Submitted my phone on 01/07/2016 for reexecutive said that it will take 15-20 days i will get a call from their end but its more than 23 days i havent received any call. i try atleast 10-15 times to call at service centre but either it is busy or they dont respond really frustatted by this. i cannot take a leave from office risking as i dont know whether my phone is ready or not they gave a bill on which there is no service sheet number but a barcode on the upper right hand side : wxin[protected]

Cheap cmpany, misbehaving staff, stop fooling people xiaomi. We baught note 3. It went out ofservice with in a month. We gave it to service centre. They misbehaved with us. After 20 hours of repair it again went out of service. Your staff misbehaved with us, abused us and when we tried to call ur service centre they hung up the phn without listening to our problem

I gave my mobile phone mi4i for repairing in the service center of bhopal on may 21 2016 the deadline written in terms and condition is 30 days its been now more than 2 months, they have not repaired it uptil now. They do not pick up the phone. When they are called. They dont give the proper response when we complain about our mobile. Each time they say come after a weak. I went in the office 6 times everytime they refuse to give the mobile. Its very difficult for me to go office every time because i live 20 km away from service center. Kindly take the action very urgently. Thank you

I am sumitted my headsphone in service center on 19/05/2016. But they are not returned my headsphone at this time. They provide me 30 days time but they are not provide me at this time. My jobsheet number is hhin[protected],

I have brought the a head set from mi.com on november 2015.

It was not working properly so i have submitted it to marathalli service centre on 2nd of may.
It's been 3 months and i haven't got the response from them every time i call them they just say it is escalated sir we will get back to you but there will be no getting back.
The complaint or service request id is : hhin[protected].

I request you to please take some action so that xioami company will be addressing them in fast manner

I bought a redmi note 3 32 gb variant on 24th april and within 45 days the motherboard needed replacement. I submitted the phone at hyderabad but had to take it take as i got transferred to pune. When i went to pune service centre they told me to close the call from hyderabad which should have been automatic. They took the phone after some discussion and promised to replace spare part within 25 days but 30 days have already gone past, no communication is there regarding the status of my phone. Everytime i call mi hotline they promise me a callback from senior consultant team which i havent got till now. Its been around 50 days that my phone is not working. Their pathetic service is what making me regret buying a xiaomi phone.

I have given my handset at Vadodara MI service center near Race Course Circle due to it was hanging and battery dropped to earlier they told me to collect it after 20 days according to them Mother-board need to change, the problem already occurred earlier a month ago that time they upadated software and problem was solved i had given it on 20th june 2016 when i went there on 13th july they informed me to come on next day after one day i went there now they replied me that until now my handset is not repaired and it will take till month end long due to spares not available of device now over a month finished and still i dont have my handset with me i am using one of my friends mobile, until when i use it he is also asking with me for his device i am working in Mumbai and vadodara is my hometown once in 10 day i am going to vadodara, at service center nobody receiving the call so that i did not get a status of my device now what should i have to do please solved out my device solution or else give me refund or new handset its enough time passes i am suffering a lot due to much work i have to do with my handset please consider my request and reply me as early as possible.

I have problem only in my battery backup its drain fastly that only my complain or problem in my phone. Now today i am not receive my phone. I was called normally and ask about my phone so answer still sir your phone will take some time approx one weak more. Before one weak i called and they saying same thing. So sir i just need my phone as soon as possible because i have a lot of work to do at official work with my phone. And i worried about my phone parts because some service center change parts like display and hardware parts. So please make sure if something same thing happens to my phone. So ill take your company or mi service center hcl staff file a court case. Please make sure this warning to you still my phone is not repaired tody is 02 july 16 alomst going to finished 2 months

I am very much regret to inform you that i purchased xiaomi mi4 mobile phone from flipkart (order number - od[protected] under invoice dated 25.10.2015 attached file whereof is enclosed herewith for favor of your reference but very unfortunately the said handset became defective on 14.05.2016 within the warranty period and i deposited the same to your hcl services limited 20h park street kolkata-700016. but despite lapse of more than 2 month time neither the same has been restored nor replaced whereas i had to visit severally there to kolkata.
Inspection charge taken from me rs 172. they told me that i have to bear 3200/- rs against handset repairing whereas set has automatically stopped during the warranty period.in spite of that they are harrasing me expiring the time of warranty period going on 3 month. it is a matter of deep anguish i am repeatedly up and down from asansol to kolkata after incurring heavy loss of business. kolkata is far away from asansol it takes 5 hours to reach at hcl services kolkata. they are not receiving any phone of his office. bhoumik babu given his personal number [protected]. but not receiving any number.
In this context i would like to request your honour. please take necessary action for repair/replacement for the said handset at the earliest and latest within 15 days of receipt.

Sir, i purchased mi in-ear basic earphone from mi.com
But after few months the earphone stopped working. I submitted the earphones in service center in janak puri west (Delhi mi exclusive service center, g-5, 2nd floor, janak place, chatrapati shivaji marg, janakpuri district center, janakpuri, new delhi, delhi 110058)
On 25 may. But after one month and four days i got a call on 29 june from mi india they deliver the earphone to me at my residence as a replacement. But i didn't receive my earphones yet. I have jobsheet number - (Hihin[protected]
That service center gave to me but they told me the same as mi india did. I also try to contact throuh email but i didn't get the proper response.

I have deposited my redmi phone to the agra service center, due to back camera problem and there agent there have assured me that i will get my phone back in 20 days, but now more than 30 days have passed and i havent recieved my phone yet. My 1 year warranty is over during this period. So now if i take my phone back i have to pay them for the same thing they have'nt repaired under warranty i am very unhappy with there service.

I purchased redmi note 3 ago 3 months. My redmi note 3 problem, service center in patna (Bihar) very bad because he not accept any mobile because according to xiomi service executive company are unable to provide service spare parts so they are refuse to collect any mobile please help me and solve my issue soon.

I orderd a mi 2s white phone . it is delivered to me today but this phone has screen problem when it is reached to me .. so i want replace this phone . because its reason is when it delivered to me and when i power on the phone the phone screen is containing 4 to 5 white lines on the screen .. so i want to replace this phone and i want a new phone and want replace it and i sending the images ..

I have submitted my xioami note 3 handset at the service centre on 22nd july 2016. The camera of that phone was not working properly. I was informed that it will be repaired in 7-10 days, but it has been more than a month (31days) now & still it is not repaired. This is disgusting & discrefull. I have already visited the service centre 5 times still did not get any update from them.

I need my phone by next week any how. It should be repaired. If not please provide a new phone. I will file a case in consumer court if it is not resolved by next week.
