My product was defective with display problem, my handset was in warranty period.i have submitted my phone to nearest fedex service on 15th of july and my phone was received by company on 18th of july.The company claimed that my phone will be received back after 7-10 days, but the company did not replied yet about the status and dose not send my phone back.i have also called to company service center but they are refusing to give any info and date of dispatching my phone.

Repeatedly it displays in my new Redmi 2 Prime after MIUI 7 update.

I have mail to customer care about this but there is no proper response on this issue.

I request for return and refund but they said there is no refund policy with Xiaomi
sir i am hitesh bhardwaj from bhilai durg cg. my phone will be return the company but properlly not repared and i want to my phone rerepaire i am also called the xiomi company to my phone rerepared but company is not replying to this issue i am also discomphort to my phone problm to warranty period i am called the company 9 agust to pick me servise but company is no one replying me please help me sir.

    I wonder how a company can have such a bad customer service. My mi phone stopped working during warranty period. The service centre at bengalore employees are most useless & ill mannered. Every day giving some or other reason for not accepting the phone for repair, such as today concerned person is not there, today there is internal audit etc etc. They are also saying to the extent that you lodge complaint where ever you want but we will not listen to you.

    I have not seen even govt staff behaving like this. Should all indians totally ban this company for such a ill treatment they give to customers?

      I have submitted my mi4i mobile phone with moradabad service center for signal problem and my job sheet number was JS[protected]june 2016) and service center says that it will be returned it 3-4 days but since than every time I call they says that spares not available as company not supplying them.


      I called your customer care number on monday (18/7/2106) and they replied that somebody from company will call back and will resolve my issue but I didnt get any call, I again called your customer care on wednesday (20/7/2016) but still I didnt get any proper reply,

      Yesterday You send me another new complaint jobsheet no.JS[protected], I didn't understand why have you issued another jobsheet number when my previous one is not resolved and my mobile is kept with you (your service center ) since 11 june 2016..


      I already owned two more xiaomi mobiles and cant believe that you give that much pathetic service to your customers, you are requested to confirm immediately when will you be returning my rectified / replaced new mobile .

        I am using mi4i device from one year.. I feel happy to say its a good device, but from last 3, 4 days google play services has been stopped on my phone, and i if open any service app, they are not responding and asking to contact with manufacturer.. During my use other apps, a notification bar is repeatedly appearing on screen and i am getting irritated of that... What should i do, do i need to update my version or do i need to erase all data and restart the device...

          On 21 july 2016, i purchased a mi capsule earphones white from your online store through mi app for 999/– order number [protected]. And was damaged (Worthless).

          There is no update from his side, whats going on. Its been 7 days while i send the product through the courier in his pune store.

          I purchased my Redmi 3S prime in 9th December 2016 and the product was useless. I used it for only 1 month and after that the mobile switched off and not restarting. When i reached to Mi customer care the people asking Rs 7000 to repair the product. Why should i pay such huge amount with my fault, i need my device in good working condition.I am really disappointed with my product, TVS Electronics Limited and Mi customer care service team. Its hurting me alot, please guys don't go for Mi Products which making people dis-pointed. I have decided i am never gonna suggest this brand to any one and this is last product with Mi.

            Hi,

            On next sunday around 2 month will get completed for my mi 4i 16 gb in mi gurgaon service centre. I am not getting any response from them. My phone was ok only there was heating problem when i submitted my phone. Then after a week i was informed by service center people that motherboard of phone is failed and phone will not start. Thank god it was in warranty period, but people in mi are waiting for expiry of my phone and not very much concerned to resolve / replace mdb or problem with handset. I have not much used my phone and more than this time i visited and called on mi service centre.

            Multiple calls i made on help line & raised service request but as usual i was kept on hold for more than hours & cal drops. Only first level agent receives the call & did not escalated my case as its not important for them.
            I really wanted a solution for my phone. I want replacement or repaired completely.

            Can anyone help me in this regard.

              Seriously worst and pathetic market strategy played by xiaomi india. I have submitted my phone mi4i on 23 of june 2016 but it is still not repaired after 1.5 months service center guys sent me sms about delay in repair it will again take more than 25-30 days due to lack of parts, if you guys do not have parts to repair the defective phone. Now i am plannibg to visit consumer court.

              The service center in pune shivaji nagar persons are not behaving properly and also not providing better service. kindly consider this and improve the service and communication to serve better.

                This is manoj from delhi, i purchased xiomi mi4 mobile from flipkart last year in october month. Actually in last month end "june" i have seen a symbol of headphone on my mobile screen and due to which i was unable to talk directly and to hear a voice of a caller i have to put my mobile speaker on.'

                I gone to xiomi service center with this complaint in naraina delhi. Their i have seen literaly a drastic customer service their they are not even listening what customer is saying and in which situation we are. They are rude.

                Then i called their customer care number[protected] on 3rd july 2016 and their customer care executive updated that they have some pick up facility for xiomi customer but for that i have to pay inr 190/- for pick and drop. I accepted the same because in today's scenerio time is money and i don't want to waste my time more on it.

                On 4th july, one field executive came to pick my mobile from some gadgetwood mobile services "third party service provider for xiomi mobiles in india". He took my mobile and give me a receipt and request number that is 2147 and took visit charges from me same day.

                On 5th july, i recieved a call from gadgetwood that as per the company norms they have to change the motherboard of my mobile and it will take 5 to 7 days process as they have to arrange the same from chennai.

                Now from that day no one is answering and replying that when can i go to get my mobile back.

                I am calling on gadgetwood customer care number and xiomi customer care number regularly. But no positive reponse.

                Even i mailed my problem to him.

                This is what i experienced in last one month.

                I personally don't suggest anyone to buy xiomi mobiles now.

                Fed up with it.

                  On 14 th june 2016 i submitted my mi 4 i phone to their service centre in kolkata sec 5. After 45 days they returned me a mi4 i phone but imei nunber was different plus mi account is registered with a different person. Therefore all my data initially got synced to that acoount.
                  This is a pure case of fraud.
                  If by any how my data get lost ot that person who used to be the actualy owber of the phone comes from a criminal background then it can create a great trouble for me. I urge you to help me on priority.

                      It is the first time that I have bough a MI phone, but probably shall never recommend someone the same.
                      It has only been 4 months that I have brought the phone and the screen has started detaching and above all the service center are not accepting this as a Manufacturing defect. They were stubborn on blaming me for the happening(that I must have thrown the phone in water)
                      And secondly people at service center are so aarogant
                      I had visited Faridabad Sector 14 service center and the guy was in a attitude as if we was the king and all the customers were slaves
                      Very dissapointing customer I have become in respect to MI brand

                        Dear sirmam,

                        I have given my headphone for replacement in service center of mi at 1-7-2016 and they told me that i will be receiving my handfree within a week but till not i havent received my product. I am trying to call them but no one pics up the phone, i have called toll free number of mi india 10 times but i didnt received any resolution. Everytime i call them they tell me to wait and also tell me that i will be receiving call from support team within 48 hours but till now i didnt received any call. Please help to this as this is really frustrating for me being a consumer.

                          I have purchased redmi note 3 mobile phone on may 04, 2016, hardly two month and suddenly phone stopped charging, i took the phone nearest to the authorized service center they told me its charging port issues we will solve and give you within one week. But today morning again we went to the service center again they are asking one week. So i am asking for replacement. But no reply from service center.

                          Now you guys tell me what to do.

                            I have given my phone for repairing at the service centre in kolkata on 8th july 2016 at park street centre, kolkata and i was promised to the delivery date of 21/07/2016. After many telephonic calls and several emails i haven't got my handset till 01/08/2016. The handset is not repaired due to unavailability of spare part and also they are unable to tell the revised date also.

                            The service is really bad and highly dissatisfactory.

                              I have purchased a mi4-319 wcdma-16g-white mobile (serial no.[protected]) set on 12/07/2015 (inoice no. ka-blrs[protected] for rs.14, 999/-. the mobile set became non functional all on a sudden on 30.06.2016. on 01.07.2016, i went to mi4 service centre at f-2, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector-18, noida. they examined the mobile set and expressed suspicion of it's mother board problem. as it was within warranty period, they kept it for repairing free of cost, against jobsheet no. js[protected] with expected returned date 15.07.2016. i is very unfortunate that after 15.-07-2016 i have contacted them repeatedly but they simply reply that it is not repaired due to shortage of parts. i am facing lot of trouble without my mobile set. i, therefore, request for it's repair or replacement without further delay with suitable compensation to me. i am now reachable at the address below.

                                Bought mi band from mi. com and i got fault product. there is 10 days free replacement option available so i returned my product on 19th july. its 1st aug and still there is no repsonse from xiaomi regarding my replacement. they simple replay me to wait wait. their response is product is not reached warehouse (banglore) yet. i received new product in 2 days but even after 10 days my product is not reached banglore. is it true? fake details providing by xiaomi people. already my colleague bought mi band and its also fault one. there is no quality prodcut is not provided by xiaomi. prodcut return by courier is charged to public. why should public bare charge for xiaomi mistake?

                                  I have Submitted my product Mi4i to MI exclusive noida sector-18 serivce centre U.P(job sheet no-JS[protected]) Date of submission-(28-jun-2016 time-19:49:16) & they have given me 30 days time duration as both of its camera is not working but normal time as mentioned on jobsheet is 10-15 days. i have given them this also but after completion when i again go back to them they didn't give any status about.
                                  really is this a way you deal with your clients and solve their queries?
                                  if soo, then u have lost one of your customer will not purchase anything from this and will stop my friends.
                                  Kindly take a necassary action on this ASAP.
                                  This service centre have really given me a bad impact if all are working like this then i am sure xiomi will get a huge loss bcoz customer satisfaction is always a first concern for all if they are not then company have to suffer for this one day.

                                  Third class phone...
                                  I bought redmi note 3 32gb just 2months Back and i m facing automatically shut down problem.. Can it is resolved as i listen this type of problem from my friends also...

                                    Since 28th may 2016, i had submitted my phone to mi service center located in noida (f-2&f-3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector -18, noida 201301). my phone still not repaired, and they are not providing exact date, it's been almost 3 months, they had given me the job sheet (js[protected]), meanwhile between this period i had called them many many times for the follow up of my phone, and i have already register complaint[protected] on hotline. your service always giving promise that they will call back for quick solution but till now i didnt get any call from mi side.
                                    Plz look into this matter seriously to deliver my new phone 'within a week' possible,
                                    It request to mi team to take this mail very seriously. i know you got many warning like this and you simply ignore these, but don't do for me.

                                      Worst worst customer service ever. i want to return my phone without opening the parcel even. rahul n anirudh from customer service kept on repeating no, it's not possible and didn't want to escalate at all. it is a very simple request as i want to give your phone back without opening the courier and i want my money back. very very negative, stubborn and worst customer service with compared to other competitors. i have 3 mi phones ordered from third party big shopping website but this time i ordered from your official website mi. com and this is the treatment i am getting. i don't think i will recommend this worst company ever to anyone with pathetic, un empathetic, senseless service you are offering. i need my refund back and you take away your phone as it is. order no.                                         I have redmi 2 prime a few days back from official mi store and few days later as usually i connected my phone to the charger and went on to my work, a hour back when i unplugged my phone and see it, it was totally shut down and was unable to open it for the whole day...later i consulted a nearby mi store where they after inspection said that it's an issue of LIQUID DAMAGE and in order to solve it i need to pay a sum of 3800 where the actual phone cost is 7000 and the phone is merely used for 40 days i.e my phone is under 6 months warranty policy ...am totally struck with this issue ...any suggestions for this may help me to sort out this problem?
