Can you please update on my mobile that has been there with you for malfunctioning. This is the most irresponsible attitude seen from a corporate to customer. There is no reason I should be penalized for your substandard product backup, Request reply in return. As always no representative has contacted even once till now to inform the problem. On March 31 '16, my Mi 4i phone's motherboard was replaced by Mi Authorised service centre, naming Infotel services, Hazra Rd, Kolkata ph no- [protected]. They wrote new IMEI No on the xerox copy of my invoice, and stamped and signed on it. I'm also attaching that scan copy. My phone is not working. I have raised concern immediately. I called in customer care they asked me to visit their service center in kalkaji. I have visited over there and they found that it has some hardware issue.
