I gave my phone to service centre more than a month ago in chnadigarh.
Their landline is not working so there is no way to contact them.In the past 50 days i ahve been to their office 6 time and everytime they say they donot have the parts and its not serviced.
They said yesterday they do not know when the parts will come and they suggested i goto to delhi and get it done.
in the month that they kept the phone with them selves the warranty time period expired.
As they were not sure if they can fix the phone, i got it back .
It the service centres fault that the phone is not fixed and the warranty is expired.
who can fix it. the warranty expired on their watch. I am planning to raise a harassment case against xiomi and the service centre for such unproffessional conduct .

the chandigarh service centre people are uncooperative
they are are selling cheap fake counterfeit products and not providing any customer service at all .

    Im kalyan suri and i have filed a claim for my mobile (redmi note 3) on 26 of may and my handset has been picked up on 28 of may. i had aslo cleared the access amout that has to be paid (370 rs) on june 12 and has been informed that i will get my hand set delivered by 29 of june. so its already 28 july now i didnt get my phone delivered. i had been informed that it would take 10-15 working days for the complete process as the spares are not avalable for which i have claimed. please help me out!!!
    Sir my redmi note 3 have many problems like doesn't charge and drope battery very fast and open app close automatically hanging problem

      Hello we have given our red mi note 3 for repair at qarmatek service centre in Ahmedabad .we have used the pick and drop service it's been 20 working days that our phone is under repair but still they are not telling the current status of my phone always saying please wait.it was just a one day old phone .it was just a motherboard thing to be fitted there as sim got strucked inside the sim slot and heating issue .customer service is worst they are not helping us .

        Password changing successfully but failed to login. Getting error too many sign in attempts. Try later. Visited near by service center they said this is not in our hand. Its user account we cant help you.
        Tried after 24 hours. No one helping. My phone asking account verification. Currently my device in locked state

          I had purchased mi4i from official site of xiaomi in november, 2016.In june, i started facing big issues and when it continued longer, i took a visit to xiaomi service centre in kolkata at hazra. On 30th june, i gave them my phone to check for the first time and they said that it was motherboard issue. They took the phone from me saying that it would take a maximum of 20-25 days to repair it. Though it was a longer time, i agreed as because i needed my phone repaired. Now, i had called them ample of times and on 18th july they said that the part is not yet received by them and so the repair work wasn't done. I told them for a spare phone but they denied saying that it doesn't come in their facility. Now today, on 27th july, still no response is there from their part. Now, it is much longer time that i have given my phone to the customer care, i just want my money back what i have paid for the phone and since they are not willing to give me my phone back, i too don't need my phone any more. I please the consumer court to ask mi to refund me back my money asap so that i can buy a new phone with that money.

            I have given my redmi2 for repairing as it's screen got damaged in an accident, it's been a month since i have given the set, still no update from your side. Is this the way to deal with customer? The service centre guy keep telling me 10 more days..10 more days, i dont knw how much more time will it take to get my mobile repaired, i am struggling from more than a month and this is height for irresponsibility. I have my own work which all gets destructed coz i dont have my cell phone, you guys don't understand the necessity, this is very irritaing. The service centre is 25 kms away from my residence n i hardly gets time from my office, being a girl, i still manages to go their but each time i get the same reply that it will take 10 more days. Meanwhile they don't pick up the call, i am just fed up... Could you please check the matter and update me, i want my mobile back as soon as possible and if it's not possible to manage then please return my money back.

              Sir, with so much of excitement i brought my redmi note 3 phone on 16 may. I was so happy with the phone but unfortunately it feel down and my screen got broken then as i have taken the mi protect i called them registered my complaint on 24 may after formalties they took phone on 5 june and gave into service center but since then i keep on getting due dates and those are extended when the come. Sir mine is a very smaal problem of screen replacement do u feel it is right for me to wait teo month for this as my new due date is 12 august. I am completely disheartened ny your service now this will tend me to do begative publicity for the brand kindly look into the matter.                 I have purchased xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phone three months ago. now, phone has stuck up on headphones mode even after I plugged out my headphones. I went to service center in Rajkot but there they arrogantly told me that this problem does not cove up in warranty. Phone was never fallen down. it does not have any physical damage though they told me that it is physical damage and will not cover up in warranty.

                  This is to bring in your notice that we have sent our red mi note 3 through pick and drop service on 7th of july, 2016.

                  Its been 22 days that the phone is with service center and we are regularly calling and even mailing the concerned customer support but they have only one solution that is wait for some time.

                  The thing is that why we are not provided with some logical solution and even its not told to us that at which time or date, are we going to receive our given phone.

                  Its a humble request to you to take an appropriate action and help us accordingly as we are a great mi fan.

                    I purchase mi note 3 mobile on 11th may 2016, and within 20 days, it gave me problems (The changing and headset port were not working). So, i brought it to the mi service center (Shivajinagar, pune). They said that it was motherboard problem and within 25 days, you will able to get it back. I gave it on 11th june 2016. And still i didn't get it back. I had escalated this issue so many times with them but still there is no improvement. No one is taking any action.

                      The new mobile redmi note 3 was given to xiaomi under mi-protect insurance for liquid damage. The complaint was registered on 3rd june'16. The person from company collected it on 6th june'13.
                      I have paid for repair charges under insurance and even after almost 2 months, i have not received my phone. The company first said the date of arrival of phone to be 18th july'16. But now they are telling that the phone will be delivered in august.
                      The company is not taking any steps inspite of repeated phone calls and mails.

                          I am not getting my phone from service centre agra. They are showing motherboard issue & telling me motherboard is not available at their service centre.
                          Now 65 days gone and i am suffering a lot for this. Service centre staff are not cooperate. They never pick up the phone number and number always busy. They have no solution nor answer rather than it will more time to reach redmi prime note motherboard to us.

                            I have submitted my faulty phone (not taking updates) on 06/06/2016 in xiaomi exclusive-noida, sector 18 - noida (u. p) service center (jobsheet no : js[protected]; serial no: [protected]) and have no clue when i'll receive the repaired phone.

                            I am continuously chasing service center and call center but not getting any positive response. my complaint number is 1939988.

                            My frustration level is over now... i cant wait.. done more than 6
                            Mails and more than 25 calls... they raised more than 15 escalations..
                            Every time they give me a weeks time...

                            According to them it's pending for hardware (motherboard - faulty) replacement.

                            I also came to know that warehouse don't have motherboards in stock and providing a replacement phone (with redmi note 3 - 16gb) to customer submitted their phone for repair in the month of apr-may.

                            The hilarious thing of the product is that even service center representative not recommending xiaomi phone to anyone. strange and horrible

                            Expecting my phone back. please help.

                              I was having xiaomi redmi 2s-383-redmi2s-hm2-in-gray prime.
                              When i was installing an app my phone was stuck on mi logo.
                              O i submitted my phone in mi store (F-2, f-3, first floor, above bamboo

                              But i lost trust on xiaomi.

                                I am from ahmadabad gujarat and had travelled 15km twice to your service centre at swastik char rasta, ahmadabad and it is closed showing an audit is going on since long. What to do where to go? It's highly unprofessional. Please look into it thanks.

                                  My phone was not charging properly, the charging socket stopped working suddenly. When i went to the service centre they told the socket needs to be repaired and denied to repair under the warranty saying that warranty only includes software issues. Even though i got ready to pay him the service amount and he told me that the phone will be repaired within 15 days. After 15 days when i went back to bring my mobile, they denied and ask for 1 more month saying the parts are not available, and unfortunately i have to bring my damaged phone back to home. The services of mi is worst and i will not suggest anyone to purchase this chinese phone. They are just making consumer's fool. They should be punished and there services needs to be blocked with immediate effect.

                                    I have purchase redmi note 3 online on 1st june 16, i have received handset on 3rd june handset worked properly only for next 22 days only, after that it's battery not getting charged, that instrument was not working, i have submitted handset to service center they told me that charging port is not working have to replace the same, after that after huge follow up on 22nd july 16, they have returned me handset and they have told me your handset problem has been fixed now handset is working, that handset worked only for 1 day after that same problem is appeared now i have again handset submitted to service center they told me spare parts are not available,
                                    Please help me i have purchase that handset on credit card emi, i have paying emi's bank but due to faulty handset xiaomi india has sold me, please look into the matter,

                                      I think mi has messed up its operations in india by providing such pathetic service. Every second complaint on this platform is same that service centres are accepting the phones and not retuning till months. All they have is a creepy crap to answer no matter where you contact them. Center staff is same the telephonic customer care guys are same and even the seniors in the company are same. I think mi should stop selling phones in india and if possible people should appeal to the govt for not allow them to operate in india as all they do is harrass people once d phone is submitted for months..! Its a request to all never in your dreams think of buying any mi phone. Its a straight donation of your money to them and a mental torture if at all it is submitted in service centres

                                        Dear sir i had bought mi4 (white, 16gb) mobile from amazon on 4th october 2015 and my phone serial number is imei-[protected].
                                        And amazon order number is[protected].
                                        On 12th may 2016 i have submitted my phone on service, address:no.84, first floor, 27th a cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore-560011, karnataka.
                                        This is mi authorized service center.
                                        And my phone problem is not getting switched on.

                                        While submission of mobile service center people said we need 15 days for repairing. after 15 days i called them and they said they need 10 days more... then 7 days more then 10 days more... etc.

                                        Now its been more than 2 months and i also complained to their customer care but they too didn't respond well. they still said 15 days more... its really ridicules and i cant tolerate it anymore... i am facing lot of problem without my mobile and making very difficult to me.

                                        O kindly please look upon the matter and do something as earliest as possible.
