything.
                                    My redmi Praim 2 back camea not works I give in service center on date 25/07/2016 handset is not redy in Tami
                                    I m using prime note and it was purchase in January and it started giving problem like extra hit and it's microphone is not working properly.
