Hi,

I have submitted my xiaomi note 4g to gadgetwood for repairing (authorized service centre for xiaomi) on 15th june 2016.
They told me due to some part is not working fine, we need to replace the oart to make it working. i said ok, please change and repair my phone. they said we have ordered the part once we will get the part will repair your phone.
Its more than one month still they are repeating that xiaomi is not providing parts and please wait.

I have emailed, called chat with xiaomi customer care, but they are all same repeating same words please wait. how much wait a person can do. its already more than one month.

    Dear sir,

    I mohd aris purchased mi4 from flipkart, after using it its screen has got spot on it so i went to your malviya nagar service centre, they said with in 10 to 15 days you will get your phone, already its too much time as compared to other companies they promise repair with in 2 days. But i any how i agree for that much of time, i have submitted on 20/06/2016 with bar code no. Wxin[protected].

    Now 30days gone nothing is happen i am very upset with service.

    Poeple at malviya nagar service centre were not talking properly and giving worse response, on 10/07/2016 they called me on my phone they said your phone is ready, i went there and they said we called u by mistake.

      Im vittal. Kabade & i had given redmi prime2 mobile for repair to your service center, on 20th of june 2016. My enquiry no is-[protected]. Now still i didn't got any msg and call from your backend office regarding my mobile matter.. What is the condition of my mobile and y the company has taking so much of time to repair my mobile... Im not getting any msg and call... Sir i dont have any android standby mobile to use now.. Plss my kindly request to u that as soon as possible repair it and dispatch me soon..

        I'm atul kendre purchased mi pad from amazon last year on 25 th september. But due to problem in power on a submitted it to yours narayana bihar service centre on 27 th of june and now today is 20th of july but still problem of my mi pad is not resolved and have already registered the complaint about it and no. Is 1960854. I'm very much mentally harassed because of services of your company and the person's working at service centre. So i request you to please let me know when i will get my mi pad back otherwise i have to go to consumer court and i will also launch a campaign against products of your company and will request others not to buy them

          Xiaomi — Cell phone not repaired on time


          Sir,
          I have cell phone redmi 2 Prime there was a problem with the motherboard as the camera was not connecting. So I deposited it to the service centre in LDH itdcl tech support the service centre told me that it will take 15 DAYS to be repaired . I deposited on 11 june and the delivery date was 25 June 2016 after15 days when I called I received the answer that the spare parts are still not available and they asked me to wait for some more time I called on
          companies toll free number to register the complaint but they also ask me to wait its almost one and a half month I have no status of my complaint its 30th June 2016 today and when I called the service centre they said that some spare parts have arrived but they have no information as if they belong to my cell phone or not so they have asked me to call again after some time t
          o check whether my cell phone spare parts are available or not I don't understand when the service centre has given a15 days delivery time and its almost exceeding the delivery date so why can't they help in my issue.
          I am filing this complaint because as the service centre has not repaired my cellphone on time and being informing the company through the toll free number and raising complaint several times my complaint has had not been resolved. job sheet no js[protected]

            Product name - mi pad
            Issue - mother board gone bad
            Incident - bought a mi pad in december.in two days the mother board gone bad. then they replaced the tablet and then again mother board went bad within 2 months. later on, i had asked for a pick me service which took almost 15 days in sending my product to service centre. now its been more than a month there is no response from the company.

              I am not getting my phone from service centre infotel, hazra, kolkata. They are showing motherboard issue & telling me motherboard is not available at their service centre. I am suffering a lot for this. Service centre staffs are not cooperating & behaves very rough & rudely. They have no solution nor answer rather than it will more time to reach redme2 motherboard to us.


              Please help me out of this worst service.

                I ordered a redmi note 3 (order id: [protected]) on 8th june 2016. they have sent me the phone but the package had some weight problem, so i returned it. on 23rd june 2016, the package has reached bangalore and it has not been delivered since. when i contact the xiaomi customer care, they say that the team is looking into the matter. it has been more than a month, i have not received the proper phone nor the refund amount.

                  Hello all,

                  This mobile was ordered online and in 3 months it was spoiled. On 30th may 2016 i submitted my phone in mi service center informing them that i am unable to hear the caller and its just been 3 months for the phone.

                  In the service center the lady named maneesha and a guy not sure what his name was, informed me that it will take approximately 20 days or more. Now its been more than a month that the phone is in the service center. Tried speaking to the customer service representative however i am unable to seek help from them. They are such .

                  The supervisor said that the part that has to be fixed in the phone (Motherboard) is not available hence the delay. Since its more than a month he came to a conclusion that they will send a new phone however not the same one. The one which cost less than the phone that i purchased.

                  I agreed to the phone because its been more than a month and i need a phone. They said they will send it within 5-7 days. Its been a week and now they tell me that we cannot send a new phone. I dont know why they cant send. They are not giving any reason except delay in resolution. What a pathetic company. The employee at the service center says, this phone no one has, not even me. What a big deal. If no one has than i guess the company should stop selling it on online website.

                      I've bought redmi note 3 from the official website mi.com on 20th june.
                      My order id: [protected]. I received a faulty product and did called the customer care 27 times. I did everything they told. Went to another city where they serviced it and they accepted my return but they never called back. Whenever i call them, they say your case has been forwarded to the concerned team and the same will be picked up at the earliest on high priority. They even took personal guarantee on getting reply in 48 hrs and then again 24 hrs after 4 days. But all of this was fake. They never actually did anything. Its 18th july and i'm still in misery with no phone for which i payed over a month ago. I have all the e-mails and call recordings of them of all this fake promises and lies. Help me use them to sue xiaomi.

                          Hi sir my phone stopped working about 40-50 days back from now... I went to customer care center.. They said its motherboad will be replaced... Company is not giving parts... They delayed and noted my complaint about 15 days back from now... Still there is no reply.. I called 4-5 times to mi customer no... Their ans is not satisfiable.. Today i went to customer care cemter they said company is not providing parts... Atleast 50-60 more days it will take... Sir i urgently want a phone plz look after it... And help me providing a motherboard if available or a new phone bcoz i need urgently

                            I purchased mi-pad from flipkart in april 2016, which stopped functioning will within 2 months. i called mi care and they suggested me to get it diagnosed either at an authorized service center or with their authorized third party repair company called - gadgetwood. i went by gadget wood by paying them rs. 190/- for pick of device from home. the device was picked up from my home on 14th june 2016 with the request id - xio[protected]. next day they called me and told me that device's motherboard is needs to be changed and it will take 15 days to get it repaired and delivered back to me. now it's more thank a month and they have not delivered my device yet. i have already called them 4-5 times (including mi toll free no.) and every time they say, the part (motherboard) is yet to come from china. once it's arrived, we'll change and deliver you. however, they never give any exact date or time period to deliver it finally. every time they keep on giving vague answers just to procrastinate it. i am expecting a business tour out of city for at least 3-4 moths and there will be no one at my home to receive the device for me. i told this thing to gadgetwood people but still they are not listening. i feel helpless and don't know what to do? i feel like cheated by the xiomi-mi by trusting it and purchasing its product. why such companies are allowed to work and operate in india if they are unable to meet basics of customer services?? i must say mi has very pathetic service in india and if same behavior continues, the company won't survive here for a long. now, i need my concern to be addressed immediately by a competent mi authority. i can't wait anymore to get my device back. my device's imei no. is[protected]mi-pad). i want this to be repaired and delivered back to me immediately within 2-3 days. if company is unable to do it, it should issue a replacement of device or refund the amount. also, how the mi is going to compensate the lost period of warranty when device is kept with service center (over a month)??

                              I submitted my phone around 22 days ago in service centre. I was facing minor issue of jack. So they said motherboard will get changed. They said it will done by 8 to 10 days. They are still not giving me the commitment that when it will get repaired. The worst service i have ever seen in my life. I submitted my phone in teenhaath baja branch, thane, mumbai. Plz help me how should i file the complaint against them. Plz help.

                                I purches mi note prime phone in 17 december 2015 through amazon.

                                My phone is not working properly, i was suffer this problem since may
                                Month, phone heating problem and battery problem (Phone temperature is
                                Above 47 or 48 degree), as discussed by your service center costumer.
                                I sent my phone in your service center through pick me service

                                As it is and 2nd thing sum screw part is still missing in my phone
                                From your side, i also send you mail if you read.

                                I am again book my complaint for heating and battery back up problem,
                                Your service center costumer suggested me to visit your service
                                Center, in my location (Dehradun) service center up to 300 km (I. E
                                Delhi), i agreed, when i visit your service center in lajpat nagar. I
                                Ubmit my phone to your service center, 2 day after that he return my
                                Phone and they changed the mother board but they didn't inform me and
                                I also not aware about the imei number (Which is changed due to new
                                Motherboard)


                                Then i again book complaint for pick up my phone but no one respond to this.

                                I bought redmi note 3 atleast 25 days ago and from the day i am trying to call mi coustomer care but always cut my call automatically. My friends also try but still my problem is same.i also mail my problem but anyone didnt action

                                  I had purchase mi 4 on 10-07-15.

                                  Handset handed over authorized mi service center at dadar mumbai m/s v care informatics on[protected].

                                  After frequent followup they only reply that your handset is under maintenance and say wait for some time. Their representative deny to give proper information. So i want replacement for the handset and same model should be replaced.

                                  Sir As per my knowledge considering this issue from last 4 months company has not taken any necessary action to resolve this issue. i have called Mi support more than 50 times, they are not responding and even mailed but no reply, neither sharing any information regarding status of my device, saying same common copy paste answer that is " part is not available, Issue is escalated on higher end please wait for some time" i am fed up of hearing this hearing from last 4 months.                                     This is to bring in notice that i gave my handset redmi note prime for service at a xiaomi service centre which i had bought online from amazon for rs.8000/-.In it the only problem was that i was needing to press the power button hard to use the mobile, so i decided to get it repaired from the company as it was under the warranty period. I am resident of rohini, new delhi, and from my house nearest service centre is rohini sector-7, near m2k.
                                    I visited there to get it repaired they told me that they r nt available with the desired part and it will take around 10 days to get it available.. I agreed to them and submitted my mobile to them.
                                    Its been now around 2 weeks and they are up with no proper... They just keep saying that they are not available with the part now also... They will do it when it will be available... They just keep giving me the dates and no solution.

                                    I just need my handset repaired as soon as possible because now its been crossing the time limit they conveyed to me and i am a student so i need the handset urgently repaired, my daily work is getting very affected.
                                    I will never trust this company again... Frauds they all are...

                                      I purchase redmi 2s prime from mi official site only and after one month my mobile stop working it just hang on mi logo when switching on the phone.. So i droped it to the service center on 2 june 2016 and they say they will give me on 17 th june 2016 and now its 15 july 2016. And still service center can give me fix time for my mobile. I also tried their customer mobile even they also tell me the fix time. Every time i go to service center or customer support they say we will give you shorhtly...

                                        My mi4i phone have a charging problem. I am submit my mi4i phone to service centre from 20 june 2016 and service centre employee told me that your charging jack is not working and it will be come from the company between 7-10 day days but my phone was not giving till last 20 days when i asked to service centre that that when you will giving back my phone they told me that we can't give you any particular date when part come from the company then we will give you your phone.
                                        Please do some something because i have to face so many problem without my phone and put so many losse.
