I have given power bank 10400mah for replacement on 31st may 2016 at cg road service centre ahmedabad location (gujarat state) but till date i have not received my power bank.

Daily since last 5 weeks i am contacting to your senior executive and they says to please wait for 24 hours but nothing happens in 24 hours.

I am waiting for almost 3 months.

I have called them daily but no solution. i have even mailed them but they are taking as granted.
It's almost 3 months.
Please help me

    Dear sir

    I have purchased redmi note 3 from mi.com on 07/07/2016, due to defectiveness of product i have requested for replacement of phone i have personally courier the phone as there is no return available on my address, phone reached at warehouse of company on 25/07/2016, from company side there is no response when i will get my phone. I have talked to customer executive many times neither they are giving any status of my phone when i will receive, they are saying our team member will contact within 24 to 48 hrs every time but its more than 22 days. Kindly resolve the problem.

    Software problem are occur in redmi note 3. when we started the mobile then always appear mi logo on the handset display. the mobile handsets are not run properly . please repair my handset soon.

      Dear sir i am ravinder singh from ludhiana and purchase redmi note 4 prime that mobile serial number [protected] and my mobile phone in warranty period. I use this mobile continuously. But i don't at moment my mobile mic not work. For this problem i go to your customer care center (Xiaomi exclusive - ludhiana, lally's arcade, bii/1086/1, shop no. 19 (First floor), gole market, model town, near levi's showroom, ludhiana) 18/06/2016 on time 14:06:54. They are generate a job sheet number js[protected] which declare what's problem in my mobile and they are say that your mobile parts not available here. So ravinder singh you own mobile bring form customer center after 10 days. I go to after ten days then save excuse by customer care you pick up your mobile after 10 days and when i go after again 10 days then they say you pick up after 7 days same problem after 7 days that say after 8 days. So i listen these excuse very irritate that why i purchase xiaomi products because that are all person liar. After irritation i call three time to direct customer care center on toll free number [protected] they say with full confidence with ist call mr. Ravinder singh your phone with in 3 days complete. Iind call this tool free number customer care with in 4 days.in iiird call customer care with in 4 days. Now almost 15 days go and customer care say we are direct call to you with in 3-4 days but i am waiting for customer call still no call from your any executive. So please what i do for this type of excuse or type of your product or what i say own friends when they are say for purchase a xiaomi products. Still i problem no solve so please my request to you don't irritate me don't use any excuse solve the problem and give the proper reply on my mobile no.[protected].         I had bought a mobile set of your company in october, 2015, which is giving me trouble from day 1 and also sleepless nights.

        1. its mother board was changed in february, 2016,

        2. it has again been submitted vide job sheet no. — wxin[protected] on 16.06.2016, at your service centre at vikas marg, east delhi, for change of mother board for 2nd time.

        Since then, that is for about 2 months now,

        1. no body picks up the phone no.[protected] at the service centre,

        2. some of your senior officer, named as mr. vikas koul, neither picks up his moble no. [protected] nor calls back.

        3. email sent to mr. koul on 28.07.2016, remains unattended till date,

        4. a complaint was registered at your customer service centre at [protected] vide complaint no 1963961 on 05.07.2016 and again on 28.07.2016, gives signals of helpnlessness, in resolving the issue.

        I do not know sir, what to do and to approach to which person.

        May i request you to kindly look in to my issue and order to resolve it at the earliest.

        Since the telephone set is giving repeated troubles, may i request you to kindly approve to pl replace the mobile set, along with extended warrantee.

        Good morning,

        This is regarding a mi mobile phone purchased by me as per invoice date 17.10.2016 with product details as "mi4 wcdma-16g-white-in".

        After its purchase, i have been facing one or the other problems while using this phone. after realizing that i myself cannot cope with the problems:

        1.in february, 2016, i submitted the said mobile at your vikas marg service center and got it back in 3 days after its 'mother board' being replaced.

        Even after such replacement, the said mobile did not stop giving troubles. then i again went to your vikas marg service center, on 16.06.2016. there after the details are as under:

        2. on 16.06.2016, my mobile was retained by your vikas marg service center, with job sheet no. — wxin[protected], dated 16.06.2016. further details are as under:

        I. they told me to wait for 15-20 days, for replacement of mother board once again, as the were waiting for the supply of mother board since march, 2016.

        Ii. after getting no information from them and getting their landline no.[protected], un-replied so may times, i had to go your service center once again on 02.07.2016 to get the updates. they cut a sorry figure and instead gave me your phone no and email id of mr. koul on 02.07.2016.

        Iii. on 05.07.2016, i gave a call to your complaint centre at phone no. [protected] and got a complaint registered as complaint no. 1963961. they told me to wait for some more time to get the mobile back from your centre.

        Iv. sir, pl note that since the date i. e. 05.07.2015, on which i got your no. and mail id, and till yesterday, i did not bother you either way.

        V. however, on 28.07.2016, when i gave call to your vikas marg service center, about 20 times. every time full bell was ringing but no one picked up the phone. which got me little irritated.

        Vi. on 28.07.2016, once again i re-registered my complaint 2nd time at complaint no. 1963961.

        Vii. at your complaint center, mr. pintoo told me to wait for some more days, which i think is getting difficult.

        Under the circumstances, sir, may i request you for the following:


        1. to get my said phone replaced immediately because, i) its mother board has been changed in february 2016 and ii) has once again been submitted for replacement of mother board.,

        2. no one respond positively and they talk about the interest of the company and are least concerned about the interests of the customer,

        3. out of a total warrantee of 12 months, my mobile has remained with the company for more than 2 months,

        4. hence, the warrantee should be extended by the lost time, while replacing the mobile set.

        Sir, though my mail is lengthy, still i wish to hear very soon, at least from you.

          Hi, i am having mi note 3. Buying after 1 month network issue came, after visited service center they said imei registration has been failed and mi does not have imei renewal facility in india. However we shall replace the mother board. Then i got a call from mi that they will replace my phone with a new one. It's already one month gone and i am still awaiting for the motherboard/new phone. I have been calling to service center and customer care repeatedly and the response is "we can't provide you the specific time regarding the replacement of your phone/motherboard". This is how the service of mi in bhubaneswar, odisha. Now the phone is completely dead.

          I got a call from mi head office 15 days back regarding replacement of my phone. I have confirmed my residence address also. But till now nothing has happen. Nobody is responding and not giving any update regarding my issue. Below are the job sheet no and incident id for your reference.

          I have given my handset to Marathahalli service station on June 6th Still now i dint get my mobile back . If i call i service station there is no one responding me properly . And more over my native is 250KM Far from its Mysore.

            I submitted handset for display defect on 23 june 16, set is not repaired yet, and company is not responding after many many mails/ calls,

            Even no standby set provided, my business is impacted due to unavailability of mobile set.

            Please escalate to management and resolve the issue asap

              I have purchesed two mi in ear headphone from mi.com, which had 6 months warranty but both headphones wasnt working after two months so i applied for replacement under warranty on 16th june 2016 (Hhin[protected] service order number. So they told me it will take 15 days for replacement since i tried to call the service center but they dont have any registred number to call so i called xiaomi support but they said it will take 15 days more so i waited now its been almost 2 months i havent recived any thing from them not even a call so can you help me they are just avoiding me right now and they are not replying to any communication

                Mi service very very bad in bhubaneswar, odisha.my note 3 button are not working when i go to service centre they told me that parts is not availabe it will take minimum 40days & maximum period can not say.if i will get the service after 3months so why i will purchase Mi product. Whenever i tried to contact customer service centre they also gave me the same promise as before had given by service centre .most of the customer facing this type of problem so before buying any Mi product think about the service . Worst worst worst service by Mi.plz take necessary action

                According to their t&c of service centre customer will get the service within 10days of receiving product but in bhubaneswar Mi service centre result is totally different.

                  I have purchased MI MAX from MI direct it was great mistake. I have received mobile on 5/8/2016 and I launched complain for WIFI, Battery issue, MIUI 7 issue on 6/8/2016. After that till i am waiting no solution or even they and not contacting to me and not replaced the mobile or not given money back as Amazone or Flipkart.                     I have been a consistent customer of mi. i recently ordered a phone redmi 3 note (gold). it was a gift for my sister. i was not satisfied with the color. i could not compromise the gift so i contacted service for replacement by honestly telling them this situation. (many fake the replacements.. but not me)..
                    They brutally refused.
                    I am even ready to give extra bucks for a different color. but they said it was "not in their policy". their policy also states customer satisfaction. irony...

                    MI Service Centers in Hyderabad are not responding properly, and they taking long time to return mobile phones. Near Begumpet Mi Service Center saying they are not allowed online products, but MI Redmi Note 3 Only available online, What to do?
                    I bought mi max but wifi is not working they cheated that it will work but non of the service center is doing
                    The worst product you provided me it is under warranty period but it is stopped working not Even switching on.plz do something to improve product quality

                      I have been chatting and calling the customer care since one month and my phone is still not repaired. How can they need one and a half month to replace a part. it is harassment. And, i am shifting to Uk. I have to leave India on the 22nd. This is not funny at all. I have been constantly getting in touch with the customer care to tell them the same however of no avail. I am tired of getting the same reply again and again. I need my phone by this 20th August. This is a nightmare...I will never buy mi phones ever again. They don't built customers, they leave no stone unturned to harass you. the repair services never pick up the phone.
                      I am so stressed because of this. Please help me, it is urgent.I have only 5 days.
                      And supposedly my case was escalated...still it is 1 and a half month.

                        My phone was accidently broken (screen was broken), the phone was in running condition, only
                        1) the screen was broken
                        2) on eof the side corner of bottom was also dameged

                        The set was under insurance for one yer with one assist, they approved it and i have also paid additional amount required. with one assist.

                        Till the phone is not repaired and delivered to me

                            Changing your company's Service Centre at the cable was purchased from the company's website, I only have three days from the poor came.
                            Replacement of forty to sixty days for which I have the time I

                              Hello,

                              I have very worst and disappointing experience with Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. I bought this product on 01-may-2016 though Amazon. After one and half month it give problem. i.e Battery not charging after switch off the phone. I submitted the device to Ghatkoper ( Mumbai ) Maharashtra service center on 22-June-2016.
                              After basic checking they told me it will take 15 days time. After 15 days i call him they told me it is charging device problem we ordered this when it come we will give it to you. Then i called to mi customer care, they told we are processing your complaint on urgent basis and it will take some time. In one and half month i continuously follow up with service center and customer care no one call me even not picked the phone, than i go to service center on 8-aug-2016 and enquiry about my phone, they told your phone is ready, i get the phone and come to home.

                              Than two days regular used, the same problem arise, on 11-Aug-2016 phone not charged after switch off. Once again i submitted the phone to service center, they told we are changed his mother board, upper panel, down panel . Engineer told give me two days time for identify. I said ok. After two days i called to center, engineer once again told it might be a problem of phone battery . we are arranging the same and call once done phone will be ready on 18-August.

                              My questing is, if you told customer 15 days time. Why it is not fulfilled by you, what about your commitment and reputation in the market. I lost my valuable time, money, why your engineer not able to identify the problem at first sight. It will lost my patience . I lost my two month warranty period. Who will responsible for this. Phone was purchased on Emi option, i paid interest on this.

                              Please EXTEND my warranty period from the date of submitting the phone service center to date of receiving. Almost two months to complete. i.e 25-June-2016 to date of receiving. Otherwise i will take a serious action on this or file a consumer case against you.

                                I bought Radmi note 3 from Jaiswal Agencies (E-4, Butler Plaza, Bareilly - 243001).
                                The handset was not working properly so I took DOA from services center within 3 days of purchasing.
                                But shopkeeper is neither refunding my money nor he is giving me new handset while it is under refund policy.
                                So please help me.
                                I want refund because I am tired of all those thing, now I can't bear any more.

                                    I bought a xiaomi redmi note 3 32 gb about a week back. The handset just packed up while listening to music. No display... All the three leds at the bottom are on. No way to reset as the battery cannot be removed... Unexpected from a reputed company. Approaching consumer's court for justice. Its my hard earned money... Cant throw it away.

                                      I am not letting go of this issue that lightly. I am filing a case on the issues given below:

                                      1) Taking 50 days to repair a product
                                      2) Using the extensive delay to exhaust my warranty period and not extending the same. You use this technique to cheat customers and take away a chunk of the warranty period.
                                      3) Mental harassment caused by the process

                                        I submitted my phone on 24th june 2016 for motherboard.i purchased it on 4th may 2016. They told me it will take 1 week for servicing. And today is 13th august 2016 and still i didnt got my phone. And they called me 2 times during this duration that my phone is ready and when i go to service center then they tell me that it is not ready and this happened 2 times with me and i stay away from andheri so till today my expense is 250 in going to andheri and still i didnt got my phone so i now want a replacement of my phone that is Redmi Note Prime 16 Gb White. They wasted my 2 months of warranty. So I need a replacement with new warranty. I submitted it at andheri chakala service center. Please take a action.
