    I bought Mi phone through flipkart, My mobile mi4i is in warranty, due to charging issue i submitted phone on service centre( Rama telecom), udaipur on 24-7-16, They gave me 10 days of time to return my product, but still they are not returning my phone & also they talked in very rude way, please solve my problem ASAP.

      I hereby declare my unhappiness about the unprofessionalism shown by mi. I ordered a redmi note prime 16 gb in white colour on 19th july 2016 (Order id: [protected]), my servant received it on 20th july 2016 and i have checked it in the night the box was in laminated packing but box seal was broken. So i have called at xiaomi customer care number within 24 hours to mr. Ajay, according to mr. Ajay i have send e-mail at service.[protected]@xiaomi.Com and some snapshots of phone box also. I have not opened the lamination of the box yet and i'm continuously calling to mi representatives but no one is taking my concern seriously. When i requested to replace the faulty piece, with a new piece, this is the copy pasted line that they use on every call.
      "we would like to inform you that your issue has been escalated to the relevant team so we would like to request to you kindly wait for some more time we will get back to you as soon as possible"
      Now they have even stop responding to my calls. Now i want to returned the phone and refund my money.
      I cannot guarantee the contents of the box as the seal is broken. My order no. Is [protected]
      So i would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and sort out the issue as soon as possible.
      I have given my mobile mi4i for repair using the xiaomi pick me service but aafter 1.5 month of sending the mobile they regularly avoid me using this excuse that they didnt have the parts of my mobile.
      please provide me the next step to solve my problem
      My MI 4 phone is 10 months old and has been damaged due to water. I had taken it to the service center and they said 10000 RS for the motherboard and display damaged. The phone itself costs RS 14000. I just wanted to ask that if it is so costly to repair a damaged 15000 RS phone. Please help me in this situation.

          I had purchased the redmi note-3 from mi.Com by paying online which is delivered to me on 1-aug and when started using it i found out it has incoming audio/sound problem or mic problem as i am unable to hear any incoming voice clearly during calls.

          The phone also failed the test guided by customer care executive and then raised the complaint for replacement on 2-aug.

          It is almost a week over they are not giving me any date and time by which the phone will be picked from my location and the days it will take to get replaced.

          I get only one line reply from them "complaint is escalated will contact you soon"

          I am feeling cheated by the company since phone is not of my use now and they are not replacing it quickly.

          Now i want refund so that i can purchase new phone from the market.

          Else replace it in 2-3 days which is not possible for them, it will take months which is not acceptable for me since i have paid them.

          Who is responsible for the time & money that i have invested?

          Please resolve the issue in 2-3 days.

            I bought a redmi 2 handset from amazon. I had some issues with dual sim, so i submitted my device at ccom telecommunications at thane, which is xiaomi's exclusive service centre. I was promised to get my phone back within 8-10 days, now its around 2 months and my phone is still not repaired. When i talked to the service centre executives, they said that the parts are unavailable, you'll have to wait, its already been around 2 months since i have submitted my phone. Since they are not able to repair my phone which was in warranty, i've asked for refund or replacement but they are not ready to do so.

              I have purchased redmi note3 through mobiles shop on 16.06.2016.
              On 21.07.2016 suddenly the mobile switched off and mi.Com is displayed, just after 4 days of purchase. The set is dead and is not at all working.
              I have submitted my phone at service center but they are saying it's part isn't avilable now. I am facing this problem since last month. Otherwise i will complain to consumer court.

                    I won mi max in poster making which held on xiaomi india official website i am also having screenshot of the which pop up on website when i won the mi max phone i waited for 2-3 days but haven't received any call or email regarding the prize i checked there facebook page on which some other people who also won mi max they posted comments on xiaomi facebook that they won mi max and received there coupan codes to purchase mi max free of cost after that i contacted xiaomi through phone call but i didn't received any reply than i contacted through email than they replied we submitted your complaint and you receive confirmation from our relevant team than i waited for there reply but didn't get any reply again i contacted they replied same thing i contacted through chat they replied we don't know about you have to contact us through email when i contact through email they reply same answer you will get confirmation soon i told them please tell me time how much time you will they said we can't tell you exact time please wait this happened again and again for almost one month and still i am waiting for there confirmation if anybody knows what to do to resolve this issue than please guide me

                        I was a big fan of xiaomi.. I bought 3 phones from xiaomi as well was flipkart.
                        But company after sales service is soo poor that you wont imagine. I want replacement of my product.

                        Last day (Yesterday) my phone got switched off. I thought that it needs charge i turned it on and saw that battery is in 65%. But the touch is not working.
                        I visited local service center, and told them to fix as my handset is in warranty.
                        They told me to pay. I got stunted and after so many hot discussions i agreed to pay as customer care number is always busy and out of reach.
                        They given me budget of 2700 for the touchpad. And took 3 hours. After that they told that we cant repair as your board is damaged also and it will cost more and more..

                        They didn't even provided me the job sheet and returned my handset to me and told that sir now your set has turned into a pg handset any service center will not give you warranty now.. What to do??? Now...

                        And as a result of being visited service center now my display has also gone.
                        So first the problem was touch response and now the problems are

                        I want replacement of my product.. Nor i will be a hard detractor of xiaomi and never ever buy your products, again, in future.

                        Wish this is a escalation, please help me.

                          The phone came to me in damaged condition when contacted customer care they said it's liquid damage so not in warranty even after me receiving it in damaged condition. I till date have not seen the phone on even once and the phone has been bought 4 months. So as 12 k has already gone down the drain they told me to pay rs 4050 for the repair and courier so i agreed. They shipped the phone back after 2 months. The courier guys over phone informed i need to pay extra courier charges as xiomi has not informed them that it has already been paid. I told them i will speak to customer care & inform you. They didn't even come to the given address with the product but send it back to the service center. After that day every week for the last 2 months i call mi customer care & they say it will soon be delivered or it has been given for courier or it will soon be delivered giving fake tracking id with no results. Please advise what should be done. Now mi customer care phone number can only be reached after trying for minimum 200 timed i[censored] still have the patience left.
                          Please advise what steps can be taken against them.

                            I am writing this for resolution of my mi-4i which is still under warranty but unfortunately from more than 2 months hold by mi service center (Hcl) people at shop no.2, parshvanath arcadia, plot no. 739/1, mg road, sector-14, gurgaon, haryana-122001.                             I am waiting for solution & etr but no one is bother to answer me. I made several calls to customer care as well but no response received. If i am not getting proper solution i will surely file complaint to consumer court as well as local court.

                            Day by day warranty of my product is going to finish & no any response on issue or rectification provided. Feeling helpless here & very much frustrated.

                                I had submitted my redmi 2 prime mobile phone (under warranty period) at the guwahati service center called the 'netsol associates' after it suddenly turned off, stopped responding totally and had stopped charging too. the jobsheet number is js[protected] and the phone was deposited by customer name 'love joshi'. the date of submission of phone was 22.07.16 and the expected date of return on the service jobsheet is mentioned as 2.08.16. but till today the phone is not repaired and i am being told that the required parts are not available. moreover i am not even being told about the probable date by which i can have my phone back. mobile is a very important gadget and this delay is costing me a lot. the main customer service of mi too is not responding well. i have been calling regularly and no strict action action has been taken as of now. they promise to call back but never do. even they are not able to mention a proper timeline. the warranty period will also expire if things go on this way. also i have noticed that it is not just me but many mi customers are facing this problem. the phone keeps lying in the service center for months and no action is being taken.

                                  My name is geetika and I buy an Mi4i Xiaomi from snapdeal but in the month of June it showing charging problem when I want to service Center of MI in shimla they tell me that they called up any soft wear which is required for repair of my phone charging problem but till date I don't get any response from them. When i go to service center they always mislead kindly look in to the matter so I can
                                  I have been following up with MI customer care since last 2 months for new headfones, even called them multiple times but no resolution is provided from them till now.

                                  I will not buy any MI product as the customer management is worst and took more time.

                                  Mi should have given me new headset within time frame ie 1 month.

                                    I want to highlight two possible issues persists with MI(Xiaomi) Products/Service.

                                    Bought new mobile recently on 1st Jun 2016 and hardly used for a month, it started showing signs of hardware issues. Phone would reboot continuously.

                                    I was frustrated that new phone is having issues, then approached Local Service Centre on 14th July and they have informed me that phone will needs to be checked and faulty part replaced, it would take 10-15 days time.

                                    Apparently I've started following up with local Service Centre by end of July, it was really hard to reach out to them on first place. Sometimes phone won't not work or call may not be answered at all. Since Service Centre couldn't be reached, I've called MI India Customer Care, they have informed I'll have to chase local Service Centre, they have denied any help on this front.

                                    Later after several tries, I was able to reach Local Service Centre and found phone is still under repair and part is not available for replacement. Further it was promised it will be returned by 3rd Aug.

                                    But of today(8th Aug), phone is still under service and MI doesn't have clue on when it would be repaired. I was only wasting my time by calling MI Customer care as there is no value add, they don't work with Local Service Centre at all

                                    In Summary, I found MI Product of low quality and their Service is not being accountable for Warranty they are promising(not knowing what service centres are dealing with). Also they don't capability for Servicing and misleading consumers on most of the time.

                                    It is quite time taking by service center i had given my handset for repairing but they have told me to come back after 1 month.

                                      I brought redmi note 3 phone from flip cart after 15 days phone start to heat and battery drains within 3-5 hours. i contact mi care they advice me to take phone to nearest service center in my case i. e. siliguri (west bengal)
                                      My delivery date given on job sheet is 06 august 2016 now they are saying i have to wait for 15 days what kind of service is this. xiaomi is taking more than 30 days to repair 15 days used phone. never trust xiaomi again.

                                        I given my phone in service center before half and a month ago and they told me to take your phone in fifteen days, without giving me an extension phone its so long i did'nt get my phone, and when i call on their official phone no it beeps and cuts itself, i m going to customer care again and again they are saying you will come after 5 days 10 days i m getting tired of these things
                                        I have given my Redmi note 3 cord for replacement nd it has got already more than 15 days nd still I don't have my cord ...I mean ssrly u can keep extra cords at ur service centres ...and y the hell u have made service i[censored] can't provide us better services
