I have purchased a mi4-319 wcdma-16g-white mobile (serial no.[protected]) set on 12/07/2015 (inoice no. ka-blrs[protected] for rs.14, 999/-. the mobile set became non functional all on a sudden on 30.06.2016. on 01.07.2016, i went to mi4 service centre at f-2, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector-18, noida. they examined the mobile set and expressed suspicion of it's mother board problem. as it was within warranty period, they kept it for repairing free of cost, against jobsheet no. js[protected] with expected returned date 15.07.2016. i is very unfortunate that after 15.-07-2016 i have contacted them repeatedly but they simply reply that it is not repaired due to shortage of parts. i am facing lot of trouble without my mobile set. i, therefore, request for it's repair or replacement without further delay with suitable compensation to me. i am now reachable at the address below.

Updated by snmishra0701 Dear Sir, no response/result I have received from Xiaomi / MI4 as yet . It is your mail that deferred my idea of legal resort. Please look into the matter on urgent basis if you really concern and are able to do something fruitful else consumer court will be the only option for resolution.

I have mail to customer care about this but there is no proper response on this issue.
I request for return and refund but they said there is no refund policy with Xiaomi
