I have submitted my faulty phone (not taking updates) on 06/06/2016 in xiaomi exclusive-noida, sector 18 - noida (u. p) service center (jobsheet no : js[protected]; serial no: [protected]) and have no clue when i'll receive the repaired phone.

I am continuously chasing service center and call center but not getting any positive response. my complaint number is 1939988.

My frustration level is over now... i cant wait.. done more than 6
Mails and more than 25 calls... they raised more than 15 escalations..
Every time they give me a weeks time...

According to them it's pending for hardware (motherboard - faulty) replacement.

I also came to know that warehouse don't have motherboards in stock and providing a replacement phone (with redmi note 3 - 16gb) to customer submitted their phone for repair in the month of apr-may.

The hilarious thing of the product is that even service center representative not recommending xiaomi phone to anyone. strange and horrible

I was having xiaomi redmi 2s-383-redmi2s-hm2-in-gray prime.
When i was installing an app my phone was stuck on mi logo.
O i submitted my phone in mi store (F-2, f-3, first floor, above bamboo

I complained many times on customer care number [protected].
They promised to give me a call back and said that they will escalate
The issue.. But nothing happened.
I called plenty of times but, every time they said it will take a week
.. Now i m totally fed up with the service..
I thought it was a great brand and customer support will defenatly
Help me out with this and i will get my phone back,,
But i lost trust on xiaomi.
I m not able to do my important work.. I m helpless cant buy a new
Phone as they give me an expected date every week.
I m totally fed up with your service and i will not suggest my friends
To buy a xiaomi phone... Earlier i used to do that.
I cant believe that such a emerging brand can do that. This left a
Negative impact on me and the people in my network they are in shock
To see this thing.
Other cellphone companies as (Lava, micro max) respond faster than mi
And repair devices in given time period and sometimes give new phones
To customers if they are not able to repair their device.

Its a request that if you people are not able to repair that device
Please let me know or give me a replacement as i used that phone just
For 3 months.

Hankar one of the executive everytime puts my call on hold for 30 to
40 mins and i have to disconnect the call

I am from ahmadabad gujarat and had travelled 15km twice to your service centre at swastik char rasta, ahmadabad and it is closed showing an audit is going on since long. What to do where to go? It's highly unprofessional. Please look into it thanks.

My phone was not charging properly, the charging socket stopped working suddenly. When i went to the service centre they told the socket needs to be repaired and denied to repair under the warranty saying that warranty only includes software issues. Even though i got ready to pay him the service amount and he told me that the phone will be repaired within 15 days. After 15 days when i went back to bring my mobile, they denied and ask for 1 more month saying the parts are not available, and unfortunately i have to bring my damaged phone back to home. The services of mi is worst and i will not suggest anyone to purchase this chinese phone. They are just making consumer's fool. They should be punished and there services needs to be blocked with immediate effect.

I have purchase redmi note 3 online on 1st june 16, i have received handset on 3rd june handset worked properly only for next 22 days only, after that it's battery not getting charged, that instrument was not working, i have submitted handset to service center they told me that charging port is not working have to replace the same, after that after huge follow up on 22nd july 16, they have returned me handset and they have told me your handset problem has been fixed now handset is working, that handset worked only for 1 day after that same problem is appeared now i have again handset submitted to service center they told me spare parts are not available,
Please help me i have purchase that handset on credit card emi, i have paying emi's bank but due to faulty handset xiaomi india has sold me, please look into the matter,

I think mi has messed up its operations in india by providing such pathetic service. Every second complaint on this platform is same that service centres are accepting the phones and not retuning till months. All they have is a creepy crap to answer no matter where you contact them. Center staff is same the telephonic customer care guys are same and even the seniors in the company are same. I think mi should stop selling phones in india and if possible people should appeal to the govt for not allow them to operate in india as all they do is harrass people once d phone is submitted for months..! Its a request to all never in your dreams think of buying any mi phone. Its a straight donation of your money to them and a mental torture if at all it is submitted in service centres

Dear sir i had bought mi4 (white, 16gb) mobile from amazon on 4th october 2015 and my phone serial number is imei-[protected].
And amazon order number is[protected].
On 12th may 2016 i have submitted my phone on service, address：no.84, first floor, 27th a cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore-560011, karnataka.
This is mi authorized service center.
And my phone problem is not getting switched on.

While submission of mobile service center people said we need 15 days for repairing. after 15 days i called them and they said they need 10 days more... then 7 days more then 10 days more... etc.

Now its been more than 2 months and i also complained to their customer care but they too didn't respond well. they still said 15 days more... its really ridicules and i cant tolerate it anymore... i am facing lot of problem without my mobile and making very difficult to me.

O kindly please look upon the matter and do something as earliest as possible.

Hello this is sourav shivhare from morena m. P i bought a handset from flipkart after 3 months o[censored]se the handset got hang... I sent the handset to authorised service centre of xiomi in gwalior but the service centre is not giving back the handset... And they are not giving satisfactory replies... I am not getting my phone from service centre Powai, Mumbai. They are showing motherboard issue & telling me motherboard is not available at their service centre.
Now 22 days gone and I am suffering a lot for this. Service centre staffs are not cooperatin. They never pick up the phone number and number always busy.They have no solution nor answer rather than it will more time to reach Mi4i motherboard to us.

Please help.

I bought a mi4i pink colour mobile phone from flipkart on October.After five months it battery started to burst and completely battery damaged.Then I went to kottayam service centre and give them to replace the battery.when I reach their after one month I saw that they didn't repaired it.I take my phone back from there and given to cochin mi india service centre . Now it become three months they didn't replace the battery till.

Display of my mi3 phone was broken and visited service centers in chandigarh & mohali. they said that it would take more than 2 months to get repaired so i get replaced the display combo from local market but it was not up to the mark. so i wanted to get replaced this inferior quality display with the original one from xiaomi service center.

Talked at mi customer support and they suggested to opt pickmi service to get repaired phone within 15 days (max). the inquiry number is: [protected]

I was surprised to see estimate repair cost rs 14, 511 for a phone of mrp rs 13, 999.

Only display module was to be replaced.in the estimate pdf document it look like they had pasted picture of somebody else's motherboard showing a liquid damage.

As i am sure that there was no liquid damage and it was double sured by the mechanic in local market while replacing the display module who replaced the part in front of my eyes.

What a bad after sale support. very disappointed with the service. regretting after buying this chinese phone

I am also tired of this (sir wait for 24 hrs we will call you back, trust us sir) i am also waiting n hearing the things which will never gonna be done, i never got the call back from them it's more than a 1 month now

When i go in service centre they say it will take around 30 days just to confirm when my mobile will be repaired, always gives excuse like parts are not available and all that . my complaint no is 2073276 and my handset is redmi 2, they sad they will call me and resolve my nproblem but they did not and didnt got any solutions from them my jobsheet no is wxin[protected]

Submitted my xiaomi mi4i in service center with issue relating to side button and sensor rubber issue, there was no physical damage on 11/06/2016 wxin[protected]. but service is mentioning that they will callback, even calling on hotline no [protected], there is no update till now. worst customer service. need anyone helping on the issue

Need repaired mobile this month end

I have submitted my mi 4i mobile handset on the mi lucknow service center on 13th june 2016. The device is having a minor problem, as it was not getting charged. It was promised to me that device would be serviced within 10 days. The promised service date was 27 june 2016.
All the time i call to the service center, they tell me that please wait till next week as they are running out of stock. I have been calling the service center from the past month till now but my problem is not resolved yet.

I have complained so many times on the mi central service portal. They only tell me that they have escalated the issue and please wait for some time.

Literally, i have been harassed in the name of service.

While these things are going on and on, i am losing my warranty period.
The company is unable to service my phone so they should pay compensation to me for the same in the way by providing a new handset to me.

I submitted my mi4i mobile to service center jaipur-hcl for repair. front camera in not working properly. blurred screen when recording or taking photo.
When i submitted my phone to service center than mr. ghanshyam singh say your phone is ready within 10-15 day.
Today (25/07/2016) i call to service center than there staff are say your phone take 2 month for ready. the parts are not provide company.

This is to inform you that i have procured one redminote 3 phone from flip kart on dated 28th jun 2016.
But the problem is that for for the 1st week i have used one bsnl sim and that works fine.
After i put another airtel sim i face the network problem with the handset.

For that i have called to flip kart for replacement but they denied as it completed 10 day’s.
For that i shown the same in the mi service centre where they have updated the mobile.

But they told me that the mother board has got some problem for that the mother board will change.

I really disappoint as the new set and i am not satisfied.
For that i want a replacement of the same.

Mi has a brand name in india and due to feedback from other users i brought this phone.
To retain the brand name i would request you to kindly replace the same with a new one.
