Hi, it's been three weeks i have submitted my phone due to faulty of charging points and they charged 550rs which is ok.
Now the concern: hcl is taking care (support) mi centre and they people don't know how to talk with customers, they are very rude and pathetic, infect they are challenging us to complain.. wherever you want i never seen pathetic service centre.
Whenever we call about our mobile they are saying...

I had submited my xiaomi redmi 2 phone in malad xiaomi service center on 26-06-16 for speaker problem and both sim not coming which was there fault only. Beacause before that there is booting issue they had called me for that for 4 to 5 times and last time when i say them harshly than they come to know that it was mother board problem and they take 10 days to repair it and after that they had given me new problem of speaker and sim slot but...

I bought this redmi note 3 on 23rd june and after 18 days mobile got switched off and never got switched on again. I took mobile to service center and got it repaired he said it was for some software issue. Again the next day morning the phone touch was not working this time when i took back to the service center he said there is some problem in the hardware it will be charged around 3k. This complaint is regarding the mi4i phone which is under warranty which i submittted to the mi authorised service center in karnal (m/s tara tel & mobile, mela ram school market, karnal) and the job card number is js[protected] dated 14 may 2016. according to the executive at the service center the mother board of this phone was faulty and it was supposed to be repaired. they gave me 15 days time for resolving the problem and after 15 days...

I had given my phone for repair, as there was no service center at place, xiaomi asked to send the phone to their service center via mi pick up service. They claimed that i would get my phone back in 7-10 days. But they took 80 days to return my phone. I could have withstood but they sent the phone back unrepaired. HI - my phone fell off the surface of a table at the height of 3 feet .
I was on vibration and it fell off the table at an incoming call.
The whole back cover is smashed like normal glass and its completely broken.
You have written in your model description that its corning gorilla glass, im not sure if that is correct now.
Either update your phone model details online or reimburse my damaged phone....
