My phone is not working. I have raised concern immediately. I called in customer care they asked me to visit their service center in kalkaji. I have visited over there and they found that it has some hardware issue.
Immediately i sent email to xiaomi with job card which was given by their customer care and raised request for replcaement.
They have accepted the request as i have updated them on time as per their policy. One day i got call that some person from blue dart will come to collect my phone and once they checked it they will send new handset to me.
From last 15 days i am calling them again and again but i am not getting any proper update each time they are giving diffeernt updates. From last 10 days i am sending mail to them but they are not replying to me.
Please help me.

    Red mi note prime 4 g (serial no.: [protected]) does not switch on after using for few months. brought it to the service center at park street, kolkata, on 11th june-16. (job sheet no js[protected]

    It was informed that once the handset is repaired, i will be informed unfortunately which never happened. finally decide to visit the service center on 24th june; to my utter surprise i was informed that no information was available at the service center about the status of the handset.

    On 28th i visited the service center once again and was informed that mother board got damaged and they do not have any spare mother board hence they cannot say as to when the handset would be repaired.

    Keep on visiting service center at regulat interval and continues to get exactly same reply.

    On 4th aug visitited once again, same reply, after so much effort could meet service center manager, but he expressed his helplesness in this matter. he does not get any spare mother board from his company then how can arrange repair. while argued as to why replacement can not be provided, he suggested to contact hotline no [protected] or send mai to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com.

    Then real surprise came. the hotline no is fake, never goes through. they also cheat us by sending system generated preset reply to all the e mails written to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com.

    Now service center gives me two option.
    1. leave the handset for indefinite periopd with them or
    2. take back the handset in as it is condition with a declaration that i do not want to get is repaired.

    I tried to contact their higher authority, but to my utter surprise i could not locate address or contact of any of mi offices.

    Please help me

      I have purchased redmi note 3, having an sim 1 imei no. [protected] and sim 2 imei no. [protected] from flipkart on[protected].
      Within a month of purchase, it stopped charging while in on condition, if i turn it off and then try to charge it then charging process is working pretty fine.
      I have to repeat process again and again to use my phone.
      I have contacted flipkart regarding replace a defective product and they are saying that they have the policy of 10 days replacement only and adviced me to go to authorized service centre.
      I went to service center in sector-14, faridabad (121006) they checked my phone and said i have to leave that for more than 10 days to resolve the issue.
      Why should i leave it there, why can't they bring in the part to be replaced and then call me, so that my bussiness won't get hurt. They even refused to give me an another cellphone while my phone (Redmi note 3) is in service process.
      It happened to my previous phone also which was xiaomi mi4i having an imei no. [protected], which i had pruchased from amazon for 10099 rs and they asked 8000 rs just to change the faulty part. This is totally insane that a single part is worth almost 90% of total phone worth.
      I got it done in 2000 rs via random mobile repair shop and is working fine till date.

      Please help me regaring my redmi note 3 phone issue stated above.

        I m sharad goyal (Jobsheet no:[protected] enquiry. No:[protected]. I submitted my redmi 2 prime in service center for some motherbord issue on 2nd july they give me the estimated time 10 july but they are faild which now complated 1&half month. They does not give any clear information and misgide me. Now it's a high time i have no patients,
        Kindly arrange to
        1) replace my old cell with new handset,
        2) or i need warranty to be extended for wasting my two months
        3) if this is not possible then i need my money refunded to me asap!!!

          I ordered the redmi note 3 device on 4th of august 2016 i received on 6th but when i open the box i found there is a gap near volume and that day it's self i requested for replacement and it's been long 6days over there is no response from customer care they are not bothering about customers i ordered 2 devices 1 is k but 2nd i need immediate replacement.

          mi note prime and i have submit in park street kolkata service centre and they said that after 25 come and collect your phone .. there is only problem of changing motherboard from phone .. and other like moto and all they only 3 days time for repairmen t .. i am very said to say that company big drop in the service faculties . and at last he said it may take more time .if parts doesn't come then ... it is not guaranty that phone will or not in long run... and

            I have purchased redmi note 3 from snapdeal. My order no is [protected], abruptly, phone is not working, giving rebooting problem and now phone is totally dead, referred to mi service center and received service report for replacement from mi service center, frequently contacting mi and snap deal but still no reply from both. Requested to provide solution at the earliest.

              Sir my phone got trashed after two three months and i contacted the mi support and they told me to handover the phone to chandigarh service centre and after submitting the phone to their service patners vignesh services i went pillar to post to find them as they shifted their office quickly and after some time i came to know that they ran away taking the phoes of customers . Sir i had submitted my brand new mi4i, i contacted mi many times but they are befooling me and its now over a year . I am very much in problem they are not listening to any query and i emailed them called them but they failed to provide any suitable option to me.

                Dear Xiamoi India,

                Since 3 days my Mi4 cellphone was on fastboot mode and was not getting activated. I tried all the tips from internet but it was not working. So i visited "V Care Informatics, Authorized Service centre for Xiamoi in Ghatkopar East". I reached at around 3:30pm and they siad it will take only half an hour. But they made me wait till 5:30pm. Later they came up saying that my motherboard is gone due to liquid problem and said it will cost me Rs9, 000/- I was shocked and went in depression as i had not even finished paying my EMI.Only to check they took Rs330/- charges. My family people were scolding me as they thought i might have used the phone roughly thats why it got spoiled. But luckily one of my friend took my phone to Nallasopara to repair and he said that there was only software problem. In Rs400/- only my Mi4 cell phone started. The Ghatkopar service centers dont have qualified staff.
                They just want to remove money from customers by giving fake reasons. Also they just waste time of customers by making them wait for long. I had travelled all the way from Naigaon Vasai to Ghatkopar just to repair my phone.

                  Sir, i gave my mi4i on 6 july for repairing. There was a problem in display and loudspeaker. The return date was 21st july. Till now i have not received my phone. They keep on changing the return date. No exact date was given for return. I keep on visiting their service center but each time i have to return without my phone. I have gone to them 6-7 times.

                    I had given my phone mi4i 16gb (white) on 2nd july 2016 to mi exclusive service centre, ahmedabad, gujarat for network issue. after diagnosis, i received the phone on same day with software upgrade and they asked me to replace the sim card from provider.

                    I followed the instructions given by service executive but it didn't resolve the issue. after few days i found the issue in display. so i visited the service center again on 23th july 2016. after diagnosis they asked me to wait for 10 days as display was needed to be replaced. i visited service center after 10days (4th aug 2016) to get my device back, but there was no update on my device and the parts were not dispatched from their respective department.

                    I asked for the exact date for resolution but they didn't give any. i contacted the customer care for this issue via call as well as an e-mail. they asked me to wait for 48 hours and informed that their respective department will call me to give the exact date when the device will be repaired.

                    After 48 hours, i didn't recieve any call from xiaomi. i called the customer care and they again asked me to wait.

                    Xiaomi customer support is not resolving my issue nor giving me the exact timeline on which my phone will be repaired.

                      I bought the fn from amazon. After one month the fn started not working properly. Screen is not working properly, touch is not wroking not even the sensors and now the charger is also damaged and fn is not even charging from othet chargers also n its dead. I went to service centres every months around 9 times and every time i go dere its a hude bad service dey provide and same problem occuers and dey are very rude to me. They say dey wont provide doa as amazon will only refund me when i will give doa to dem but xiaomi is not givinh it to me and making excuses and dey say dey didnt provide it to online consumer and did fn is only available to onlibe. Noe fn is dead its been 3-4 months im facing it dey say come to us every day n dey will reapair it but wont provide doa to me and their toll free numbef is not working atall. I want the doa from frm as i know co provide doa to consumers and they are troubling me. And not providing it to me. Its full waste of my money and time. Amazon will only rpovide me refund when i can get the doa so pls get my doa. Asap as im really very frustared and they are not helping me at all.

                      Statement of service center: i went to the service center today again i hv went earlier also their response is very bad. First they talk very rudely. Also do not provide any resolution. They just reset the cellphone and give it to me. And the next day i face the same problem. Now my fn is all dead its not cahrging and its not even on and not working. I asked for the doa as amazone from where i got this told me to bring doa so that they will provide me replacement or refund. But they dsaid they will not provide me doa and very rude to me. They said they dont provide doa to onlibe consumers and now tell me this fn is ponly available to online so how can they say that. And i have to come every day to dem and get it repaierd from dem everyday. I hope you understand my consulant. As i am facing so much trouble. Kindly check the isssue. I want it to be resolve. I can't even charge my cellphone from any of the charger. Kindly talk with the service center and issue me a doa so that i can talk with the amazon and get replacement or refund. Coz im very miuch irritated as you guys are troubling me and very rude to me. If you guys dont provide me the doa then i have to make a police complaint against yoiu guys and make a rti file coz this fn is compeltly damamged as every co dont let their consumer suffer and is there is a problem like this they give the doa and i know you guys provide doa as amazon said.                               Hi,

                              This is regarding aforesaid subject, where i am continuously calling to services center of mi for the solution of my phone (I am not able to connect my mi-4 phone with pc with pc suite). Also went to the services center in present in noida sector 18, address:-mi exclusive service center, f-2&f-3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector -18, noida 201301 form my hometown rohtak, haryana which is nearly 150 km from noida but the behavior of the services person is not good even they don’t check my phone properly and after setting more than half an hour’s he asked me like “ take you phone backup, i did that, after 15 minutes they told to sign out mi account, i did that, after 15 minutes they told that we will charge rs. 300 for that, i accept the same, but after 15 minutes they again come and told that “there is possibility to dead of this phone”.

                              This kind of behavior from mi services center is not at all acceptable to anyone. From last one month i am facing this problem but not getting any response.

                              Pls help me to resolve my problem asap in anyhow.

                                    I was purchasing mi note 3 in april 2016 and my charger is faulted after 1 month i was submit my charger at 2 june 2016 in service centre (Aligarh) and now this is the 11 september 2016 my charger is not replaced, before 1 month i m complaining this issue to the customer care they are said all the time that your complaint resolve in 1 or 2 days, now i m very upset with mi service it is the worst service that i have experienced in may life.

                                      Writing this seeing your team as the only ray of hope for my grievance.

                                      I had purchased a redmi note 3 phone from mi.Com and got it delivered on 27th july 2016. The phone had heating issues for which i asked for a replacement within 24 hours.
                                      The phone was collected on 29 july 2016.
                                      From that day, every time i call xiaomi, i am said the replacement is under progress and i would be given an update within 24 hours.

                                      13 days have passed and still they are neither able to provide me any update nor able to say any reason for the delay in replacement.
                                      I am said that the concerned team had tried contacting me but my phone did not connect, which i believe is false as my phone remains switched on 24*7 and i had also provided them with alternate contact number and my mail id right from day 1.

                                        It's too much disgusting.. As i submitted my faulty adapter at
                                        parkstreet, kolkata, India service centre. Expected delivery date was 14th july. today is 10th august. i haven't got a call yet.
                                        I have submitted the faulty adapter on 2nd july. The customer care no. in the job sheet is left blank. No one is receiving the call n service centre. This disgraceful after sell service of xiaomi was everyone tal ing about .I called the help line few days ago, I emailed it earlier also. I called mi chat support. i have complain number also.. everything is going in vain.
                                        i should have listened to them before buying a xiaomi phone
                                        and make my life miserable with a phone of 4050 mah battery and no charging adapter for 40 long
                                        days.
