I purchased redmi note 3 in april 2016 from mi india.com. i had mi protect on my redmi note 3, it got damaged and was picked up from my home on 20 june and since then there has been no updates. i have called at least a hundred times to both mi and one assist. one assist keeps telling me that estimation on my handset has still not been done. when i call at mi protect they tell me that my request has been escalated and gave me a complaint number. i ask them whether it takes 1 month for estimation and they say it generally takes 1 week for estimation and when i ask them why may handset has not been estimated yet and they just keep apologizing big fan of mi . but this incident is insisting to change my mind. as far as i can evaluate its the fault of mi for not being able to make the estimation and forwarding the required documents.

    Its a shocking thing but a company which is the fifth largest phone manufacturer in the world does not supply phone batteries to their service centers. what a shame!
    My phone (mi 4i) happens to have a swollen battery. so i went to the service center in janakpuri, new delhi to get my phone's battery replaced. but as shocking as it may sound, xiaomi does not believe in stocking their service centers with spare batteries.
    And due to the swelling of the battery, my phone's chassis has become twisted and now i also have a curved display for free.
    I went to the service center when my phone was under warranty. but it will expire way before xiaomi decides to send batteries to their service centers.
    Thanks xiaomi, you lost a customer and other potential customers too because i won't recommend your products and services to anyone.
    Ps. the staff at the service center had some behavior issues while addressing to my grievances.

      I gave my mobile on 15 june 2016 at ahemedabad, bapunagar mi exclusive service centre. They gave me 10 days time for repairing of mobile. But now a month passed but no any support from mi service centre as well as from mi hotline [protected]. Already i escalated this issue and report complaint in their customer care before 19 days but they are not giving me exact time.
      same proble mere sath hua hai, maine legal notice bheja service centre ne 10 minute me bulkar diya

        I purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 from amazon. After 2 weeks there was a problem in my display.
        I have submitted my redmi note 3 32 gb on 27 th june 2016 to mi exclusive service center,
        Thane – west,
        Teen hath naka.
        They told that i will get my phone repaired within 10-12 working days.
        Its has already been 22 days and i did'nt get my phone repaired.
        They are telling that we have not received the display from company that is why it is taking time.
        Please take any action against this.

          I have purchased a redmi note 3 32gb dark gray order no. [protected] from mi.com on 7th july 2016. I received a dead phone on 9th july 2016 in the evening 5.30. Same day i mailed them about the issue. They suggested me to visit there service center i visited and they give me number for issue wxin[protected]. But after that i am still waiting for replacement. From last 10 days when i called them mail them they only said they are working on issue. But they never confirm me any status abut issue and they refused to transfer my issue to manager. Even there is no information for the escalation department of mi.com. Please help me out of this issue. For 2 day for this issue i have visited for courier partner for that i have loss of 2000 rupees of my salary. My number is [protected] please help me. From last 12 days they confirmed me we are working on it and blue dart will pick up your device for the replacement, but suddenly yesterday they call me and ask me to send the device on my side. I ask them why they are making me fool from last 12 days. Than there executive faizan told me that they are cancelling the request for replacement. Now i have sent the device through blue dart to them with tracking number [protected]. 2 day before mr. Ravi from xiaomi called me and told me that they will refund it and since then his mobile number [protected] is off. Why he ask me to have balance in my account for refund. Please help me on this. I wanna all my money back or replacement with my all extra money.

            I broke my phone (xiaomi mi 4i, imei no: [protected]) and submitted the same for change of lcd/touch on 05. july.2016 to the mi exclusive service center (address: arya regency building, no 1, andul raj road, near hazra crossing behind jatindas park metro station, kolkata, west bengal 700026; phone:[protected]). the same was repaired and returned to me on 08. july.2016.
            However, the staff failed to charge my phone and upon opening the same, informed me of water in the phone motherboard. before submitting the phone, it was successfully being charged and did not have any other problem except the problem with the touch.
            The staff decided to change my motherboard (under warranty) and said it would be made available to me in 10-15 days. jobsheet no: ish05373.
            Thereafter, upon regular inquiry, i was just informed that they would need 10-15 more days because the part was not available. this is the only thing they keep saying for each day till today.
            I have been reiterating the fact that i am a sailor and would leave for my job by the next week. however, there has been no enthusiasm from the company and they show no signs of returning the phone to me anytime soon.
            It is the 14th day since my phone has been submitted a second time; but the staff has only added to their mis-behaviour and now stated that the phone will not be available in the next 20-25 days.
            Kindly understand that it is almost a month since i have submitted my phone and i genuinely need it before the net week; to attend to my job.

              Dear sir,
              I have major problem. My handset is not work properly. When i goes to patna service centre after 4 pm, then agent said after 4 pm token time closed you come tomorrow.
              I goes to tuesday on 19th july new law applied that tuesday closed.
              After next day i goes their again then he said i do not check your phone and said, i submit your phone after 20 august.
              And my warranty is expired on 31 august.

                I buy redmi note 3 for rs12000 from amazon.com after 1 month there's a default in their headphone jack. I take it to the sevice center but there is no repair of my mobile phone. I deposit my phone on 24 june but still no response. I tried to explain my problem to the coustomer service center but the same result they are not responding to my complaints.                   I gave the mi redmi prime2 16 gb on 2nd june 2016 for motherboard replacement at eternity mall, thane service centre of redmi prime2. my phone is under warranty which i bought in jan 2016. i was promised that it will be replaced in one week. after the multiple follow-ups i was always given the new date after every fifteen days by the service centre. till date i have not received my phone back with motherboard replaced by the service centre. they keep on saying they have not received the parts for the phone from the company.

                  This is the mental harassment to the customer where phone is kept by the company service centre from last 2 moths. uploaded the job sheet as a proof for the submission of the phone to the service centre.

                  Xiaomi is a Fake Chinese company..Any individual willing to buy Xiaomi mobile PLEASE DON"T BUY IT. they just manufacture user and throw mobiles. Their customer service is Third Grade. They doesn't have sense and capacity to repair or replace any new/old Xiaomi mobile. ITS been Close to 3 Months I have still not received my mobile repaired by the service center (work order no. - XMI/ETE13/CI/6/16/0001246. THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED to FIX YOUR ISSUE or reply to your email or pick up phone and speak to you INCLUSIVE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD OR HEAD OPERATIONS OR AFTER SALES HEAD OR INDIA HEAD. EVEN IF THEY SPEAK TO YOU YOU WILL GET ANOTHER DATE BUT NOT YOUR MOBILE. AND THIS NOT my individual Case. I have seen no. of customer waiting for their mobile to get fixed from no. of months. kunal thakkar - [protected]
                  i rohit verma, also submit my hand set 25th may 2016 regarding motherboard problem. but till date no solution due to part delivered..there is no positive response...after the multiple follow-ups.

                    I purchased mi redmi prime2 from flipkart on 21/12/15 vide invoice no. blr_wlfld[protected]. i face network problem. i went to vikas marg, laxmi nagar service centre on 18/06/16 and they told me it needs "motherboard replaced". i gave the handset for necessary replacement. however more than one month has passed the handset has not been repaired/motherboard replaced. i had contacted service centre on phone several times, but the fact is that the handset has not been repaired yet. so i request you to kindly get it repaired as early as possible.

                        I bought a new mi 4i phone just six months back but the hard drive got damaged and display was not working. Though, the service center initially promised to replace the phone in 10 days it is now more than 15 days and my phone is not yet serviced. Whenever i tried to call the service center they are not picking up or busy all the time.. I regret the decision of buying mi phone and would definitely not recommend it for any one.

                          I am customer of xiaomi mi4i smart phone, like to inform you that,
                          I have a xiaomi mi4i smart phone and using since last 1 years, initially Smart phone was placed in your authorized service center but since last more than 2 months I’m facing problem in poor service and after no buddy give me smart phone after expected date 31st June 2016 till today.

                          On 16th may 2016 I made complaint regarding sensor problem and network issue but nobody has called up and any authorized person no buddy call me regarding my issue.
                          I himself reached to Authorized Service centre and (executive department) but no one ready to sort and resolve my problem.
                          For repairing the authorized service doesn’t have Spare parts and engineer to repair and not replaces my device,
                          They asked for authorized person mail for replacement under warranty period. Whole the day got wasted to get Device.
                          I called up since 1st June to till today but not a single concerned person responded in working hours.
                          I called up authorized service center at Vadodara on [protected] and personally visited too, he also helpless to give proper solution, its shows DISGUTING service by authorized xiaomi service center department and whole xiaomi online call center and chat support too.

                          What the use of buying xiaomi mi4i since nobody ready to give and entertain to customer.
                          Actually problem is that there is no link between xiaomi company of India and Authorized service centre at Vadodara because of which we customer face problem and wasting time to put leave from office and run behind such a authorized service center and xiaomi call center .

                          This shows FOOL and CHEATING with customer, and no buddy helping us regarding device problem
                          Finally I’m sending Registered AD to xiaomi authorized service center at Vadodara and xiaomi smart phone company main branch office main branch office at Bangalore,

                          Forcefully I have to Buy another company smart phone to do my work in place since I’m very much disturbed by xiaomi India smart phone company in my routine work and passed by mentally harassment by company and authorized service center too.

                          Request to xiaomi India to REFUND my xiaomi mi4i device money back since company failed to provide Prompt and proper services.

                          Request to all concerned Authorities to take necessary strict action against such big reputed companies those are Cheating with consumer/customers and earning money.

                          Hope to have favorable response from consumer forum/Police and xiaomi India.

                            I think i get the mobile on 2nd march 2016, i got a warranty on this mobile as 6 months.

                                    Greetings of the day!

                                    I karan saluja user of xiaomi mi note prime 3 has given its phone to service center on 27th june, 2016 for servicing of lock button and phone memory card insert-er was not working so they said they need to repair mother board.

                                    Its been almost a month now and i have not even received the status that how many more days will it take to repair a mother board. visiting at the service center couple of times, i get to know that part is not coming from xiaomi.

                                    By proving this kind of service don't force me to do bad publicity of xiaomi at twitter or other social networking sites. as after to taking customer care executive, he mentioned that i will get a call from xiamo about status but after that also i have not received any phone call as a courtesy.

                                    I want my phone to be serviced on urgent basis, as i am going on official tour on 26th june'2016 for 10days and during this time i will be in badly need of my smart phone.

                                    Kindly respond to this mail as a courtesy and update me the status.


                                    I want to know how many more days will it take to get my phone repaired.in-fact, i want it by end of this weekend or maximum by monday.

I have placed order on 10 june 2016 (My order id # [protected]) with rupees 25, 198/- (Paid online in advance with order) and got the delivered on 13 june 2016 @12:42pm with invoice #[protected].
                                      However this new mobile gone down automatically on 21 june 2016 late evening and it never start again i. E. Totally dead. As per their website they shown hassle-free replacement “10-day easy replacement policy on mi.com” so immediately next day on 22 june 2016 i have logged a complaint by a mail and i received an acknowledgement with complaint number[protected] for replacement of faulty device. On 27 june 2016 i got a call and mail from arpit for pickup information but as of date no one reached me to pick up the faulty handset.
                                      I am calling xiaomi customer care and online chat every day since last 21 days but no solution of my problems yet to end and they have no update and every time apologies and working on your solution type of standard answer they are giving.
                                      Kindly help me in this case.

                                        I have given my mobile handset to the respective mi service center in patna on 23rd june 2016 due to some camera issue and my handset is in warranty period. First they said that they will handover it to me on 8th july 2016, but they didn't give saying that the parts are not available. Then they said that they will give it on 15th july but again they refused and extended the date to 20th july. And now they are saying 25th july and keep on increasing the date. I am a college student and i have so many utilities and needs from my handset so, please look into this matter as soon as possible. Thank you
