My mobile got damaged and was submitted to Heeranandani gardens, Powai Xiaomi service center on July 5th .

Initially I was promised that I'll get it back in 20 days. When I enquired after 20 days/25 days and even now I'm told the same thing that the parts has not arrived.

I also contacted your customer support and spoke with Anurag, Sunil & Diniesh and registered a complaint. I was given a commitment of getting...

I have given my Mi4i phone to service centre in Malad Mumbai on 16th May 2016, after continues follow up i finally got a mail from service centre on 13th July saying i will get replacement phone Mi note 3 instead of Mi4i, but since then i have not received any update on the same.

After several email and phone follow up i still haven't got any reply from the service centre nor from Xiaomi....

We are submit our charger on your service center under warranty period on 13.07.16. Many time i call in your service center but charger not available.

I have deposited my phone with the viman nagar service centre where they promised me to replace the mobile... However it is now 4 months and i m still not getting my mobile back. Of the total warranty of 1 years 33 % of the time the mobile is with you guys... I need the warranty to be extended by 3 months after my warranty period is over.

I have placed an order on July 28, 2016 for mi 20800 mAh power bank to Ebazar. Order ID 151739, . It was delivered on 4th August, 2016 .

Hi,
My phone display suddenly turned black two months ago. The touch was working but no display. I had warranty and went to indira nagara Bangalore service centre, they said the part is out of stock we will let u know once it comes, later i called customer care and they suggested home pick up service, I gave it for service. They kept the mobile with them for nearly two months saying part is not available. Later they returned it back...
