I buy mi4i mobile in october 2015 and it has only completed 6 months and my camera is not working and when i go to service center they said mother board is not working. It has been almost 1.5 month my mobile is submitted for repair but they still does not repair my mobile. After that they told they are giving replacement on behalf of my mobile but not provide replacement yet. They have to give replacement still taking time. 15 days completed but still they are not provinding replacement.

    I have placed a order for a power bank of mi 20800 mAh through net. It was delivered today, but the equipment is not working while charging. Either the power bank nor the mobile is charged. perhaps the port may not working in right way. My shipping id is [protected]. I am not able to charge my mobile at all.

    Kindly replace the same as early as possible

      I have submitted my Mi4i phone for repair on 11-June, 2016. There was issue with Rear Camera. Till the date, I am receiving very vague responses and falsified date commitments. Call centre call doesn't get connected, nor service station responds. I am attaching the receipt herein.

            Today on 3-8-2015 at about 6 pm when i am checking the setting of my redmi 2 prime all on a sudden my phone start not responding. not even swipe up the lock screen instead it began to talk the status of phone in english. my phone was buy online in the month of oct., 2015 which reachat our residence on[protected]

            Kindly let me know what to do. please at least inform me about the service centre of your company at kolkata.

              I had purchased your redmi note3 gold 32gb on invoice date 25-may-2016. my charger is not working, that make a lot of noise while charging. when i go to mi store on new delhi. they simply denied by saying i have to wait atleast 1 month for just replacement of charge and no gaurrantee after one month also. and my phone also not connected with net they simply say that had charge around 180 rupees for this problem. my phone and accessories is under warranty, how can those people of mi store of mi ask rupees for problem. they are very rude and unprofessional. they have no manner how to talk with customer. they simply say everything no for any problem. if this is mi customer service after taking product. im simly saying not to take mi phone in future they have no proper customer service. numer given by their site ([protected]) always busy i tried two day continuously. i definitley not recommended to take mi phone and take other branded phone if people want piece of mind and want to save money.

                My mi4i phone damage on 1st august 2016 and i complaint to oneassist.In customer care and they give me service request number and when i click on my membership/claims after login in oneassist.In... And my service request didn't show at alll and i m telling this problem again and again but they said send us a screen shot of page i send it to [protected]@oneassist.In what they told and i didn't get reply from company at all and again i call to oneassist they said wait until evening... Hope they give me reply and change/repair my phone

                  I had ordered a Bluetooth speaker (gold) in on June 2, 2016. No option for cash-on-delivery was provided to me, and I had to pay through netbanking, which I did through ICIC Bank. The order no was # [protected].
                  On June 9, I got a message stating that the product had been delivered to me from MI India.
                  I immediately send a message to the team stating that no product was received by me.
                  Within two days, the customer care called to ask if the product had been delivered to me, which I stated no to. They said that they would investigate the matter and revert.
                  several rounds of calls and discussions later, a Proof-of-delivery was forwarded on July 9, 2016 (one month after the supposed delivery). This was signed and initialed by someone else. I called up the service line and told them that this was not something I had signed and that I had not received the product. Again all I got to hear from them was that they were looking into the matter and would revert. My last call to the company was on Friday, July 29, 2016, when again the only reply that I have had is that the matter has been escalated, and that we will revert soon.
                  This was my worst experience in shopping with MI India, and the matter has been dealt very shabbily, to say the least.
                  I have been neither provided with an assurance that the product would be delivered or that money would be refunded. I would advise that next time you buy from Mi India, please do not pay upfront.

                    It is very much surprise for me like MI brand phone was blasted when phone in during charging time.i attached here some images what is the condition after that Blast. so i urge all of customer please avoid to purchase to subjected phone.and i visited since before last month everyday discuss this matter with local service provider but same replayed by them like we will call you & we will waiting for the approval .it is very rubbish service provide by MI and its service provider.

                    I am requesting Indian consumer complaint forum please look into subjected matter.

                      I bought a redmi 2 prime in dec'15 and it is not a year and i am facing different kind of hardware issue and have to deal with arrogant and rude cuatomer service staff at your service center making lame excuses. My phone display was ruined withing 3month o[censored]se and was having blind spot which was repaired by your service center at gopalpura jaipur. Now again there are issue encountered like auto switch off and system crash problem. When diagnosed by the technician, he stated mother board for my phone is damaged and has to be replaced. I handed over my phone at ther service center on july 20, 2016. And was advised will be repaired and returned by july 30, 2016. I called to check with the rep-pooja at the help desk and she stated that my phone is repaired as inventory for the spare parts is now received and was askwd to collect it on 03/08/2016. I went to the service center and now they are stating that the parts received earlier are exhausted and now i have to wait for the next consignment. I request you as there are hardware problem recurring in the device i received as on the first there was a change of display and now its time for a mother board replacement, so i request you to kindly replace my device with a different piece.

                        As per xiaomi customer service information for picmi service i paid for the said amount on 24'th of july and registered my pick up date on 25'th of july at 12:00 pm. But today is 3"rd august still no pickup man has come to pick my parcell. But till date every day they send me messages of pick but no one comes to take it. Tried to contact them but there was no response.

                        Very poor service. Please look after the matter very quickly. Its just unexpected from this company

                          Hi, had bought a mi note 3 which when delivered did not even switch on. When i informed customer care they said u will have to send it to our main branch for repair. After they received my product they informed tht i need to pay 4500 for the damage which i had not done. I have till date not been able to see even the home screen in my phone once forget damaging it. The courier charges were included in this amount. When the guy came for delivery he asked. Me again for the courier charge. I informed tht i have already paid it to xiomi. He informed me tht he will check with his team and deliver the product the next day. The phone has been sent back to the service center and now for the last 2 months i am following up with mi about my phone with no response from their end. It's been 3 months tht i have paid more than 16500 to xiomi with nothing in hand. Please give advice on what should be done. I have email conversation proof for the same.

                            Sir/mam, i am using redmi note 3 for past 2 months but suddenly i have noticed that my phone's turning off every day for 5-6 times without any reason, everything is working fine, i have not installed any heavy app. Out of 3gb ram, 1.4 gb ram is free. There is no issue regarding ram or battery. Please let me know what is the exact issue and its solution, as quickly as possible. Is this issue related to bug or is it a software issue, whatever the issue is, please fix it in your update..

                                I have purchased a mobile from this company i.e Redmi Note 3.
                                it ran only 14 days and got off permanently, when i went to the MI store
                                they said that it has hardware problem and it will take one month to resolve.
                                All i have to say that i[censored] dnt have such a good service that u can't resolve the customer problem then why did u bring it into the market.

                                  I have submitted my earphone on 3rd of june 2016 but it is still not repaired after 2 months. company guys sent me sms about delay in repair it will take some days due to some problems.
                                  Every time they sent a mail with a new personal assistant and delay with some disgusting reasons.Also Till this date (i.e.3 june 2016) i am listening to the same excuse and never gives me any fixed date on which i can pick up my earphones.

                                    I have orderded mi 5 flagship mobile of xiaomi. On the very first day i get a problem with weak signals of wifi. I ignore that may be their is some problem with my wifi connect at home. Then i used it at my work place then i face same problem of weak wifi strength... Even if i stand around the wifi router also its signal bars are 2.. So i face a realy bad experience for the wifi signal strength. Two of my friend also bought the same phone and facing the same problem of wifi signal strength. Where my other samsung phone is getting full bars signal of wifi. My mi 5 is getting only 1 aur 2 bars. So their is a huge problem in the mi 5. Kindly provide resolution aur i will go to consumer forum for the same.
                                    It has been just 10 days i have ordered the phone. From paytm.

                                        Hi I had a problem with mi4i phone at its charger point and i referred at madhapur serevice centers.
                                        The service center guys reported that spares are not available right now and requires at least 7 days of time to resolve this issue but in the bill they did not mention the completion date .now it's almost 3 months till now no progress in the work load. Neither they are giving the device and amount nor doing the repair.
                                        Repeatedly made number of request but no proper reply from the customer care and the stores.
                                        i like this phone
                                        My phone didnt start it stuck in amnimation boot and i try to hard reset but it giving problem to wipe out the data so plz give me how to start the phone as soon as possible
