I have brought redmi note 3. Since it has only 2 months purchase & today i went 2 service centre sec14. Faridabad for updation & headphone jack issue they said you will be paid 173 for jack but my phn is in warranty than why do i paid pls help me.. Even mre se phle 2 log ne phn on kiya hoei dyai aur service ke bad unke phn band hoi gyai upr se apni service charge bhi mag rhe sec14 faridabad mi service centre staff if very poor pls chnge this type of corupt people..

    I had submitted my phone in (gurgaon sec -14) xiaomi service center on 23 of june 2016 and till now 30 july i do not get any proper response from service center as well as from customer care. I had mail and call but do not get any proper response.
    Even service center guys are not receiving any call. I never faced such a poor service in my life.

      Complain Date 30th July 2016 (45days complete in service center)
      I gave my phone to service center more than a month ago in RAJKOT.

      I received call from Rajkot Service center after 23rd July 2016. Said by service team phone is ready, collect the phone on 25th Monday 2016. (38days complete in service center)

      I was there for collect the phone, i check phone problem is still remain same and i found one additional problem in my phone. Additional problem found in phone screen. One side corner i found rainbow effect in the screen. They agreed he take back the phone once again. And said he will call back after service the phone once again.

      I want to know how much i have to wait?
      Why phone problem is not solved after 38days?
      Why extra problem created by your service person in the scree?
      Why they call me for collect the phone without checking phone? Problem is remain the same. and additional problem found.

        My name is Rajat Mehrotra from Lucknow and i bought a handset of xiaomi Mi4i 32Gb Rs.14, 999/- on 14-Sep-2015 and and there comes a problem in charging so i deposited it to its service centre addressed C-14, First Floor, Sector-F, Aliganj, Lucknow.UTTAR PRADESH( Customer Care No:[protected] on 23-JUNE-2016 and they gave me expected return date:- 08-JULY-2016 but still they are not giving me my handset.
        I also called on their HOT LINE SERVICE NO:[protected] on 27-JULY-2016 and they registered my complain and generated a complaint no: 2098296 but still they are also not giving me positive response or return date.
        Please help me for my handset.

          I have purchased MI 4I on 15 OCT 2015 .Before it got some technical issue and it was not getting charged.
          I went to service center on 2 July 2016 and they promised me return it within 10 to 25 days at max.Now they are not taking my call.And i went to store to take my phone back ...I have to wait there for 4 hours but still they are not giving it to me.Kindly take some action in the same .

            Madhapur mi servicing center people refused to take my phone today 30/07/2016. They are telling the reason "NO POWER so we cannot take the phone come on monday".
            Is it valid reason? one brand servicing center running without generator?
            I have to travel 10km to reach that servicing center and iam frustrated with their irresponsible behavior.

            Yester day I have received a message that your device is ready and please collect from the center, I went to Service center around 5:30 evening, Shop was closed and I have seen a letter pasted "Due to server issue today is holiday".

            I have tried to contact in phone, [protected] this number is not connecting at all.


            Same issue I have faced when I went to center to give my mobile for repair, at that day they have simply said me "We don't have power so we cannot take your mobile"

            How can we tolerate these things, we should travel 10 to 15kms to reach your service center, after we came to center we here these type of excuses. at least you should available on phone, today I don't want to take risk and I have called to center for confirmation that is shop was opened or not but phone is not connecting.

              I had submitted an redmi PRIME 2 16 GB in kanpur service centre since 23 may with jobsheet no JS[protected].It was still unrepaired.u guys are really cheaters.you are just misguiding your customers.I will suggest to never buy any product of MI.A no of calls and mails i have send to you guys but there is no response from your side.now i am going to file a complaint in cosumer forum.Its really very shamefull.

                My mobile model is redmi note 3. Only 3 months have completed. My mobile battery is burst and damaged. My mobile is under full of warranty period. When i went to service center there service engineer told me this case not cover under warranty after that he make the payment of 115 from me and said u have to take paid service. Service engineer dose not respond properly. He make charges only for mobile care information. He said i[censored] late for a day your mobile will be blast. I am fully unsatisfied the service providers of mi company. I want service without paid charges because it's not my fault it's a company fault. In a 3 months battery should not damage.

                  I purchase a mi redmi note 3 on 6th july 2016. The order no. Is [protected]. The product was delivered on 9th july and after opening the product was delivered with a broken screen. The same day i applied for the return of the phone. The service team has not been responding. Whenever i have called them up they have been saying 'sorry for the inconvenience, the problem has been escalated, the issuing with concerened department has been placing at the higher priority but there has not been any resolving in the concerened issue.
                  I would like to consumer help me regarding this issue.

                    Mention in subjected order device which i received as faulty since its not getting power on even charge with multiple hours with provided charger and other charger as well, support care person is not supported well even i told that its manufacture/or received with issue. They ask me to visit service center do not why. I had been buy new product which they sent faulty then why should i bother for visit service center. I paid for new product and that should be work. I requested a lot to initiate replacement but yet to get any concrete response. At any cost i am not going to visit service center. Either they refund my money back or replace the product asap. Else have file case against them, that is worse but i have to make this.

                      I have submitted by charger of redmi note 3 on 21th june 2016 to the tvs electronics ltd. - mi exclusive svc in vashi. My charger was not working so they checked the charger told me that i would getting the replacement of the charger within a week. They will call me on my cell phone once the charger arrived in there office. Today 29th july 2016, i have still not received any call from there side and whenver i have called they didnt received.
                      I have the invoice number[protected]. And even i called the customer care of mi service and the complaint number for the same is 2049.
                      Till now it is the worst service i have found from any mobile company.

                        Hello,

                        I'm using mi4 for the past one year. The frequency of the phone heating up has increased over the last 3 to 4 months. Today in the morning it started heating too much and i saw my battery swollen highly heated. I removed the back cover to have a better understanding of the situation but but it continued to heat further and seemed it will blast. I'm attaching the photo of the swollen battery with this mail.

                        I'm highly conscious to use the phone again as it can blast anytime which can lead to any serious injury.

                        I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend this phone to anyone!!

                        This is disgusting that such a big brand and the product quantity is the worst.

                          Since 16th may 2016.. My phone set is lying with mi service center at moradabad.. Phone still not repaired.. A very big question mark regarding quality of service provided by mi india.. Not satisfied by the services from mi india... Response from the people dealing is a frustrating one for customers... No hardware for repair red mi 2 prime - phone's camera.. No replacement given till date i. E 29.07.2016.. This delay is not justified.. Kindly arrange the replacement of my phone set with a new one with in a week as this is a manufacturing defect.
                          Worst customer service I have ever been through my life. Mi customer service denied us to send the replacement policy documentation. Customer service denied us to send the replacement policy documentation. Disappointed customer
                          Same happened with me... Mobile submitted on 21 st may, 2016... 18 days later after continuous complaints customer care said they can't repair the phone so they will replace it.. today is 1.08.2016. Still no progress.

                            I have ordered mi bluetooth speaker gold on 20 july 2016, its more than 9 days now.

                                I purchased a mobile mi note 3 from mi store which i found detected and gave it for repairing to its service centre. Then after they called me that the parts of that mobile not available with them. And they again send my mobile from where it comes. On 6 july they take my mobile to bangalore for repairing and still the mobile is not repaired. Whenever i call them they say your mobile has been shipped. But still i didn't received my mobile. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
                                It's been 2 months that I have been using this phone and found two issues in the phone.
                                1-Getting a black colour spot in the front camera.
                                2-Voice issues while calling.

                                  This is reference to complaint no. 2074610 registered on 23/07/2013.
                                  I had purchased mi 4i (Imei#[protected]) from flipkart online site. On 9th june 2016 morning i wasn't able to start the phone, hence i had submitted the phone to mi service center located in noida (Noida mi exclusive service center, f-2&f-3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector -18, noida 201301). They had given me the job sheet (Js[protected]) with delivery date 24/06/2016. But till date they didn't deliver my phone due to their internal problem. Meanwhile between this period i had called them several times for the follow up of my phone, but they didn't given me the exact delivery date and ignored my words with saying follow up for next week.
                                  It is my humble request to mi service team to look into this matter seriously to deliver my phone as soon as possible or mi can replace my phone.
                                  I have done all the request formality which mentioned above and now it is becoming uncontrollable for me.

                                  It request to mi team to take this mail seriously and do the needful.

                                  Apart from above i have already register complaint[protected] on hotline. Your service all time giving promise that they will arange call back for quick solution but till date i didnt get any call from mi side.

                                  I am chandan kumar your customer and mi4i mobile which is under warranty period is given to service center of your Ranchi service center job sheet number-JS[protected] on 11 june and expected return accourding to job sheet 23 june but your service centers has not repairs till today on 31 july. they are telling only that parts are not available and I also complain in yours tollfree number [protected] and our complain number is 2048415. they also can't do anything.
                                  so, I am sending you last complain as a mail to repair it within 2 days by extending its warrenty for extra time taken from expected time in jobsheet or give me a new mobile if you can't repair it. Otherwise I am going to casefile in consumer court.
                                  so, I am waiting for your replay within 48 hours from today if you will not replay me with any solution then will go for consumer court on 3/08/2016.

                                    I gave my phone to service centre more than a month ago in chnadigarh.
                                    Their landline is not working so there is no way to contact them.In the past 50 days i ahve been to their office 6 time and everytime they say they donot have the parts and its not serviced.
                                    They said yesterday they do not know when the parts will come and they suggested i goto to delhi and get it done.
                                    in the month that they kept the phone with them selves the warranty time period expired.
                                    As they were not sure if they can fix the phone, i got it back .
                                    It the service centres fault that the phone is not fixed and the warranty is expired.
                                    who can fix it. the warranty expired on their watch. I am planning to raise a harassment case against xiomi and the service centre for such unproffessional conduct .

                                      Im kalyan suri and i have filed a claim for my mobile (redmi note 3) on 26 of may and my handset has been picked up on 28 of may. i had aslo cleared the access amout that has to be paid (370 rs) on june 12 and has been informed that i will get my hand set delivered by 29 of june. so its already 28 july now i didnt get my phone delivered. i had been informed that it would take 10-15 working days for the complete process as the spares are not avalable for which i have claimed. please help me out!!!

                                        Hello we have given our red mi note 3 for repair at qarmatek service centre in Ahmedabad .we have used the pick and drop service it's been 20 working days that our phone is under repair but still they are not telling the current status of my phone always saying please wait.it was just a one day old phone .it was just a motherboard thing to be fitted there as sim got strucked inside the sim slot and heating issue .customer service is worst they are not helping us .
