I have placed an order on July 28, 2016 for mi 20800 mAh power bank to Ebazar. Order ID 151739, . It was delivered on 4th August, 2016 .
POD No.[protected]. But the power bank is not functioning to charge the mobile though it is charging it self from plug point.
My humble request to please replace the same at an early date so that I can use the same .

    Hi,
    My phone display suddenly turned black two months ago. The touch was working but no display. I had warranty and went to indira nagara Bangalore service centre, they said the part is out of stock we will let u know once it comes, later i called customer care and they suggested home pick up service, I gave it for service. They kept the mobile with them for nearly two months saying part is not available. Later they returned it back without repairing. Since 70 days my phone remaining dead. Is this the service we get ? I complained about this in the twitter and fb page of xiaomi. still no response. I dont think the mobile battery will be in good condition if it is dead for these many days. I need replacement for my hand set. It has been worst experience for me.

        I submitted my mobile on 8th of june 2016 in xiaomi service centre (Moditech tech park, Gulbarga) which is MI exclusive sevice centre, with the reason of invalid IMEI number and promise date of return was 15 of june 2016, till to date there is no reply from xiaomi nor service centre that when my mobile will be returned and even sevice centre phone is switched Off, so
        please i request to lodge my complaint against Xiaomi and get my mobile back.

          I had broken the touchpad of my Mi4i phone and given the handset to the authorised service centre Netsol in Guwahati on 27/06/2016. It's been one and a half months and neither the service centre nor the Customer care centre is able to give me any status. The customer care is extremely poor as they are not giving any reference number or tracking number and every time they just reassure that they are fast tracking the complaint but till date I am still in the dark about whether the phone is going to get repaired.

              I submitted my Redmi Note 3 in MI customer Service Centre Rohini Sector -7 Delhi, as my phone has mother-board issue. The phone is under warranty.
              My phone was in good condition when I gave them.
              And when I receive my phone; it's LCD display is broken and have dents at back and various scratches.
              And the phone I receive does not belong to me becoz I have remove the company sticker at back by myself. And when I receive phone the sticker was there.
              As the phone has mother board issue, assembling a new mother board gives phone a new IMEI number.
              Because of this, they were making excuses, saying this phone belongs to me.
              I visited their service centre twice but all in vain.
              I call MI Coustmer Care, the guy told me to visit the service centre.
              I am stuck in between. I am attaching the bill copy and service centre record copy.

                    2 month ago i gave my mobile to the service centre, then it couldnt get a reply from the service and also call to the customer care and from call centre its reply that our team will contact in 2 days and giving many reason to avoid the customer and it would be very uncomfortable for me without a mobile and the mobile are going another city for the repairing and its can't giving the proper reply so kindly look into the matter and help us

                      Non working of REDME-2 PRIME [Incident:[protected]
                      Dear sir,
                      Iam an esteemed & loving fan of your products.My entire family members are using this proud products. Iam a chartered accountant working as a Senior manager(finance) in BEML(Bharath Earth Movers Ltd). My friends & senior colleague members are using mi products only.
                      I went to koramangala, Bangalore service centre with a copy of the invoice for repair.The service centre also changed.It is not before bmtc depot. Atlast with great difficulty i found the shop.I have traveled all the way from KGF TO BANGALORE WHICH IS 90 KM AWAY FROM BANGALORE TO GET IT REPAIRED FOR 2 DAYS ON MONDAY & WEDNESDAY.When i handed over the equipment with invoice they informed that speaker is not working & wait for half an hour.I waited for more than an hour & got the equipment.After getting the equipment i tested it was not working & the status qua remains the same. It is totally shocking when i asked they told me to shell out Rs 3800/-.I came with heavy heart. Being a Senior person aged 59 years, i don't know what to do.It is to be noted that when EAR PHONE is put telephone is working fantastically. The Ear phone symbol is appearing on the screen of the equipment.THE PHOTOS & PHONE NOS ALSO ERASED.The equipment has been purchased during NOV-2015.only 6 months over. I herewith enclose a copy of the invoice for your kind perusal.
                      I kindly request sort out the issue in view of our long relationship.THERE IS ZERO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE

                          Its almost 5-6 month since this issue with MI. I purchased handset but still i don't have that and still i need to wait for 2 month as per customer service representative's voice. service provided by seller which is worst ever. Whenever i complain to customer care they are saying just this thing that your complain is escalated to upper level and service center tell me that you have to wait yet mobile is not repaired. Even they don't know when they will repair that. Here with i am providing detailed information regarding the issue.

                          I serviced my product 5 times warranty within half year and that also in different different city and different way for my product get serviced. Still my product is in service and i will get soon as per MI's word, for them "soon"means 2 month. Kindly Please solve this issue. I cant wait two more months because i waited for 5 month and more two month that means 7 month. and after warranty expire and i need to throw mobile in dustbin.

                          I call MI, flipkart and service center 2-3 times within week. but no outcome. just it that they will solve.

                          *I am Sharing the details of issue regarding product service here:*

                          *1st time service issue:*

                          *Service centre Address visited - *MI Exclusive Service Center, FF-11/ FF-48 at A-Wing Trident Complex, *Vadodara*, Pincode:-390007
                          *Date - 18.03.2016*
                          *Issue with product -* Crash of Every App within 5-10 second, Google error every second, every minute restart of mobile,
                          *Action Taken by them* - Without taking issue seriously they given me back mobile within hour (just Formatted and submit back)
                          *Reason for Service centre denial - *They told that there is issue with software so after formatting they submitted me back my handset.
                          *Complaint Number / Job sheet -* Provided me for an hour till they format and took back duly signed by me.


                          *2nd time service issue: *

                          Again went for same problem to service center on next day (19.03.2016) they told that may be there is problem with software updated by them so took my handset back and did same procedure again as above and submitted back handset to me.

                          *3rd time service issue:*

                          Again went to service center with same issue next day on 21.03.2016(Mon). Problem and all data are same as above. they took handset and told that there's issue with PCB. you need to submit handset for minimum 15 days. I submitted handset and collected job sheet. I thought my problem will be solved. After 15 days on 5/6.04.2016 i collected my handset and they collected my job sheet duly signed by me. I checked and found same issue so i called Mi service center and they arranged pick mi service for me after 3-4 days of collection of handset from service center.
                          I can provide all three job sheet if require by collecting from service center as i have confirmed dates of service.

                          *4th time service issue:*

                          Pick Mi collected my handset from home on 08/09.04.2016 and provided me handset back within week. (Pick Mi service receipt enclosed) I found that my issue is solved but I think they didn't checked by starting mobile. They just changed motherboard. when i started handset i found mobile is heating too much. May be that new motherboard is faulty one. I charged mobile I found that handset is taking more that 3-4 hours to charge and heat too much when charging the handset as well as using it. Parallel battery is also draining. It last for 10 hours maximum. I need to charge twice in a day mobile and i also cant use it due to heating and draining issue. I went to same service center (Vadodara) with this issue they told me to submit mobile for around 20 days. I don't have that much time so i didn't submitted.


                          *5th time service issue:*

                          when i found too much issue with heating charging and draining I went to same service center after 2 month they told me submit for 15 days so i denied and went to another city for service. In Ahmadabad. Details are as below for fifth service.

                          Chambers, Honda Bikes Show Room, Roads, C.G. Road, , Swastik Cross Rd, Navrangpura, *Ahmedabad*, Gujarat
                          *Date - 02.07.2016*
                          *Issue with product -* Charging time 4-5 hour, drain(discharge) time 5-6 hour without awaking screen(standby), heating issue when screen awake and use handset.
                          *Action Taken by them* - Collected and formatted and submitted me back as i said this is easy process every service center do for ignoring customer and show them the same issue after starting mobile then they took mobile back and told that there is issue with motherboard.
                          *Reason for Service centre denial - *Ignorance of customer and laziness or may be huge load of work... Zzz
                          *Complaint Number / Job sheet -* WXIN[protected] Receipt enclosed )*

                          Now its almost more than 1 month and they didn't submitted handset to me. It is difficult for me to spend time and money for service to another city. I am travelling different city for just service. I complain regarding this issue to upper level of Mi but they did nothing. Just said we will do, we will do, your complain is escalated and that's all. Service center told me parts is not available and you have to wait around 1-2 month from now for handset get serviced. Now i have to wait still ? They even can't care of customer. Who want to spend more than 10 thousand rupee on mobile which you cant keep company will keep and awake and call customer care everyday. ??? what's this?


                          Please, Humble request . Provide me new mobile because now i don't want that same faulty mobile. Never in dream also. cant repair from 5-6 months. what's this?


                          after month when i get mobile, warranty will expire and i need to throw my mobile in dustbin. I paid this much amount for harassment for one year ? who's wealth and profit is in this issue? for mine, this is one kind of *harassment* by manufacturer? After getting mobile, if problem will not get solved, i will throw and who! beggar will use that from dustbin? i did all this for beggar?Mi happy, Beggar happy and Me? what about me? I paid for get mental torched?

                          Please Provide me new Mobile. Don't submit me faulty mobile and give me lollipop. I never want that handset in dream also.

                          Currently my mobile is at C.G. road service center, Ahmedabad . Job sheetNo. WXIN[protected]

                          Please take this issue seriously and solve my problem in any way within short time. *I am suffering from last 5-6 month by purchasing this handset.*

                              I bought MI4i in 2015 and am really dissapointed with the battery backup and heating problem moreover i have heard of MI4i blast and am really concerned about my MI too. I bought MI and ordered same fr my dad and sis bt really dissapointed over my selection.
                              Madhapur mi servicing center people refused to take my phone today 30/07/2016. They are telling the reason "NO POWER so we cannot take the phone come on monday".
                              Is it valid reason? one brand servicing center running without generator?
                              I have to travel 10km to reach that servicing center and iam frustrated with their irresponsible behaviour

                                      I have buyed a redmi note prime mobile it was faced with charging problem when i submit in your customer care at himayatnagar hyderabad-500029
                                      They replied to change mother board taken 30days to change mother board. And from the day mobile they return there is problem with camara then i went back. They replied problem with mother board its has happening about 3 weaks they rejister end complaint problem has not at solved..

They are saying that the part is unavailable, if you are not having part then why are you open your service center at kanpur.what are you want from me i[censored] are not give my set another 6 days then i am go to the consumer court for complain against your services otherwise take care on my problem on urgent basis.
